I've been away from writing for several months, and even when I was active for many months before that, I wasn't putting out new chapters in this series. I will return to it one day, but it is not highest on my list. It was sort of an exploratory story line, just to stretch my legs into unfamiliar territory. I'll come back to it, for sure, but I admit it is not going to be a featured series vying for my time. Sorry about that.

The dogs had no such foreknowledge, they had no intent. Gracie's small chest will come into play later in the series.
