Any student who is noted by the teachers as being "flirty" is given a yellow checkmark at the end of the class. These checkmarks are only share amongst teachers. If a student is given a checkmark by every one of their teachers in a single day or if s/he is given more than four checkmarks per week by three or more teachers in a single week s/he will be reprimanded by whichever one of the teachers is chosen or volunteers. The first reprimand is a simple one, done publicly at the end of that teacher's class.\par \par Once someone is marked in this way as a promiscuous student the checkmark system gets more complicated. No more verbal warnings are given and the student has progressed to the red checkmark system. Gaining a second red checkmark requires the same yellow checkmark requirements to be fulfilled again. Usually this does not take long because the students typically think they're getting away with their promiscuity. The same verbal warning is given, once again by whichever teacher feels like taking on the responsibility.\par \par The next step is where it gets interesting. When a student gets a third red checkmark the s/he is sent directly to the vice principal's office near the end of the school day where a small court of sorts is assembled. The court is always made up of three teachers, one male, one female, and a third of the student's gender, chosen randomly. This is done to keep the process fair. The student is given a short hearing and if found to be genuinely promiscuous s/he is told that this sort of behavior is not tolerated in this school. After the hearing the student is given a secretly nanoID tagged pamphlet explaining the school's policy on promiscuity, as well as laying out the rules to follow. The pamphlet is marked because the student is told to never share the information on the pamphlet with anyone else.\par \par The rules:\par \par 1) In reaching this point of discipline you have been marked as a possible problem student. If you can control yourself enough to not get a further red checkmark during the following week your status will be lowered to code yellow. Code yellow is essentially probation for the hypersexualised student. It will take the gaining of a full yellow checkmark to revert back to code red. When at code red any instance of being given a yellow checkmark necessitates an office visit with the vice principal.\par \par 2) The first office visit following the original tribunal is merely the full warning. The full warning is simply a verbal reminder of what the tribunal and pamphlet covered. If at any time a student is found guilty of sharing any information in the pamphlet with another student s/he is instantly placed on red status and sent to the vice principal's office for a short conference.\par \par 3) At the second VP conference the actual punishment begins. The student is given the choice of either corporal punishment via five lashes with a cane or paddle across the backside, naked of course, or the psychological punishment. The psychological punishment isn't usually as physically painful, as its name implies, but it is harsher in its own way.\par \par 4Fa) The psychological punishment begins with the student raising her skirt and lowering her panties to her knees (assuming she's wearing any). At this point she will be fitted with a ball gag. She is then brought to orgasm however the VP sees fit for that session. Usually for female students the VP simply hammers her g-spot with his middle finger till she's a writhing mess as fluids leak from her, soaking her panties. (If the student was not wearing panties at the time the VP will usually perform this punishment with a g-spot vibrator. In the first case the student must experience no fewer than two orgasms. Students not wearing panties must experience no fewer than three, but no more than six orgasms. If it becomes apparent that the student is multi-orgasmic, students wearing panties will be released from punishment following one full minute of continuous orgasm. Students not wearing panties must endure no fewer than five, but no more than ten full minutes of orgasm. If at any point the student loses consciousness through orgasm her punishment is served. After the punishment she must ride home on her bus wearing her soaked panties if she was wearing them. If the student was not wearing panties the VP has the option of either sending her home without panties or of tying a rope harness around her waist and hips, then cinching the rope up tightly against her vulva. If the busses have left she must take a late bus and bring home a note to her parents`explaining what happened that day and why. Any student needing to take the late bus home will suffer the harness punishment.\par \par 4Fb) If by some rare stretch of the imagination the female student in question still has her hymen the punishment is different. In this case the VP usually sits her on his lap and gently (at first) massages her clitoris till she experiences no fewer than three orgasms. If the female student in question was not wearing panties the VP does this using an electric toothbrush and brings her to no fewer than five orgasms. If the student is found to be multi-orgasmic the VP must cause one continuous minute of orgasm for students wearing their panties and three continuous minutes for those not wearing their panties. As above, a loss of consciousness due to orgasm ends the punishment. The student may end her punishment at any time by saying "Please break my hymen Mr./Mrs./Ms. (current VP's last name)". If asked politely like this the VP must carefully and as gently as possible break the student's hymen, continually asking her feedback and adjusting his method to keep it as easy as possible on her until she has lost her maidenhead. If the student asks for her hymen to be broken by the VP without sufficient politeness the VP has the option of being "moderately rough" in breaking her hymen if he so chooses. If the` student requests that her hymen be broken with no attempt at politeness whatsoever the VP has the option of violently busting her cherry with a small lacquer coated wooden rod designed for just this purpose. In any case but the violent cherry busting the student is sent home on the next available bus with no more punishment. If the student's hymen was broken violently the VP has the option, if he feels that she was not sufficiently punished of sending her home with an iodine soaked tampon inserted fully into her vagina and a special pair of panties with a locking feature. The only way for the panties to be unlocked is if the student's parent/guardian calls the school punishment line and requests the unlocking signal to be sent. Upon opening, the locking panties will generate a new code which will only be available to the student's parent(s) or legal guardian(s).\par \par 4Ma) The psychological punishment given to male students is based upon the whims of whomever the VP decides to give the duty to, if s/he does not take that duty him/herself. It is generally accepted that a person of the opposite gender will administer a male student's first punishment, but it is not required. Ordinarily the male punishment is just a half hour of orgasm denial finished off with either a ruined orgasm or blueballs. Either way a bus ride home in locking panties of the same type that an impolite female student would wear as well as a note to show their parents is mandatory. If the male student was particularly excessive in his promiscuity the administrator of punishment may feel it necessary to work in a mild form of anal discipline as well. Beyond the outer creases of the anus, the anal portion of the punishment is entirely voluntary, but if a teacher truly wants to administer an anal punishment it is almost unheard of for a student to refuse. The staff of The Athletics and Education Charter School pride themselves on many things, including the willingness of its more promiscuous students to endure whatever punishments the staff decides is necessary.\par \par 4Mb) The anal portion of the male punishment is usually only staff-administered after a student has been punished at least once. On occasion though the punishment is decided upon for first time offenders. This will always have been decided upon before the punishment begins and is therefore only administered in this way by level three administrators who have been properly trained in anal punishment techniques. If an anal punishment is decided upon the student will be informed of it at the outset and given the opportunity to take the corporal punishment instead if anal punishment truly bothers him. Administrators typically will be able to convince a promiscuous student who has chosen psychological punishment that this is indeed the best course of action. When the punishment begins the student's penis is often brought to a fully erect state (if necessary) in order to get the student to want to comply with the punishment, although an administrator who is given the OK for the anal punishment may choose to discipline the student's anus first. If the anus is disciplined first the administering staff member will use an oiled finger pushed directly into the student's anus while he is siting with his knees drawn up. This will allow the administrator full access to both the student's penis and his prostate via the anus. If it becomes apparent that the administrator cannot reach the depth necessary s/he may choose to either reposition the student or use a properly sized and shaped tool for this purpose. This is all that is necessary to properly discipline a male student and from here the discipline usually takes anywhere from five minutes for a vigorous session to an hour or more for a more drawn out punishment.\par \par 5) As always we wish to comply with our students' wishes and will inform the student in question of the options laid out in this portion (Section 5, hereafter referred to as "sec.5") of the discipline handbook. The purpose of sec.5 is to allow any student who opts for the psychological punishment to have a series of safeguards and opt out methods if the psychological punishment becomes too intense for his/her physical, mental and/or emotional well being.\par \par 5a) The first safeguard within sec.5 is the option for any student, at any time , to choose to stop their current punishment method and opt directly for anal punishment. This safeguard is in place for two reasons. The first is because properly administered anal punishment is easier on a student's body and thus also on their mind.\f1\par }
