\par In one swift movement, he turned me around pulling my arms to my back and clamping my wrists together. Another man wrapped a length of rope around them as I pulled uselessly, and soon they had tied them together. He snaked the remaining rope along my arms
 until he got to my elbows, and then he tied another knot, pulling them together until they were touching.
\par I gasped in pain as they force my shoulder back. My chest was pushed forward and my breast were sticking in front of me.
