Most people had left; just the small group of regulars was left in the house. Jennifer was curled up next to Bob on the couch. They had known each other for a while, but didn't usually talk much. Tonight, they had been spending quite a bit of time together. Everyone had noticed, though no one had mentioned it yet. Amy and Sue were sitting on the floor playing cards with Jeff and Mike.
