   Another work of pure fiction and mumbo jumbo!

   As always no boys were hurt while writing this nonsense and no boys
should be either this is FICTION.

   This is pure fiction and at no point in history or the future am I aware
of it actually happening.

   Right place right time!

   It was late October way back in the early eighties and Nine year old Ian
was out trying to collect money from `Penny for the Guy' this was where the
kids make a guy from old clothes stuffed with rags then either prop it up
outside a shop or if lucky put it in a pushchair and ask passersby for a
Penny hence `Penny for the Guy'

   Anyway Ian was out with his friend outside the local sweetshop just
asking random passersby for a penny nothing unusual about this scene as
lots of boys did it!  However it was late October and pretty chilly to say
the least and all that Ian was wearing were football shorts and a football
shirt, socks and sneakers and sitting on his `Chipper' (name of make of
bike) Occasionally riding around and stopping passersby to ask for a penny
and then returning to the Guy and sit there for a while.

   On this particular day in late October also on his bike was John!  John
was eighteen years old and had a thing for boys especially their legs!  If
he see a boy in shorts he had to stop to have a good look at their legs
especially their thighs from the back!  Anyway he was riding past the
parade of shops on his way home from somewhere or other and see Ian on his
bike riding around and going back to the Guy.

   John had noticed Ian was wearing shorts even though it was pretty cold
and from where he was liked what he saw: so he made a detour and went to
the shop as if to buy something so he could have a closer look at the boy
in shorts, as he approached the shop Ian was sitting on his bike with one
foot on the pedal and the other on the ground so John could see most of his
legs and upper thighs which pleased him as he thought they looked sexy.  He
went into the shop purchased some sweets and when he came out Ian asked him
for a penny for the guy!  John noticed that Ian wasn't no blue eyes fair
skinned beauty but just the run of the mill estate little boy who no one
would look twice at but to John he had amazing long skinny legs.  John gave
him five pence and started to talk to him so he could ogle his legs for as
long as possible.

   Eventually John had to go and as he did he said "See you again
sometime!" and went on his way with the image of Ians legs on his mind.

   The next day John took the same route home past the parade of shops but
no Ian or Guy.  However he rode through the estate instead of keeping to
the main road and as luck would have it he see Ian sitting on his bike
outside the door to a block of flats but was wearing tracksuit bottoms
instead of shorts and just a football top.  John rode around and eventually
over to him and started to talk to him.

   Ian seemed very friendly and answered John when he asked him why he
wasn't doing `Penny for the Guy' today!  With "It not my Guy and me mate
not come out tonight which is a bit of a bummer as I wanted to get some
sweets with the money!"

   John laughed and said "At least you not buy fireworks!"

   Ian said "Nah we didn't get enough money yesterday just enough for a few
sweets!  Tight lot around here!  An laughed"

   After a while John said "I know how you could earn ten pence easily!"

   Ian looked around and said "What here?"

   John said Yeah here right now!"

   Ian said "How!"

   John said "I dare you to drop tracky bottoms!"

   Ian said "You will give me ten pence to drop my tracky bottoms?"

   John nodded and said "Yeah!"

   Ian said "Why?"

   John said "Just a dare!"

   Ian looked around again hooked his thumbs in the waistband of his
tracksuit bottoms and pulled them down to the floor and stood up for a
second and then bent over and pulled them up so it was all over in less
than four or five seconds and said "You owe me ten pence!"

   John gave him the ten pence despite being very disappointed as Ian had
shorts on underneath his tracksuit so he didn't get to see the tops of his
legs like he was hoping to he just see his knees and a little bit of leg
above.

   Ian took the ten pence and rode around a bit saying he would go to the
sweetshop later.

   John hung about for a while for no other reason than weighing up the
option of asking Ian to drop his tracksuit bottoms and shorts this time but
he never got the chance.

   Out of the door they were stopped by came a woman of about twenty
fiveish and asked Ian what he was doing?

   Ian rode over and said "Mom he gave me ten pence!" and pointed to John.

   The woman looked at John and then at Ian and said "What for?"

   Ian said "He dared me to pull my tracky bottoms down!"

   The woman walked infront of John and said "Did you?"

   John wished the ground would open and swallow him as he nodded and said
"Yes I am sorry I will go I wont come back again!"

   Now blocking John's exit she turned to Ian and said "Did you do it?"

   Ian nodded and said "Yes mom!"

   The woman said "Get yourself indoors and wait for me in the small
bedroom!" Turn to John she said "I've half a mind to call the old bill!"

   John said "No please!  I wont do it again!  I wont come here again
please don't call the police!"

   The woman said "Oh I don't know!  What's your name and where do you
live?

   John told her his name and where he lived

   The woman asked for his wallet with proof of who he was and where he
lived in it.

   John fished it out of his pocket and handed it to her: she opened it and
read his details and said "OK tell me why you wanted I an to pull his
tracksuit bottoms down!"

   John blushed and said "I wanted to see his legs!"

   The woman said "Why?"

   John said "I see him yesterday and liked what I see I just like boys
legs some look so sexy especially from the back and hoped today I would see
him again but he was wearing tracksuit bottoms so I dared him to pull them
down so I could see the tops of his legs this time but he was wearing
shorts underneath and didn't get to see!"

   The woman laughed and said So you wasted your ten pence and got yourself
in trouble!"

   John said "Yeah I guess!  But I wont come back again I promise!"

   The woman said "You had better come with me before I change my mind!"

   She opened the door to the flats and told John to wheel his bike in
which he did and asked for his wallet back once inside.  The woman said
"Not yet you can have it when I have copied your details!"

   Once in the flats she directed him up to the first floor and entered the
second flat on the right and left him in the hallway while she climbed the
stairs and said "You wait there a moment I will be down in a second I have
to deal with Ian!"

   John waited anxiously not knowing what was going to happen to him or
what he had got himself into.

   Less than two minutes later the woman stood at the top of the stairs and
said "Come up I want to show you something!"

   John walked up the stairs and the Woman said "Go through the second door
on the left and turn to your left Ian is in there waiting for us!"

   John's heart was pumping nineteen to the dozen as he approached the door
not knowing what to expect: He turned the handle and pushed the door open
and immediately stepped inside and turned to his left and his jaw dropped!
There with his back to him was Ian standing there wearing just a what must
have been tiny thong type of garment as John could see a strap going up the
crack of Ian's bum cheeks and connecting to a waist band!  Ian was standing
still because his ankles were attached to a spreader bar and his wrists
were above his hear attached to another bar hanging from the ceiling.  John
gasped and said "OMG that is beautiful and so sexy!  Your legs are so, so

   The woman came in behind John closed the door and said "So you like what
you see?  Worth your ten pence?"

   John beamed and said "Yes!  Oh Yes!  I knew he had nice legs!  But his

   The woman said "Did you hear that Ian John here really likes your legs
