A Dirty Screw

You head over to the training ground. There are dogs being put
through their paces with different exercises. You see Officer Foley
heading over with a wheel barrow of medicine balls. When he sees you he
smile and waves so you jog up to him.
When you get to him he says, "Hi, so you decided to come. Ben is
running the drills today."
"Ok!" you say with a rye smile.
You wait around for the group to gather. The other officers are not
friendly towards you. Instead of it getting you down you use it as
fuel. "I will show these clowns" you say to yourself.
You keep up with the group easily and are fitter than most of them.
"Self defence practice! Form a line." All the guards quickly form a line behind you.
"Ready?!" Shouts Ben.
As soon as you say yes your opponent charges.
