With quick skill you fire your tazer at his stomach. It hits him in the
balls. Simon falls backwards onto back. He is still dangerous though so
you hold your baton in your left hand and pepper spray in your
left. You yell, "Face down and hands behind your back!". Simon
moans and slowly moves onto his stomach.
You say, "Stay there while I cuff you."
You move beside him and then put your knee on his back to hold him down
while you cuff him. You see him quickly move his hands to his
sides.
