October 15th, 2005: Well that was interesting. Katrina threw a bit of a wrench into the works here. Jen and I are both living with my mother, a ways north of the coast; our apartment was really damaged and we lost a lot of our stuff. We've been living here since a week after the storm. The house is packed. My brothers are both staying here, so is one of my cousins.

With catching up on school and being packed in this house with just one computer, neither Jen or I have had a moment of privacy... much less time to rewrite the drafts we had before the storm. I've talked to Carly about her posting something just to get something posted.

July 11, 2005: This is Kathy. Things should get under way here soon. Jen and I had a hectic spring semester, including moving, really bad relationship issues, and arguments with two friends. There was also talk about the idea of the site with our closer friends.

We're not sure what we want to get out of the site but right now it looks like we may add two friends to the site to help us get things rolling. Things should calm down long enough for us to figure out what we're doing.
