Chapter 57: Long Is the Night for the Godless, part XXVII The throne room of Nergran castle had changed considerably ever since Fel had seized power. It looked more like a rundown tavern by now. There were many barrels of mead, some of them empty, others still full. Fel compelled everyone who entered the throne room to have a drink with her. There also were several tables which were always filled with warm snacks. The maids in the kitchen were busy all around the clock to provide Fel with food at any time of the day. Of course, the constant binges in the throne room produces masses of litter. A bunch of servants were constantly roaming the hall to clean it of trash, broken tables, smashed barrels, shards of glass and puddles of vomit. Fel spent her days with drinking, eating and making out with her newlywed wife. Neryn warily observed the changes in Nergran castle that happened due to Fel's rule. She didn't necessarily welcome them, but there also was little that she could to about them. From time to time Neryn had to think about her mother and the way she had died. But she never felt too sorry for her. Aremie-Valas had been ready to kill Neyl, her daughter and Neryn's twin sister. No matter what, she had deserved to die. Neryn also wasn't too surprised when she heard that her little sisters Zeil and Zeres had been plotting to kill her. She never had had a good relationship with anyone in her family except for Neyl. The climate in the royal family of Nergran had always been cold, cruel and full of rivalries. Now the twins were locked up in the castle's dungeon. Neryn had asked Fel not to torture them excessively. Fel had grinned then and said that she just 'whacks their asses from time to time' to remind them of what they had done. Neryn spent a lot of time with Neyl. She was quite shocked when her sister told her about what they had done in Ishira's laboratory and where the dark-red egg came from. Not only was Neryn told that Aremie-Valas had not been her real mother, but rather her sister. She also had to find out that her real mother, the demon who had been kept captive by Ishira, was dead now. She had lost her mother twice within a few days. While these news were quite sad and disturbing, Neryn was also really happy for her sister that she had been able to conceive a child. Neryn couldn't get enough of touching the red egg, putting it against her breasts and feeling how warm it was. The child that would hatch from it would be both her niece and her half-sister. Three quarters of its blood would be demonic. For that reason, no one was surprised to see that the egg grew at an astonishing rate. After only a few days, it had reached the size at which a human baby would hatch. But it still kept growing. Neryn wasn't bothered by it. She already had decided that she would love this child, no matter what it looked like and how demonic it would be. Neyl slowly became accustomed to her own strange existence. As a demon, she had massacred countless Nergranian soldiers during the battle of Loogran. She had been consumed by feelings of hate and contempt towards all of mankind. But ever since she had been defeated by Fel and, after that, saved by her, the human part of her heart was regaining power. When her mother had died, Neyl had realized that she had to accept both sides of her heritage. She didn't care about what the people of Nergran or any other place in the world thought of her. There were only three beings in this world that she still cared about: Her beloved sister, her unborn baby and Fel, who she had pledged allegiance to. Fel herself enjoyed the power that she had now. She had always wanted to have her own castle, ever since she had first set her foot into one. The only thing that she didn't like about her castle were the Nergranian people who lived in it. In Fel's opinion, they all were way too serious and too pious. In short, she hated them. The Nergranian people probably weren't fond of Fel themselves, but they were way too scared of their new leader to say anything about it. And there also weren't many left of them. A lot of Nergranians had died in the battle of Loogran and ever since then many had left the castle because they were afraid of Fel. Now the castle looked rather deserted. Fel didn't mind. She wouldn't have minded if everyone would have left. The one who bothered her the most was her cousin Laesa. The young priestess kept telling Fel about how she would go to hell and what terrible things would happen to her once High Heavens got back at her. Fel tried to stay away from Laesa whenever possible. She was close to just setting her free because she was so annoyed by her. Never would Fel have thought that she actually should have done so... that Laesa had been able to send out a call for help. And that someone would actually come to her rescue. It was a particularly gloomy afternoon in Nergran castle. A harsh wind was blowing and its howling in the castle's corridors made the people shiver. There were only a few people in the throne room, including Neryn, Neyl and a few Nergranian warriors. Fel felt uneasy for some reason. The people around her noticed it when she stopped drinking. Fel had always been able to sense danger. She said to Neyl: "This is going to be one shitty day..." Neyl had no idea what she was talking about, but a little later, one could already hear the sounds of sword fighting and death cries from the inner ward. The warriors in the throne room looked at each other nervously and then they all looked at Fel. Fel grunted. Then she picked up Aelgoth which was lying right next to the throne and stood up, ready to face anyone who was daring to enter this hall. The woman that entered the throne room was taller than Fel. Even her tits were quite a bit larger than Fel's which meant that they were absolutely gigantic. The huge bulge in her crotch gave away that also this part of her was bigger than Fel's. Her straight pink golden hair reached down to her hips. Other than these details, she looked very similar to Fel. She was her sister, after all. "Shen." Fel said the name with so much contempt that one could virtually feel Fel's hatred for her sister. In marked contrast, Shen was grinning boastfully at the sight of her little sister. "My, my... who do we have here? A little girl who likes to play that she has her own castle..." Fel clenched her fists and gnashed her teeth when she heard these ridiculing words. She hissed at Shen. "You're not welcome here... Get out!" Shen laughed. "Who's going to kick me out? These idiots in armor that you call your soldiers?" The warriors that she was talking about obviously didn't like that comment. But they also knew that this woman was one of the twelve Knights of the Highest Order. So they were hesitant about attacking her. Just then, another woman entered the throne hall. She wore a black helmet that completely hid her face. Other than that, she was clad in an iron armor that was so scanty that it left her big tits virtually uncovered. Her ass was literally hanging out naked. The woman's skin was very fair and her hair had a cute light blue color. In her hands, she held a fearsome lance that was longer than she was tall. Apparently, she was a part of Shen's fellowship. Without saying a word, she attacked the warriors who had surrounded Shen. It was an unequal fight. Rather, there was only one person fighting. None of the Nergranian warriors could even get close to Shen's fellow. Her steel lance darted through the room at ridiculous speed. Each stab was deadly. The jagged head of her lance penetrated the warriors' chests and pierced their hearts. It broke open their skulls and knocked out their brains. With every heartbeat, another warrior sank to the ground, mortally injured. This woman fought with incredible efficiency. Not a single movement was wasted. Everything she did was designed to kill as quickly as possible. After only a few seconds, all the warriors were dead. Each of them had only a single wound on their body. Fel glared at the woman who had murdered her soldiers. "Okay... You really managed to piss me off, bitch..." She tightened her grip around Aelgoth's hilt. But before the woman with the light blue hair could get close to her, Shen stepped in. She grabbed the blue-haired woman's arm and playfully slapped her plump ass. "Leave this one to me, Dravi. I have quite some experience in dealing with her." Fel snorted. "Fine with me! I can take on any of you!" Shen laughed again at the haughty comment. The people that were left watched in awe as the two sisters slowly walked towards each other. Neryn and Neyl held their breaths. This was going to be a confrontation of two sword fighters without peer. A single drop of sweat rolled over Fel's forehead. She hadn't met her sister in a long time, but she had always been ready for this confrontation. Shen had always been stronger than her. Fel had been defeated by her countless times when they had been kids. But a lot had changed since then. Shen had risen to world-wide fame as a knight. Fel had also become famous, or rather infamous. She gnashed her teeth. This was the one fight that she had been both afraid of and looking forward to all this time. This was the one that she was not allowed to lose. Shen sneered at her. "You know that you don't stand a chance, right?" Fel champed with rage. "Things have changed, Shen. The sword that I have here is Aelgoth, Enia's masterpiece. Not even you can win against this sword. You have the Vargranian history against you, Shen..." Shen's eyes flared up when Fel said that. Then she said the words that no one this room would ever forget. "History? I trample history wherever I tread! Raise your guard, Fel! When their eyes met, Fel realized that Shen was speaking the truth. If she didn't raise her guard now, Shen would murder her. In one swift movement, Shen drew the sword from the black leather sheath on her belt and struck Aelgoth with it. It was a strike with enough ferocity to tear down a wall. Fel almost felt Aelgoth getting knocked out of her hands. She wanted to react. She wanted to attack and unleash the nightmare. But there was absolutely no time for it. Shen kept beating on Aelgoth with her sword as if she was whipping a slave. Fel had no choice but to parry the blows if she didn't want to get cut in half. It was still the same. Nothing had changed. She was still at Shen's mercy. When Shen's attack series ended, Fel was on her knees. Her hands and arms hurt from parrying all of Shen's strikes. Some of her fingers felt like they had been broken. But Aelgoth was in an even worse state. Its blade had been smashed into dozens of pieces by Shen. They lay all around Fel. She was disarmed. Her sister had destroyed Enia's sword Aelgoth just like that. Fel looked up to Shen. This was what a true warrior looked like, she thought. In a way, she was proud that such a legendary fighter was her sister. But she was also incredibly jealous of her. Shen grinned at her little sister. She could have killed her if she wanted. "Is that all you can show me? That's pretty pathetic, Fel..." Fel saw in the corner of her eye that Neyl was rushing Shen. She was probably trying to save Fel. Fel shook her head and yelled at Neyl. "Don't do that! Stay away from her!" But it was already too late. Shen had noticed the black-haired girl that wanted to attack her even before Fel had. She probably would have been able to obliterate Neyl's sword Enegoth, just like she had shattered Aelgoth. But she preferred cutting up people over smashing swords. Before Neyl even knew that Shen had noticed her, she was hit by a hail of blows from Shen's sword. The blade cut off both of her arms, cut off her boobs, castrated her, cut through both of her legs and finally beheaded Neyl. Before the cut-off body parts even hit the floor, they were hit by more blows that dissected them even further. Neyl's torso was slashed to small pieces. Bone splinters, bits of flesh and all kinds of guts formed a grotesque pile of mortal remains on the floor. Neryn screamed out when she saw how her sister was dismembered in front of her eyes. Fel held her breath. This had been a flawless display of the Meluthian Ascension Style. Shen's blade was covered in blood from the tip to the hilt. She was surrounded by a sea of flesh. Shen was quite surprised to see that the tiny pieces that she had hacked Neyl into were still twitching. Already, Neyl's demonic body was beginning to regenerate and the parts were merging again. Shen looked at Fel and smirked. "What, you have demons running around in your castle? We can't have such a thing..." Fel shook her head and screamed, begging her sister to spare Neyl, but Shen's sword already went down on Neyl's heart and stabbed it. The movement in the flesh stopped in an instant. Neyl was dead. Neryn cried. She didn't dare to move because she was so afraid of Shen. She just kept cowering on the floor and cried her eyes out. There were tears in Fel's eyes as well. She glared at Shen. "Why... why is it that you always have to destroy everything that I love?" Shen looked at her proudly. She seemed to be enjoying herself a lot. "Why, you ask? Don't you know what they say, Fel? 'Long and cold is the night for the godless.' Also, I haven't even killed all of your girls yet..." With these words, she walked over to Neryn. Neryn looked at her with the eyes of a hunted animal. She had never been this scared in her whole life. Fel screamed. "Don't do it! I beg you! This is my wife! She is your sister-in-law, Shen! You can't kill her! You can't..." Shen smiled at Neryn. "Sister-in-law? Wow, I never would have thought that you would go for the cute type, Fel..." She petted Neryn's head with the same hand that had just killed her sister Neyl. Neryn felt as if it was death itself that was touching her. She was way too scared to say anything. Shen chuckled. "Nice to meet you, cutie-pie. I'm Shenwynn, Fel's older sister. You and Fel should visit us in the Arunian High Castle sometime. I'm sure mama would also like to meet her pretty daughter-in-law." Neryn was still dumbfounded. Tears were constantly flowing over both her cheeks. Shen had no idea that she had just slaughtered this girl's twin-sister. Shen stepped away from the white-haired princess and faced her miserable little sister. "Anyway, I didn't come here to exchange pleasantries. It seems like my cousin Laesa has been locked up in this castle." Before Fel could even reply anything, Shen had already turned around and walked away. "You don't have to tell me. I'm sure I'll find her on my own. By the way, your wife is crying. You should do something about that..." With these words, she left the throne room. Leaving behind the dead bodies of the Nergranian soldiers and the pile of garbled flesh that once had been Neyl. Shen's companion Dravi was still in the room. Fel wiped the tears from her eyes and glared at the half-naked woman with the lance. Full of hate, she whispered to herself. "Don't think you can get away like that, Shen... You take something that I love and I take something that you love!" Fel didn't have a weapon anymore, so she shook the blue bottle and brought out Azu. As always, the little blue girl was thrown into a situation that she wouldn't have expected. Fel pointed at Dravi. "I want you to smash that bitch to pieces, Azu! Give it your all! Ice blast, go!" Azu nodded. Then she inhaled deeply and blew out a gust of frost and ice that would have been big enough to annihilate an entire squad of soldiers. Dravi reacted coolly as ever. As soon as Azu opened her mouth to exhale the swath of ice, she began to rotate her spear in front of herself at very high speed, effectively creating a shield. As soon as the ice blast touched the magical spear, it was purged. The ice broke into a million little shards that rained down on the floor where they quickly melted. Fel couldn't believe it. The attack had shown absolutely no effect. Burning up with anger, she charged Dravi herself. "I'm gonna fucking strangle you..." Dravi's lance came at Fel like a thunderbolt out of the blue. Fel tried her best to jump aside and evade it, but even she was helpless against the cold precision and swiftness of Dravi's attack. The jagged head stuck in Fel's belly, just an inch left from her navel. Fel could feel how the lance severed her intestines. She felt her warm blood flowing out of the wound. And she could feel pain. Terrible pain, horrifying pain, enough to bring Fel to her knees. Her face was still hidden by her black helmet when Dravi pulled her lance out of Fel's stomach. "You shouldn't have tried that." she said with a low, unaffected voice. Then Dravi walked out of the room, following her leader Shenwynn. Neryn staggered through the room towards Fel. She could only see Fel's back and wasn't aware of the deep wound in her wife's belly yet. Fel kneeled on the floor and pressed both her hands against the cut on her stomach to keep her intestines from spilling out. Two big tears rolled over her cheeks. With a strained voice, Fel whispered to Azu. "Help me already... heal me... you can have anything... I'll set you free if you want..." Azu just stared at her. She gulped. "I... I can't. You told me to go all out... I used up all my powers. You'll have to wait at least a day..." Fel's eyes widened. A day? She would be dead like a door nail by then. Fel slowly shook her head in disbelief. This couldn't be true... not like this... Already, she was getting dizzy from the massive blood loss. Fel wept. Neryn jumped in surprise when she suddenly heard Fel crying. Not only that, Fel was bawling like a little girl. This was completely unlike any behavior that either Neryn or Azu had ever seen from her. Neryn rushed towards her. Now she saw that the hands which Fel had pressed against her belly were already blood-red. They were hardly able to hold back the blood that was constantly gushing out of the cut. But what stung even worse in Neryn's heart than seeing her wife's horrible wound was Fel's miserable crying. "Waaah... It hurts so bad! No... I don't... I don't want to die! I'm scared! Mama... Help me, mama! I'm so scared!" Fel's voice sounded like that of a child even younger than Neryn's little sisters. It was heartbreaking for Neryn to see her like this. She kneeled down and gently petted Fel's head. Neryn tried to sound as calm as possible when she whispered into Fel's ear. "Don't cry, darling... You... you will be fine... I promise, you will be fine." It wasn't clear whether Fel even heard her. She continued her piteous weeping. Neryn looked up to Azu. "Don't just stand there! Go and get help!" Azu nodded and rushed out of the room as quickly as her short blue legs permitted. Neryn continued caressing Fel for a while. A bright red puddle of Fel's blood had formed between her legs. Fel's voice was gradually growing quieter. Neryn realized that her wife would die if she wouldn't receive any help soon. She whispered. "Now don't be scared, darling... I'm only going to leave you for a little while... I'll be back right away and bring someone who can help you..." Then she got up, wiped the tears from her face and rushed out of the room. There had to be someone in the castle who could help Fel! Her sister Shenwynn didn't seem to be on the best terms with Fel, but maybe she would still take pity on Fel and help her. Neryn rushed to the room in which Laesa had been held captive. But she found nothing there, except for Nergranians that Shenwynn had killed on her way. Shenwynn, Dravi and Laesa, they were all gone already. Neryn had to remind herself not to give in to panic, although the situation was looking really desperate. Was there anyone left in this castle? Neryn ran through the castle's big empty hallways, screaming for help. After a while, she finally found someone. It was Shinya, Ishira's little assistant. She wore a strange kimono in pink and light green with a pattern of cloverleafs. Neryn hardly knew anything about this strange girl or her master Ishira. But she had to trust her now. She grabbed the girl by her shoulders. "Shinya! Do you know anyone who can treat wounds?" Shinya stared at the princess. Then she said with a surprisingly calm voice. "Sure... my mother can heal of kinds of illnesses and injuries." Neryn's heart almost skipped a beat. She had no idea who this girl's mother was, but if she would be able to save Fel's life, she was ready to do anything for her. "Alright, then get your mother, quickly!" Shinya shook her head. "She doesn't live in this castle, but in a nearby forest." Neryn gulped. Then she grabbed Shinya's hand. "Al... alright. Then just follow me for now." They ran back to the throne room. In the meanwhile, Azu had found Lau. Lau had been able to make a makeshift bandage for Fel's wound. But it was still bleeding through the bandage. Fel was already too weak to continue crying. She could hardly keep her eyes open. Even Shinya was surprised to see Fel in such a bad state. Neryn looked the girl straight in the eye. "Now we will all together carry her to the forest where your mother lives." Shinya nodded and led the way. None of the four girls who were carrying Fel was particularly strong and so it was quite arduous to drag her all the way out of the castle and to Shinya's home. If only her tits and her ass wouldn't have been so unnecessarily big... Thankfully, the forest in which Shinya's mother lived was really close to the castle. The girl in the colorful kimono led them to a strange building in the middle of the woods that looked just like Neryn would have imagined a witch's home. The house was made entirely out of wood and paper and encompassed several huge trees. It had so many stories and little towers up in the treetops that it almost looked like a castle. The group of four that carried Fel rushed inside and was soon met by Shinya's mother. She also wore clothes that had resemblance to a black kimono with a golden pattern on it, but they had enough cleavage to show of her gigantic breasts. Her skin had a healthy pink color and her long wavy hair was as green as a leaf. At first, she was surprised to see that there were so many visitors in her house, but then she smiled. "Oh, Shinya... you should have at least told me that so many of your friends would come over..." Shinya grabbed her mother's hands. The look on her face was very serious. "Mommy, you have to help this woman. She is dying..." The witch (at least Neryn presumed that she was one) curiously opened Fel's bandages. "Oh, the poor thing..." She spoke as if she was talking about an injured animal. Then she smiled at Shinya and the others. "But her heart is still beating. She will be fine, don't you worry..." Neryn fell to her knees. The tears wouldn't stop flowing. She tried to raise her voice to thank this woman, but was unable to bring out anything but sobbing until Shinya and her mother had gone to another room with Fel. There were tears running over Lau's face as well. Even Azu kept awkwardly rubbing her eyes. Suddenly, Neryn stood up. She realized that there was no time to be sitting around here and cry. "I... I have to go back to the castle... I forgot something there." Lau turned to her. "Shall I accompany you?" Neryn was impressed by this girl's loyalty. "No... it's fine. You can stay here, by your master's side. I will be back before nightfall." Then she hurried back to Nergran castle. Her clothes were stained by Fel's blood, but who cared about appearances at such a time? Neryn realized that something was very strange when she arrived at Nergran castle. It wasn't Spring there. Quite to the contrary, snow was falling. It was snowing in Nergran castle for the first time in hundreds of years. Not that there was anyone left in the castle to marvel at it. Not even the dead bodies were left. Only bloodstains on the ground showed that there once had been people living here. Neryn still wondered where all the corpses had gone when she met a girl with gray hair who was just leaving the castle's inner ward. She was walking very slowly and her stomach was awfully bloated, like that of a pregnant animal. Her tired eyes fell on Neryn. "I am... so full... I can't... eat any more..." she moaned. Neryn saw that something inside this girl's stomach was glowing, but she had no idea what it was that this girl could have eaten that emitted so much light. The gray-haired girl sized up Neryn, then she panted. "I can't eat you... I'm so full... also... I feel like I have already eaten you today..." Neryn felt scared of that strange girl. She kept a safe distance to her while passing. Then she rushed to her sleeping chamber where Neyl had kept the egg. This was the one thing that Neryn had to bring along before she could leave the castle for good. But to her surprise, what she found in her room wasn't an egg. It was a little girl sitting amid a pile of dark red egg shell. A single shard still lay on top of her head. The girl's face that was staring at Neryn with big blue eyes was so cute that Neryn almost would have started crying again. The newborn girl's naked body had the proportions of a child that couldn't have been much older than seven years. Except for two things, that was. First off, this little girl had tits. They weren't huge or anything, but she had nice round breast that would have better fitted an adolescent's body than her own. And secondly, she had a cock that really was huge. It was only a bit smaller than Fel's. Her demonic heritage was also obvious in the fact that two blunt little horns grew out of her hair. They were pearly white, while the straight hair that reach all the way down to the floor was raven black. On her back, she had a pair of dark-red bat wings. The little demon girl looked at Neryn with bright, lively eyes. "Mommy?" Neryn groaned, then she kneeled down and hugged the girl. "Yes... I'll be your mommy..." Neryn tried her best to hold back her tears, but all efforts were in vain. While she was crying and snuggling up against the warm girl in her arms, the little demon had already discovered Neryn's boobs and sucked at them through the fabric of Neryn's clothes. "Wait a second, baby..." She bared her tits for the little girl. The black-haired demon immediately began sucking on her nipples. More than sucking, it felt like the girl was caressing her nipples with her tongue. Neryn could hardly keep herself from moaning out loud. Could it be that this demon girl was deliberately trying to arouse her? Neryn wouldn't have been surprised by that, since she soon felt how the little girl rhythmically rubbed her erect penis against Neryn's leg while sucking on her tits. This sure was one precocious child. But Neryn didn't mind. She had already decided that she would love this child just as if it had been her own. Neryn put her arms around the girl and picked her up. "Let's leave. This is not a place where a sweet little girl like you should have to grow up."
