Mary Read led a man's existence most of her life. Her widowed mother
raised her as a boy.

She had been born in London.

At the age of 13 she found work as a foot boy to a wealthy French
woman. She was a bit tall for her age, and when the woman began looking
at her foot boy with a somewhat lustful eye, Mary realized she had
better seek employment elsewhere.

She was soon recruited as a deck hand on a man-o-war. Her life suddenly
had structure. For the first time she felt that she was part of a
community.

The spirit of adventure had suddenly captured her soul. The visions of
a sailing ship upon the broad oceans, and visiting foreign ports made
the hard work and poor diet seem trivial.

However within two years she jumped ship, and enlisted in the foot
regiment.

She fought in Flanders, showing great bravery: It did not come from a
lack of fear, but rather from the spice of risk.

But the life on horse back appealed to her more, so she again abandoned
her companions and joined a Horse regiment.

She had passed through adolescence with a spirit of adventure. Romance
had totally escaped her interest. Then quite suddenly her attention
became focused on a young soldier in a brother company.

Her interest was not concealed. The young man feared that his peers
would think that he was queer. He over compensated and shunned the
youth's offered companionship.

Accidentally the two found themselves in the same pub one evening
without their companions.

Mary forced a meeting. She ordered two pints, with instructions that
one was for "that fella at ta'othr end of the bar." She then took a
seat at a table in the far corner.

The soldier looked around to see who was his benefactor. On spotting
Mary he was frustrated. Had the youth followed him into this pub?

A cursory inspection of the room showed him that none of his friends
were present. He decided now was the time to put and end to this
situation, but in a friendly sort of way.

Pint in hand he walked up to the table, and sat down in an empty
chair. He drew deeply on his glass, then sat it down and looked into
the eyes of the boy. What he saw there bothered him. It was not lust,
but obvious affection. He had been prepared to tell the boy to "Fuck
off", that he wasn't into boys.

As the afternoon turned into evening, as the number of pints they
consumed increased, a friendship grew.

By the time they needed to return to their regiments they had fallen
in love. If the soldier had been sober he would have run the other
way.

They had not quite reached the fort when lust overtook the man. He
would at least diddle the boy's bumm. They sought the privacy of an
abandoned barn. He began undressing the boy. Eventually he discovered
that the boy was not a boy at all.

Within a matter of weeks they both decided that their careers in the
military should be cast aside.

They married.

Taking their severance pay they began looking for a place to begin a
new life.

Over the course of the next two months they traveled, and visited
different locations. They were looking for a place where they could
establish an inn.

It was near Castle Breda that they found what they considered an ideal
location. A suitable, unoccupied building was available at an attractive
price.

Using the last of their pay they opened the "Three Horseshoes".

Business was not brisk, but through hard work and frugalness they
survived. This was the only time in Mary's life that she dressed and
acted like a woman.

The subservience did not please her, but her love for her husband
forced her to comply with the expected roll.

Then fate hit her hard. Her friend, lover, and husband was way laid by
robbers while she was shopping in town. When she returned to the Inn
she found her lover dead upon the bar room floor, a pool of blood
flowing from his head.

Without so much as looking back, she fled the scene, and returned to
the horse regiment. She again assumed men's clothing and a man's identity.
However, the commander knowing Mary's sex would have none of it,
so she signed on to a ship in the harbor destined for the West Indies.

Another thorn in King George's crown was beginning to grow from seeds
planted across the Irish Sea.

A rather disreputable upper class gent, a lawyer by trade, had spawned
a bastard girl child.

It wasn't that Mr. Cormac had done anything that was not being done in
the homes of many of the land's gentry, it was that he just did not
seem to care what his fellow country men thought.

He had diddled the maid. If that indictment was placed at every doorstep
in Ireland or England, few homes would escape that accusation.
No, it was the way he had handled the matter. It was customary to send
the offending lass off to work elsewhere, and take her unwelcome
offspring with her.

But Mr. Cormac disliked his wife, and greatly preferred the company of
the young servant girl. He did not send the girl away at the first
signs of her increasing girth, but instead looked after her during the
entire 9 months.

Mrs. Cormac was a good Catholic woman with a temper. She sought the
help of her church, and the wayward husband's conduct became a public
scandal. Thus, the girl was sent away with her child where she worked
as a gentry serving woman till the day she died.

Mr. Cormac's life at home did not improve. Not only had his wife
extracted a terrible toll, but she withheld her wifely favors.

Eventually the man simply rebelled, liquidated many of his holdings,
and departed for the new world. There, he amassed a fortune and bought
a large plantation.

The wayward serving girl found several positions. They did not last
long when the mistress of the house discovered the bastard girl child.

As Anne Brennan (Cormac) grew from an infant through childhood and
into adolescence, she matured rapidly as a street wise youngster. She
never owned a dress, and her clothes were discards from her mother's
employers. At the age of 9 she appeared to be like anyone of a thousand
street wise lads. She learned to steal, and to con.

Few of the street boys knew she was a girl. The only thing that was
different about her was that when her peers would gather for a circle
wank, she would either watch or find an excuse to be elsewhere. The
other boys just thought wanking was not her pleasure, and after a few
teasings ignored her.

By the time she was 13 her street behavior had been noticed by the
local police.

Anne was endowed with a fiery spirit and a temper that matched that of
any man. It appeared that she may have killed a servant woman who
worked with her mother, and who had made her angry.

Things got rather hot for her, so one late evening she had hidden near
a notorious water front pub, and waited for a handsome sailor who
might have had too much to drink. Around 10:30 a seaman fitting her
needs came staggering out of the establishment, heading toward the
docks. Anne approached the man. "Sir, let me give ye a hand."

"No boy, No, get away from me."

The man stumbled over a rough cobblestone. She leapt to his aid, and
while helping him up, rubbed her hand over his pego. In his drunken
condition the little head took immediate control.

"Ah Boy, I will give you two pence if you take care of this for me."

Anne helped the sailor unlace the top of his pants and extract the
waiting tool. She sucked cock like she had done it all of her life.
The sailor was quite pleased. Instead of just giving her the money he
took her back to his ship. Anne had blown the first mate.

Once in the man's cabin, she had spent the entire night bringing the
man to repeated climaxes. By morning she had convinced him that he
must speak to the captain about this new boy becoming a deck hand.

Luck had been on Anne's side, and "Arnie", as she became known, became
the captain's new cabin boy.

She was most cautious, and her true sexual identity remained their
secret.

For more than a year she sailed the merchant vessel. She became the
first mate's "lad", even though her work was for the Captain. She did
not sleep with the crew, but rather with the first mate. Had the
Captain been a younger man this arrangement might have caused a rift
amongst the crew. But the Captain was not as sexually driven as was
his first officer.

Her ship had reached the Carolinas. It was there that she learned her
father had become a wealthy plantation owner in the new world. It was
difficult arranging a meeting with him. After several attempts to
secure an appointment had failed she solved the problem in the most
direct way. She simply followed him home from his office, and yelled
from across the street. "Father Dear, it is your darling Annie from
Ireland."

The wealthy land owner was shocked: His daughter half a world away and
13 years later. The daughter swaggered across the street as would any
experienced seaman. The man was astonished, shocked, and pleased.
Despite the contradictory feelings, he accepted his daughter, and they
became good friends.

For a while she left the sea, but it continued to beckon her.

The fact that his daughter shunned womanly things, dressed as a man,
and frequented waterfront bars bothered him greatly. He feared that
his bastard daughter had become a lover of women.

A ne'er do well pirate/sailor met the young girl. His nose told him
the young man was a girl. You could not hide pussy from James Bonny.

After a whirl wind courtship he married Anne in an attempt to steal
her father's plantation, but Anne's father instead disowned her. Bonny
then took Anne to the Bahamas where he turned Stool Pigeon to Governor
Woodes Rogers, turning in any sailor he didn't like as a pirate for a
handsome reward.

Thus, she found herself in St. Jago de la Vega. She looked and dressed
like a man. Again many thought that she was a lover of women.

The spirit of adventure had captured her soul. The idea of hearth and
home was repugnant to her.

The lifestyle of a pirate was radically different from that of the
merchant seaman. Both started with that youthful interest in adventure.
As they developed to the point of real debarkation, the hunt
began. It is usually at that point where the development of the pirate
froze for all time, while his merchant brother, went beyond seeking to
stabilize, seeking to spend less time on the prowl, more time in the
less demanding pursuits.

The pirate, is more hedonistic, more adventuresome, always seeking new
and exciting conquests. Being male, he understands the sailors physiology,
and the seaman's psychology. As with the experienced big game
hunter, he continually expands his knowledge, his intuition, his
appreciation of his quarry.

You won't find, within the normal world at sea, the exotic establishments,
where leather, bold costume, display of form and radical behavior
strike at the foundation of the soul. At the heart of the
pirate's appreciation of life, is the glorification of encounter. The
world of the pirate is the world of forever adventure, spanning the
time between that early suspension of maturity to the final adventure,
death; where new things and new people is the forever treasure at the
end of every rainbow.

Anne's husband had disappeared. That did not bother her one bit. The
honeymoon had been short lived. It was while sitting at a table with
some of her mates that she saw a bold man walk in. He cast his eye
around the room, and Anne lost her heart.

Captain Jack Calico had seen the way the young sailor had looked his
way. He was not a lover of boys, but understood and had tolerance for
those that were.

He ordered a pint, and sat by himself in a corner of the room, his
back against the wall.

Anne walked over to the bar, ordered a pint, and headed for the corner
table.

"Lad, yer a comely looking fella, but women are to me taste."

Anne replied, "I didn't offer to wank ye, I just wanted a bit of
conversation. You look like a man with much adventure under his belt."

The modest flattery worked, and the Captain nodded permission for her
to sit.

They drank much that afternoon and evening. It looked to those in the
pub as though the young seaman was going to have his way with Captain
Jack.

About midnight the couple staggered down the dock, and on to the "Revenge".
She helped the man out of his clothes. When she started to
remove hers, the Captain sobered quickly, commanding her to stop. But
by then she had already exposed her breasts.

Captain of the ship Revenge, Calico Jack Racham, became her lover.

Eventually James Bonny turned up looking for his wife. Anne knew him
to be a spineless creature, and thus ignored his existence.

That spirit of adventure now was enhanced by being in the arms of the
notorious Captain Jack.

She became as much feared as her lover. Soon her reputation as a
pirate out ranked that of the Captain's of many pirate ships.

Governor Rogers passed an amnesty for pirates which left her turncoat
husband out of work. The admiration between Anne and Calico was
mutual. Calico Jack was a handsome man who knew how to spend money as
well as steal it.

In any event, Calico offered to buy Anne from Bonny but Bonny instead
took the matter up with Governor Rogers, who said that Anne was to be
flogged and returned to her true husband.

That night Calico and Anne slipped out of the harbor, and began a life
of piracy together.

Anne fought in men's clothing, was an expert with pistol and cutlass
and was considered as dangerous as any male pirate. She was fearless
in battle and often was a member of a boarding party.

The Revenge was prowling the sea just north of Cuba when a ship was
spotted. The lookout shouted down to the helm, and the first mate, put
the long glass to his eye.

The ship was low in the water, and traveling slowly. She indeed looked
like a waiting prize.

Captain Jack appeared on the bridge, and after examining the ship
agreed that they should attempt to capture her.

The Swan Louie was blocking the view of the Seagull. And it was not
until the Revenge was almost along side of her prey that Calico became
aware that there was another ship. By then it was too late.

The Seagull had seen the approach of the strange ship. She was flying
English Colors. The law of the sea required an offer of assistance if
a ship was in trouble. Nevertheless, both the Captain of the Louie and
the Seagull were concerned about the approach of the strange vessel.

All hands were on deck, when the Revenge dropped her flag and hoisted
the Jolly Roger.

The attacking ship threw a grappling hook that caught the Louie by the
bow, swinging her around. The pirates quickly jumped on board swinging
their cutlass' at the unarmed crew.

A quick decision was needed by the Seagull. She could contribute
little to the battle: Rescuing was the main purpose of her presence.

As the Revenge touched the bow of the Louie, the Seagull touched the
Stern.

Lucy and Julie were quickly transferred to the Seagull, and within
seconds the Seagull was off and away.

No one on the Seagull was aware that young Jack, who had assisted the
two passengers in transferring to the Seagull, was still aboard the
Louie when she pushed off.

Scott and Jerry were in their accustomed place in the Crows Nest.

As fate would have it, Anne Bonny, was part of the boarding crew.

She, saw a young strapping sailor among the crew of the Louie and
quickly captured him; she would have her way with him.

There had been no resistance to the attack.

The Sails of the Louie were removed and stowed aboard the Revenge.

Once the cargo had been transferred, the Louie's Crew were released
except for two who had captured the fancy of the outlaws.

Jack, and the strapping sailor were transferred to the conquering
vessel.

Jerry and Scott saw what had happened and instantly de-materialized,
re-materializing in the Crows Nest of the pirate ship. The lookout
just stared at the naked woman he saw standing so near. He moved
toward her, and in that instance the naked man standing behind him had
him over the side. The screaming sailor hit the deck with a thud and a
splatter.

Someone on deck looked up at the Crows Nest and ordered two of the
crew to climb the main and take care of the problem.

Minutes later two pirates entered the look out. There was no one
there. They slid down the ships lines and reported that the death of
their shipmate had been an accidental fall.

As soon as the Revenge was again under sail, Anne marched the two
prisoners down to the cargo hold.

Jack was on the point as the three disappeared below deck.

"If you behave and please me, you will not find life as harsh as it
might a been." The pirates voice was surprisingly pleasant, offering a
bit of comfort in what the prisoners felt was a life threatening
situation. "You will strip yer selves naked, so's I can see what I
have claimed for meself."

Jack began by first removing his boots. His fellow prisoner was not as
fast to comply.

The pirate approached the larger prisoner, cutlass in hand.

"Ye will do as ye are told, else you will be bait for the fishes."

Mary Read began removing her garments. As with Jack the boots were
first, but she appeared to have difficulty. Impatiently, Bonny ordered
the near naked Jack to assist his mate with the undressing.

"No need." The tall lanky one said, in an unexpected higher voice.
Mary had jumped to the conclusion that the pirate was a boy lover, and
would be most displeased in the discovery of her true sex. However,
she had little choice than to comply.

Jack had retreated to his original position and was now standing
wearing only his under pants. He knew they needed to be removed, but
their captors attention was drawn to the other prisoner who was reluctantly
following those orders.

"What is with ye. Ain't you eager to please me?" She waved her cutlass
at the offending person.

Mary stood up, and began removing her blouse. "I hope ye will have
tolerance for what God has made me." As the blouse was lifted over her
head her bosoms were released.

Jack gasped as he witnessed the transformation.

Both prisoners were prepared for the worst, and totally unprepared for
the roars of laughter from their captor.

The pirate turned toward Jack, "Well, well this is an unexpected turn
of events. Off with them," she motioned towards Jack's last vestige of
modesty. Then the pirate began to remove her clothing.

Neither prisoner could believe their eyes as they witnessed the metamorphose
from bold, brutal, and feared outlaw to full figured female.

Pointing toward Jack she addressed the female captive, "Feel like a
bit of fun missy before I feed you to the sharks."

Anne had made only one error in her assessment of the situation. She
had never faced a woman, who like her, was as full of adventure, and
self preservation as any man.

Mary moved toward Jack. It was her intent to put on a good show, and
in doing so await an error in her captor's offensive actions.

In viewing the now naked young sailor, Mary's own lust took over. One
could smell the fear in the air. Belligerently she pushed the boy on
to the pile of canvas that were the sails from the Swan Louie.

The aggressive behavior not only was unexpected, but added spice to
the adventure. It was then that Anne began to suspect that the other
woman was more of a soul mate than a toy with which to play.

"Have yer way with him deary. T'wil be fun to watch. But leave a bit
of that fer me. Don't let him shoot his musket."

Mary reached for one of the boy nipples and gave it a bit of a twist.
She had expected to see the man's pego twitch, but it did not. She
moved up on the canvas bed, and sat on his stomach, facing toward
Anne.

Jack realized that his survival might well depend on pleasing the
transformed pirate, and thus willed himself to an aroused state by
recounting his recent adventure in the Crows Nest.

Mary was pleased at the response as the limber timber began to
inflate.

Anne moved closer to the couple and placed her hands under the boy's
balls, and began tugging on them and the shaft continued to a state of
full erection.

Mary moved forward, and inserted the now erect tool into her vagina,
and began to bounce up and down. "Tell me when it starts to feel too
good. I'm just the appetizer, she's the one you need to please."

The two women played with the boy for more than an hour, bring him to
a climax three times.

Eventually they tired of their new play toy, told the boy to stay in
the cargo hold, and that they would be back before night fall. They
expected to party all night.

After dressing, the two women left the hold.

Anne needed to introduce Mary to Captain Jack. If they got along, then
Mary must sign the ship's articles. After that she would be one of the
crew of the Revenge.

As for the crew only Calico Jack Racham new the sexual identity of
Anne.

He knew something need further explanation as Anne asked that they
talk in the privacy of the Captain's Cabin.

After making certain everything was secure and operating smoothly, the
three retired.

Calico was pleased when he discovered that the new recruit was a female;
now he had two to please him at sea.

To seal the bargain the three spent the night together in an orgy of
sexual pleasures.

It was early the next morning when the sound of a scuffle brought the
revelers out of their sleep.

Mary and Anne quickly dressed and went topside to see what the fracas
was all about.

On deck they saw Jack, still naked, being chased by a big burly crew
member whose cock was out of his pants and at full mast.

Anne quickly stepped in. "Hey Rubin, ye stupid arse hole, that's me
prisoner yer trying to fuck. Keep it up and ye'll have my cutlass up
yers, for sure."

Then Mary surprised Anne by adding, "And then I'm the next in line."

Anne whispered, "So's you like the little feller eh? He's yers me
darlin', if ye wants him."

Jack had taken advantage of the heated exchange and disappeared into
the cargo hold.

Rubin was visibly agitated by the encounter, "So whose this'n?"

"This is Marston, a new member of the Revenge. He just signed the
articles."

"Over my fucking dead body. The boy is more mine than his. I'se been
here the longest."

Mary stepped toward the offending pirate. "If it's a show down ye
wants, I'll be happy to oblige ye."

It had become a confrontation. Pirates law could only be satisfied by
a duel between the two.

There was a small islet just to the south. The quartermaster ordered
the Revenge to hove to, and put her at anchor. Then he rowed the two
ashore, and with pistol and cutlass, the duel began.

Both discharged their pistol for naught and then began the duel with
cutlass in hand. Rubin had strength on his side but Mary was more
agile and cunning. The duel had been going for some time, when Rubin
made a thrust and stumbled. He would have probably managed to recover
from this slip if it were not for what Mary did next.

Before the unbelieving eyes of the pirate, Mary ripped her shirt open
to expose her breasts. The pirate, not believing his eyes, hesitated
for a split second. In that instance, Mary quickly grabbed his cutlass
arm and with one swing of her own blade, nearly cut the man's head
off. He lay on the ground grasping at the frothing bloody gash in his
neck while still not believing he had been dueling with a woman.

When they returned to the Revenge Mary felt that she had earned a bit
of pleasure with the boy, and immediately went below.

Jack heard that Mary had killed his tormentor.

She was attempting to bring young Jack to a state of erection, but was
failing. She had him spread eagle upon the bed of canvas, and was
massaging the penis. Nothing was happening.

Anne came into the hold. It would be a pleasure to watch.

Looking around Mary sought some kind of tool to enhance the performance.
She noticed a box containing wooden pegs used on deck to secure
the ships halyards. She flipped the boy over on his stomach, and then
motioned with her head toward the box.

Anne was pleased. The entertainment was turning most interesting. She
nodded her head "Yes", and reached into the box. She added her own
inventiveness in the form of dipping the wooden dildo into a greasy
substance before passing it on to Mary.

The woman spread the boys cheeks apart, and tried to force it into the
boy's hole. It was too large, it was not rounded, and Jack let out a
scream that shook the ship's timbers. Suddenly the box of pegs became
animated, and were flying around the hold.

The first one hit Mary in the head. She fell back and looked up at her
mentor suspecting that she had offended the other woman. But as she
looked she saw another peg hit the pirate's naked vagina with such
force that she winced in sympathy.

In a high state of confusion all three were looking for the source of
the flying pegs. It was then that Jack knew that his ghostly lover and
his friend were on board the Revenge, and that he was being rescued.

The two women had intuitively drawn closer together seeking each
other's protection. It was then that they both saw the naked form of
another woman. At first they thought it was an illusion as with a
reflection in a mirror.

Neither women saw, or even felt the blow administered from behind by
the naked man. The two women sank to the deck in a Lesbian like position.

In a single sprint toward freedom, Scott and Jerry led the way.

On deck, the crew were startled by the sudden appearance of three
naked people who emerged from the cargo hold and dove over the side
and into the ocean waters.

Minutes later, as the two women regained consciousness below decks,
they began to suspect that the event had not been driven by human
forces. In fear they wondered if Jack was a warlock who had brought
forth the power of the devil. Without speaking, they came to the
conclusion that the less said about the encounter the better.

The Revenge was under full sail. No one on board considered that they
should heave to, put about, and rescue the escaped prisoners.

Thus, Scott and Jerry, found themselves again in the boundless sea. In
their materialized form they were vulnerable, de-materialized they
were not.

Young Jack was a good swimmer, but even so it would be unlikely that
he would survive unless rescue was imminent.

After a moments discussion it was decided that Scott would stay with
his lover while Jerry would seek help.

Even though she could transport herself in a de-materialized form with
little use of her energy source, the truth of the matter was that her
energy level had been depleted by the physical activity on the Revenge.
She would need Jack before she could seek help.

Sex was the last thing on the young sailor's mind as Jerry shared her
concern and need.

Rather than to approach the matter in a logical way, Scott took Jack
into his arms and kissed him deeply. The fore-play started with the
face, and then progressed to the ears. Within a few minutes of Scott's
tongue being in Jack's ear, his pego was at full mast, and Jerry helped
herself.

With Scott's assistance Jack went into a float, his pego reaching
toward the sky. Jerry moved between his legs, and dipped her mouth
over the offered tool. The boy's tongue was deeply mimicking his cock,
communicating the new urgency that was welling up with his gut.

The two spirits continued to administer to the sailor, and soon the
boy passed that point of control and ejaculated massive quantities of
the life giving sperm.

He had hardly recovered when he realized that Jerry was no longer
present. It was just he and his ghostly lover.

Arm in arm they shared each other's presence finding security in each
other even though they were floating nakedly in the open Caribbean
sea.

Moments later Jerry was on board the Seagull. Immediately she sought
out Jose. It was urgent that the ship be brought about and attempt to
rescue Jack. It they were not quick about it, there would be three
ghosts to feed instead of two.

She found Jose in the galley conversing with Lucy. She looked about
the cabin. Julie was not there. She stood behind Lucy, facing Jose,
and then materialized.

The sudden apparition brought Jose's speech to a dead stop in the
middle of a sentence.

Jerry signaled that she needed to speak to him immediately.

Neither realized that Lucy could see Jerry's naked reflection in the
glass of one of the port holes.

There was no time to explain. "Jose, Jack is going to drown if we do
not save him. He was captured by the pirates and jumped over board.
You MUST get the Captain to bring the Seagull about and head back."

Jose was at a loss for words. How could he explain the need to the
Captain without the man knowing the source of his knowledge?

As soon as Jerry saw the hesitation in his face, she understood why.

"Jose go tell the Captain that Lucy needs to speak with him immediately.
That it is a matter of life or death."

As Jose started up the ladder to the main deck he heard Jerry say,
"Lucy my love, there is much that I need yet to tell you. But for the
moment you MUST trust me. Please lay face down on the deck as though
you had fainted. Keep your eyes closed until I ask you to open them.
Please!"

Lucy looked into the eyes of the woman she had come to love, and
obeyed.

Jerry dematerialized, and awaited the Captain.

Moments later they returned.

Immediately the man knelt along side Lucy, putting fingers against the
jugular.

A woman's voice spoke clearly. "Captain, please do not turn around.
There is nothing wrong with Lucy, but it is urgent that you bring the
Seagull about, else young Jack will drown."

The older man stiffened for a moment, then relaxed. "Ah. I was wondering
how long it would be before you made yourself known."

"How long have you known?"

"Known? About 20 seconds. Suspected, about 30 days. Who are you and
why have you selected the Seagull to haunt."

Jerry's voice moved from behind the man to in front of him.

He looked in the direction of the source of the sound. Jerry began to
materialize. The man paled as the ghostly figure began to form, then
blushed as he saw the beautiful nakedness of the teenage girl.

"How can we return without risking the lives of our passengers?"

"The pirate ship has left, and will not return. They removed the sails
from the Swan Louie, so she is dead in the water. About an hour beyond
that is where Jack and Scotty are attempting to survive in the ocean."

The Captain turned to Jose, "Go tell the Helmsman to bring her about.
As close to 180 as he can, but trim her for maximum speed."

Jose started to leave, but the instructions continued, "Take Lucy with
you, and leave her on deck. But you comeback. There is much I need to
know."

As the couple left the cabin, the older man picked up a blanket, and
handed it to Jerry.

She shook her head. "I don't need it. Thanks anyway."

"T'is for me. Please cover yourself."

The vessel began to change course. She slowed as the bow moved across
the wind. A sharp snap rippled through the craft as the jib moved from
port to starboard. Then the thud of the main boom snapping to starboard
started in the very keel of the craft, and rumbled its way up
and through every timber. The deck lurched from a gentle port tilt to
a pronounced starboard angle as the vessel began to dig deeply into
the ocean, being propelled by a solid wind. It was as though the
Seagull recognized the urgency.

It was Jack, not Scotty who first knew that rescue was on its way. For
several hours the lovers had been locked in an embrace of both love
and survival. At one point he had been in a state of depression. They
had begun to discuss the advantages of their both passing beyond the
pale. But that passing would change Jack as much as if he had aged, or
changed gender. They loved each other because of who they were. It was
both physical and of the mind. Neither wanted to risk what they already
had. Wiser men had lusted after those in another pasture. Once
attained it was not what they had imagined. Thus those fantasies
dissolved into their continued hope of rescue.

"Love. I want to leave you for a few minutes and see if there is
something floating that we can use to support ourselves." Scotty
disappeared, leaving Jack alone in the desolate waters.

From 100 feet above Scott surveyed the water, hoping to find something
that floated; something that could make the difference between the
life and death of his lover.

He had almost abandoned the idea when he spotted something that looked
like a floating rectangle. He moved toward it. What ever it was it was
submerged just below the oceans surface. He moved even closer. It was
a ship's door; something wrenched from a ship's cabin during a storm.

The piece of flotsam was a short distance from Jack, yet in a direction
in which they would have missed it.

Scott dropped to the water and re-materialized. Grasping a hold of the
edge of the door he paddled toward Jack. Within 5 minutes they were
together again.

The two boys began examining the door, and found a chain wrapped
around the latch. Once they disengaged the chain, the door surfaced.
It measured almost thirty inches wide by more than 5 foot in length.
They crawled on to the wooden structure. It immediately submerged, yet
carried their weight at a depth of four inches.

The shallower water was warmer; it was not draining the calories from
their bodies.

They turned toward each other, embracing, their minds merging. In a
way their separate persona equalized. They would survive.

----------------------------

There was a good deal of activity onboard the Seagull.

Mike, the leading seaman had replaced Bobby at the wheel, releasing
the younger man to deal with trimming the sails.

Excitement permeated the air. Everyone knew that they were going to
attempt rescuing Jack.

There was so much to do that no one asked the biggest question of all:
How did the Captain know where Jack was, and for that matter what kind
of danger he was in.

Lucy remained on deck. She was not a stupid girl. She had taken a lot
in stride, in the name of love. But there were many unanswered questions.
Where did Jerry come from? Why was she naked? How did she know
where Jack was, and that rescue was even possible? And then the most
astounding question: How had this WOMAN, who she had just recently
become to know captured her heart so completely?

-------------------

The Revenge passed along the coast of Porto Rico. There were woods
which spread upward to the very tops of the mountains. The lush vegetation,
the skyline of mountains, the peaceful blue sky offered calm to the crew
who were still on an adventure high.

Leaving Porto Rico behind, they pressed onward, passing the Island of
Hispaniola, and then they coasted leisurely in the now calm waters
until they came to an island resembling a great sea tortoise at a
latitude of twenty degrees and thirty minutes.

Tortuga is very mountainous and full of rocks, yet hugely thick with
lofty trees. Roots are seen entangled among the rocks, not unlike the
branching of ivy upon a wall.

The part of the island which stretches towards the North is totally
uninhabited. It had proved to be very incommodious and unhealthy, as
well as sporting a rugged coast which gave no access to the shore.

Only the Southern shore was hospitable, and by contrast, exceedingly
so.

There was a magnificent harbor on the south shore which had two entry
channels, large enough to provide easy access for the largest of
ships.

Cayona was the name of the town along side the bay. Its safe harbor
was the chief reason the town had been founded there, but the anchorage
was not the only reason for its existence. Cayona was the island's
center of commerce, and therefore also its center of government.

The first task on Captain Calico's agenda was trading the booty they
had acquired from the Swan Louie. Then after the proceeds were
distributed they would enjoy the pleasures of the Island. After the cargo
had been unloaded, he wanted to spend a few hours with the new crewman.

While he and Anne were lovers, neither considered, for a moment, that
they should be true to one another. And Mary had certainly proven her
talents in the Captain's cabin.

It was just after dark when Anne left the Revenge. The long boat had
deposited her and a few other stragglers on to the dock.

She limped along the water front. She noticed a well dressed man
walking toward her. He was not a dandy. He walked with purpose. As
they came within speaking distance he said, "I see you are limping.
What happened?"

"Go Fuck yer self arse hole." Anne was not about to be "picked up" by
any man. A new acquaintance would be her own doing.

"Lad. I am a Doctor. You look as though you are in pain." From the way
the boy was walking, he thought it likely that he had had his arse
forcefully fucked, and possibly by too many. He had seen such things
in his practice of medicine.

Anne quickly reassessed the situation. A Doctor could be a valuable
friend. She turned toward him, "I'm sorry sir. But I have had a rough
day at sea."

Just then two husky men stepped from an alley, and took the Doctor to
the ground.

They had made a grave error in ignoring the young seaman.

With a tremendous kick to the buttocks of the older man, she sent him
crashing into the corner of the building.

The other assailant moved towards the knife that was in his belt; but
he was not fast enough, as his own blade passed through his jugular.

Anne reached over to the Doctor and helped him to his feet. He gazed
at the mayhem around him, then introduced himself as Doctor Michael
Radliffe.

Even though her vagina did hurt, it was not for that reason that she
elected to engage the man. He was tall, handsome, and very masculine.
He had good manners and an appearance that made all of the men she had
known before pale by comparison. There was no doubt in her mind the
friendship of this man would be a valuable asset.

"Where did a young man like you learn to fight like that."

"I am older than you think. You may be a Doctor, but in that regards I
think I fooled ye. I am not a lad, I am a woman. And I could use a bit
of your attention as me womanhood does hurt."

The two walked a short distance and entered a small well appointed
store front. The sign read, "Doctor M. Radliffe, Closed Sundays."

Anne looked around her. Everything was of the best quality.

"I'll be back in just a moment. You may disrobe while I go upstairs
and change into some clean clothes."

She smiled to herself. "Disrobe, indeed! Well that's what she had in
mind to begin with, but not fer the purpose the good doctor had in
mind."

When he returned, he found Anne sitting stark naked on the edge of a
table. What a transformation. He had seen many naked women in the
course of his profession, but for some reason this one caused his
juices to stir. He had to turn around and re-arrange himself. It would
not do to have a patient see that he had been aroused.

The medical attention that he gave to her genitals took only a moment.
The personal attention that she gave to his required the entire weekend.

Never before, in the good doctor's life, had he met a woman with such
spirit, with such a lust for life, and with such an overt passion for
those appetites usually reserved for men.

Before the moon had risen Radliffe had enjoyed Anne's considerable
expertise in the avocation of sexual artistry.

The one thing that the man was not, was impetuous, yet what he next
did displayed the impact that the female pirate had upon him.

"Anne, come away with me for the weekend. We will enjoy the solitude
of new lovers away from the hectic life of Cayona. I will arrange a
carriage."

Anne Bonny burst into a fit of laughter. The concept of her dressed as
a woman riding in a carriage was so out of character that she could
not control herself.

At first Richard was taken back at what appeared to be a rejection of
his invitation.

"No, good sir. If we t'were to do this best we ride from here like a
couple of seasoned gents."

They spent the night in the Doctor's apartment above his office, but at
day break they mounted two rented horses and rode westward out of
Cayona.

The inhabited parts of Tortuga were divided into four parts:

The first was called the Low-land, or Low-country, and was the location
of Cayona, the Harbor, and the richest planters.

The second part was referred to as the Middle Plantation. That territory
was just then being expanded. The virgin, untested soil had only
been used for the cultivation of tobacco.

The third area, Ringot, was situated towards the West of the island.
The fourth, and last, was called The Mountain, a place more protected
from the weather, and was where the island's first plantations were
located. The Mountain was their destination.

One of Doctor Radliffe's patients, who still owed him a significant
sum, had a small cabin on the outskirts of his plantation. He assured
Anne that they would be most welcome.

The road inland was sometimes wide and smooth, and at other times
narrow and rutted.

Sometimes the road ran though the middle of open fields, and at others
through the native trees which were exceedingly tall and pleasing to
the eye.

Her host was extolling the virtues of the various woods.

The most popular tree, the Yellow Saunder or Candlewood, was used to
provide light after dark. Its oil rich wood, while smoky, burned with
a bright light. The smell of burning wood permeated all of the island.

Then there was China Root, it is white and soft, and serves for pleasant
food to the wild boars when they can find nothing else.

"Wild Boar?" Anne immediately reacted. On a few occasions the ships
upon which she had served had set foot on wild islands with the intent
purpose of adding Pork to the ships lauder. The idea of a Boar hunt
hit at the foundation of her love for adventure.

The Doctor continued his discourse: "This island is also abundant in
Aloes, as well as an infinite number of other medicinal herbs.

"There are many good timbers growing here a bouts from which we build
everything from buildings to ships."

They passed tall tropical trees whose leaves were mostly at the top of
the trunk. "Those are Palmettos."

"Is that a jug of some kind tied up there?" Anne pointed toward a
piece of bamboo stalk which had been placed near the top of the tree.

"Yes, the locals make an interesting beverage from that. It's something
like a wine. The sugar content is high enough that the juice
rapidly turns to alcohol. This morning's harvesting will be tonight's
celebration."

The sun had just reached its zenith as the two rode past two lengths
of stone wall extending either side of the road. There was an open
gate which served no purpose as the wall just dwindled into nothingness
within a 100 feet of the road.

"This is Jacques' plantation. Look over there in that stand of trees."
The doctor pointed to his left. "That's where we will be spending the
next few days. But first we must ride on to the plantation house and
let them know that they have guests."

They rode straight ahead. The hot tropical sun caused perspiration to
soak both of their shirts and trousers. "Anne, I don't want Jacques'
family to think you be a boy. Could you open your blouse a bit, and
position your breasts so that they's noticeable?"

Under other circumstances those would have been fighting words. But
anger was not part of her being that day. Laughingly she removed her
blouse allowing her ample tit's to be exposed to the slight breeze.
They rode that way until the plantation house was in sight.

Much to the relief of the Doctor, and without prompting, Anne put the
blouse back on, but left the first 4 buttons unfastened, providing a
delightful view of her cleavage.

Inwardly she reveled in this new feeling; she was a woman.

Even before they had reached the plantation house a rider rode toward
them in greeting.

The rider was a handsome man in his mid twenties.

Michael whispered, "That is Rene, Jacques' son."

"Dr. Mike. It is nice to see you. Dad is in Cayona for the slave
auction."

"Ah. He must have already been there when we left this morning, as we
haven't passed anyone."

"What brings you to our part of the island?"

"Rene, I would like for you to meet Anne Bonny. We hoped you could put
us up in the guest cabin for a couple of days."

Anne smiled at the young man. "Pleased. I understand the boar hunting
is particularly good in this part of Tortuga."

Rene blinked. "Well, yes mam. We have been plagued by one. It has been
tramping our fields. It even killed a couple of dad's prize bulls. We
were planing on hunting it down when he gets back from town."

Their host offered cold drinks in the shade of a large tree.

Michael and Rene discussed the health of everyone that lived in the
area. But from time to time Anne interrupted, bringing the conversation
back to the matter of the boar.

The two men finally gave in, and they began to discuss the boar, its
location, and what ever else was known about it.

Anne kept injecting comments and observations that could only have
come from having participated in previous boar hunts.

Both began to realize that this was not a flight of fancy on her part,
but an expectation.

Later that night, while Anne and Michael were alone in their bed, she
began setting an itinerary for the morrow that started before sunrise.

They left their horses in the barn and began their hunt on foot.

Rene had sketched a map of the area showing where most of the wild
boar were centered. They had hiked through undergrowth and shrubbery
for more than an hour, Anne leading the way.

She had noted signs of the beast; droppings, and occasional fresh
ruttings around the base of the China Root.

The two broke into a small open space.

Around them, on all sides, were bushes and fern-like growths. Overhead
and all about were the trunks and branches of forest trees.

Suddenly Anne heard a sound. She stood quietly and listened. She made
no movement. Little noises died down in her throat; she stood as one
petrified. The sound drew closer. It was like the grunt of a pig.
Then she began to hear the sounds caused by the moving of a body
through the brush. Next she saw the ferns agitated by the passage of
the body. The ferns parted, and the pirate saw gleaming eyes, a long
snout, and white tusks.

It was the wild boar. He peered at them curiously. He grunted once
or twice and shifted his weight from one foreleg to the other, at the
same time moving his head from side to side and swaying the ferns.
Still both hunters stood as one petrified, their eyes unblinking as
they stared at him, fear eating at their heart.

She stood there in a trembling ecstasy; till her senses reminded her
that she was in command.

Anne was like a dog on a scent, like her ancient kin, with his spear
and his wild boar, to her now there was the lust of the chase, the
frenzy of pursuit, the dust of battle.

The two locked eyes; the woman and the pig. The man was ignored by
both.

It seemed that this movelessness and silence on Anne's part was what
was expected. She would not cry out in the face of fear. It was a
dictate of instinct. And so she stood there and waited for she knew
not what.

The boar thrust the ferns aside and stepped into the open. The curiosity
went out of his eyes, and they gleamed cruelly. He tossed his
head at the woman threateningly and advanced a step. This he did
again, and yet again.

Anne was a fury when she was excited, and yet as cunning as a fox.

And like a fury she dashed into a confrontation. She was gritting her
teeth, making frightful grimaces, snarling, uttering sharp and continuous
cries that sounded like "Ahhhh! Ahhhh!" So sudden and formidable
was her appearance that the boar involuntarily bunched himself together
on the defensive and bristled and swerved toward her, racing into
battle.

In an instant she leaped straight up into the air, catching an
overhanging branch with her hands. Just a moment too late, with
clashing tusks, the boar drove past underneath.

He recovered from his surprise and sprung forward, emitting a squeal
that was almost a trumpeting.

In that same instance the man followed suite, and swung himself up
into the branches of the tree.

The boar, had formidable tusks and a diabolical temper which preserved
him from all but the most ferocious or most famished of the beasts.

He stood below looking up. His stance was one of strong ego, having
forced his opponent to flee. He halted and shifted his weight with
indecision.

Richard was carrying a coil of rope wrapped around his waist. At
Anne's instance he uncoiled the line and passed it to her.

She formed a noose, and dropped it about the neck of the animal. The
angered boar bolted this way and that; but each time the rope held him
as Anne had made it fast about the trunk of the tree above the branch
where they sat.

The great Boar grunted and charged, slashing the sturdy tree with his
mighty tusks until the bark flew in every direction.

Anne dropped to the ground behind him.

In her hand was the keen blade that she had taken from the miscreant
attacker of the previous evening.

The mighty tusker turned at the sound of her falling body, and seeing
only the easy prey, he lowered his head and charged madly at the
youth.

She was on her feet in an instant and, leaping with the agility of a
monkey, she re-gained the safety of a low limb as the boar, again
rushed futilely beneath.

Again the youth dropped from the tree, this time landing upright but
crouched facing the furious animal.

Slowly she stood and then moved forward.

The animal continued to stare at the face of its enemy, armed only
with the slender hunting knife.

For a moment the beast stood motionless facing the youth. His wicked,
deep-set eyes flashed angrily. He shook his lowered head, froth being
thrown from its frightful mouth.

In an angry tone Anne bellowed, "Stupid Animal! Wallower in filth.
Even your meat stinks!"

The tone of her voice was understood by the beast. "Today I shall eat
your heart, O Lord of the Great Tusks, that it shall keep savage that
which pounds against my own ribs."

The giant pig, understanding nothing of what Anne said, was none the
less enraged because of that. He saw only a slim man-thing, hairless
and futile, pitting his puny fang and soft muscles against his own
indomitable savagery, and he charged.

Anne waited until the up cut of a wicked tusk would have laid open her
thigh, then she moved -- just the least bit to one side; but so quickly
that lightning was ponderous by comparison, and as she moved, she
stooped low and with all the power of her right arm drove the long
blade of the hunting knife straight into the heart of the boar. A
quick leap carried her from the zone of the creature's death throes.

The animal's frothy mouth, was be-painted all with red, like milk and
blood being mingled both together, as its eyes stared without vision
at the blood covered victor, standing there with the hot and dripping
heart in her hand.

From above, Michael gazed down at his prize. "What a woman!" He
exclaimed to himself.
