	All movement had stopped. He thought about breaking down the
door. It looked fairly sturdy, but he was sure he could put a dent in
it. Maybe he should call the police. The phone in the apartment rang. Four
rings and then a machine answered. He heard the muffled sound of a woman's
voice. His neighbor was female. After a beep a man's voice began to
talk. He couldn't make out what was being said, but it was none of his
business anyway. He waited a few seconds and then the woman could be heard
again. He decided everything was back to normal.
	Back down the elevator and about fifteen more trips.
