By the end of that second BBQ that the sisters of Tom and Jeff had attended
I was totally convinced of my conspiracy theory that I believed our
neighbour Mrs Holt was planning.

You see that afternoon Mrs Holt or should I say Dr Holt the dermatologist,
had explained to the assembled parents that her special guest from New York
was a paediatrician and long time friend from medical school, Dr Ruth
Sutherland. The parents all seemed very interested when Mrs Holt introduced
Dr Sutherland as the national co-patron of the relatively new national
parents movement 'Parents Taking Back Control' and explained how her friend
Dr Sutherland's visit was to assist her in establishing a new PTBC centre
in her long disused home clinic.

When Dr Sutherland addressed the parents she stated that she was always
willing within the limits of the law to assist any parents who wanted to
set up a local chapter of PTBC with its unique methods of bring unruly
children, especially boys back under full parental control.

My interest and that of the other girls was ignited when Dr Sutherland
spoke about her fellow national co-patron, Jane Barber, mother of teen pop
sensation Armistead Barber. Dr Sutherland explained to the parents how Jane
Barber and herself had initially developed a special program to bring
fifteen year old Armistead back under his mothers control and then how
through a woman's group she was patron of in New York the concepts
developed and implemented with Armistead had grown in less than a year into
PTBC.

Dr Sutherland then explained to the parents that Doctor - Patient
confidentiality prevented her from discussing exactly what Jane Barber and
herself had implemented with Armistead but that the general structure of
PTBC was closely based on the program they had developed.

She explained to the very attentive parents that PTBC was designed for both
boys and girls but was much more commonly used on boys as the majority of
girls corrected their errant ways without the need for stronger controls.

She explained how PTBC was all about controlling a child's urges,
especially their sexual urges and rewarding them for good and appropriate
behaviour with very controlled sexual release. She went on to explain how
this needed to be done medically at a clinic not at home to keep the PTBC
within the law as it currently stood and how this release was controlled by
the medical fitting of a male or female chastity device!

My mind wandered at this point imagining what the super sexy sixteen year
old Armistead Barber looked like naked and wearing a chastity device!

I was brought back from my imaginations as Dr Sutherland answered a
question from Jeff's mother about how the male chastity device worked?

Dr Sutherland explained how it was made from high strength materials used
in prosthetics and had been designed for long-term wear. How it encased the
boys entire scrotum as well as his penis and consisted of a penis ring and
a cage which surrounded the boys penis and scrotum, with a lockable nylon
post holding the cage against the penis ring and when locked in place
making it impossible to remove without the key.

Tom's mother asked if wearing the device was very uncomfortable, to which
Dr Sutherland explained how, because it enclosed the scrotum, the chastity
device did not put pressure on the scrotum area like some other types
devices use for genital security, and therefore was comfortable enough for
long term wear. She explained that whilst worn, it would prevent a boy from
achieving a full erection and very effectively prevented him from
masturbating.

At this point I looked across at Tom, Jeff and Chris and noticed all three
blush at the mention of masturbation!

Dr Sutherland must have noticed the reaction amongst the boys as she looked
directly at the four naked sixth grade boys, Michael and his three friends
who were present, Trey, Jon and Justin and stated "It does however rub and
press against a boys penis, making it difficult for the boy to totally
forget that he has it on. This I think is a good thing as this in turn
keeps the boy in a mild state of extended sexual frustration and thus makes
him very willing to participate in his clinical release sessions.

All seven of the boys present I noticed blushed further at that comment.

She then answered a number of other questions from the parents present and
then one from Chris Squires who asked "Is it easy to urinate with the
device?".

Dr Sutherland assured Chris he could do it easily either standing up or
sitting down and that it was virtually undetectable under clothing, so
other people would not even know he was wearing it.

Dr Sutherland's reply caused Chris to blush profusely as he hurriedly
explained he was not asking in regard to himself as he was a mature
responsible teenager but because he babysat a large number of boys and was
wondering about managing the logistics of them urinating if the device was
fitted.

Dr Sutherland seemed interested in Chris' babysitting business and asked a
few more questions of him but concluded the discussion with a comment to
the parents that even boys who responsibly minded other children and
appeared mature could still benefit from the personal discipline PTBC
imposed,

A comment that again caused a number of parents to nod in agreement and
Chris to blush again and the other boys and girls including myself to
giggle! The look on Chris' face said he wished he had never asked the
original question!

By the end of the BBQ Dr Sutherland had agreed to return in four weeks time
to officially open Mrs Holt's new home PTBC clinic and offered as an
opening special to give at no cost a "Armistead" checkup and free male
chastity device fitting to all the boys of the parents present.

The parents all looked enthusiastic, the boys apart from Chris all looked
miserable, the other girls, Chris and I all looked excited at the prospect
of PTCB coming to Pine Hills. Despite Dr Sutherland's comments earlier to
Chris, he had obviously decided that unlike the other boys he was in no
danger as I overheard him quietly torment his friends Jeff and Tom about
how he might soon be supervising their naked time along Michael and his
friends!

The next three weeks saw frantic activity at the Holt's residence as
tradesmen and then suppliers came and went quickly converting the old
disused clinic into the new PTBC clinic.

With two weeks to go before the official opening I became even more jealous
of my sister Amy as she was selected by Dr Holt to assist on reception at
her new PTBC clinic. Even though she was not a trained nurse, Dr Holt with
my parents permission began training Amy to help her process and prepare
the children who would be brought into the clinic. The second last Friday
before the official opening Amy got to work with Dr Holt in trying out the
newly installed equipment in the clinic.

Chris was not usually there on Fridays but had been bought over by Dr Holt
to supervise Michael allowing Dr Holt to concentrate on the new
clinic. Michael had no friends over but as usual Chris was accompanied by
his friends Jeff and Tom. I came over with my sister and swam with Michael,
Jeff, Tom and Chris whilst Amy went into the new clinic with Dr Holt.

We had not been in the pool very long when Mr. Banks, the chairman of the
Pine Hills Civic Club entered the back yard along with his nearly fourteen
year old son Edward. Edward was in the eighth grade with Chris, played on
our middle schools football team and had the reputation of being a stud
among a lot of the female students.

Edward's eyes nearly popped out of his head when he first saw Michael naked
and he immediately asked his classmates Jeff and Chris why Michael was
naked!

Before either could answer however, Dr Holt came out of the clinic and
welcomed Mr Banks and Edward and then gave her oft repeated oration about
boys having excessive modesty and how she had brought her son up to be very
relaxed about his body and nudity.

She then proceeded to questioned Mr Banks all about Edward and when
finished she suggested to Mr Banks that Edward should strip off and get
naked with her son in the pool.

I might have imagined it but I thought I saw Dr Holt wink at my sister Amy
who was standing in the clinic entry door, after she made that
suggestion. It made me again begin to wonder wether Dr Holt and Amy had
conspired to put Edward in this position.

Edward blushed profusely at Mrs Holt's comment.

I felt an immediate tingle of excitement at the thought of Edward Banks
being made to strip naked in front of me and the boys!

Jeff, Tom and Chris all looked equally as excited as I felt!

Edward of course politely rejected Ms Holts offer, stating that he was an
eighth grade teenager and would not be allowed to go around naked by his
parents and then looking at me and then Jeff, Tom and Chris declared that
he certainly could not be naked in front of a girl and that the other teens
present, Chris, Tom and Jeff were not naked.

My sister picking up on Dr Holts comment about boys having excessive
modesty asked Edward if he was excessively modest and was that the reason
he did not want to experience the freedom of nudity like Michael enjoyed?

Edward denied he was too modest and said he was cool about a younger boy
like Michael being nude, as Dr Holt had approved of it, but again he cited
the fact that as he was nearly fourteen, his parents would not approve and
that he could not go naked in front of his class mates as they were still
clothed!

My tingling was beginning to subside as it appeared that like Jeff, Tom and
Chris, Edward would also get out of being naked with Michael when Mr Banks
dropped the bomb shell.

He told Edward that he needed to get used to being naked because he and Mrs
Banks had discussed in depth 'Parents Taking Back Control' and had decided
to show their support by volunteering Edward to help Dr Holt test out her
new clinic before the opening, which would involve him being naked.

"But dad . . ." a profusely blushing Edward started to object.

"Son, You've been getting into a lot of trouble lately and acting too big
for your boots. As you know, I have had two calls from two different
parents in the last month complaining about your attitude . . .  and
disrespect! I've talked it over with your mother and we've decided to enrol
you in the full PTBC program when Dr Holt opens the clinic but in the week
or so till then your mother and I have decided that you can start to get
used to controlled nudity a bit earlier than most of the other local
children." Mr. Banks said giving a knowing nod to Dr Holt.

"I'm not getting naked . . . and there is no way I am letting Dr Holt
practice her PTBC shit on me!" Edward asserted!

"You watch your mouth boy, or I will personally wash your mouth out with
soap! Now son, either do it voluntarily or I'll have the boys here strip
you naked and if I have to order that Edward Banks, the punishment I will
then give you, will not be like anything you have ever experienced before
in your life" Mr. Banks said sternly.

"I can't believe you and mom would make me do this!" Edward snapped back.

"You brought this all on yourself." Mr Banks replied.

"Dad!!! You can't be serious?  Surely you see how ridiculous this PTBC
thing is!"

"Seems a very good idea to me and your mom . . ." Mr. Banks replied.

"But Dad!!!" Edward protested once again. "This is so lame, I'm in the
eight grade for crying out loud, I'm not a little boy!"

"Enough ..... Start undressing now son or I will order you stripped!" Mr
Banks threatened.

Edward mumbled and fidgeted for a few moments, then he seemed to realise
that everyone there was staring at him waiting to see what he would do. He
swallowed hard and his body posture looked mad and angry at the sudden turn
of events but the look in his eyes also told me he also knew that he had no
real choice.

The full reality of having everyone there seeing him naked seemed to made
his legs weak and he began to shake and his face paled as a wave of nausea
overtook him.

"Hurry up son" Mr. Banks warned.

"All right, I'm going to do it." a distraught Edward said as he began to
lift his T-shirt over his head.

I could feel the moisture between my legs as I marvelled at seeing his bare
muscular chest. After prolonging his undressing for as long as he dared,
which brought my own excitement to extreme levels, Edward finally got down
to wearing only his boxer shorts. He took a deep breath and reached for the
waistband of his boxers and stepped out of them in one quick motion,
quickly covering his private parts with his hands.

"Hands by your sides Edward, there is is no covering up in PTBC" Mr Banks
ordered!

Edward reluctantly complied and at the same time, he lowered his head and
stared toward the ground, blushing in shame.

Chris gasped out loud as he stared at his fellow classmate naked and both
Jeff and Tom had wide mouthed grins.

WOW!!! Eight grade stud by reputation and eight grade stud in fact, I
thought to myself!

It was the first time that I had ever seen a teenage boy naked! Unlike
twelve year old Michael, Edward who was nearly fourteen had a thick bush of
pubic hair above his thick cock which hung down to the bottom of his plump
low hanging ball sack. Even though I didn't really know what to expect a
boy who was nearly fourteen to look like naked, I admit I was surprised
that Edward was so maturely developed down there. Certainly his reputation
as the grade stud among the students at school was well founded and

As I looked at Michael and Edward naked, I again wondered what Jeff, Tom
and Chris might look like naked!
