Mystical Sinners Guild

Chapter 4	The Laws of the Guild

Late on Tuesday evening, Richard realised that his first meeting as a Guild
member was but a day away, and he had failed to read the Meeting Laws.  He
opened a can of beer, settled down, and opened the book of Laws.  Inside he
was disappointed to see that it was a subset of the full Laws, subtitled
Laws for Juniors.  The Laws of Meetings  formed the first section.

He started reading.

A hand written leaf had been inserted before the printed section.

"Robing Room 6.  Locker 8."
Taped to the page was a key.

Richard proceeded to the Laws of Meetings.

M1	On arrival for a meeting, the Junior shall proceed to his assigned Robing
Room.   The ten Robing Rooms shall each have a capacity for thirteen
Sinners.  As membership of the Guild inevitably fluctuates, Sinners may be
re-assigned to different rooms from time to time so as to keep those in use
at maximum occupation.
M2	Meetings are held twice a week, and an attendance of at least two
meetings per month is compulsory, except in the case of sickness or
bereavement.  An attendance of at least four meetings a month is considered
desireable, and merit points will be awarded for an even higher attendance
in any one month.  Merit points will be offset by the Punishment Senior
against the severity (but not the instance) of a Sinner's punishments.
M3	Juniors must arrive at their Robing Rooms not less than twenty minutes
before the nominal start of the Meeting, normally 7.00 pm.  Any Junior
arriving later then five minutes prior to the Meeting, shall not be
admitted.  After his first meeting the Junior shall discard used robes in
the laundry bin.  Newly laundered robes will subsequently be found in his
locker.
M4	On arrival in the Robing Room, The Junior shall lay his or her Punishment
Robe on the top of his locker, that it may be readily accessible to a
Senior, if required, to bring to the Junior for immediate wear in the event
of a punishment being decreed.
M5	All Juniors shall strip and shower in the communal shower area on arrival
in the robing room.
M6	The Junior shall normally enrobe in Junior Robe, unless under sentence of
a Punishment not yet administered.  In this case no robe shall be worn until
after Inspection, and then the Punishment robe shall be worn.
M7	Juniors robing in Junior Robes shall hitch hems to shoulders (see Robes)
and stand by his or her locker awaiting the arrival of a Robing Senior for
inspection prior to being granted permission to attend the meeting.
M8	Under no circumstances shall Juniors wear any garment at a meeting except
a Junior Robe or a Punishment Robe.
M9	Any Junior not ready for inspection at the time of the nominal start of
the Meeting, but who has been admitted to the premises, shall be required by
the Robing Senior to attend the meeting in Punishment Robe (but not undergo
punishment for such an offence.)

Richard paused for breath.  Phew!  He continued, glad he had discovered what
was expected of him rather than transgressing at his first meeting!

M10	During the Inspection, the Robing Senior may attach a Shaving Icon to
the Velcro pad on the chest of the junior's robe.  (See Laws of Shaving)
M11	When satisfied with the inspection, the Robing Senior will command the
Juniors present to 'Unhitch Hems', and with robes at full length, they will
proceed to attend the meeting in the Auditorium
M12	Juniors shall arrive in the auditorium no later than thirty minutes
after the nominal commencement of the Meeting.  Failure to be present at
that time will result in the punishment of the Robing Senior for that room.
The Juniors from that robing room should be aware that causing a Senior to
be late and therefore suffer punishment, may later result in group
punishment of the Juniors under his or her command, at the whim of the
Senior.  Against this there is no appeal.

Richard wiped beads of sweat from his brow, and got himself another beer.
Thirty whole minutes gave the Robing Senior a lot of latitude to impose
discipline, or do whatever he felt inclined.  He continued reading.

M13	If at any time during a meeting a Junior transgresses, he or she shall
immediately be re-robed in Punishment Robe by the Punishment Senior, which
shall be worn until punishment has been administered at some later time.
M14	The manner of the punishment shall be decided at the Forum of Seniors
held during Association Time, and administered before the acolytes
immediately after Association Time.  If the transgression occurs after
Association time, the punishment shall be administered at the same time at
the next meeting.  In this case, the Junior's attendance at that meeting is
compulsory, and the punishment robe shall continue to be worn. (See M6)
M15	Transgressions are listed in Appendix 1 (male) and Appendix 2 (female)
M16	Common transgressions shall be met with a standard punishment, and these
are listed in Appendix 3 (male) and Appendix 4 (female)
M17	Juniors (Competent) may be selected to participate in forums deciding
the forms of punishments for external Sinners, and be prepared to assist in
the administration of such punishments.  (See The Laws Of Punishment)
M18	Juniors (Learner) may also be invited to attend in a non-participatory
role, as part of their Learning Requirements. (See Learning)
M19	Juniors shall obey  implicitly and without question, the commands of the
Grand Master, The Body Lord, and his Seniors, be they deemed just or unjust.

"This calls for another beer!" thought Richard, suddenly realising he had
developed an erection whilst reading the Laws.  He fetched yet another beer.

M20	The normal order of business at Meetings shall be as follows:
Reading of Notices by a Senior.
The calling for a sacrifice from a Junior by the Body Lord (or his Deputy if
not present), and its execution in front of the acolytes.
Association Time.
Punishments of Transgressions.
Punishments of Externals.
Dismissal.
M21	The calling for Sacrifice may be in the form of a request for voluntary
offerings, or may call for a specific sacrifice by a named Junior or
Juniors.  In the latter case, it is Mandatory on the Junior to make the
sacrifice to the letter.  In the former, the Junior should formulate and
have in mind, a sacrifice to offer, should he be requested.  Such sacrifice
should involve the humiliation, degradation, and/or physical chastisement,
usually naked, of the Junior making the offering, before the assembled
acolytes.
M23	The following activites take place during Association Time:
Forums to decide the Punishments to be meted to Juniors and External
Transgressors
Shaving
Learners on Training Assignments
Learner Testing
Settlement of Challenges
Light refreshments
Social Intercourse.
M24	Competents may not enter Forum Meetings or Learner Interviews, unless
invited by a Senior.
M25	Learners may attend only Shaving and Challenges, unless invited by a
Senior.

Richard had reached the end of the section on Meeting Laws, and decided this
merited a stiff Scotch.  He poured himself one, and sat relaxing with it.
He decided he should try on his robes.  Finishing his Scotch, he stripped
off, unfolded his Junior Robe, and slipped it over his head.  It was just
less than knee length.  He looked around for the cord, but couldn't see one.
  He decided to look up the section on robes.

R1	The Junior Male Robe is similar for both Learners and Competents.  It
consists of a rectangular purple sheet with a central hole for the head, but
split into two parts at the shoulder.  The two parts are fastened by Velcro.
  Velcro tabs at the corners of the hems allow the bottom of the robe to be
hitched up and attached to Velcro pads on the shoulders.  (See M7)  A Velcro
pad on the chest of the robe allows the attachment of Icons by a Senior.
The Competent robe is ankle length, the Learner robe is knee length.  No
securing cord is worn by the Learner.  Nothing shall be worn under the
Junior Male Robe under any circumstances.
R2	On being promoted to Competent, the Junior Male is presented with an
ankle length robe with green cord which clips to an eye on the left side of
the robe.  This may be drawn around the waist, and tied at the right hand
side over the split.
R3	The Junior Female Learner Robe is a pale blue rectangular sheet, six
inches short of the knees.  It has a long rectangular hole for the head,
effectively forming shoulder straps some two inches wide, which end at the
start of the robe proper, just below the breasts of the Junior at the front,
and halfway down  the buttocks at the rear.  It is splittable at the
shoulders.  A deep blue cord is worn to secure the waist.
R4	The Junior Female Competent robe is similar to that of the Male
Competent, but cut to the knee and white in colour.

The section went into more detail about the Punishment Robe, but having seen
one, Richard decided to skip that, and turned to a section labelled Learners
and Competents.

LC1	Immediately following initiation, a Junior enters the Learner Grade, and
wears the Learner Robe appropriate to his or her sex.
LC2	A Learner shall become Competent after learning the Laws and Ways of the
Guild.  After being commanded to learn a particular module by a Senior, he
shall be given due time to do so before being tested.
LC3	In the event of failing a Module Test, the Learner will be summarily
punished by appearing naked along with other Learners who have failed, at a
later Special Meeting of Seniors, to be shaved, whipped, and masturbated to
orgasm.  The Learner will then be retested no less than one month later, and
that test shall be carried out in Punishment robe..
LC4	Upon passing all prescribed tests, the Learner, following confirmation
by a Forum of Seniors, shall be promoted to Competent.

Richard was just about to put the book down and turn in, when he remembered
something about Shaving Icons in the first section.  He turned to the
section on the Laws of Shaving.

S1	The Grand Master has decreed that for his gratification there shall be a
variety of lengths and style of pubic hair amongst the Sinners of the Guild.
   To this end, there shall always be a proportion completely shaven, a
proportion with stubbly growth, and so on up to a full luxuriant growth.
S2	At Robing Inspections, the Robing Senior will inspect each Junior for
pubic hair growth.
S3	As a result of the Inspection, and taking into account the statistics of
current hair growth of the Populace, the Robing Senior may attach a Shaving
Icon to the robe of appropriate Juniors.  Before attaching the Icon, the
Shaving Senior may insert a note in the pocket of the Icon, indicating the
style required.  (For example, this may be left side only, heart shape on
the abdomen, etc.)  In the absence of such a note, shavers should assume a
complete shave to baldness is required.
S4	There are three Shaving Icons: A Backside Icon, indicating anal shaving
is ordered, a Male Genital Icon, depicting a scrotum surmounted by an erect
penis, indicating the shaving of male genitals is ordered, and a Female
Genital Icon, depicting labia and clitoris, indicating shaving of the female
genitals is ordered.
S5	The ordering of Shaving by the Senior will not necessarily be dependent
on the current state of growth of the Junior's pubic hair.  The ordering of
Shaving may be at the whim of a Robing Senior, bearing in mind the overall
requirements of the variety of lengths and styles required throughout the
populace.
S6	Once affixed, a Shaving Icon may not be removed from the robe until the
required shaving has been carried out.
S7	Shaving shall be carried out by two Sinners.  Seniors may opt to carry
out shaving duties prior to robing inspection.  During robing inspections,
the complement of shavers shall be completed by assignments of Junior
Competents by the Robing Seniors, who shall detail whether anal, female, or
male genital shaving is assigned.
S8	A Senior shall be on duty in each Shaving Room, to authorise entry, to
allocate shavers to shavees, and to ensure that no Transgressive Practices
occur.
S9	During Association Time, Juniors of Competent rank not otherwise engaged,
may freely visit and view the activities in any of the Shaving Rooms.
S10	Entry into the Shaving Rooms by Learners is strictly forbidden, except
under Law S11
S11	A Learner may be required by a Senior to attend the Senior Shaving Room
for instruction in his Shaving Module.  The learner shall be issued with a
temporary (yellow) cord to ensure the unrestrained Learner's Robe does not
fall forward and impede the shaving.

Richard decided to read no further.  He was dead tired, put down the book,
and fell asleep where he sat on the sofa, wondering what tomorrow's meeting
would actually be like.
