The Rise and Fall of Megan Rogers Part 3.
A Last Boy Standing Story
Written and Edited by Steam Train based on the

The story `Last Boy Standing' by Nialos Leaning
concerns the adventures of twelve-year-old Tyler
Rogers and his two friends Freddy and Charlie Kershaw.
This is my fantasy of the same events depicted in
Nialos Leanings story as seen throught the eyes of
Tyler's thirteen year old sister Megan.

The next morning the still profusely embarrassed Megan
sat next to her fellow Nudie Juvies in the hotel
restaurant eating breakfast.

Megan had lost her appetite and was not enjoying her
breakfast. Judge Nichols had yesterday sentenced her
to three days of Public Nude Juvenile Punishment,

physical examination at the Edwardsville theatre where
the `Last Boy Standing' program was to be run for the

There was a long table set next to the table the
Rogers and Kershaw families were using for breakfast.
As Megan mulled over her food an elderly man arrived
and sat at the table. Two older adults soon followed
and by the welcome comments they were all family and
were assembling in Edwardsville for a family wedding
that afternoon. No sooner where they seated then three
groups of parents arrived with their children in tow
completely filling the table.

There was much greeting, kissing and hugs taking place
when the head waiter of the restaurant came over and
politely spoke to the elder gentlemen who it seemed
from all the comments was the grandfather.

The waiter reminded the grandfather of the Benjamin
County ordinance. The Grandfather apologized for his
family breaking the rules but they had arrived in to
town late last night and were not aware of the
ordinance.

When the conditions of Ordinance 17- 769, which
required all boys ages 3 to 15, to be nude at all
times was explained there was quite a commotion from
the four assembled juvenile male cousins. The two
female cousins on the other hand thought it a
hysterically funny law and burst out giggling at their
now blushing cousins.

When the parents of Stan the oldest of the cousins
insisted that he strip to conform, the other parents
quickly followed suit ordering their children to do
the same.

Megan could see that Stan was blushing as profusely as
she was. She guessed it was the simple act of being
asked to strip naked in front of others but in truth
what Megan did not know was that Stan had a secret

Stan was not just the oldest of the first cousins but
the tallest among the four of them. He was 14 years
old, his cousin Luke was 12, and the other two

they met but all his influence was no use here in the
restaurant as despite his pleadings, his parents

All the cousins looked up to Stan and really followed

"Speaking of that," said Mr. Rogers, "we need to get
over to the theatre soon to prepare for the show."

public punishments today." Mr. Kershaw informed the
boys and this comment gave Megan some momentary relief
as she hoped it applied to her too.

It didn't!

"What happens to them on the show will be much worse
than their public punishments" Mrs Kershaw informed

"No, Megan isn't in the show, so she does her regular
punishments," Mrs. Rogers informed her youngest
daughter of her oldest daughter's expected fate for
the day.

When they arrived at the Edwardsville theatre where
`Last Boy Standing' was to be held the boys were taken
off to where they would be put into their costumes,
assisted by their court appointed helper girls ready
for the `Last Boy Standing' show.

When Mr. Rogers was satisfied that preparations were
going as planned he whisked the very nervous Megan
away from the  preparation room and took her
accompanied by his wife and Sarah to meet up with
Judge Nichols and have Megan's physical check up
undertaken by the medical team that had been assembled
for today's show.

The medical team consisted of four women. It was led
by paediatric urologist Dr. Martha Berkevich, assisted
by physician's assistant Rebecca Morris, nurse
practitioner Allison Broadbent and Dr. Berkevich's own
head nurse, Nancy Walton.

Mr. Rogers introduced Megan to the doctor and her team
then excused himself as he needed to return to the
preparation room to oversight the final preparations
for today's show.

Sarah asked if she could stay with her sister so she
was not alone. Both Mr. and Mrs. Rogers thought this a
kind and considerate offer but in fact Sarah offered
to stay to satisfy her own curiosity and get the
opportunity to witness her sister's total humiliation
as she suffered the extensive physical examination.

"Hi Megan" Dr Berkevich said pleasantly, "I have been
asked to examine you so I can report to the Judge
Nichols if there's any punishments she should not
order administered or any special conditions she

will do all the usual stuff your own doctor would do."

The usual stuff started off very routine and built up.

Looking in her mouth, ears and nose, the taking of her
blood pressure and pulse, listening to her heart and

and then having to give a urine sample while standing
in the middle of the room in front of the doctor, and
her female assistants.

"Now," said the doctor, "my assistant will draw some
blood for testing. Have a seat in this chair."

The assistant approached Megan and quickly, she
swabbed her arm and located a suitable draw spot. She
squeezed down on the plunger and then inserted the
syringe before beginning to fill it with a sample of
Megan's blood.

"Okay Megan, now to get your height and weight and
assess your Tanner stage of pubertal development,"
instructed the doctor, "up on the scale please."

Measuring and weighing Megan, the doctor commented,
"You appear to be somewhat of a late developer for
your age."

Inspecting Megan's almost non existent breasts and
pubic hair Dr Berkevich began by feeling Megan's

morning. At least that was what she believed would

community property at Lakeland Middle School all day

administration office watched by all the office staff
and opened the office door to the main hallway and

Sarah looked on from across the hall where she stood
with a group of her 6th grade friends and thought what
a fun day was just beginning.
