I could feel my whole body heating up, and them came a flash of images. I
could see something happening... a scene between a man and a women.

"You shouldn't be here!!" "If you give into me now I will spare your
life, witch" "You must know not to whom you speak wretch. I am Kara
keeper of the phoenix flame."

Her voice was explosive, rumbling in the chamber and through my mind. She
rose in the air and a light came from the darkness below. It seemed the
chamber was built upon a volcano and she had awoken it.

"Leave now!!!!" "Give the pyre to me witch!!" The man in the dark
overcoat growled reaching towards her. "Never" Her voice echoed. As the
lava bubbled up towards them.

"Then die!!" He grumbled as he raised his hands and a darkness shot out
towards Kara and enveloped her when it faded there were shackles around
her hands neck and feet holding her to the earth.

"Fine." She smiled as the lava shot upwards and incinerated the whole
cavern.

I felt a anger deep inside as I watched her perish in a flash. I felt the
rage take over, as if I had to avenge her. I had fallen to my knees at
some point and started to cry. When I opened my eyes a new anger over
took me.

"You allowed this to happen, why didn't you stop this sooner, your
people should have prevented all of this!!"



(Shane)

When I looked over Rajin was on his knees with tears streaming down his
face. Flames erupted from his whole body and there was a scorch mark on
the ground.

"Why didn't you stop him, we could have done something sooner than
this." He was ranting, what was he talking about??

"There was nothing that could have been done Rajin of Pyre."

"Lair!" What the hell came over him. The next thing I know he was
unleashing a stream of fire directly onto Grace. When the intense flames
finally died down she stood there unharmed.

Rajin had crumbled again. "You do not understand what happened." Grace
came up to Rajin and placed her hands to his temples.

(Rajin)

We were back in the chamber and I felt more like my self, more in
control. When the lava receded there stood Kara, the chains' vaporized.
She looked far more radiant then she had moments prior.

She looked at a pile of stones and one arose towards her and transformed
to a shining red crystal.

"You shall be our hope." She whispered to the stone and she vanished in
a flash of flames.

We were back in the chamber when I had blinked again. "I am so sorry."
I had no Idea what had taken over me. I could have killed her. Now that I
think of it that seems very unlikely.

"No need to apologize young one I didn't not warn you of the emotions
that may have been locked with-in your past memories." "So who was
she?"

"She was Kara, Goddess of the flame." "Goddess?" "Pretty much, fire
was hers to control within every aspect. Even the sun swayed at the wave
of her hand."

"But how is this apart of us?" Shane asked as he pondered over what he
saw in his vision

"When Rainer returned from the dark realm he was banished to, he again
tried to over take us but this time he had help with a powerful vampire
mage. The mage Dartz had made enemies of some of strongest knights and
also very interesting alter-ego of some of your close friends.

"Alter-egos?" Shane Questioned. "Close friends?' Jelani was quick to
follow.

"How come we remember none of this. I know I should know more but its
like its missing from my mind?

"Well I'm getting to that. When Dartz attacked he killed one of the
knights, his lover with the sword of Chronos used a powerful spell to
turn back time. Now we know that feeling his end coming near Dartz copied
himself and his newer half left for another dimension before the battle
in case he failed in this one. At the same time the guardians of the 9
houses where to meet to come with another plan of attack but had to speed
up our plans because of the second threat, the clone. That's where you
come in, you 4 were created to follow his other half and stop him here
before he could cause more damage, but only 4 of the 9 houses were
present. Fire, Wind, Ice, and Thunder."

"Whoa, back the truck up....created no way. I.I.I.I remember growing
up." Jelani hollered.

"Well most of your memories are artificial, they were created to protect
you until you were thought able to control your powers better."

"But why not send us in battle ready?" Rajin asked. "We didn't have
enough time to plan that well. Also with the chronos blade causing time
to reverse, as we sent you through the time wave hit two of you, and you
came through younger than expected."

All I could do is look at Shane knowing if it were all true, then we were
the later two.



"So what does that mean now." Remy asked stepping into his leadership
role.

"Unfortunately we don't know what happened to the clone. The magic in
this world is much more secretive it's harder to trace him. I came to
unlock your powers before anything major happened. We handled Dartz and
Rainer in our realm but at a heavy cost . Here there are many sources of
power but we fear not enough to stop him."

"So what do you think he is going to do here."

"Build an army of vampires to take this and the other realm. And return
to Rainer"

"We should be able to take out one guy, then right? I mean before he
gets too powerful."

"We had hoped so but because of the time ripple. I cant say for sure how
long he has been here or what he has accomplished so far."

"Then he must be stopped."

"I have released a bit more of your powers but the rest you must come
into on your own." The dark portal had opened again and she started
floating towards it.

"But what is we need more help, more training." "You are each others
strength, look to yourselves and you can do anything." With that she was
gone.

"So what now???"
