Okay folks, here's the follow up to the last chapter. Every piece of mail
I got, everyone was wanting me to hurry so they could find out what was
going to happen between Brian & Carson. I had planned to include the
"confrontation" in the last section. However, I was running behind and it
seemed like a good cliffhanger to end with. So, ya'll had to wait a bit
longer to find out what was going to happen. I know, I'm a meanie. Oh
well, atleast I didn't make you wait TOO long for it, right? So, like
always, this is all fiction. I don't know the Backstreet Boys or know
their true sexuality. I'm just having fun pretending. If you have any
questions, answers, comments, etc, you can e-mail me at
bbbrokworknprog@aol.com! Here we go again...

"I look at myself in the mirror; am I vital today? Hey, man, I let my
conscience get in the way! And there's a shadow in the sky. And it looks
like rain. And shit is gonna fly once again. And I don't meant to rain on
your parade, but pathos has got me once again. And I don't want
ambivalence." ~Nelly Furtado in the song 'Hey, Man!'.

All In The Family
(Part Nine)
By-Lep

"Shut up! Don't get all flamboyant. We don't want to get
everyone's attention." I shushed Nick as the three of us stood outside of
the bathroom, the sides of our heads pressed against the door.
	"I can't hear anything." A.J. whined.
"Probably because of Matt shouting." Nick scoffed.
"Shhhhhh!" I looked at both of them quickly, then pressed my head
back against the door.

The three of us remained quiet for a bit, listening thru the door.
We couldn't hear any voices, though.

"Maybe he's already killed Carson." Nick suggested.
"We could only hope." A.J. snorted.
	"If I don't hear some ass-whoopin' soon, I'm going in there." I
stated blandly.

I didn't have long to wait. A loud sound echoed thru the door,
making us pull our heads back. It didn't sound like anything or anyone
broke, and it wasn't loud enough for anyone but us to hear it. It
definitely signaled that something was happening, though.

"I've gotta see this." I explained as I heard Carson and Brian's
voices finally.
"I think we all do, boy." Nick pushed the door open for me. "I'll
stay out here and watch for people."
"Come on, A.J." I grabbed his arm and pulled him into the bathroom
behind me.
"Whoop some ass." Nick stated before we closed the door behind us.

There was another door that led into the actual restroom. I didn't
stop to listen first, I just pushed the door open and entered, dragging
A.J. behind me. The first thing A.J. and I saw was Carson and Brian facing
each other, talking very loudly, but not quite screaming. Brian had his
finger pointed in Carson's face for emphasis. I almost wanted to tell
Brian to keep his hands to himself so he wouldn't catch anything. I
managed to keep my mouth shut.
Brian and Carson stopped in the middle of their "battle of words"
when they saw us enter. They both just glared at us for a second, Brian's
finger still in Carson's face.

"What do you want?!?!" Carson hissed at me.
"Um, Brian, we better just go back outside. There's too many
people around for this." I tried to make it sound nice, but being this
close to Carson made me growl.
"Don't worry. I'm done with him." Brian glared at Carson for a
couple seconds, then moved his hand away from Carson and took a step
towards us.
	"Fuckin' pussy." Carson sneered.
"Yeah, whatever." Brian displayed a shocking display of
passiveness.

I would have expected him to jump on Carson and tear him a new one,
but he just kept walking towards us.

"Yeah, go run to your faggoty ass boyfriend." Carson hissed.

The frown on my face got deeper and my eyes squinted, but Brian
spun around.

"What the fuck do you think you are? You sure as hell ain't
straight." Brian laughed angrily.
	"Yeah, whatever."
"Yeah, what the fuck ever. You're gay, too, Carson. Like you have
any damn room to talk." Brian started moving closer to Carson again.
"Please. That boy over there is going to be yesterday's news
soon."
"Oh okay, Mr. I host TRL for a living." Brian laughed even louder.
"Well, atleast I wouldn't date you just to get ahead."
"What the fuck is that supposed to mean?" I snapped.
	"Oh, shit." A.J. stepped back.
"Please. Everyone knows you started fucking him just because he
was a Backstreet Boy." Carson laughed. "If you had been the big movie
star when you guys met you would've turned your nose up at him."
"You mother--" Brian took another step at Carson.
"Baby!" I ran up and grabbed Brian.
"Baby! Don't get in a fight!" Carson mocked me.
"Brian, you know it's all just bullshit. Don't let him fuck with
you." I stated over Brian's shoulder, wrapping my arms around him.
"Don't, Matt." Brian wasn't mad at me, but he sure didn't want me
to stop him from what he wanted to do.
"He's definitely not worth it." I stated, very close to Brian's
ear.
"Leave your boyfriend alone, fucker. Unless you're afraid he'll
get his ass kicked." Carson snarled.
"Come on, let's just leave." I began to back up, Brian letting me
drag him after me.
"Yeah, just run away like the pussies you are." Carson laughed and
turned to wash his hands.
"Come on, baby." I whispered and pulled Brian after me.

Brian finally turned around, turning his back to Carson. I just
smiled, grabbed his hand and drug him towards A.J. and the door.

"Oh, one more thing." Brian and I turned at the sound of Carson's
voice.
	"What?" Brian hissed.
"That little boy is not yours, Brian. Never will be. You can't
fuck him and reproduce. You're both just fags, remember that."
"We'll remember that." I snorted and pulled Brian closer to the
door with him still eyeing Carson.
"And if, god forbid," Carson gave a sarcastic pout, "you two broke
up. I bet you'd never see that kid again. Couldn't really blame Matt if
that happened. You're fucking nothing to that kid."

Before I could get a tight grip, Brian had pulled away. Within a
second, he had jumped on top of Carson, sending them both to the ground
with Brian on top. I began to run over to break them up, or maybe even
help Brian out, when A.J. grabbed me from behind.

"Don't even try to stop this." A.J. laughed.

I couldn't help but feel just a big giddy when I saw Brian pin
Carson down with his knees and begin to punch him in the face. Carson was
screaming like a mad man and trying to buck Brian off of him. I wanted to
scream for Brian to "whoop his fucking ass" but decided to just watch and
not make things worse.

"Guys! Keep those two quiet, I can hear them out here." Nick
poked his head in quickly, then was gone.
"We better stop them." A.J. stated, but didn't make a move towards
them.
"Yeah, they could hurt each other." I replied blandly and lit a
cigarette.

If the guys didn't get arrested for disorderly conduct, I'd get
arrested for smoking in L.A.

"Um, we better do something for real." A.J. stated as Carson
finally pushed Brian off him and the both finally made it to their feet.
	"Why?" I puffed.
"Carson outweighs him by like fifty pounds or so?" A.J. stammered.
"Well, if Carson starts to win, I'll help you pull him off Brian."
I leaned against the wall to my left and kept smoking.

Carson charged Brian, grabbed him by the scruff of his shirt and
slammed him into the wall, back first. Brian grunted, but then a foot came
flying up into Carson's gut. Carson grabbed his stomach for a split
second, then sent a fist flying into Brian's face. Brian fell back for a
second, then charged forward again, slamming his fist into the back of
Carson's head as he was bent over, clutching his stomach. I almost laughed
out loud when Carson's face connected with the tiled floor. I guess Brian
was satisfied that he had won when Carson didn't get up right away, and
began walking towards us.

	"Good job, baby." I smiled.
"Thanks. It wasn't like I wasn't gonna--" Brian fell forward,
Carson riding his back all the way down.

Everything seemed to be going into slow motion as Carson and Brian
hit the ground, Brian face down with Carson straddling his back. I couldn't
really hear it, but I know I screamed at Carson. Carson had slammed
Brian's face into the floor twice before I ripped him off of Brian and
shoved him halfway across the bathroom.
Brian rolled over quickly to look up at me. Obviously, Carson
hadn't slammed his face into the tile too hard. He only had a small
dribbled of blood coming out of his nose. I looked long enough to see that
Brian was going to be fine, then ran over to Carson. I jumped on top of
him and grabbed him by the ears. Before I knew what I was doing, I was
slamming his head over and over onto the floor. I only got to do it a
couple times, he put his legs between us and kicked out with his feet. I
fell off of him, and suddenly he was on top of me.
Carson grabbed a handful of my hair and managed to slam his fist
into my face one good time. I shoved with all of my might and got Carson
rolled over, me on top again. I began swinging as fast and wildly as I
could. My fist connected with his nose once, then his chest, then his
forehead, then his mouth. Carson was screaming and flailing his arms at
me, scratching at me as I did my best to beat the ever loving shit out of
him.

"Baby, come on, let's go." Brian and A.J. each grabbed and arm and
tried to pull me off Carson.

The two of them were too strong for me, and since they had my arms
held back, I began kicking at Carson as they pulled me away. Only once did
I managed to land one, but it was in his face, so it satisfied me. I
thought once they got me pulled away, it was over, but then Brian left
A.J. to hold me and jumped back on Carson, wailing away at him as Carson
did his best to block the punches. A.J. and I ran back up and pulled Brian
off of Carson and tried to drag him towards the door yet again.
Our attempts were in vein. Brian had a death grip on the scruff of
Carson's shirt and yanked Carson up to his knees as we tried to pull him
away. As soon as Carson was facing Brian on his knees, Brian brought a
knee up sharply into Carson's face. I whinced when Carson fell backwards,
his head hitting the floor again.

"Goddamnit, baby. Stop already." I couldn't help but give a short
laugh as I yanked with all my might, finally pulling him away from Carson.
"I'll fucking kill you!" Carson screeched, finally standing up,
his face a bloody mess as we exited the bathroom.
"You might want to wash up before you come back out here."
A.J. snorted and slammed the door.
"What the fuck?" Nick put his hand over his mouth as he saw the
blood on Brian's face.
"No time for questions. We need to sneak him out of here." I
stated, rubbing my the soreness that was the side of my face.
"I'll go tell Barb we're high tailing it out of here." A.J. stated
quickly and took off towards the crowd that was less than fifty feet away
from us.
"This way, guys." Nick grabbed both our hands and drug us further
towards the back of the theater.

Brian and I didn't argue, I just grabbed Brian and hurried him up,
making him walk as quickly as possible after Nick. I didn't know how Nick
knew where the back door was, but within two minutes, we were there. Nick
shoved it open quickly and let us exit, the door slamming behind us. Brian
stopped immediately and bent over, resting his hands on his knees.

"Baby, you okay?" I squatted down to look at him.
"My nose feels like a firecracker went off in the nostril." He
couldn't help but smile.
"It's barely bleeding." I tried to smile back as pulled the
handkerchief out of my jacket pocket and began to dab up the blood.
"Oh, careful baby." Brian whinced and jumped back slightly.
	"I'm sorry." I laughed painfully.
"Where's A.J.?" Nick asked right before we heard a car horn
honking.
"There he is." I pointed to A.J., whose head was hanging out the
open window of our limo.
"Come on, guys." Nick grabbed our arms again, making us
practically run towards the limo.
"Get the fuck in here." A.J. screeched loudly and threw the door
open as we approached.

Nick ushered Brian and I in first, then climbed in, slamming the
door behind himself. Oh great, Barb was in the limo, too.

"What the fuck?" Barb squealed as Brian and I sat down across from
her.
	"Don't ask." A.J. silenced her.
"Baby, I don't think it broke your nose, but it looks like hell."
I tried to smile as I went back to cleaning the blood off his nose.
"It feels broken." Brian giggled thru his pain.
"I wouldn't doubt that." I kissed him lightly on the cheek before
swiping up more blood.
"Don't tell me Carson won?!?!?" Nick squealed again.
"No. Just don't turn your back on the fucker when you think you've
won." Brian smiled.
"Don't tell me you two just got into a fight in the middle of that
theater." Barb's eyes got as big as dinner plates.
"Fine, we won't tell you." I smiled playfully and finally settled
down in my seat, leaving Brian's nose alone.
"Oh, Jesus Christ. Just please tell me no one saw it." Barb shook
her head.
"No one saw it, Barb." Nick reassured her.
"Thank God." Barb flopped back in her seat.

(Part Ten)

"Well, he says he's not feeling good." Taylor, the chick that was
watching Booker, stated as I sat down on the bed next to Booker and placed
my hand on his forehead.
"Not feeling good, how?" I asked, noticing that Booker had a
slight temperature.
"He said his stomach hurt and he was hot." She explained, looking
very concerned I was going to slap her for my child being sick.
"Okay." I brushed the hair from Booker's forehead. "How ya' doin',
buddy?"
"I don't feel good, daddy." Booker curled up close to me as I
stroked his hair.
"We'll fix ya' up, buddy." I bent down to kiss his
forehead. "Barb's out there waiting in the limo to take you home."
"Okay. Sorry about this." Taylor was upset with herself.
"Hey, don't worry about it. It's not your fault." I smiled warmly
at her.
"Sorry again." She laughed nervously. "Bye."

Booker grabbed my thigh and held on for dear life as I stroked his
hair.

	"Well, Mister Man, what hurts?"
"My belly. My head aches." Booker moaned.
"Well, I don't think your fever's that bad, buddy. Let's get you
some medicine and can you come sleep with Daddy and me."
	"Okay." Booker just laid there.

I knew he had to be sick. If I ever mentioned sleeping in my bed,
Booker beat me to my room.

"Come on, sweetie." I pulled the covers off Booker and scooped him
up.
	"Grab Bob." Booker whined.
"No, we can't forget Sponge Bob." I laughed and scooped up
Booker's toy.

I carried Sponge Bob Square Pants and Booker into my room and laid
Booker in the middle of the bed. After I had pulled the covers out from
under him and then up to his chin, I tucked him in and gave him Bob.
Booker kept his eyes open, watching my movements.

"You gonna sweep with me?" Booker looked upset, thinking I was
going to leave him.
"Don't worry, buddy. I'm just gonna go help Daddy with something
then I'll be right back." I patted his head.
	"Hurry." Booker whined.
"Just try to sleep buddy. You need your rest. Tomorrow we'll go
see the doctor." I replied.

Booker just groaned at the thought of the doctor. I just smiled,
then remembered that I needed to get the Children's Tylenol. I made a
quick stop in the bathroom, then returned and waited while Booker chewed up
the tablets and swallowed them.

"Good boy. Now try to sleep. I'll be right back."
	"Kiss." Booker asked.

I smiled and leaned down to kiss Booker on the forehead. Booker
just hugged my neck like he didn't want me to go.

"I'll be right back, buddy." I smiled as I finally managed to pull
away.

I turned the light off in the bedroom as I left, and closed the
door 'til it was open just a crack. Brian told me he'd be waiting in the
den with Nick and A.J. I could already hear their voices when I was in the
living room. Apparently, Brian and A.J. were giving a play by play of the
fight for Nick. Nick was laughing his ass off it sounded like. I stopped
in the kitchen and got a damp washclothe before I entered the den to the
sound of Nick's braying.

"And then this queen jumps on Carson and starts beating the ever
loving fuck out of him!" A.J. pointed at me, then all three of them
started cackling.
"We shit you not! Then when we tried to pull him off, he kicked
Carson in the fucking face!" Brian was holding his stomach he was laughing
so hard.
"Okay, boys. We don't need the Ebert & Roeper commentary about the
fight." I giggled then plopped down next to Brian. "Tilt your head back,
baby."

Brian complied with a laugh, tilting his head back so I could clean
him up.

"You know, faces and hard floors don't mix, Brian." I smiled as I
began to scrub the blood off his upper lip.
"Ow, baby." Brian laughed from the pain.
"Ah, take it like a man!" I growled in a sexy voice.
"Well, if you're going to put it that way." He laughed.
"You two are gross." Nick stuck his tongue out.
"Oh please, anyone that's had their dick in my mouth doesn't have
the right to go there." I joked with a snort.
"Speaking of which--what about some of that right now?" Nick
licked his lips.
"You wish." I laughed and wiped the last bit of crusty blood off
of Brian's face.
"The kid is in bed." Brian moved his head back to an even level
and smiled evily at me.
"Yeah, Matt. Come on." A.J. smiled.
"Brian, Booker's sick. I need to go in and lay down with him." I
smiled and began to get up from the couch.
"Don't leave yet, baby." Brian grabbed my wrist as I stood before
him.
"Listen, you guys do what you want, but Booker needs me in there."
I smiled, not really caring if they wanted to orgy without me.
"But we want you here." Nick slyly rubbed his crotch.
"I'm sure ya'll do, but you can do it without a fourth." I smiled,
then leaned down and gave Brian a kiss on the nose.
"Baby?" Brian cocked his head at me.
"Go for it, babes." I grinned and made my exit, leaving my
boyfriend alone with two horny men.

I finally made my way back into the bedroom, notcing that Booker
seemed sound asleep before I closed the door again. I stripped down in the
dark, pulling my dress pants, shirt and tie off and chunked them in a
corner. I fumbled through the dark and found the closet. I quickly pulled
on an old tee and a pair of old basketball shorts, then made my way over to
the bed, only stubbing my toe once.
I crawled into the bed next to Booker, sprawling out on my side and
pulled him tightly to my chest. Booker, as if by instinct, rolled towards
me and curled up, burrowing his face into my chest. I smiled to myself and
kissed Booker quickly on the top of his head. I smothered us both with the
blanket and shut my eyes, my chin resting on the top of Booker's head.

"Daddy?" My eyes opened back up.
	"Yeah, buddy?" I whispered.
"I don't feel good." Booker groaned.
"I know, buddy. Just try to sleep, though. We'll take you to the
doctor first thing tomorrow."

The next thing I knew, my shirt was bathed in Booker's vomit. I
didn't want to scream like a queen and jump out of bed, but I pushed back
from him suddenly. Booker started crying as soon as the shock wore off.

"Booker, it's okay, buddy." I tried to not be grossed out.
"I sick, daddy." Booker cried loudly.
"I know. Come on." I got out of bed and pulled Booker up in my
arms.

Booker continued to cry as I carried him into the bathroom,
managing to not have puke dripping off of us and onto the carpet. I stood
Booker up in front of the tub, then began to run some warm water.

"Daddy?" Booker looked thru teary eyes at me.
"I'll clean you up, Booger." I smiled up at him from my kneeling
position.

Then Booker puked again, luckily only hitting the floor this time.

"Jesus Christ, Booker." I didn't know how a little kid could puke
half his weight up.
"I'm sorry, Daddy." Booker began crying louder.
"It's not your fault, buddy. I'm sorry." I pulled him in for a
hug, even though I wanted to puke.

Booker slowly stopped crying as I held him to me. Before long, I
felt Booker shivering in my arms. He had gone from feverish to icey cold.

"Come on, buddy. We need to get you in this tub." I pulled back
after rubbing his back lightly.
"Okay, Daddy." Booker gave a very slight smile.
"You got me good with that first shot, buddy." I tried to make him
laugh as I pulled his shirt off over his head.
	"I sorry, Daddy."
"It's alright, Booger. But next time, wait 'til Brian's around."
I teased.

	Booker just gave a giggle.

"Come on, hop in here so I can clean you up." I grabbed him under
his arms when I had gotten his PJ bottoms off.

Booker didn't answer, he just allowed me to pick him up and set him
down in the warm water. I took my time and made sure Booker was thoroughly
clean. I even took the time to wash and blow dry his hair. There was just
something about being puked on that made me want to scrub my body and
everything else with a brillo-pad. After I got Booker cleaned up, we got
him dressed back into some clean PJ's.

"Lay here for a minute, sweetie." I laid Booker down in the chair
at the foot of the bed.

It only took me about five minutes to strip the bed and put clean
sheets on it. The sheet barely had any puke on it. Most of it had hit me.
Oh, happy day. After I got the sheets changed, I got Booker back in bed
and tucked in.

"Daddy, sweep with me." Booker whimpered as I began to leave.
"I will, buddy. I just have to go clean myself up now." I smiled
and kissed him on the forehead.
"Get Daddy to way with me." I could tell Booker wasn't feeling
good the way he was pronouncing everything.

He was definitely still a small child, but he rarely acted like a
baby.

"Um, okay, buddy." I replied, not really wanting to go into the
den and find out what the guys were doing.

Regardless, I knew I should go get Brian for Booker to lay with. I
just walked quickly from our bedroom to the den, not really trying to think
about what I would see when I entered. Luckily, when I entered the den,
they were all laying around watching Mouline Rouge.

"Hey, you. I was hoping you'd come back in and snuggle with me
while we watched the movie." Brian looked up at me, sleepy eyed.
"Well, actually, I need you to come to bed." I replied, more than
happy they hadn't all been doing nasty things.
"Why?" Brian sat up. "And what the fuck is all over your shirt?"

I gave a small laugh as all three guys looked at my shirt and
cocked their heads.

	"It's puke." I sighed.
"Gross." A.J. turned his nose up and stuck his tongue out.
"Booker's sick. He wants you to lay with him while I get cleaned
up." I explained quickly.
"He's not gonna hurl on me is he?" Brian mimicked A.J.'s face.
"Well, he might, Brian. But he still wants you to lay with him."
I was becoming irritated.
"Um, okay." Brian realized I was two seconds from snapping and got
up. "See you guys in the morning."
"Night." Nick replied for them both, catching onto the tension.

Brian followed me into the bedroom, not speaking due to the fact
that he knew I just wanted to shower and go back to bed. When we got into
the bedroom, Brian stripped down to his boxers and crawled into bed next to
Booker, slowly pulling the covers over himself. When I was satisfied that
Brian and Booker were curled up nice and tight together, I made my way to
the bathroom. I was more than relieved when I finally got to strip down
and stand under the warm running water.

(Part Eleven)

"Go lay your little butt down on the couch and I'll bring you some
juice." I swatted Booker's butt playfully as he took off towards the den.
"'Kay Daddy!" Booker looked much better than he did the night
before.

We had just walked in the door from going to the doctor's office
and then to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy. It had been just as
fun as I had suspected such things with a child would be. Actually, Booker
had been good, but having to sit in a pediatrician's office with a dozen
other parents and their children was awful.
Luckily, after waiting for an hour, the doctor had told me that
Booker was congested and had a slight infection. The vomiting was caused
by the drainage. Everything he had to say definitely made me not want to
eat for awhile. Brian and the guys had deserted me early in the morning to
go shopping. They left the house shortly before Booker and I went to take
him to the doctor.
I kicked my shoes off and dropped my backpack where I stood. I
reached towards the ceiling, standing on my tiptoes as I yawned and
stretched for what seemed like minutes. I didn't waste any time getting
Booker's sippy cup full of juice and his medicine ready.

"Sit up, buddy. You gotta take this medicine." I announced as I
walked into the den.
"Okay. Less watch Cats and Dogs!" Booker practically was bouncing
on the sofa.
"Alright. But only if you take your medicine first." I smiled.

I was surprised when Booker took the small chewable tablet and the
drink of the decongestant without agruing or trying to get out of it. The
child was definitely sick. After quite a bit of searching thru all the
DVD's that were stored in the cabinet next to the entertainment center, I
was able to locate Cats & Dogs for Booker. I popped the DVD into the
player, then made my way over to the couch and laid down behind Booker,
holding him as the movie began.

	"Where's Daddy?" Booker asked.
"He's out with Uncle Nick and Uncle A.J." I answered, my eyelids
getting heavy.
	"When is he comin' back?"
"I don't know, buddy. He'll be back later." I squeezed Booker
tightly and let my eyes shut.

"Baby." I heard Brian's voice next to my face.
"Mmmmmm." I moaned and tried to roll away, so I'd be facing the
back of the couch.
	"Baby, wake up."
"Just let me sleep a bit longer." I groaned and covered my face
with the pillow by my head.
"You've been asleep for three hours." Brian gave a slight giggle.
"Where's Booker?" I sat up quickly.
"Don't worry. Nick and A.J. are making him lunch. He's fine."
"He won't be you let them feed him whatever the hell they decide to
cook." I tried to joke.
"I'm sure they'll do fine, baby." Brian smiled again.
"Yeah, I know." I finally sat up straight, my knees in front of
me.

Brian laid his arms across my knees and looked up at me.

"What?" I smiled as he stared at me.
"You have the indentation of the couch arm on your face." Brian
stated, but still stared.
"Damn, I guess it's plastic surgery for me." I teased and rubbed
the side of my face that had been pressed into the couch.
"Guess what?" Brian smiled widely up at me.
"Hmmmmm. I haven't a clue, babes." I replied, still a bit out of
it.
"I bought you something at while we were shopping."
	"Oh, really?"
	"Yep, really."
"Well, what is it?" I asked quickly.
"I don't know if you'll like it, but A.J. and Nick seemed to think
you would. And well, they're awfully gay, so they ought to have good
taste." Brian laughed.
 	"I wouldn't go that far."
"Just a joke, babes. Anyway, I got you this." Brian reached into
his pocket and pulled out a small velvet covered box.
"Let me guess, it's a new car?" I laughed nervously as I took the
box from him.
"Cost about that much." Brian grinned evily.

I didn't reply, I just opened the box slowly. Immediately, the
ring practically jumped out at me. It was a platinum rounded band, several
diamonds were placed around the outside of the band. I knew it had to have
cost Brian a pretty penny.

"Wow." I couldn't think of any other words.
"You like it?" Brian looked up at me, nervously.
"Yeah, baby. It's beautiful." I bent down and kissed him gently.
	"Just like you."
"Okay, now you're just being sappy." I teased.
"Well, I thought it was about time that I replaced these old plain
rings with something better." Brian smiled as he grabbed the hand the
other two rings were on.
"Well, I'll have to wear all three. I'm not giving up the other
two." I smiled as I took the ring out of the box.
"Here." Brian took the ring from me.

Slowly, he removed the two rings from my left hand ring finger and
put them on the ring hand. Then he slowly slid the new ring onto the empty
finger.

	"So, what do you think?"
	"It's amazing."
"It looks really good on you, too." Brian looked very proud of his
selection.
"Yes, well all jewelry looks good on this gay boy." I stated
flamboyantly.
"I wouldn't doubt that. You know, I was thinking."
"About what?" I let my eyes move from the ring up to Brian's eyes.
"Well, I was thinking maybe we could get married." Brian stated
with a wide grin that showed his pearly-white teeth.
	"Do what?!?" I was shocked.
