complete work off Fiction

Last time

When I got to the hall way I herd Justin say " hay nick nice of you to
visit but you should be back with boys trying to sort this out you didn't
need to come here"

Nick replied, "hi just thanks but I didn't come to see you "

"The who did you come here to see?"

Then I spoke up from the doorway "he came to see me"

Now

I open up my arms and said "baby"

With that one word nick let out strangled sob and ran it to my arms, see I
new him and I could tell he was putting up a strong front for the guys and
everyone else and that wasn't good, I new that one word would undo him and
he would finally cry, which he did he sob and sobbed in my arm, I could
feel his legs giving out under us so I called Justin over and we took one
arm each and we made our way back to my room.

The guys where just sitting around in the living room talking quietly when
Justin returned

"how is he?" asked lance

"he's calmed down now and has fallen asleep,"

"how's neil ?" said josh

"he's fine he said it was to be expected under the circumstances"

"so we still don't know why he came here then," said chris

"yes we do," said Justin

"why?" said joey

"he came here to be with his boyfriend, neil said it's not they way he
planned on telling me, he didn't know how I would take him dating one of
our rivals,"

" where is neil now?" said chris

"he's gone to do some work on dad's computer, not sure what though but he
took a backpack from nicks bag first."

"so what do we do in the mean time?" said lance

"neil said to amuse our selves for about 2 hours, then he need to have a
serious talk with all of us."

So the guys made themselves comfortable and watched the telly


Meanwhile I had pick out the pack I knew Kevin would have placed in nicks
backpack, he knew I would want all the information he had on this girl and
the charges made against nick.

I had been working at the computer for about an hour and had found out all
the information I need to settle this, but what I had found had left me
with lots of new questions that needed answering, the one thing that was
unstoppable now was that nick would have to come out to get the charges
dropped.

I turned of the computer and went to find my father I needed his help and
permission to do what I was about to do.


I found dad in his study so I knocked and went in, he looked up and said
"yes son what can I do for you?"

"well you can start by telling me when you new something was wrong"

he sat back looked at me and said "it was about three months ago when lynn
phoned me and said that there where some problems she couldn't deal with,
but she never told me what the where"

"did you try to ask her?"

"yeah but she always just changed the subject or said she had to go"

"well all I can say is that I wish she had told you what it was"

"do you know what it is?"

"yeah, dad I'm going to get mum to come here, don't give me that look it's
very important that she come here"

"ok son I trust your judgement"

"oh and dad do you want me to leave when the other backstreet boys get here
so that it won't put pressure on the family"

"no you're my son and I'm proud that you are"

"I'll put the rest of the boys up in a hotel ok?"

 with those decisions made I picked up the phone and dialled a number that
I thought I would never phone

"hallo"

"mum"

"h my god neil"

"listen mum there's no time to explain but I want you on the next flight
down to dad's ok?"

"but I can't just leave"

"mum please I know what's been going on and Justin is going to need you
here when I tell him"

"ok son I'll be on the next flight down"

"good I'll see you then and mom"

"yeah"

"I love you"

"I love you to"

we hung up and I looked up to meet dads eyes and he said "you found out a
lot didn't you?"

"yeah I did and it all makes sense now"

"when do we get to know?"

"when mom gets here I tell all ok dad?"

"ok"

with that I got up and decide to go see if nick was awake.


I opened the door a crack and saw nick sitting on the bed talking to Justin
so I coughed and went in

"hi bro" said Justin "it's been to hour when are we going to have that
talk?"

"when mom gets here Justin"

"why is she coming here?"

"because I found out something's that need to be settled, I need you to
promise me that you will wait to here them before you go off at mother"

"after what she did"

"Justin just promise me ok, things have changed now ok?"

"ok I promise"

"good, now for you why did you come to me" I said in a cold and flat tone

"I guess because you have always been there for me and you would know how
to handle this problem" said nick

"you said last time I saw you and I quote what good are you to me if you
can't commit to me?"

"yeah because I want a boyfriend how is committed to me and ready to stand
with me when I come out and you weren't prepared to do that"

"yes I was but al you herd is I can't and off you went swore cursed and
left with out letting me explain"

"well I'm here now so explain"

"ok, Justin is my brother as you now know but when you asked me to come out
you where asking me to give up a chance to ever be able to tell him that,

you see I would have to have used the name scott and made sure Justin never
found out that I was his brother,"

"why?"

"because I have a legal document that says if I become a public figure I
had to drop the name timberlake and all ties to the family, do you
understand what that meant to me, not only giving up Justin but dad and my
to other brothers as well, do you see now?"

"yeah I see and I'm a bastard I id what I always do just thought of myself
and not of you"

"I guess it's academic now any way we aren't together now so I can come
out"

"you left me nick I never left you"

"you mean you still love me,"

"of course I still love you one little fight doesn't stop to people loving
each other"

"really?"

"yes really listen" I decide to sing how I felt

I turn to nick and held him then I moved back looked in his eyes moved
