					Chapter 10

"So, we'll see you guys in like, two days?" Howie confirmed.
Mica and Jeremy nodded.
"We need a key to the house though," Mica reminded Brian.
"Oh yeah," he took out his key ring and pulled off one of the
keys. He handed it to Mica who pocketed it.
"See you guys," Jeremy smiled at the two of them. Hugs were
exchanged and they left for their separate terminals.

"This place is huge!" Jeremy's mouth fell open when he saw the
size of the abode. Even in the darkness of night you could see it's
massive size.
	"Nice isn't it?"
	"Nice? It's phenomenal!" he gawked.
"Come on, let's get inside. I'm too tired to stand out here
admiring it." They walked up the front steps and unlocked the door.
The two stumbled in through the door and wandered up the stairs.
"Which rooms do we sleep in?" Jeremy asked. Mica opened up
one room. It wasn't neat but it wasn't a disaster area either. You
could tell that the last person in there was in a real hurry, a drawer of
the dresser had been left open and a few articles of clothing were lying
on the floor.
"Brian," Mica specified and opened up the door a little farther
down. It was completely neat. Nothing was out of place or crooked.
"Howie. He always was a perfectionist. You two would compliment
each other very well."
"Don't start," Jeremy said in a warning tone. Mica threw up her
hands.
"Sorry. Sorry. Well, you can sleep in any of the other rooms I'm
pretty sure or you can sleep in Howie's room."
	"Where are you sleeping?"
"Brian's. I always sleep in there when I'm here. Don't ask me
why, it just feels comfortable."
"Uh huh. Okay, I guess I'll just scope out the rest and see what
fits me." He opened up the door next to Howie's room. It was a neat,
cozy room. Large but cozy. A bed was placed next to a large window
with french doors that he was pretty sure led out to a balcony. There
was a little white dresser on the opposite wall of the bed that stood
tall next to a closet. "This works," he concluded and put down his
bags. He opened up the little carrier Atchika was in. She ran out and
shook, freeing the fur that had stuck to her skin. She yawned and
jumped onto the bed. Jeremy stripped naked and crawled between
the sheets. He reveled in the silk touch of the sheets and the warm
comforter.
"Heaven," he grinned and fell asleep.

Mica looked around Brian's bedroom. They had memories in
this room. They had shared their first kiss in this room, held each
other through long sleepless nights, told each other their deepest
secrets. She stripped down to her underwear and a tee shirt. She
pulled out a pair of Brian's boxers and put them on. It was a
tradition. She always slept in his boxer shorts. Mica slid in between
the blankets and let the smell of his cologne fill her lungs. She smiled
and hugged the pillow, instantly falling asleep from the intoxicating
aroma.

Brian and Howie ran through the hotel lobby and caught the
elevator just as it was closing. They rode in silent anticipation. They
dreaded Tony and David standing there by the elevator, arms crossed
firmly over their large chests. Howie swallowed around the lump in
his throat. Both knew that the two bodyguards would never hurt
them but it scared them just the same. The ding filled their ears and
it seemed like the doors took hours to open. They both inhaled deeply
and stepped out of the elevator. Tony and David stood over them,
scowling down as they clutched at each other, waiting for the awful
outcome of their escape.
"Go to your rooms," David demanded, sounding like their
father. They quickly did as they were told. They both went to Kevin's
room to find AJ, Nick, and Kevin already there.
"You two are so dead and you didn't even bring back Mica and
Jay!" Nick exclaimed.
"They're in Florida waiting for us. We made it back before we
left for the next city, didn't we?" Brian questioned. They all nodded.
"Then what are you worried about?" Howie asked. The other
three just looked at each other and groaned.
"Tony and David have been on us the entire time you've been
gone. They just left a few minutes ago," AJ told them. They both
shrugged.
"We did what we went to accomplish, so I have no regrets,"
Brian announced.

Jeremy opened his eyes to the sun starting to rise over the
horizon. He threw on a pair of tear away pants and a tee shirt before
opened the french doors. Sure enough, a balcony lay in front of him.
He stepped out and leaned over the railing. The morning air filled his
lungs as birds chirped all around him.
"I could definitely get used to this," he whispered before turning
around and finding his way to the kitchen down the stairs. He
laughed, how could he ever doubt that there wouldn't be a coffee
machine. He started a pot and went to wake up Mica. She looked so
peaceful when he reached her room. She was curled up around one of
the pillows. He grinned and went back into the kitchen. He pulled a
cup from the cabinet and filled it with ice that he found in the freezer,
filling the remaining space with water and tip toed up the stairs. He
tried to keep himself from laughing and ruining the surprise but
managed to keep the giggled down.
"Wakey, wakey," he whispered snickering and pulled back the
blanket. She groaned and curled up tighter as her skin was exposed.
"Wakey, wakey," he repeated and poured the glass of water and ice on
her face. Her eyes shot open and she sat up.
"You are so fucking dead!" she yelled, jumping up and chasing
him down the stairs. He just laughed like a hyena until she caught
him and pinned him to the floor.
"Oh, getting any ideas?" he grinned.
"Pervert," she laughed before kneeing him in the crotch. He
gasped as she got up and in a satisfying manner, brushed her hands
together. He slowly stood up, holding his crotch.
"I hate you," he grumbled, stumbling into the kitchen and
sitting up on the counter. Mica giggled and followed him.
"Aww it the poor Jay hurting?" she asked in a baby-talk voice.
He just glared at her.
"How do you expect me to procreate if you keep that up?"
"Don't worry, there are plenty of other people do it for you."
	"I hate you."
"I thought we covered that little piece of trivia already."
"Hand me a damn mug so I can have my coffee before I kill
you."
"Ooh touchy!" he snatched the mug from her hands and filled it
with coffee. Mica got out another mug and reached for the coffee pot.
Jeremy put it out of her reach.
"Uh uh. I made it so it's my coffee. Make your own."
"I hate to inform you but that's the only pot."
"Well we'll just have to fix that wont we." He took the pot and
poured the coffee over her head and set it down. "All ready for you,"
he grinned. Mica stood there, coffee dripping from her body onto the
tiled floor.
"Now, what do you suppose Brian and Howie would do if they
came home and found coffee stains on their nice white carpet?" Mica
asked him. Jeremy's eyes got wide.
	"You wouldn't."
"Oh I wouldn't, would I? Just watch me," she grinned evilly at
him and walked into the living room. Black drops of coffee fell onto
the perfect white carpet.
"You're so gonna get it when they come home!" Jeremy laughed.
"Not if they don't know it's me."
"You wouldn't blame it on me."
"What makes you so sure? I mean, you poured ice water on me
then real hot coffee. It's quite a temperature change you know. I
think you'll get the blame for this one, my love." Jeremy gawked at
her before grabbing her arms and pulling her up the stairs and into
the bathroom. He turned on the shower and dumped her in. "Ouch!"
she hollered, her head hitting the hard stall wall.
	"I think Howie'll believe me."
"Oh paw-lease! Brian will so believe me, especially after he
knows what you did to me."
"What about what you did to me? You kicked me in the groin
for heaven sakes! Do you know how much that hurts? I'm sure they'll
agree with me once they hear the circumstances."
"Yeah, but, Brian and Howie both love sleep. They'll take my
side once they find out how inhumane you were with waking me up."
Jeremy thought for a second.
"Damn you!" he snorted and left Mica laughing in the
bathroom. He sauntered down the stairs into the livingroom. He
groaned when he saw the stains already appearing. "Damn you!" he
repeated and grabbed a clothe, poured extra hot water on it and
pressed it into the carpet. "Come out come out! Please!" he begged.

When Mica came down in fresh clothes she found Jeremy
scrubbing mercilessly at the coffee in the carpet. She giggled and
picked up Jeremy's cup of coffee and took a nice long gulp. It was still
hot and finished it off while he still fought with the carpet.
"Come out!" he demanded. Mica peered over his shoulder.
"Well, it's definitely coming out. Maybe they won't notice," she
patted him on the shoulder. As she passed him, he grabbed her ankle
and caused her to fall flat on her face. "Ouch! Quite fucking hurting
me! I only kicked you once! Then you throw me in the shower and
trip me out here? You are so mean," she pouted, crossing her arms
and sticking her tongue out at him.
"Boo fucking hoo," he snapped, still scrubbing.
"I hope they make you pay for the new carpet."
"Well I've got no money to pay for it with." He had a point.
Both of them were practically broke.
"Oh well, maybe you'll have to perform 'personal services'."
"Ew, now whose being the pervert!"
"Oh, you know you want Howie."
"Just drop it, alright? It's too soon anyway," he grumbled and
kept scrubbing. "Damnit! Come out!" he hollered.
"Jeremy, listen to me, I really think Howie is good for you. Too
soon or not, I know that you like him and he likes you." Jeremy stuck
his tongue out at her.
"I'll think about it. Ugh, I give up!" he threw down the clothe.
Mica crawled over and looked at the carpet.
"Hey, nice job, you can barely see it. Maybe they won't notice,
seriously."
"They better not." Atchika barked, making her presence known
to the two. Jeremy patted the space next to him and she waddled
over and sat in his lap. "At least I get the girl," Jeremy laughed.
