Subject: Good Life Chapter 4

Hey Everyone This Is My First Attempt At Writing A Story, So Please Bear
With Me! Thanks to Sarah and Ricky for writing and letting me know their
thoughts!  They are always helpful!

Here I guess I have to say in no way do I know or claim that any of N'sync
is gay or bisexual.  If reading about this type of material is offensive to
you please do not read anymore.  And if you are under the age of 18 you
should not be reading this.  Thanks.


Chapter 4

PREVIOUSLY

Justin awoke feeling warmth on him.  He opened his eyes and realized it was
Noah's arm around him.  For a couple minutes he just smiled and realized
how nice that felt.  Then he got nervous and jumped up.  Noah woke up and
stared at Justin realizing what must have happened.

"Oh, Justin...I'm sorry I didn't re..." Justin interrupted, "That's ok... I
gotta go inside. Come in whenever you want."

Justin quickly walked off and ran inside closing the door behind him.  He
walked into the kitchen and saw JC.

"JC, I need to talk to you now," Justin almost screamed.  JC saw almost
tears in Justin's eyes.  He followed him to Justin's room.

Noah walked inside to the room on the first floor he was going to be
staying in.  He picked up his cell phone and called his best friend Andrea.

"Andrea, I need to talk to you now," Noah said softly.  Andrea could feel
tears about to come from Noah.  She quickly said ok and they began to talk.

{JC's ROOM}

"Justin, what's up man...calm down you are scaring me," JC said looking at
Justin all red and fidgety.

"JC we have to talk about this.  I am so confused.  I am not sure what I am
doing or thinking or feeling and I am so scared," Justin blurted out and
was out of breath.

JC walked over to Justin and saw the tears forming in Justin's eyes.  He
grabbed Justin and just hugged him.  JC had always been Justin's rock as
they were growing up especially since Justin started in this business at
such a young age.  He knew that Justin easily got excited about the
smallest things, so he figured it would be something like that.  He was
shocked at what he heard come out of his best friend's mouth.

"JC...I think I am gay," Justin quietly mumbled.

JC stepped back and looked at Justin.  "What?  Why? Are you sure?"  The two
friends went over to the bed and sat down.  JC was shocked, but didn't want
to press Justin anymore until Justin was ready to speak.  Justin just lay
down on the bed and closed his eyes.  He was so tired and confused.  JC let
Justin fade away and never left his side while he slept.


{NOAH'S ROOM}

On the phone Noah began to speak with his best friend Andrea back in
Ithaca.

"Andrea, I think I am falling for a guy here in Orlando."

"That's great Noah, so why are you about to cry.  I can feel it all the way
from here?"

"I don't think he is gay, and actually if I tell him the truth I think he
will hate me and then I would be crushed.  I really like this guy and want
to get to know him better.  These feelings have happened so fast and I just
want to slow my feelings up."

"Noah, then do just that.  Get to know him better.  You don't have to tell
him everything yet.  Maybe you will realize he isn't the one for you.  Find
out what he is all about and then see how you feel."

"You are right Andrea, of course.  I better go now. Thanks.you're the
best!"


{JC'S ROOM}

Justin began stirring as JC watched and he eventually opened his eyes and
looked at JC.

"Sorry JC.  I didn't mean to fall asleep on you.  Especially after what I
just said to you."

"That's ok Justin, it gave me time to think and I am fine with it.  You are
my best friend and I love like you were my brother.  I want to support you
in any way I can.  But I have one question.  What made you discover these
feelings?"

"Noah.  Ever since I laid eyes on him I have been thinking about him and I
feel so comfortable around him and I...well um...you know have had thoughts
about him and me together and really liked the idea."

"Oh.  Well Justin, I mean how do you know he is gay?  I mean did he tell
you ever?"

"No he never did. (If only Justin hadn't fallen asleep under that tree) But
when we were changing he saw me naked and kind of stared at me and then I
thought I could see a bulge in his pants."

"I see, well you don't know for sure and you are still dealing with your
feelings.  Can I suggest something Justin?  I think you should back off
telling Noah and just get to know him better and see what happens.  See if
the feelings stay after you become friends and then you can deal with it."

"Yeah, you're right JC, of course.  Oh shit, I better go check on Noah, I
totally just ran out on him."

Justin got up and ran down the stairs to the basketball court but didn't
see Noah anywhere.  He went back inside and saw Noah just laying on his bed
with his eyes closed.  Justin lay next to Noah and Noah opened his eyes.

"Hi Justin"

"Hey Noah, sorry about earlier, I was acting weird and I will tell you
about it sometime later.  Is that cool, cause I just don't want to talk
about it right now."

"It's cool Justin.  Can I ask you something?"

(Oh no, what is he going to ask me.  I just decided to hold back for now)
"Sure thing Noah, anything."

"Can we go get my bags at the studio, so I can get unto some of my own
clothes, Noah asked with a smirk."

Justin stood up. "Let's Go!"


The two left to get into Justin's car and headed out to the studio.  They
decided to pick up Noah's bags and then head to lunch.  Both realized they
needed to just sit down and get to know each other and about the other's
life.  Noah talked about his family and law school and Justin talked about
his family and growing up in show business and how that has affected his
life, and how he rarely gets to make friends with people that are normal
and fun.  They had a great time.

On the ride back to Justin's house the car was silent, but both had smiles
on their faces.  Noah began thinking and decided that Justin and he had
shared so much, he had to tell Justin he was gay.  He felt it important to
their friendship and decided to tell Justin, even though he had earlier
decided to hold back.

"Hey Justin, I want to tell you something.  I'm Gay."

Justin slowed the car down and pulled over.  He looked at Noah.  "Noah,
thanks for telling me.  I am ok with it if that's what you are worried
about.  I really like you and our new friendship." (Why can't I just tell
him how I feel!!!  God I want to.  But I can't, not now.  I am not ready)

Noah began thinking. (Well I guess he isn't gay, I gave him the opening to
tell me he was, and he didn't bite.)

"Thanks Justin.  I also really like our new friendship.  It's only been a
day.  That's kind of funny.  I feel like I have known you forever."

The two again feel into silence.  Both in their own thoughts.  Justin
wishing he could tell Noah and Noah relieved Justin was ok with him being
gay, but in a way sad that Justin was not gay himself.  But both were happy
about the new friendship.

{BACK AT THE HOUSE}

The doorbell rang and JC got up to get the door.  It was the contractor
they hired to build a back porch onto the house leading to the pool.  He
had a young worker with him. "Hey Mr. James, glad you could come over.  Let
me show you where we want it," JC said to the contractor.

"OK JC, oh, this is one of my boys Trevor.  He is working for me this
summer. So he will be doing most of the building on your project."

"Nice to meet you Trevor"

"Thanks, Nice to meet you too.  I love your guys music."

"Thanks buddy"

Trevor followed his father and JC around the back of the house.  Trevor was
19 and on break from college.  He was a very attractive kid.  About 5'11"
and a solid toned 170 pounds.  He had short brown hair and dark brown eyes
that seemed to glisten in the sun.  Or was that the piercing in his eyebrow
that glistened?

JC heard the door to a car close, and knew it was Justin and Noah.  The two
guys saw the truck and walked around the back.  As soon as Noah saw Trevor
he stopped and stared, as did Justin.  They saw the cutest nicest looking
guy.  Trevor saw them and was also staring.

"Hey guys," JC said, "this is Trevor, he is going to be around a lot this
summer."


Well there is Chapter 4.  Hope you liked it.  I am just trying to slow some
things down with the two main characters, and also introducing quickly
Andrea (She will be involved more I think) and another character Trevor,
who I am not sure what his role will be yet, but have an idea.  So let me
