-Disclaimer-

Let's see, I don't know *NSYNC, or do I know anyone else that
is famous in any other way. Now, here is the stupid warning part of this
shit that no one really reads. This is about gay men, male/male action.
It covers two members of the very popular and sexy boy-band *NSYNC in gay
relations together, if that bothers you or any of the other above bothers
you then stop. As for the story, it's fiction, not real, I made it
up. And if you are under 18, or the legal age in your country/state/city
then stop, unless you are good at being sneaky, cuz then you won't
be caught.

Info

This story is not my first story, but my first story under this alias and
this e-mail address. This e-mail address happens to be
calm_lost@hotmail.com where you can e-mail me any time and I will reply
to all e-mails no matter how mean they are. (I actually like hate mail)
As for the story itself, it covers JC and Justin, them getting together,
and eventually their relationship once they are together. I do have
another few couples in it, but I won't talk about them in sexual
ways. I can't write straight smut, so don't expect to see it.
Oh and don't request chapters about the other couples, cuz most
likely I will only write a chapter about the other members of the story
if I am low on ideas for the story itself.

"No Justin, we are not going to the mall. We've been to every mall
in every fucking city, and I'm tired of shopping. What are you a
fucking girl?"

Justin turned in shock; it was the first time JC had ever yelled at him.
The first real time his best friend had ever even raised his voice
towards him. For as long as he could remember, JC always knew that he
hated to be yelled at. And not once had JC made the mistake of doing it.
During the lawsuit, Lance's illness, through all that time, JC had
answered everyone of Justin's annoying questions with simple ease,
explaining the easiest question to understand with out the slightest
showing of anger. But a minute ago, to Justin, the world stopped, because
JC blew up over something simple.

All he had asked was if JC had wanted to join him at the mall. And he
knew he went a lot, but he didn't realize that JC hated it. He had
never said anything to him about not liking the trips, so Justin just
assumed he liked them or at least enjoyed them enough to go every time he
went.

Justin didn't know what to do, his first thought was to apologize,
he had interrupted JC while he was on the phone. But JC had always told
him that nothing was too important if Justin needed him. His second
thought was to yell back, but he just couldn't, he couldn't
seem to yell or argue with JC. And his third thought and the one he stuck
with was to cry.

He was in no way a crybaby, but over the years Justin had built up a
tendency of letting little things break him. He could handle the big
shit, the huge problems, but small fights and little arguments drove him
to tears, and this was just the case.

"Fine!" He managed to puff out as he stormed out of the hotel room,
heading straight for Joey's. He knew Joey would take his side, he
knew any one of the guys would take his side, they always did. He was the
baby and no matter what the argument was, they always disagreed with
whoever was against Justin in it.

Knock!Knock!Knock!

"Come in." Justin heard Joey's familiar voice, and pushed open the
door. Walking in he wiped his eyes once, but realizing the tears
weren't going to stop easily, he sat down on Joey's bed
without another swipe. "What happened Curly?" Joey asked comfortingly
after seeing the tears and the sad expression in Justin's body.

"I went to ask Josh if he wanted to go out with me to the mall. Ya know,
and he, he exploded on me. He yelled at me, and said I was a fucking girl
and all this shit. He's never yelled at me, I don't want him
to yell at me." Justin started to ramble, but was silenced when Joey
pulled him into a hug.

"It's okay little bud. I'm sure Jace is just in a bad mood,
ya know? He's been really pissy lately, I think him and his parents
are fighting, so maybe you should just give him the day to cool.
He'll come and apologize to you soon enough, doesn't he
always?" Joey asked with reassurance in his voice.

"Yeah, I guess your right. It's just; I hate it when I get yelled
at. I, I don't mean to screw up, I never do, I never did. My dad,
he was just, so, so hard on me, and when people yell at me, I just feel
like a little kid like I did with him." Justin replied, he quickly wiped
the tears that still covered his face, and stood. "Thanks Joe, I'm
gonna take Lonnie down to the gym or something and work out. So, if
anyone is looking for me, just tell `em I'll be back around 3
or something."

"You're gonna work out for two hours?" Joey asked with a smile on
his face as he looked at his watch.

"What's wrong with that?" Justin asked.

"You can't last twenty minutes kid." Joey teased as Justin just
fake pouted and walked out of the room.

Roaming the halls, the sixteen-year-old smiled as he looked out the hotel
hallway window. It was a nice day, he was glad he wasn't going to
the mall anymore. But that still didn't make up for the small part
of him that ached just knowing that JC was upset with him.

Meanwhile back in their hotel bedroom, JC is still on the phone, his
anger still evident, and another look, maybe remorse or sadness is clear
as well.

"Do you think he'll be pissed?" JC asked into the phone.

"Do I think he'll be pissed? Yes, yes I do. Josh, Jesus, remember
that time I was on tour with you guys for like a day and I yelled at him
for using my gel, he practically killed himself, and he barely knew me.
He's got it tough, he's my age and he's in this huge
media thing, being sixteen and having a life in the public probably
wouldn't be great. " The girl replied.

"I know Mar, that's the thing, I shouldn't have yelled at
him. He's so emotional, and I know that, and I hate to see him
upset. Ya know, it's just that if he had over heard what we were
talking about I would have died." JC started to rationalize.

"You've got to tell the guys sometime, so eventually Justin is
gonna find out. And I don't think the kid is gonna hate you, he
practically begs to sleep with you every where. I have a feeling that
will never change." Mary replied through the phone, smiling at the
insecurity her friend was having.

"He could, you never know. He is so religious, and so is Lance. I
don't think Joey will care, he's too open about all that type
of shit. So, I think I'm fine as far as he's considered. And
Chris is older, he's more mature, he's not so religious, he
would understand."

"I don't think Lance would mind. I was talking to Summer yesterday,
and she told him about her one gay friend, and after they talked about
him for a while, Lance really wanted to get together with him and his
boyfriend." Mary explained, hoping to soothe JC's worries.

"I haven't talked to Summer in forever. You two have got to come on
the tour again, do you know how bad it sucks with just a bunch of
straight guys."

"It probably doesn't suck at all." Mary teased, and she could tell
that JC was blushing through the phone. "Anyways, Summer and Lance
practically have sex on the phone, so I don't think them being
together on a cramped tour bus would be heaven for any of us. " Mary
teased again.

"I know, but at least they are cute together. I think Summer would have
killed you if you hadn't introduced her to Lance. And we all love you
girls, you have to come again." JC started his begging. "Plus I could
really use a friend here, one that actually knows the real big thing
about me."

"Josh, listen to me, tell them, at least Justin. He'll understand,
he needs you more then he needs his mom, so I don't think
he'll be turning on you any time soon. And maybe he feels the same
way about you as you feel about him." Mary realized her mistake as soon
as she said it.

"I asked you not to talk about that. For once could we not talk about my
fucking infatuation with him? I know that I love him, but I don't
like to talk about it, and it seems like every conversation we have is
about him. "

"I'm sorry Josh, I didn't mean to say it. But seriously,
I'm gonna let you cool down. And when you do, apologize to Just,
he's probably more upset about it then you realize."

"I will, love ya Mar."

"Talk to you later Josh."

JC hung up the phone, still upset, still a little confused about what he
was going to do. He wasn't sure if maybe Mary was right and he
should tell the guys or at least Justin that he was gay, or if he should
keep it secret. Figuring he needed some fresh air, he sat down to write a
note to explain his absence to Justin.

Justin,

Sorry about earlier. I know I was a total ass for flipping on you, and
I'm really sorry that I did. You didn't deserve it. I
don't know why I did it. Maybe we can talk about it when I get
back. I went out for a walk. I just needed to clear my mind and shit, so
I don't know when you can expect me back, but when I do get back
in, I'll have an apology for you. Talk to you later.

Love Josh

Happy with the note, he stuck it on the desk of the room, and grabbed his
coat. Walking out of the room he made sure to lock the door. Making his
way down the hall he smiled, it was a nice day to go for a walk.

"Hey SumSum!" Lance Bass spoke into his hotel phone, speaking to his
girlfriend Summer.

"Hey boy. How about I link you in with Mary, she's on my other
line?"

"Sure."

"Okay hold on." Lance waited for the double click before he heard the two
girls back on the line.

"So, anything interesting outside of my secluded celebrity life?" Lance
asked jokingly.

"Yeah, your friends are fighting." Mary replied.

"Which ones?" Lance asked quickly, he hated to see any of them fight, and
was usually the one to see it fit that they didn't.

"Justin and Josh." Mary replied.

"Oh, they'll get over it." Summer replied. "They never fight, and
any time I've ever seen them fighting they resolve it within an
hour."

"I know, but I was talking to Josh..."

Lance quickly interrupted. "Are you ever not on the phone?"

"Anyways, like I was saying. I was talking to Josh about ten minutes ago.
And he yelled at Justin about half an hour ago. And if I'm right,
Josh probably isn't at the hotel anymore, he probably went to cool
off, so I doubt that this one will end so quickly." Mary replied.

"How do you know JC so well? Damn, we don't even know his mind like
that." Lance laughed.

"She is his best friend." Summer replied.

"No I'm not. Justin is his best friend, trust me, that I could
never take the place of." Mary replied, almost a little angry with them
for suggesting that she was closer to JC then Justin.

"Oh well, did you talk to any of my other band members today Mary?" Lance
asked, changing the subject.

"Nope, just Josh. I don't call any of you other sorry assess,
except for you and Justin occasionally." Mary responded.

"My boyfriend is not an ass." Summer jumped into the conversation. "He
has a nice ass, but that's not the point."

"Oh yeah, you like my ass, what about else where?" Lance started to get
seductive with his girlfriend.

"How about I hang up now?" Mary sarcastically suggested. "In fact
I'm gonna go now and call the papers and tell them about sweet, shy
Lance being sexual with an illegal girl." Both Summer and Lance knew that
she was joking as she hung up the phone.

Somewhere back with JC, the sun is shining brightly as he walks down the
street. To begin with he's lucky that he was able to sneak out of
the hotel without his bodyguard noticing, but besides that he's
smart and he knows how to fit in. Not to mention it benefits that he
isn't even that famous, after all, *NSYNC only hit it big in Europe
as of now, so he had all the freedom he wanted on the streets.

And he took it up, walking at a slow pace, stopping for minutes just to
look at the buildings or stop in a store. He had already bought a few
things from one book store, a couple books that he was interested in
reading, and a book mark, and a few magazines that he could read when he
was bored and not in the mood to sit and read a chapter of a book.

Looking down at his watch and realizing that he had been gone for a good
while he figured it would be best if he headed back. He knew that
eventually he would be spotted as missing and he wasn't in the mood
to get a lecture from management or Lou about the dangers of being famous
and in the city. Truth is, there was no danger because he wasn't
famous.

Turning around, he headed back in the direction he had remembered coming
in. He was good with directions and with in twenty minutes he found
himself at the front of the hotel. Looking up he smiled, it was a really
nice day, too bad he would have to be inside again for a while, most
likely the whole night. Hopefully Justin would accept his apology, a
night of tension in a hotel room was horrible, and he knew that first
hand.

Walking up the steps in the hotel, too energetic for the elevator, he
came quickly to the third floor and walked down it. Pulling out his key
he popped it in and snuck into his room silently.

"Hey Josh." Justin whispered like a child from his bed. He was sitting on
it with a math book on his lap, his glasses on and a pencil in hand.

"You doing homework?" JC asked the obvious question.

"Yeah." Justin replied.

"You wanna stop for a minute and talk about earlier, and then I'll
help you with it?" JC asked hopefully, but he knew the answer would be
yes.

"Sure." Justin put down his stuff, and slipped his glasses off, he
scooted over on the bed so that JC could sit down as well.

"Listen Curly, I'm sorry that I flipped on you. I was just having a
rough day, and I shouldn't have let it out on you, you were just in
the wrong place. Forgive me?"

"You know I don't like to be yelled at." Justin replied, but JC
knew that the words he was speaking were leading towards a yes.

"I know, I know, that's why I'm so sorry. I don't want
you to ever have to go through that again. I'm here now, and I
won't ever yell at you like that." JC apologized again, this time
more sincere and more knowing of the situation.

"I'm not mad at you anymore." Justin replied, smiling as JC pulled
him into a hug.

"Good, wanna order room service?"

"I thought I was suppose to do my homework? And you said you would help
me." Justin reminded him.

"Fine. But after that, we're getting room service and a movie." JC
replied, picking up the book and opening it to the marked page. He
laughed at what he saw, and he knew that in a matter of minutes with his
help Justin would be getting ready for the dinner and movie. All it was
area of a circle, and JC was great at geometry.

Justin smiled and watched as JC taught him the lesson, pointing to each
problem and explaining how to answer them. For some reason even math was
exciting with JC, it seemed like everything was exciting to him when he
did it with JC.

"Done!" JC exclaimed, shutting the book and setting it on the stand by
the bed. "Now, I'm gonna get changed into pajamas. Think ya can
call the room service?" JC asked as he walked into the bathroom.

"Yep, no problem." Justin replied as the bathroom door closed. "Yes, this
is Justin Timberlake in room 320, I'd like to order two of the
chicken meals."

"Will that be all sir?"

"Bring up some ice cream too, vanilla."

"We'll be up in twenty minutes or so sir." Justin hung up the
phone. So he wasn't suppose to order the ice cream, he knew that
once JC started eating it he would forget about that.

"What ya get us?" JC asked as he walked out of the bathroom.

"Two chicken meals." Justin responded.

"That's cool."

JC jumped onto the bed he usually slept in, now only clad in a pair of
pajama pants. Justin quickly got off his bed.

"I'm gonna go change too."

JC smiled as Justin rushed off into the bathroom, a pair of pants in his
hands. Minutes later, Justin had returned clad in a pair of pajama pants
and a wife beater. JC mimicked Justin's move in "Tearin Up My
Heart" before Justin made his way to the beds.

"What movie do you wanna see?" JC asked, flipping through the guide.

"Something cool, something we haven't seen." Justin responded.

"Well, we've seen everything that's out. And everything
that's been out. So let's go with a group favorite, Cruel
Intentions." JC suggested, looking over he got a nod from Justin and
clicked the remote choosing the movie.

The food came shortly after, and in no time that was done as well. Soon
enough, Justin was in the same bed as JC, his head resting on JC's
chest as he slept. JC continued to watch the movie, happy with the touch.

If he couldn't have love, he had this. He had a peaceful
friendship, one that was something he would never tried in for anything
else. And if it meant that he couldn't pursue any love interests,
he wouldn't. The more and more he thought about it, the more he
knew that he didn't need to. Lying in his bed, held by his arms was
the one he really wanted to be with, the only one he could imagine
himself with. And he liked it, he liked that feeling of warmth that
coursed through his veins just with the touch. It was enough.

"Love ya Just." JC whispered, leaning down and placing a kiss on the
young blond's head. Softly he picked up the remote and clicked off
the tv, careful as could be he adjusted the blond, so that he too could
sleep but made sure that he never lost his hold of protection over him.
"Good night."

TBC...

So that was chapter 1, I hoped you liked it. I also wanted to add, that
the girls in this story are some of my good friends, although I
don't know them face to face, I know them really well over the
internet, and I think they deserved roles in the story. So thanks to Mary
and Summer for helping me with my stories along the way, and just for
keeping up friendships over e-mail.

I think I'll be updating every other week or something like that.
Between classes, my boyfriend, and free time, I don't have much to
time to write. So don't expect for frequent updates that come in
patterns. But I'll try to be consistent and not keep you waiting
long.
