*****
Justin stirred lightly from a sleep that was anything but satisfying.
His eyes opened slowly, not meeting any light. He was confused for a moment,
but turning to one side, he realized it was still before five in the morning.
He groaned and threw his head back on the pillow. These were the worst
mornings. The kind where you woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep,
which would be alright if you could get comfortable, but your bed suddenly
feels as though it's a midevil torture rack and you're the guest of honor.
This was the worst type of mornings.
Justin turned to his side and saw Nick lying there peacefully. He let a
smile creep across his lips and he noticed how youthful Nick's features
appeared in the darkened room. He lifted his hand slowly and brushed it
gently across Nick's cheek. It was soft to the touch. Nick stirred slightly
and snuggled a bit closer, a smile spreading across his face now. Justin
withdrew fast and sighed gently. 'No use waking him,' he thought to himself.
With a groan, he threw his feet over the side of the bed and stood up. He
stretched and gave out a yawn, lowering his arms slowly.
There was a sound. Something like a creaking. He looked down at his
feet and moved them from side to side, but the sound was not repeated. It
didn't seem to have come from where he was standing in the first place, but
it seemed to be the only logical conclusion to jump to. He looked behind
him, then made a complete circle, but saw nothing. 'Nerves,' he laughed to
himself. He took one more glance at the bed and then headed out towards the
door. The light from the hall was a bit blinding as he exited, causing him
to squint. He thought of knocking on one of the other guy's doors. In the
"old days" he would knock on JC's door when he couldn't sleep, but JC was
probably worn out from another night with Brian. He even thought of talking
to Kevin, but he knew he was probably still sleeping. "Let's take a swim,"
he said to himself. He looked down and saw what he had slept in, a pair of
boxers. He rolled his eyes and stepped quickly back into the room, grabbing
one of Nick's robes. He pulled it around him close and breathed in. With a
smile on his face he stepped out of the room again and headed towards the
elevator.
The pool was deserted, most likely still closed. Justin looked down into
the calm pool of water and smiled. 'Finally, something peaceful,' he thought
to himself. He slipped off his robe and tossed it onto the nearest lounge
chair. He looked down at his boxers, and with a shrug dove into the pool.
The water felt freezing against his nearly bare skin. He kicked to the
surface fast and inhaled deeply. He panted for a moment before starting to
swim to one end of the pool. Once there, he flipped over and swam to the
other side. He kept this up, lap after lap for what seemed like forever.
His head remained clear as he swam, not allowing any thought to enter in
except for the feel of the water against him. A smile was spread lightly
across his face, his eyes closed as he reached the wall for the last time.
He ran his hands quickly through his hair and wiped the excess water from off
his eye lashes. He opened his eyes quickly and pushed himself up from the
pool. He shivered slightly in cold air in the pool room and jogged slowly
over to the chair where he had dropped his robe.
But his robe was gone.
Justin looked around for a moment. He looked under the chair and
groaned. "What the fuck," he said angrily to himself. He walked over to the
door of the pool room, but didn't see anyone in the hall way. He glanced
quickly around the room and noticed something in the far corner of the room.
With a groan, he started to jog towards it, realizing it was located near the
sauna. "That might be nice," he said to himself with a grin.
Sure enough as he approached the sauna, he saw the robe lying on the
floor. "And how did you get all the way over here," he asked a laugh. "Did
you walk?"
"That sauna does look very good," Justin said to himself. "What the
hell? It's still early. I'll be back in my room before they even know I'm
gone."
Justin left the robe on a chair outside of the sauna room and entered
slowly. It was already steamy for some reason, making it difficult to see
far. "Yo, anyone in here," he called out gingerly. Satisfied that he was
alone, he laid down one of the towels already in the room and sat on the
wooden bench.
The steam and heat of the room over took him quickly. He shut his eyes
and relaxed as he felt his body loosening up. He let a sigh escape from his
lips. It was one of the few relaxing moments he's had in weeks.
He let his mind wander to Nick, still asleep in the hotel bed upstairs.
Nick was truly...an angel. Justin opened his eyes slowly as he thought of
his lover. He asked for so little, and he was always there when he needed
him. A smile began to spread across his lips. "I love him so much," he
whispered.
Time passed quickly in the steam filled room. Justin picked up another
towel and wiped himself off quickly. The boxers he was wearing were now
soaked entirely through, a combination of the water from the pool and sweat.
His package showed neatly in the front, clinging to him. "Wow, it's been a
long time," he said to himself with a laugh. His mind wandered back to Nick
upstairs as he smiled wider. "That might be a nice way to make him up." He
stayed where he was, fantasizing for a moment before reaching for the handle
to the door.
It didn't turn. Justin squinted at it for a moment before trying it
again. It was as though it was locked.
"What the fuck is this," Justin asked angrily as he turned the handle
harshly, hoping it would yield under greater pressure. It did not. He began
to pound at the door heavily. "Is anyone out there," he yelled. There came
no answer. "Shit," he said to himself as he walked back to the center of the
room. He breathed deeply and tried to think of what to do. "You're stuck.
There's nothing really you can do," he said lightly. "The guys will wake up
soon, realize you're not in your bed and look for you. You just have to wait
a bit longer."
He sat down on the bench heavily and made a fatal mistake. He let his
mind start to wander. "How did that door get locked," he asked himself.
"And how the hell did my robe move?" He thought a moment, of any possible
causes, but one word kept popping into his head. Robert.
Justin jumped up from the bench quickly and started pounding on the door
again, more ferociously than ever. "Get me the fuck out of here," he
screamed on the top of his lungs. He pounded his fists on the frame until
they were raw. He pounded for what seemed to be an eternity.
And then someone opened the door.
*****
Devon stirred slowly from his sleep. He breathed heavily and stretched
before opening his eyes. As his arms lowered, his hand gently brushed
Lance's face. His eyes blinked open as he looked on Lance's still sleeping
form. He grinned happily and put his arms loosely around his lover. Lance
fidgeted slightly in his sleep, but did now wake. Devon laughed lightly and
pulled Lance in tighter, pressing his hard-on into Lance's leg. Lance
stirred again, but still did not wake. "Maybe this will work," Devon said
with a grin.
He began to run his tongue slowly up and down the length of his neck.
Lance began to squirm more, emitting a light sigh from his lips. Devon
slowly began to grind into him, rubbing his hands up and down Lance's bare
chest. After a moment, Lance's eyes opened and settled on Devon.
"What are you doing," he asked with a grin.
"Nothing," Devon said with a childish grin as he continued to grind into
Lance.
"This doesn't feel like nothing," Lance said as he took Devon's cock into
his hand. Devon let a breath escape his lips as he shifted his hips on the
bed. "Do you like that," Lance asked. He saw Devon nodd in response. "What
about this," Lance asked as he began to stroke Devon's hard cock. Devon
leaned his head back and elevated his hips slightly. "Come here," Lance
whispered.
Devon crawled on top of Lance and began to kiss his neck and chest.
Lance smiled wide a exhaled hard as he ran his hands up and down his lovers
muscular back. Devon ground his hips hard into Lance's, feeling his cock
rubbing against Lance's hard member. He began to work his way slowly down
Lance's chest and stomach until he reached the head of the fully erect organ.
He began to lick around the head, before slowly closing his lips around it.
Lance arched his back quickly as he felt his lovers tongue running up and
down the length of his cock. His breath came quicker, in short bursts of
panting. Devon grinned slightly and began to slide his lovers' tool further
and further down his throat. Lance's breath came faster and harder until
finally Devon had all of him down his throat. He licked around the base for
a moment, before slowly sliding up, keeping his lips tight enough around the
organ to provide some type of pressure. Lance nearly screamed in pleasure as
again Devon swallowed his entire cock. He moved his hips rhythmically with
Devon's bobbing, moving his head from side to side ecstatically. Time moved
fast as Devon moved faster and faster, fondling his balls with one hand.
Lance began to thrust his hips wildly. Soon, he was letting out an
animalistic cry as he shot down Devon's throat. He panted for a moment,
resting up on his elbows as Devon swallowed hard and licked the already
softening shaft.
"Good morning," Devon said with a devilish grin.
Lance panted in reply. "Hi," he said between breaths.
Devon laughed loudly and crawled back up to where Lance was. He wrapped
his arms around Lance and pulled him in close, resting his lovers head
against his shoulder. "We don't have to get out of bed yet do we?"
"Nope," Lance said with a grin as he dove under the sheets.
*****
Justin inhaled deeply as the door to the sauna was slowly opened. He
couldn't see who it was because of the steam from the room. He began to
cough violently as he stepped quickly out of the sauna.
"What are you doing here? The pool area is closed," one of the hotel
attendants said as he stepped out of Justin's way.
Justin was silent, breathing hard. He grabbed the nearest towel and
began to wipe off. "I'm sorry. I just needed to get out of my room."
"Aren't you..." the young man asked as he looked at Justin more closely.
"Yea, hi," Justin said with a smile. "I'm Justin, nice to meet you."
"Wow," the young man said. "Sorry, my name's Dylan." Justin shook his
hand and returned his smile. "Didn't you see the sign on the door?"
"What," Justin asked quizzically.
"On the door of the sauna? It said it's out of use," the young man
replied.
"There was no sign," Justin said.
"Of course there was," the young man said. He shut the door to the sauna
and gave a shocked look. "Well, there was a sign there last night when I
cleaned up. Someone must have taken it off."
"Guess so," Justin said nervously. "I'm sorry I was in here. Hope I
don't get you in trouble or anything."
"Nah. Besides if they find out it was you, I don't think they'll mind
too much. One of the high points of being a celebrity I guess."
"Yea, guess so," Justin said with a smile. He looked around and then
picked up the robe from the floor. "Well, I should be getting back to my
room now. Thanks for letting me out of there."
"Anytime," Dylan replied as he looked Justin up and down. "Anytime."
Justin blushed lightly and began to walk away. The hallway seemed cold
compared to the sauna he had just been in. He pulled the robe tightly around
him. He stuck his head into the lobby, making sure no one was around.
Satisfied it was clear he ran through quickly and got into the elevator just
before the doors closed.
As he got out on the fourth floor he noticed a cart waiting outside
Kevin's room. 'He ordered breakfast already,' Justin thought to himself. He
walked over to Kevin's room and knocked on the door.
Kevin appeared at the door a moment later, dressed in a t-shirt and a
pair of boxers. "What are you doing here," Kevin asked as he saw Justin
standing at the door.
"Good morning to you too," Justin said with a laugh.
"Sorry Curly," Kevin said as he let him in. "Just surprised to see you
up so soon. I haven't even called your room yet to call you guys for
breakfast."
"Oh," Justin said. "I went for a swim this morning and when I came up I
saw the tray here, so I figured I'd come by and see what was up."
"Well, you're welcome to chill in here until the rest of the guys decide
to get their lazy asses out of bed."
"Hey that's my boyfriend you're talking about," Justin said with a laugh.
"Better watch it grandpa."
"Thems fightin words," Kevin said in a hick accent as he lunged for
Justin. He tackled Justin onto the bed and began to tickle him. Justin
quickly pushed him off and jumped up, laughing hard.
"Why are you so chipper this morning," Justin asked as he tried to hold
in his laughter.
"I don't know," Kevin replied. "Just am."
"Well, I'm glad," Justin said as he sat down on the floor. "Everyone's
been so tense lately."
"Well, there are reasons for that," Kevin said as he sat up and looked at
Justin intently.
"Yea, I know," Justin replied looking down at his feet. "But maybe it's
all over. I mean, nothing's happened recently. Not really."
"We'll just take it a day at a time. Hopefully it'll all amount to
nothing."
"Hey," Nick said as he entered the room, scratching his head. "I figured
I'd find you here. Oh, and my robe too." He bent down and kissed Justin
quickly on the cheek before laying down and placing his head on his lap.
"Comfy," Justin asked with a brief laugh. Nick nodded and smiled widely,
nuzzling into Justin's leg. Justin began to run his fingers through Nick's
hair, playing with the golden strands. "You have really nice hair."
"Why thank you," Nick replied sleepily. "I like your's better though."
"No, I like your's better," Justin replied.
"Na-ah."
"Uh-huh."
"Ok, I think we're done now," Kevin said. "I like all your hair."
"He was in a good mood til YOU got here," Justin said with a grin.
"Whatever Curly," Nick replied as he turned his head.
"And keep your mouth away from there," Justin laughed.
"But you're already in your underwear," Nick replied.
"Um, do you guys want me to leave," Kevin laughed.
"Nah, you can join in," Nick said seriously. "You know you want to..."
"You perv," Justin said, quickly smacking his arm. "He's just horny in
the morning. Sorry Kev."
"No, it's ok. Nick's always been horny in the morning. You should've
heard him on the tour bus once he discovered "self love." It was like a
rabbit or something."
"We don't need to discuss this," Nick said as he turned bright red.
"He was so loud we used to have to turn on the stereo to drown him out,"
Kevin continued.
"Shut up Kev," Nick replied still laughing.
"Don't you dare stop now," Justin said.
"And this one time-"
"Hey guys," Brian said as he strolled in, JC right behind him. He took a
look at Justin and Nick on the floor and laughed. "Now a bad time?"
"No, Nick's being a perv," Justin laughed. He leaned over and kissed
Nick briefly on the lips.
"Hi everyone," Christina said as she quickly entered. She skipped over
to the bed and hopped onto the side opposite Kevin before bouncing off and
laughing.
"Damn girl, are you always this chipper," Justin asked with a laugh.
"Am I," she asked. "I don't know."
"Christina, I think we need to have a little conversation," Kevin said as
he sat at the edge of his bed. "What you did last night was really uncalled
for."
"Oh it was just a joke. Britney knows I was kidding," Christina said.
"That's not the point. From what I heard she didn't know you were doing
it."
"I wanted it to be a surprise."
"She was surprised alright," Brian said quietly.
"Christina, it was still a pretty low thing to do," Keivn said.
"It's alright Kevin," Britney said as she entered. "I thought it was
pretty funny."
"What," Kevin asked as he looked at her.
"It was funny. I got a kick out of it," Britney replied a tad bitterly.
"Are you serious," JC replied. "I thought you were gonna kill someone
backstage."
"That was because I couldn't find the right costume. Really though, it
was worth a good laugh. She had an...interesting...interpretation."
"Thanks," Christina said with a smile. "Now where is that breakfast
tray. I'm starved."
"Christina just remember you have to go with our tour manager to the
studio today to record the song for that album," Kevin reminded her, still
studying Britney's demeanor.
"That's right. The tour album," she replied. "So am I singing genie?"
"Do you sing anything else," Britney asked with a laughed.
"I think I just may sing it baby one more time," Christina replied.
"Are those eggs," Brian asked as he stepped forward. "I really want some
eggs how about you honey?"
"I would kill for some eggs," JC replied.
*****
"Thank god that's over," JC sighed as he walked to the back of the tour
bus. The concert had gone smoothly once again. Christina had gone back to
singing her songs, Britney to hers. It actually ended up being one of the
better shows they had put on.
"And just think. We have another one in two days," Howie sighed. "I
hate life."
"Oh calm down," Devon replied. "Doing those concerts is what pays for
the gas in all your lovely mercedes."
"Cute," Lance replied as he looked over at Devon. "Real cute."
"So what's up for tonight," AJ asked as he rushed into the bus.
"I'm going to sleep," Justin replied.
"You don't want to go out," Nick asked as he looked at Justin steadily.
"Not really," Justin replied. "But if you want to, you go ahead."
"Yea, I'm thinking of going to a club," AJ said. "I think we should all
go. Like a group bonding thing."
"Group bonding thing," Joey asked with a laugh.
"Yea...a bonding thing."
"That sounds like a denture adhesive," Howie laughed.
"Don't mock me," AJ laughed back. "We should totally go to a club."
"Well that sounds like a plan," Kevin said. "You sure you don't want in
Justin?"
"Yea, I'm just gonna crash. I'm a little tired," Justin said with a yawn.
"I think I'll stay in too," Nick said.
"No you won't," Justin said. "You're gonna go out and have fun. Then
you're gonna come home and go to sleep."
"I don't want to leave you," Nick said.
"You're not leaving me. You're going out and having fun. It's allowed,"
Justin laughed.
"Are you-"
"I'm sure."
"Ok...I guess," Nick replied hesitantly.
"Now that that's settled," AJ said. "let's get back to the hotel and get
dressed."
"Are you sure you'll be alright," Nick whispered into Justin's ear.
"Yes silly. You go out and have a good time," Justin replied as he
kissed Nick lightly. "I'll be fine."
*****
"I don't like leaving Justin alone," Nick said as he sat at the dark
table. JC sat on his left, close to Brian. Both of them were sipping vodka
and cranberries. Nick, a coke.
"Nick, nothing's gonna happen to J," Brian consoled him. "He was fine
when we left him. He was just gonna go to bed. Besides, we'll be home in a
few hours."
"I know, but still," Nick said hesitantly.
"But still nothing," JC said with a grin. "He told you to have a good
time. Don't make me tell on you," JC said with a laugh.
"Gimme a break," Nick laughed back. "I just wish he was here."
"I know Nick," JC replied. "We all do. But sometimes we can't all be
together. Yea, it can suck, but we get used to it. What are you going to do
when the tours over and you don't get to share a hotel room with him every
night?"
Nick sat there for a moment, looking almost dumbfounded. "Why did you
have to go and say that," Nick whispered.
"I'm not trying to upset you," JC replied. "Just forget I said anything.
We'll cross that bridge when we come to it."
Nick sat still for a moment longer before finally nodding his head. "Now
can we please get you onto the dance floor," Brian pleaded.
"Um..."
"That's a yes," Brian said with a laugh. He grabbed Nick's arm and gave
it a quick yank. Nick got up grudgingly and followed them both onto the
dance floor.
*****
"Hi mom," Justin said tentatively. He sat on the bed in his hotel room,
legs folded indian-style on the blnakets. The pillows were propped up to
support his back as he sat there, gazing passively at the television.
"Why don't you call me more often," Lynn asked quickly. "You know how
worried I get."
"Yes mom," Justin laughed. "But our schedules do tend to conflict
sometimes."
"Yes, I know," Lynn replied. "So, what are you doing in?"
"I didn't feel like going to the club tonight. I was just a little tired
from the show."
"Are you sure you're alright," Lynn asked concerned. "I've never known
you to skip a night out with the boys."
"I have lots of nights out with the boys, mom," Justin replied. "I also
have some really nice nights in with Nick," Jusitn laughed.
"Not funny," Lynn replied. "But seriously Justin, are you sure you're
ok? What about...?"
"Everything is going great mom," Justin replied. "Honestly everything is
wonderful."
"Would you tell me if something was wrong," Lynn asked hopefully.
"Mm, probably not. But really, you have nothing to worry about this
time." Justin listened to his mother breathing for a moment and then sighed.
"Listen, I'm gonna go to bed. I think I have to be up pretty early tomorrow"
"You do what's best Justin," Lynn replied. "I love you."
"I love you too mom," Justin said. "Night." He replaced the phone and
looked quickly over at the television. Another commercial. With a sigh he
pulled his shirt off over his head, lying in only his boxers. "Time for bed
I guess," he said to himself. He lifted his hips up and pulled the blankets
out from under him. He quickly scooted under them, pulling them around him
for warmth. Sleep came quickly that night.
*****
"So, can we leave yet," Nick asked. He had remained on the dance floor
only briefly with JC and Brian. Kevin and Chris now sat with him at the
table, Kevin obviously annoyed that Brian and JC seemed more into each other
than anyone else around them.
"Why doesn't anyone listen to me," Kevin groaned. "I mean, I'm not
speaking french. I know this is english."
"Qu'est-ce que tu as dis mon ami," Chris said with a smile.
"Getting use out of that high school french class," Nick asked with a
smile.
"Mais oui," Chris replied. "Honestly Kevin, Brian and JC are gonna do
what they want to. When...if...it backfires, they'll have to deal with it.
Until then, there's nothing any of us can do to change how they're gonna act."
"Yea come on Kev," Nick said, jumping in. "You wouldn't like people
restricting your private life so much. Neither do they."
"There is a bit of a difference here though Nick," Kevin said.
"Yes, there is. But let's not worry about it."
"I wish it were that easy," Kevin said lowly.
"Hey guys," JC said as he ran over.
"Are you almost ready to go," Nick asked. "I kind of want to get back
and check on J."
"Actually yea. We just saw Howie, Joey and the other guys out there
and they said they're ready to go," Brian replied. "You'll be with your
honey soon," he added with a laugh.
"Cute," Nick replied. "Really...cute."
*****
The room was completely dark as the door slowly opened. A little at
first, letting only a thin seam of light onto the floor. The figure stepped
into the room slowly, not wanting to wake the man who was sleeping on the bed.
Justin stirred slightly as he heard a foot fall on the rug. He pulled
the blankets closer around his body and smiled widely, but he did not wake.
The door shut quietly, not making a single creak as blackness enveloped
the room once again. The figure walked silently over to the bed. He slipped
his shirt over his head as he approached. Soon, the bed began to creak as
Justin was joined. He woke up slowly, feeling a pair of arms wrap securely
around him. He nuzzled close to the warm body with him and sighed lightly.
The figure bent and began to kiss Justin's neck. Slowly, starting just
below the ear and continuing down to the shoulder blade.
But something was wrong. Justin's eyes opened quickly. Something wasn't
right. He began to tilt his head back, but felt a hand push it back to where
it was as the kissing continued. Justin squirmed slightly, not liking the
sensations that were going through his mind. He felt one hand slowly working
it's way down his chest and to the front of his boxers. The hand slipped
inside and grasped him. He let out a gasp as he felt the icy touch. He
could feel himself slowly being stroked, but felt nothing else. His body
began to tense up more and more.
Finally he began to sturggle more, but the arms only got tighter.
Exasperated, Justin finally spoke out. "Nick, please. I'm really tired."
There was no reply at first. The hand stopped and the arms simply lay
where they were. Justin lay there confused for a moment, until he heard a
hoarse whisper that made chills run down his spine.
"It's not Nick."
