Subject: "Nick and Justin" part 37

Ok, so it's late. :) Just a month or so. And it's not as long as I had
originally planned. Life has been very hectic the past few weeks, between
classes, work, relationships, other activities, etc etc etc. So, please
forgive the lateness of the section. Oh, and thanks for all the concerned
e-mail. LOL. I am alive and well. The section is just a little late.

So, everything written here is total fiction and isn't meant to imply
anything about the sexuality or beliefs of anyone involved. Just a little
disclaimer for you.

Thanks to everyone who voted for this story in the boy bands awards.
Hey, I even won best use of Nick, and both his parents. That was a big
surprise, but a very nice one just the same. This story also won best
villain for Robert, while "Lost and Found" the other series I work on (along
with RJ) picked up the award for worst couple. Thanks everyone! Also big
congratulations to JM and DLS. They both picked up a whole bunch of awards
for their stories. Give them a look if you get a chance.

If you have any comments, criticisms, quesitons, suggestions, or just
wanna say hi, drop me a line. Mike at BrwyMilo@aol.com. I love mail so keep
it coming. :) And on with the story!

                                    *****

There was a deep chill in the air as the nine men stepped out of the club
and onto the nearly vacant street. Nick pulled his coat around him tighter,
shivering. "I don't remember it being this cold out when we went into the
club," he said through gritted teeth.

    "It wasn't," Kevin replied stoically.

"How long until summer," Howie asked with a grin as his body shook. "And
where the hell is limo?"

"I just called him a little while ago," Brian replied, huddling close to
JC. "He said it might take a few minutes. Something about an accident or
something."

"He was in an accident," Kevin looked up sharply.

"No," Brian laughed. "That's what I thought at first though. He's being
held somewhere until they clean up some accident or something. He's fine."

Kevin nodded and smiled briefly before continuing to freeze. "We really
should've worn heavier jackets than these," he laughed. "I mean AJ, as
attractive as you look right now, I doubt that a mesh tank top and leather
blazer is keeping you very warm."

"I'm fine. I'm in Hawaii," AJ said with a grin. "And the sun is shining
and the waves are crashing as all the pretty ladies in bikinis run by."

"Into the nearest hotel to escape the glaciers that are quickly
approaching Hawaii," Chris jumped in. He smiled over at AJ, who only frowned.

"That was harsh," he replied as he pulled his coat tighter around him.

Nick moved closer to Brian and JC, his arms folded across his chest.
Brian laughed and put one arm around him, pulling him in close to himself and
JC. "A little cold Nicky?"

"Yea, just a bit. Listen, can I borrow your cell phone? I want to see
if Justin's ok," Nick said as he exposed one bare hand to the cold.

"Are you sure you want to wake him," Brian asked even as he reached into
his coat for his phone.

"Yea. I know it's late and he may not be up anyway, but I'll feel better
if i try."

"Here ya go then," Brian said as he handed Nick his phone.

                                    *****

Justin froze as he felt the hand again roaming over his body. He
trembled slightly, not from pleasure, but from intense fear. "Robert," he
asked in a dry whisper.

"That's right," the man replied as he pulled Justin in to him tighter.
Justin's breath was cut short as he let out a short gasp. Robert slowly
began to run his tongue down the back of Justin's neck. Justin gasped hard,
trying to regain his breath. His head was empty of all thoughts save for one
on the man behind him. He could feel himself get pulled in tighter, feeling
something hard against his leg. He closed his eyes tight and stretched his
back, trying to get the grip to loosen up a bit.

"Don't try to struggle," Robert said with a grin. "It'll be better for
you that way. It'll be better for both of us that way." Justin felt metal
against his lower arm. Something sharp. "I don't want anyone to get hurt."

Justin froze where he was and tried to think of some way to escape, even
as he felt a pair of warm lips sucking on his neck once again. The metal
slipped from against his arm, but he knew Robert still held it tightly.

    "Robert, please stop," Justin whispered.

The lips stopped the motion as Justin felt a bit of pressure in his back.
He grunted slightly and scrunched his face up. "Why would you want me to do
that. This is going to be great," a harsh whisper replied. The metal
reappeared against his arm, the coldness of it startling him.

Justin kept his eyes shut a moment longer. He could feel his heart
beating loudly in his ears as he tried to free his hands a bit. The grip was
too strong however and he was forced to give up. He breathed harder as he
felt Robert's head nuzzling against his shoulder blades. A thought hit him
suddenly as his eyes sprang open.

"Robert, this isn't going to be any good if I can't move," he said
quickly, trying to turn around. The felt a sharp pain in his wrist as he
tried to move and let out a small yelp.

"It will be good no matter what," Robert replied harshly, kissing
Justin's neck hard. Justin shut his eyes again and groaned.

"But it would be better if it were more passionate. That would involve
me using my hands...on you," Justin replied, his eyes shut. He had to keep
his voice from cracking as he spoke.

There was no sound for a moment. Justin merely lay where he was,
shivering for a moment. He moved his head slightly, trying to look at
Roberts face. He shut his eyes and tried to smile. "What do you say?" The
grip on his hands began to loosen, but he made no move, afraid that they may
once again clamp down. But there was no movement. The grip continued to
loosen until finally Justin felt nothing holding his hands at all. He moved
them slowly around and began to feel Robert's stomach and sides. He grimaced
as he heard Robert moan in pleasure, kneeding his hands harder into the man's
flesh.

    "This is better," Robert moaned.

"I told you it would be," Justin said as seductively as he could manage.
He turned his body slowly, looking upon Robert for the first time in what
seemed like an eternity. His face was blank, as his breathing began to pick
up. He could feel himself trembling on the inside, but struggled to hold it
in. "I've missed you," he choked out.

"Have you," Robert asked, carefully looking over Justin's face.

"A lot," Justin replied. He thought for a moment, inhaling deeply. He
didn't see Robert inch closer and pull him in for a long kiss. Justin let a
tear fall from his eye as he felt his mouth invaded. His eyes shut
themselves tightly.

                                        *****

"Brian, I can't work your damn phone," Nick groaned.

"Why don't we just wait. We'll be back in ten minutes."

Nick thought a moment before shaking his head. "Please. I'd feel a lot
better."

"Alright," Brian said as he began to dial. "I don't know why you can't
operate this phone though."

"Shut up," Nick laughed, accepting the phone as Brian handed it to him.

"Is it ringing," JC asked with a giggle.

"Will you shut up," Nick giggled as he waited for an answer.

                                        *****

Justin finally broke the kiss, feeling nausuous and light headed. "That
was amazing," he whispered. He saw Robert grin widely.

"I want to kiss you again," Robert said desperately.

"We have plenty of time," Justin replied, trying anything to bide himself
some time.

The phone rang. Justin felt his heart jump in his throat as Robert lept
up. He looked angrily from Justin to the phone.

"Don't even think of answering that," Robert said, waving the knife in
front of Justin.

"Robert think a second. If I don't answer it, whoever's calling is going
to get worried and come looking for me." Justin licked his lips quickly,
hoping that Robert would accept his theory. He studied Robert's features as
the phone rang again.

"Answer it," Robert replied weakly. "But don't try anything."

Justin nodded quickly and slowly lifted the phone from the receiver. He
glanced up at Robert who was standing near him. "Hello," he whispered.

"Hey cutey," Nick laughed into the phone. "Did I wake you?"

"No, I was up," Justin said nervously, his eyes never leaving Robert.

"I'll be home real soon," Nick said, smiling wide on his side of the
phone. Justin only gave a brief sound for a reply. "Are you alright?"

"No, not really," Justin replied, giving Robert a smile. 'Please
understand me Nick,' he prayed silently to himself.

"What's wrong," Nick asked quickly. Justin kept one hand near the
receiver trying to keep Robert from hearing. He smiled as warmly as he could
at Robert and sighed.

"Yea, those reporters can be annoying," Justin laughed. He gave Robert a
shrug. He watched as Robert sat down on the bed, knife still in hand.

"Justin, what the hell are you talking about," Nick asked nervously.
"Are you alright?"

"I already said no," Justin said quickly. Robert looked up. Justin
placed his hand over the mouth piece and mouthed the words "I'm getting rid
of him." Robert smiled and nodded, dropping the knife onto the bed next to
him.

"Justin is some one in the room," Nick asked softly into the phone. By
now, all the guys had crowded around him, listening to his end of the
conversation.

"Yea, there is," Justin replied. He glanced over at Robert and saw him
slowly getting up.

"I don't like this," Robert said harshly, picking up the knife again.

"Justin what is it," Nick asked quickly into the phone.

"I think you need to hang that up now," Robert replied. He walked
closer, leading the way with the knife.

    "Robert, please," Justin whispered.

"Robert," Nick yelled into the phone. Everyone around him began to talk
at once, Kevin trying to get at the phone. Nick pushed them all back, trying
to hear what was going on.

"Hang up the phone," Robert screamed.

Nick listened carefully, not hearing anything for a second. "Justin get
out of there," he screamed suddenly. Still no sound. A moment later he
heard a loud banging, the phone striking something. He heard it again and
again, right before the phone went dead.

"Justin," Nick yelled into the phone. "What the fuck is going on over
there?" He heard the phone fall to the floor, someone yell. By now everyone
was frantially trying to hear what was happening, looking at each other,
terrified. "Justin," Nick screamed as he heard the beeping sound on the
other phone.

Brian grabbed the phone quickly as the limo pulled up in front of him.
"Get in the limo Nick," he ordered. Nick stood where he was.

"What the hell was going on over there," Nick said quietly. "I heard
Justin yelling at someone...but what..."

"Just get in the fucking limo," Brian said, pushing him quickly into the
waiting car. "We're going to go see what's going on."

Nick obeyed as everyone piled in swiftly. "Get back to the hotel now,"
Kevin shouted to the driver. "As fast as you possibly can."

His request was met with a squeel of tires as the limo roared forward.

                                            *****

Justin ran down the hall quickly. He hit the botton on the elevator and
stood waiting for it. He leaned heavily against the wall, staring back in
the direction of his room, waiting for any sign of Robert. Nick screaming
into the phone had distracted Robert long enough for Justin to hit him with
the phone...hard. He had shut his eyes and just began swinging, landing
several hits, knocking Robert to the floor, a little bloody. He had run out
into the hall swiftly, straight for the elevator. He pounded the down button
furiously, willing the elevator to arrive faster. "Come on," he screamed

Justin glanced up and watched as the numbers lit up, approaching his
floor rapidly. He breathed harder, his whole body shaking. He had to fight
back tears as they began to spring to his eyes.

There was a groan from down the hall. It rose in volume until it finally
became a hoarse scream. Justin turned quickly, falling against the doors to
the elevator. He watched as one hand gripped the door frame of his room.
And Robert stepped through the doorway.

Justin yelled loudly, cursing himself inwardly that management always
reserved a whole floor when the group stayed in hotels. He looked up
quickly, and saw that the elevator was still two floors away, and Robert was
walking towards him.

Justin looked quickly from side to side, running towards the door that
led to the stares. He began leaping down steps, taking three, four at a
time. He threw his head back, in time to see Robert following him, though at
a much slower pace, a look of intense anger painted across his face. Justin
looked straight down and ran faster. His legs burned and there was a
peircing pain in his side, but he felt nothing. He was adrenaline. He ran
faster. 3rd floor. 2nd floor. Lobby. He flung the door open and ran
across the lobby, which was almost deserted. Those who were there merely
stared at the young man in his boxer shorts who was sprinting towards the
reception desk.

"Get the police," Justin yelled quickly. "Call the cops and get them
here now."

The young woman behind the desk jumped up quickly and looked at Justin
strangely. "What's the matter," she asked nervously.

"Just call the fucking cops," he screamed. He watched as the girl jumped
back.

The girl looked paniced and picked up the phone, dialing as fast as she
could. Justin stood there watching her, throwing quick glances back at the
door from the staircase. It did not open, nor did he hear any sounds coming
from it. He looked back at the girl behind the desk, who was on the phone
with the police. He turned around and looked at the people who were in the
lobby, each of whom was staring at him. He didn't see them. All he saw was
Nick running into the lobby.

"What happened," Nick asked as soon as he saw Justin. Kevin was right
behind him, followed immediately by the rest of the guys.

"He was up there," Justin said hoarsely. "He was in the room when I woke
up. I thought it was you, and it wasn't and then I tried to get away-" He
fell sobbing against Nick's shoulder who began to hug him tightly, not caring
about who stared. Kevin looked at them for a moment, not caring either. He
walked over ot the front desk, staring at the now trembling girl.

"Did you call the police," he asked calmly.

"They're on their way," she whispered.

"I'm going up there," Joey said suddenly. "Come on, a few of us go up,
check for him, and kill the bastard."

"Let's go," AJ replied, taking a step towards Joey.

"Guys, that's not a good idea," Kevin said quickly, trying to be the
voice of reason. "He could be dangerous. Hell, we know he's dangerous."

"Yea, but there are ten of us and one of him," Chris replied.

"We wait for the police," Kevin said sternly.

"And if he gets away," Chris asked angrily.

"Then we find him," Kevin replied. "I mean we let the police find him.
We tighten security and wait until we find him. But you guys can't go risk
your lives on a scavenger hunt!"

"And we can't risk Justin's by just sitting here," Joey yelled.

"Keep your voice down," AJ said. "Do we want an even bigger scene here?"

Kevin asked the receptionist to allow them to wait in the closed
restaraunt until the police had come and checked their rooms. She agreed
quickly, eager to get them out of the lobby. Nick placed his coat around
Justin's shoulders and led him to one of the couches by the bar section of
the restaurant. Kevin spoke to the police when they arrived, giving them as
few details as possible, stating merely that there had been someone following
Justin, and that Justin had seen that person in the hotel. He gave them a
picture he had kept that had Robert in it, indicating the man to them. They
said they would check the hotel, and left the guys in the lobby.

"Are you alright," Nick asked, hugging Justin tightly, never loosening
his arms from around the trembling young man's shoulders.

"I guess so," Justin replied weakly. "Just a little scared. Just a
little terrified is more like it I guess."

"We're gonna be alright. Nothing is going to happen to you," Nick said,
speaking softly into Justin's ear.

"You can't promise that," Justin said, looking straight ahead.

"Yes, I can," Nick said with conviction. "Because I won't let anything
happen to you."

"I wish it were that simple," Justin said.

    The police found no one.
