Subject: Shut Up - Part 3

Note From Author: I know that Nick and Jess are still married and I wish
them the best of luck. Drew is married to and I wish him the same. I wish
all the other members a good luck too!

Were we left off....

Just then Nick smiled at me as Jeff walked over.

"Sorry about that guys... I thought it was someone important"

"No problem.. Jason and I have just decided that he would come to the Gym
with us tomorrow"

"OF really! That's great.. so I guess we'll be seeing you tomorrow morning
then?"

"Bright and Early.. What room you guys in?"

"Top Floor.. room 263" Nick said.

"Well that's Nick's room. The label always gives him and drew a room. And
then me and Justin. The rest of us are in 216"

I knew that they had probably given Nick his own room so that he could
clear out his head.

"Alright.. I'll see you bright and early"

The guys walked off. I didn't want to seem like a pervert but I was excited
to see all the guys working out. I hadn't mentioned that I was gay/bi but I
didn't think it mattered all that much. I went to my room and
showered.. getting ready to wake up early the next morning.

--------------------- Shut Up - Scene 3 ---------------------

I wasn't really sure of what all the guys would do in the Gym so I through
on some shorts and a white shirt. Something casual. I brought along some
trunks incase they went for a dive.

I left my room at about a quarter till ten. I went to the top floor and
knocked on room. 216. There was no answer for some reason. I then proceeded
on to 263. I knocked on the door and was about to turn away when I heard
the handle opening. Nick opened the door. All he had on was a robe. It was
tied quickly so I could see a good part of his chest. I through those
thoughts out of his mind as I knew he was married.

"Hey! I didn't think that you were going to show up!"

"Why would you think that?"

"I dunno.. I guess its just the way I am. Hey, come on in."

Nick opened the door and stepped back. What I saw before more completely
blew me away. I could see a full size family room with a large screen TV. A
full size kitchen, and dining room. I could see a pretty large bathroom but
the windows were steamed up. There was also a door in the bathroom witch I
assumed led to the bedroom.

I stepped in "Wow! This room is amazing"

"Doesn't the label give you something like it?"

"No.. I have probably the worst room possible."

"Well, I'm going to get changed and I'll be right out. Make yourself at
home!"

He walked into the bathroom and closed the door. I walked around but
something on the counter caught my eye. It was addressed to Mr. Lachey, and
it was from a law firm. I paid no attention and kept on walking around
enjoying the view. Nick then came out wearing some black sweatpants and a
muscle shirt. His arms looked awesome!!

"Ready?"

"Always"

Nick smiled at me and grabbed his bag. He put his arm around my
shoulder. "I'm glad you came" He said as we walked out of the room to the
elevators.

We walked into the gym about 5 minutes later. Nick checked in and started
to pay for himself when I said don't worry about it. The record label
covers all this. It actually only cover's me and my guest, but that
day... Nick was my guest.

We went to the locker room and plopped down our stuff and laughed on the
way out at Naked old men. We started at one machine and worked to
another. Him starting & me spotting, and then we switched. The day went
really good and we had some awesome conversation. I could have sworn that
there was also a little flirting too. I immediately put that out of my mind
though because Nick was married. We ended the day in the bathroom. Nick,
Drew, Jeff, Justin, and I. You had to take showers two at a time because
there were only two showers. We didn't want to hold up anybody. I wasn't
pared with anybody so I went first. Nick & Justin went second. Drew, Jeff,
and I talked as we were doing various things like shaving, grooming,
clipping nails, and even trying on new hairstyles (drew).

"Nick seems to be in a better mood today then he was yesterday" I said with
a grin.

"Really.. that's odd" Said Drew.

"I've noticed it also, but it is weird" said Jeff.

"What's weird about that? Is Nick usually always a big downer or
something?"

"No... have you and Nick talked about anything that happened today?" said
Jeff.

"Ahh... let me see, we talked about the fact that he had an enjoyable
breakfast by himself that he made. That's really it. He told me that he
didn't think I would come because we all work for the same company,
etc. But that's basically all that we talked about that happened
today. Why?"

Drew & Jeff both looked at eachother and looked away.

"Is there something a matter??" I said kinda getting mad
 that they weren't telling me.

"No.. its just that something else happened in which he odviously didn't
tell you about" Said Drew looking to Jeff for support.

"I'm surprised me that he didn't tell you. You two have gotten kinda
close." Said Jeff.

I gave them both a funny look "You guys have me TOTALLY lost!!"

Drew looked down and began to run some water. I looked at him and then I
looked back up at Jeff who turned away.

"Look, I understand that you guys are his friends and everything, and I
haven't known him that long but this seems important.. don't you think I
should know??" I pleaded with them.

"Ask him..." Jeff said that as he and Drew walked away. Nick then walked up
beside me with just a towel on. I had my shirt on and some shorts.

I have to admit that I was turned on.. but I wasn't going to say
anything. Justin had passed us up and went around the corner to where I had
gone to get dressed.

"Ask him what?" Said Nick with a smile while grabbing some shaving cream
from me with another wink and a smile.

"Nick, I hate to be rude and you really don't have to tell me this, but is
something bothering you?"

"Not at all" Nick said this while applying some shaving cream.

"Ok, well don't get mad but Jeff and Drew said that something should be
wrong. They didn't actually say that, but that's what they were
implying. If there is you can tell me" I looked at Nick.. trying not to
give him the once over.

"Its nothing really..." Nick said while warming up some water.

"Are you sure?" I replied.

"Yup.. don't worry about it man. You'll know soon enough" Nick said that
while he started to shave.

Justin eventually came back over and adjusted his hair. I slipped on my
shows and Nick washed off his face. He disappeared around the corner to
change. Just then Drew and Jeff came over to me and I nodded my head no as
they walked past. They went to the corner of the room where Nick
was. Justin and I were alone.

"So.. you hanging with us today?" Justin said while sitting next to me and
slipping on his own shoes.

"I'm not sure. I really don't have any plans"

"Yaw, neither do we. We were thinking of going to the beach because its
only a few hours drive. But we haven't decided yet. You'd be welcome to tag
along."

"Do you guys always do this?"

Justin had a surprised look on his face as he looked at me "What do you
mean??"

"You know what I mean. Meet a random person and then just hang out with
them. Not that there is anything wrong with that" I said with a good tone.

"Nope. We never have. Jeff & Nick both seem to like you pretty well for
just knowing you. We respect all of eachothers opinions and just kinda go
with the flow if you know what I mean"

"But you don't have to be nice to me or invite me along"

"Yaw I do.. I don't know you very well yet, but I have a good feeling about
you" He slipped on his shoes and stood up. Extending his hand to help me
up. I stood up to.

At that moment the other three guys came over. Justin told them that we had
talked and we decided that we would all go to the beach and that I would
drive. We left the Gym. I had my trunks already but the guys did not. I
decided to go back to Nick's room, and the other guys went to there own
room.

Once the door closed behind me Nick flicked off his shoes and threw off his
shirt. Leaving only his sweatpants on. And whatever else he had on.

"I need to tell you something" Nick said with kind of a harsh tone.

"OF.. ok. Sure" I said kind of hesitantly. Nick led me to a huge window
that overlooks most of the city.

"The guys told me that they started talk to you earlier, and they said that
I owed you details. Now, I feel like I can trust you and so do the
guys. So.. if I tell you this you have to promise me that this is not going
to get it."

"I promise" I said with a smile. Nick smiled back.

"As you heard.. Jessica and I have been on the rocks lately. Well, this
morning I received a letter from her. A very heartfelt letter, and I
received a letter from her lawyer too."

"Her lawyer???"

"Ya.. Jess wants a Divorce"
