Subject: Southern Couple - Chapter Six

Info

Well, I didn't really get a lot of suggestions from you guys, so I just
figured I would choose a topic this time and go with it. That's okay
though, cuz it's no big deal. I'm just glad people e-mail me at all.

- Southern Couple -

- Chapter Six -

- By Baby Brown -

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Justin cringed at the site, because he knew no matter how gross he felt
watching them kiss, that Summer was taking it even worse. Lance and
Christina weren't the perfect couple, far from the truth. It was all sexual
and no sensual. Nothing about them screamed lovers, not a single part of
their relationship gave anyone the implication that they knew the real
person beneath the highschool image. Contrary, they both seemed to show off
that they were just that, a highschool image...their own mixed into a
couple. Justin could see, and Summer could see it, and they both wondered
how Lance and Christina could ignore it.

Their wasn't much that could be done about it though. Christina wasn't
going to give up a relationship unless she had someone to turn to in the
aftermath. And although her looks were nothing to put down, she just wasn't
what anyone was looking for. Looks are one thing, but personality has to
come with it, and her personality just wasn't worth the pretty face and
revealing clothes.

On the other hand, Justin could see why Summer would be lusting after
Lance. Besides his good looks, he was a great guy. His looks backed up a
killer smile and a great personality, one that could not only attract the
ladies, but keep them attentive. Although if you were to ask Summer it
would be obvious she felt that Christina knew nothing of the real Lance.

Justin sighed again, he was spending too much time thinking about the
tangled life of his three friends. He loved Summer to death, more then he
could say for Christina, but he just couldn't think of an easy way to help
her get Lance to notice her. And truth be told, he couldn't figure out a
way for Christina to leave the picture. She had never given up anything in
her life, and a relationship with Lance probably wouldn't be the first
thing she would give up.

He could only think that Summer would be better off finding someone
else...he knew that was far from the truth though. Lance was perfect for
her, he could tell not only because of her infatuation with him, but also
the fact that she was very similar to him. The Lance that Justin knew
wasn't what he showed off in public. He was a more quiet, and more distant
person, and he would fit rather well with Summer and Alicia, rather than
Christina, Britney and Nick.

Justin found it ironic that of his group of friends he had a major rift
between them. And at any point of a week he could be relaxing with the
perfect couples, or driving around with the misfits. He often took chances
to think about which set of friends he enjoyed more, whether or not he
could forget about the others.

Now the choice was even harder, because he was left to decide from three
different sets of friends. The choice wasn't so easy when he threw Brian
into the equation, but he could always smile knowing that Brian would be
his friend no matter who he chose to hang out with.

That helped a little, but it still didn't rule out the fact that he hadn't
found a solution to a problem he silently vowed to solve. The more he
thought about it the more the idea was lost to him. He couldn't see any
answer to it, and watching them make out wasn't helpful either.

Taking a break from all the thinking he glanced down at the field, it was
really the first time he was taking a chance to watch the game. Not that he
didn't like football, or watching Brian, he just wasn't in the mood for
it. But he didn't have to watch either, he knew they would win, it was
already 21 to 7, and with three minutes to go he was confident it would end
that way, or with a bigger lead. That only made him happier, because the
happier Brian was, the better the after party would be.

Three minutes to think about Christina and Lance wasn't much though, and he
was hoping he could have a solution to the problem by the time they reached
Howie's. Summer and Alicia were coming to the party too, and he didn't want
to put Summer through the agony of watching Lance grope Christina, all the
while knowing that she was wishing it would be her in that position.

And he was back to square one. He sighed for about the hundreth time and
realized he would have to think of a good apology to Summer for not doing
as he promised. But he wasn't going to waste any more time figuring out the
answer. He slipped out of his seat and headed towards the locker rooms. He
was still in charge of getting shit ready, and he probably should have been
down on the side lines anyways.

He heard the whistle and knew he was quick on time. But it took a little
while for the guys to come in, and so he took his time going in and setting
up the towels. He took a seat on the bench in front of Brian's locker and
waited. The football team had become accustomed to the two fo them making
out after games and practices, and they never seemed to even notice him by
this point.

As they all filtered in he smiled at the sight of Brian. He stood and got a
kiss before backing up from his sweat-soaked boyfriend. Brian knew why and
smiled, before kissing him again on the cheek.

"Great game baby." Justin replied after the kiss.

"I know, we kicked ass." Brian smiled and looked over at Howie. "And now we
party."

"Nah, you two party, but I don't have any ass to get with tonight." Howie
replied and playfully smacked Justin's ass. Justin blushed and Brian gave
Howie a stern, but joking glare. "Any of your friends single Justin?"

"Yeah, two of them, but they aren't really your type. And one of them is
pining away for someone else." Justin replied as most of the football team
entered the showers. Howie and Brian were both standing around naked as
they spoke to Justin. Justin didn't even seem to notice, he had seen Brian
naked countless times, and Howie too, although that took some getting use
to.

"What do you mean they aren't my type? If they have a nice rack and a fine
ass they're my type." Howie laughed.

"Well, they are both pretty, but they're sort of alternative style...and
like I said the one is pining away." Justin replied as he took a moment to
glance Brian up and down. He had to stop when he felt an erection growing
between his legs. Brian was hot, but a sweaty, dirt covered Brian was even
hotter. He couldn't help but sneak a kiss in before Howie could make
another horny comment.

"Okay, okay, so who's she pining away?" Justin stopped, Howie hadn't said
anything sexual, that was new.

"You know Summer right, well she's got it bad for Lance. But Christina's in
the way and I've been trying to think of ways to solve that problem, but I
haven't come up with anything." Justin replied with frustration, not even
wanting to get into the conversation about it.

"Christina, she's that blond right?"

"Yep."

"I got a solution, my Latin meat and her tight body in my bed tonight."
Brian shook his head trying to keep from laughter as Justin blushed at the
comment. Howie was a pervert, Justin couldn't deny that he wasn't honest
though, most of the girls he went after gave him what ever he asked
for. And suddenly it became clear to him.

"Great, I'll keep Lance busy tonight and you fuck his girlfriend. Then I'll
let him walk in on you two, and he'll dump her, and then Summer can make
her move." Justin smiled brightly. "I love you Howie." Justin leapt forward
and gave him a kiss on the cheek before he could realize how stupid he was
acting. He turned to Brian, only to find him laughing.

"Well I'm gonna head to the showers." Brian smiled and made his way to the
showers.

"Okay Justin, I can do that, especially after that sweet little kiss you
gave me. Next time you give me a..."

"Finish that sentence and I'll tell Brian you were hittnig on me." Justin
smirked and Howie stopped.

"I was just kidding." Howie turned and walked to the showers. Justin
smiled, it had taken him all night but he had finally figured out a
solution the his problem.

TBC...

Okay, so what did you guys think of my solution to the problem? I'm going
to start throwing some more character involvement in the story, getting
some other people more involved, not all the time, and not every chapter,
but I'm going to get them more involved so I can develop them farther. Let
me know which characters you want to see more of, and I'll see what I can
do.

Sorry this chapter was shorter then most, but I didn't wanna include the
party in this one, as that will be a seperate chapter. The next chapter.

Thanks again for all the feedback and I hope you enjoyed this chapter.
