Hey Everyone- I wanted to leave a quick note and thank Mike (author of the first chapter of SI and Peter, the author of the second chapter of SI for choosing me to write chapter 3! And now...Strange Interludes, Chapter 3 Kevin walked back to his room quickly, having said his goodnight's to Nick in the hall and sat down on his own bed, staring at the ceiling and shaking his head a little as he remembered Nick's words. Howie put his shoes on as well as a hat and some sunglasses then quickly ran across the street from the hotel to a deli and picked up an extra large coffee and a bagel. Recently, the disclaimers had begun to become one of the most amusing parts of the stories to read. Howie chuckled then began to read the story in earnest. As he read, he began to take large sips of his coffee. A second later, he gagged and sprayed the room with the coffee in his mouth as his eyes quickly read over an interaction between the Nick character and the Howie character in the story that was EXACTLY "to the letter" what had happened to Nick and himself just less than a week ago. Howie's face blanched as he realized that only one of the other guys could have known what he and Nick had said and done in that situation "verbatim", then written it up as this thinly veiled fiction. Howie's imminent panic attack was squashed quickly by a knock on the door.
