Subject: Two Souls In Passing, Chap. 5

I'm REALLY sorry for my slowness on getting this chapter out. I know it's
been even longer than the last time. I guess I just lost my inspiration. I
had a break up happen so I wasn't exactly much for writing a love story.
I've felt better about everything lately so you know. Well if you wanna
e-mail me do so at ShepherdLibra_Boy@yahoo.com.

By the way I'd like to dedicate a certain part of this story to my buddy
Kyle. Trust me you'll know what I'm talking about. hehe Thank you again. :)

If you underage or offended by gay and/or sexual content please leave this
site and do not read this story. This story also doesn't suggest anything
about N'sync's sexuality. It is merely a figment of my imagination.

"How long have you been waiting?" Angel managed to stammer out.

"Well, I've been here for about fifteen minutes. I just couldn't wait and I
was afraid you'd get here early and maybe think I wasn't going to come...
Anyway why don't you have a seat? It makes me nervous to be sitting when
someone I care about is standing," Josh shyly said.

Angel made his way to the seat across from Josh and was about to pull the
chair out and sit down but stopped abruptly as Josh shot out of his seat and
gentle pulled the chair out of his hands and out from the table.

"Let me," Josh said with charm replacing the shyness that had been in his
voice a moment before.

"Well aren't we being sweet. Just so you know keep it up. I like a man
that knows how to treat a boy, right," Angel spoke.

As Josh took his seat the two started talking just as they had a few nights
previous. The voids both had been feeling over the last few days were now
filled. After about an hour the guys grew weary of the loud music and
people that surrounded them.

"Why don't we go somewhere quieter. That we can talk with out screaming."
Josh propositioned.

Angel smiled and said, "Sure, as long as you don't try to get me in bed
again!" Angel cringed as he noticed the look Josh got on his face.

"You know I'm really sorry! I'll never...," Josh's words cut off as a tear
ran down his face.

At that moment Angel flew out of his seat to the other side of the table.
He bent down kissed the tear off of Josh's cheek and whispered, "I'm sorry,
I didn't mean to upset you."

Josh started to talk, but was stopped by Angel's finger on his lips and
Angel's words, "It's the past. We both said and did things we regret that
night. Let's forget it and move on." Angel then pulled Josh to his feet
and led him out of the bar.

By the time they made it out of the bar Josh had managed to get his emotions
under control. He also had time to come up with somewhere to go. "Why
don't we go for a drive? We'll take my car." Josh suggested.

"Sure, it's a bit cold for a walk anyway," Angel agreed.

As the two headed for the parking lot Angel locked hands with Josh. Josh
just smiled his beautiful smile and squeezed Angel's hand a little. Josh
walked up to the passenger's seat and opened the door for Angel. Just
before Angel got in the car he turned, gave Josh a small peck on the lips,
and jumped into the passenger seat. Josh just shut the door and walked
around to the driver's side and got in, smiling the entire time.

"So where we headed," asked Angel.

"I thought we'd drop by my friends house," Josh responded.

"Why are you taking me to meet your friends?"

"I want them to meet my new boyfriend and the guy for whom I've been sulking
over the last couple of days."

"They aren't gonna kick my ass for upsetting you, right?"

"Nah! They almost kicked my ass for saying what I did the other night."

"Do you mind if I turn your CD player on?"

"Not at all. I have a CD I burned in."

"Wait a minute did you say boyfriend? I mean not that I don't want to be,
but you'd actually want to "date" me after just meeting?"

"Of course I want to "date" you. There isn't another guy is there? I mean
I don't know if I could take not being with you. I lov... I mean I, I don't
know."

"Were you gonna say what I think you were?"

Josh pulled the car off the road, turned to Angel, and said, "I love you. I
know it's way to soon to say things like that, but I do. I just can't
imagine the rest of my existence without you."

For a second no one talked they just stared intensely into each other's
eyes. Very suddenly Angel leaned in and began to kiss Josh. For that
moment it seemed like they were the only two people on earth. When Angel
broke the kiss he whispered, "I love you, too."

Josh leaned in for one small peck on the lips before pulling back onto the
road. He decided he could handle the vehicle with one hand and reached over
to entwine his fingers' with his love's digits. With that gesture Angel
leaned over to rest his head on Josh's strong shoulder. Angel began to doze
off and before he knew it he felt the car stop.

"Sleepy head, we're here." Josh cooed.

"Where's here," Angel yawned.
"We're at Justin's."

"Justin's! OH MY GOD, I forgot who your friends were!"

"It's ok hun. They're just people like everyone else," Josh said
reassuringly.

"I know that, but... breathe in, breathe out. I'll be fine I just need a
moment to prepare," Josh begged.

A second later Josh and Angel got out of the car and headed for the front
door. Josh rang the bell and was surprised to see the smiling face of Nick
Carter.

"Hey baby! The boys and me thought we'd drop by. I heard you were out on a
date. Now that your back and you've dumped that common trash why don't we
go for a little ride to your place," Nick suggested, sex dripping from every
word.

"Excuse me! He hasn't "dumped" anyone, slut boy! I'm still here and I'd
suggest you keep your hands off him," Angel stated bluntly.

"Hum... Or what you insignificant little fag," Nick snapped.

"Now you leav..."Josh attempted but was cut off by Angel.

"Well have you ever heard of banders? You probably haven't but they are a
nifty lil' device that uses a rubber band to slowly remove the balls from a
bull and make him a steer. I just happen to have access to a pair and the
knowledge on how to use them. So basically if you don't lay off right now,
you'll be much less of a man. Any questions?" Angel's words came out with
a deep southern accent and as cold and unfeeling as ice.

Nick took a step back into the house and said, "None." With his teeth
gritted and his pride wounded.

"Now, honey let's go meet your friends," Angel chimed, smiling ear to ear.
