may be mentioned in this story.  This story in no way is meant to imply

X-Sync -- Chapter 3-13

// Washington, DC -- The Pentagon //

"Sir what are we going to do?  The mutants are approaching quickly."  The
army official stated.

"Stop them at all cost.  Don't let any of them get in or near the
 perimeter."  The commanding officer spoke.

"Yes captain."  The young man stated, firing his assault rifle at X-Sync's
Jet.

`JT can you hear me?' Chris thought, hoping JT heard him.  `These guys are
trying to kill us.  All of the army down there has opened up on us.'

(<Pamph>)

"I hear you."  JT stated appearing on the jet.  "Simi Locuri Dun!"

Saying those words, the men that were on the ground firing on the jet, all
disappeared.

"What did you just do JT?"  Chris asked, getting scared..

"I put them someplace safe where they won't get hurt or hurt us."  JT
stated.

"Are you sure you didn't hurt them?"  Chris asked, with a scared sick look
on his face now.

"Chris let's not start this right now.  We don't have time for this drama."
JT stated, eyes glowing as he faded away to reappear outside of the jet
above the pentagon.

"Look sir it's one of the mutants."  One of the guys spoke near the
entrance.  "I bet he had something to do with the men disappearing."

"Look I am here to help.  There's something very big brewing."  JT spoke,
floating down to the men.

"There's nothing you can do here mutie but go away."  The guy spoke.

"Look!  I am here to help you.  Something very big is about to happen, hell
it might have already happened and we don't know about it yet.  Shut up and
pay attention."  JT spoke to the man, slinging him telekinetically into the
wall.

"Owwwww!  I'm listening."  The guy spoke as Chris, Lance and the others made
their way to the scene.

"Psion take it easy will you."  Chris spoke.

"Look WildCat I am doing what I need to do.  This creep needs to understand
what's at stake."  JT spoke, turning to look at Chris as he levitated Chris
to the opposite wall.  "Don't question me again!"

"Psion please put me down."  Chris spoke, sounding almost in tears.

"Come on Psion put him down."  Brian stated looking scared at JT.

"Look here Mr. Townes, there's a demon, an actual demon here that is
manipulating your army, your fighting forces, even the high people up in the
government here.  Things are happening now, I can already sense the changes
that are happening.  This isn't going to be good for humans or mutants."  JT
spoke, putting the man down.

"What are you saying?"  The man asked.

"I am saying that some of your people her are under the control of something
evil!"  JT screamed out.  "Spirit, you and Channel start in the first
building.  BodySnatcher and some of his men are already here, I can feel it
I just can't pinpoint where they are."

"Who or what are we looking for?  How are we supposed to recognize this
BodySnatcher when we see him?  JC asked.

"Damn!  You probably won't.  If I know Justin Tipton like I used to, he's
probably assumed the form of someone else already, how he got the name
BodySnatcher, that's what he does."  JT spoke.

"Well great and we are gonna stop this person how?"  JC asked.

"I will think of something."  JT stated, spinning around in a circle as his
costume changed into what looked like something from the Royal Family.  "I
must be going for a bit, you keep an eye on him."

"Look at that, he looks like some kind of prince or something."  Lance spoke
as JT started glowing and disappeared.

// Millington, TN -- The Ayala Household //

"Justin what are you doing here?"  Trace, a long time friend of Justin's
asked.

"I needed to talk to someone that I considered family."  Justin spoke.

"Why me?  Haven't you caused enough problems?  Lynn told me what you did."
Trace spoke.

"I didn't mean to do it, it was totally an accident."  Justin spoke, tears
in his eyes.

"You being a freak isn't just an accident Justin.  You are a mutant.  You
are just like those freaks on TV that hurt people."  Trace stated.

"I didn't mean to hurt anyone.  I wasn't able to control my powers, it just
happened."  Justin stated.

"It was just an accident, yeah right Justin.  First you tell Lynn that you
are a mutant then you tell her you are gay.  That isn't an accident, you
were trying to upset her.  How could you do that to your own mom man?"
Trace asked, backing away from Justin.

"Fine I think I made a mistake coming here."  Justin stated, crying softly.
"I will go."

"Go and don't come back here ever again Justin."  Trace stated as Justin
flew from the porch.

// Salem Center, NY -- The Xavier Institute //

"Bobby what's wrong, why are you being like this?"  Joey asked, walking over
to Bobby and sitting next to him.

"I'm sorry baby, I just don't feel comfortable being around other men right
now."  Bobby stated, scooting away from Joey.

"I know you were violated by Sinister, but I love you baby and I will do
anything I can to keep you protected.  I swear I will never let anything
else happen to you again."  Joey stated.

"Stop it Joey, you won't be able to uphold that."  Bobby stated, walking
around the room.  "With some of the creeps out there in the world now, you
will never know what these creeps are capable of.  Sinister is still out
there."

"I know he's still out there, but..."  Joey spoke as Bobby cut him off.

"But nothing.  He's out there and he has the power to pop up anywhere and do
what he wants.  If he wants to take me again he can and there's nothing you
any anyone else can do about that."  Bobby stated, crying softly now.

"That's not true baby and you know it. The computer was able to find you and
JT was able to find you."  Joey stated, walking over to Bobby and wrapping
his arms around him.

"No Joey, Stop."  Bobby stated, pulling away from Joey.  "Just stop.  Can't
you see I am not able to do this."

"Do what baby?"  Joey asked.

"Us, I can't do this anymore."  Bobby stated.  "I can't be with you Joey."

"But Bobby I love you."  Joey stated, trying to reach for Bobby again.

"I said no Joey!"  Bobby screamed, projecting a beam of ice at Joey.

"You just froze me."  Joey stated, touching the area where Bobby had zapped
him, melting the ice with his touch.  "Are you trying to hurt me?"

"If that's what it takes to make you see that I can't be with you anymore,
then yes I am trying to hurt you."  Bobby stated, walking away from Joey
leaving his crying in the room.

// Washington, DC -- The Pentagon -- Senator Danvers' Office //

"Hello Justin."  JT stated, walking into the Senator's office.

"Ah Psychic Warrior, we meet again."  BodySnatcher spoke.  "What brings you
to Washington DC?"

"You bring me here."  JT spoke, walking closer to the man.  "Where is the
real Senator Danvers?  What did you do to him?"

"Ah questions, which you should already know the answer to."  BodySnatcher
spoke.  "If I remember correctly, Limbo is your realm, you should know where
the real Senator Danvers is."

"No!  You put him in Limbo?"  JT asked, eyes glowing.  "You dirty bastard!"

"Name calling isn't becoming of you."  BodySnatcher stated as JT faded away
within the blink of an eye.

// Outside //

"What the fuck is going on here?"  Chris asked, jumping over one guy and
running into another.

"I don't know.  Brit said that some demons or something took over the
Pentagon and that they are trying to destroy the world."  JC spoke,
levitating men all over the place.

"We are getting our asses kicked out here.  Where's Psion?"  Lance asked,
energy beams flaring from his eyes and hands.

"He faded away a few minutes ago, he said he was going to find some guy
named BodySnatcher or something like that."  Chris stated, changing into his
hybrid cat form, growling at the men and front of him.  "You don't want to
do this, just get outta the way and go home."

"Look!  He's some fucking cat!"  The man screamed, firing on Chris again.

"I warned you."  Chris stated, jumping at the man, landing on him, causing
him to faint.  "That was simple."

"Look up there!"  Kevin spoke, running over to JC.  "What's going on up
there?"

"Oh fucking God!"  JC screamed.  "Guys look!"

"What the hell is that?"  Lance asked as a giant demon-like creature
appeared in the clouds, above the Pentagon.

"It looks like a demon."  Kevin stated.

"Oh great, please say that isn't JT."  Chris stated, reverting back to his
human form.

"It isn't."  JT stated, appearing next to Chris with Senator Danvers next to
him.  "Welcome home senator."

"What the hell is going on here?"  Senator Danvers asked.  "First some guy
attacks me that looks like me, then I am running for my life, trying to get
away from strange looking creatures and now you grab me and bring me here.
What's going on?  Can someone tell me that?"

"I'm sorry for what happened to you Senator Danvers, but I don't think I can
explain everything to you so that you would fully understand."  JT spoke.

"Well tell me why is this happening."  Senator Danvers spoke.

"This is happening because one vengeful mutant wants to get his revenge on a
government that killed his so called family and he has joined forces with
demons to try to accomplish that."  JT stated, creating a shield around
everyone as the demon-like figure slammed its foot down.

"Psion can your Hex Shield hold all of his weight?"  JC asked.

"I don't know Spirit but we will find out soon."  JT stated, pushing his
hands upward, trying to exert more power into his force shield.

"Spirit create a telekinetic field around us, if my shield fails, we will
have yours to fall back on."  JT spoke.

"Can't you just fade us all away?"  Chris asked.

"No I can't, not with me trying to keep us protected like this."  JT stated,
eyes glowing, exerting energy in every direction.

"Psion are you okay?"  Lance asked.

"No."  JT spoke as his eyes stopped glowing and his body fell to the ground.

"Oh hell!  What's going on with him?"  Kevin asked, looking at JT.

"Something's wrong.  Wildcat protect him."  JC spoke as his body started to
crackle with telekinetic energy and he started floating upwards.  "I can't
sense his mind anymore, something's wrong with him.  He's dying."

"What!"  Lance screamed out, as there was a big explosion near the spot
where the demon was.  "What the hell is going on now!?"

"Look isn't that Catastrophe up there?"  Brian asked, pointing at the figure
in the sky.

"What have you done!?!"  Justin screamed out, energy blazing around his
body.

"Are you trying to make me laugh you stupid simpleton?"  The demon asked.

"You killed him!  You killed the man I love!"  Justin screamed out, blazing
out with all of his pyrokinetic energy.

"You must be referring to that damn guy down there that saved that Senator
Danvers wimp."  The demon spoke.

"You will pay for what you have done!"  Justin spoke, his body changing to
pure energy as he lashed out at the demon.

"Stop!"  The demon spoke, waving his hand causing Justin's body to change
back to its human corporal form.

"You!"  Justin spoke again, projecting a beam of pure kinetic energy at the
demon.  "I will stop you!"

"You don't even know what I am doing."  The demon spoke as the day changed
to night.

"What the hell!  He's going to smash us.  JC's shield isn't going to protect
us forever, and my magnetic shield isn't helping."  Brian stated.

"Maybe I can use my sonic power to amp up your powers."  Nick stated,
getting up off the ground.

"I don't think that is going to work baby.  Your power would only cancel out
any sonic disturbances around."  Brian stated.  "I need that sonic energy
around me to fuel my power."

"What can we do?  Looks like Justin is loosing."  Lance stated, pointing at
what was going on between the demon and Justin.

"Great, we better find a way to help him.  First things first, we need to
get JT to safety along with the senator."  Lance stated.

"What happened to Brit and that girl that was with her?"  Chris asked.

"I have no idea.  They flew off when JT faded away the first time."  Lance
stated.

"Okay I know what's going on."  JC stated as he floated back into his body.

"Good because this shit is scaring the hell out of me."  Senator Danvers
stated.

"That guy is casting magical spells that is changing the world around us."
JC spoke.

"A demon that cast magical spells?"  Lance spoke.

"Psion isn't dead either, but if we don't hurry he will be."  JC spoke,
grabbing JT, telepathically linking with his mind he tapped into JT's powers
and phase shifted them all away.

// 2 Miles Up //

"What's going on?"  Lance asked.

"I telepathically activated Psion's power to phase shift us up here."  JC
stated.  "We have to help Justin stop him."

"How are we going to do that?"  Lance asked as Justin's unconscious body
came falling down on top of the jet.  "Oh my God, what just hit us?"

"No it's Justin."  JC stated, getting up.  "Someone get out there and get
him in here."

"I'm on it."  Nick stated, running to the cockpit door.  "I got him, he's
out like a light."

"Come on JT wake up."  JC stated, slapping JT in the face.  "We are going to
die if you don't wake up."

"No!"  Justin snapped to attention.  "We got to stop the demon, he has JT's
soul."

"What?"  Lance asked.

"He has JT's soul.  Without his soul, JT is useless to us."  Justin stated,
grabbing JT's body and cradling him in his arms.

"How are we supposed to get his soul back?"  Kevin asked, walking over to JC
and sitting next to him.

(<Poof>)

"Like this."  Tigersbane stated as she appeared on the Jet.

"Tigersbane, what are you doing here?"  JC asked.

"Simple, I felt his death."  Tigersbane stated, waving her hands over JT's
body.  "Come on Psion, speak to me buddy."

"What's going on?"  JT asked, sitting up in Justin's arms.

"That demon out there was about to kill you and the rest of us."  JC spoke.

"Oh my God, I totally forgot."  JT stated, standing up, eyes glowing.  "Come
on Bee, we have to stop this thing and I don't think my magic will be
enough."

"I agree, but I don't think my magic is going to make a difference."
Tigersbane spoke.

"Beyonce you must believe in yourself like I do."  JT spoke.

"I believe in myself, I just don't think I am strong enough to really do
what you want Psion."  Tigersbane spoke.

"Trust me you are.  If you can put my soul back into my body, you can help
me stop N'astriah."  JT spoke as he took her hand and the two of them faded
away.

"Please God protect them."  Justin spoke.

"They will be protected, we are the good guys and the good guys always win."
JC stated.

"If you say so Josh."  Justin spoke, floating over to the hanger door,
staring out the window as Beyonce and JT battled with the demon.

"Please God keep him protected. I love that man so much."  Justin spoke, as
there was a blinding flash of light.  "Oh no!  What happened?"

"I don't know.  It's like the demon waved his hand and then there was that
light."  JC stated.

"Hurry up and turn the view screen off before we are all blinded by the
light, don't look out the windows."  Justin screamed as everything around
them was surrounded in a strange yellow light.

"What's going on?"  Justin asked.

"I don't know but I am not liking it.  Look out there, it's changing to day
again, but there seems to be nothing around."  Lance spoke.

"Oh God that demon destroyed them, they lost."  Justin stated, dropping to
his knees crying.  "Why me, why is all this happening to me?"

(<Pamph>)

"What is happening to you?"  JT asked appearing in the room with Tigersbane.

"Baby!"  Justin screamed, jumping up and hugging JT.  "Oh baby I love you I
love you."

"I love you too Justin."  JT stated.

"Baby please, oh please will you marry me?"  Justin asked, tears in his
eyes, looking at JT closely.

"Yes I will marry you Justin."  JT stated as the two of them kissed
passionately as the guys and Tigersbane all clapped while the senator sat
there looking at them all.
