Tim home leaving Ricky and Susan at home with their parents. One of the
things Sandy talked about while there was that she had to take Laura in to
see the 'Girl Parts' doctor on Thursday right after school.  Since Susan's
mother had to work she wanted to make sure it was ok for her to take Susan
to town. Her mother agreed saying it was ok.

	Sandy now had the first part of the situation taken care of. She
had an appointment for Laura but was really for Susan. Their doctor, Pam
had already agreed to see Susan off the record but the only way she could
do it is if Sandy made an appointment for Laura and all of them went into
the room. Pam would examine Susan instead of Laura. That keep everything in
order. Now that it was ok to take her to the doctor and the doctor was
going to see her the only other thing was getting Pam to insert the rods
into Susan's arm. "One thing at a time" Sandy thought.

	Thursday came and everything was working as planned. On the way to
the doctor Sandy explained that this doctor was very good and that she was
the one that examined most if not all the girls in the whole area that were
young and having sex a lot of which was having incest some with parents,
some with brothers, and some with both. They got to the doctor and they all
went into the exam room. Susan got onto the table and took off all of her
clothes. Pam asked her the regular questions like age, if she was having
sex and with who, how she felt and many other questions. Susan answered
them all truthfully.

	Pam then did the exam. She slid one finger then two then three
inside her pussy. She felt around to make sure everything was in place. She

	"Before I get started with what I found can I ask you something?"
Pam asked Susan.

	"Yes." Susan answered.

	"You have not started growing pubic hair yet have you?" Pam asked.

	"But yet you shaved your genital area, why?" Pam continued to
question.

	"Ricky asked if I wanted to know what it was like and I said I did

	"Ok. That is fine but just to let you know if you start shaving now
your hair will get really hard to shave later. Just make sure you use the
baby oil every time you shave." She said.

	"Now. This is what I have observed. Susan, you have been having sex
for several years and since you are only 11 that means you started out very
young. The guy, in this case your brother, is quite large. Again that is ok
as your vagina has stretched nicely to accommodate him. I am a little
surprised you have not started having your period yet. Usually when a girl
has sex early they have their period early in life. That does not mean
there is anything wrong with you just that you are different. It looks like
you are fine and normal and in good physical and sexual condition. You are
also very nice and very cute and I can understand why your brother wants to
have sex with you." Pam explained.

	"That is good to hear" Sandy said. Then she asked, "What about
birth control? Can she have the rods put in her arm like Laura has?"

	"Well, let's see if I can explain this a little. First, She cannot
get the rods until she is 14.  That is the easy thing to answer. Next,
Susan could get pregnant before she has her first period especially if she
is having sex all the time like she is. Girls cannot start taking birth
control pills before they have their first period. So if you put this all
together, there is a good chance that is Susan continues to have sex like
she is she will get pregnant before she has her first period."  Pam said.

	"Is there anything we can do to prevent it other than condoms and
no sex?" Sandy questioned.

	"Well, I am not your normal doctor and I do not always follow the
rules, as you can tell, and I have given the pill to some before they have
their first period. I only do so when the parents strongly request it. With
this case since you are not the parent I cannot do so. It does not work as
well and there is a higher risk of getting pregnant. There are a couple
things that could be used. She could use a female condom but as young as
she is I do not suggest it because it would be difficult for her to
use. The diaphragm would also work but again difficult for her to
use. Really the best method would be the male condom. There is one method
we might could use called the Copper IUD. There are no hormones, no pills,
no condoms to worry about. My problem with this method is that you are not
her parent and if something were to happen we all would be in trouble." Pam
tried to say.

	"Well, you know Susan and her brother are having sex quite
often. She has had sex with Tim also. Her mother does not know anything
about either. She thinks Susan is still a virgin. I just do not want her to
end up pregnant. Her brother just turned 18 and if she gets pregnant we
will all be in trouble so at this point I will do whatever needed to
protect her. We think of Ricky and Susan as our own children now." Sandy
begged.

	"I can see you are in a bad spot. I will do this. I will insert the
Copper IUD as long as you will agree to my terms. First, you agree to bring
her back every three months to be checked.  Two, you will sign her mother's
name to the paper. Three, when she has her first period you agree to bring
her in so I can take it out. Four, no sex for a week because you will be in
some pain and you need to completely get over the new IUD before you go
having sex. Do you agree to my terms?" The doctor asked?

	Sandy looked at Laura then at Susan. The both nodded 'yes' so Sandy
said she would.  Pam got the paper and Sandy signed it. She got all the
things together for the insertion and asked if she had been having sex the
past week. Susan said she had sex Tuesday. Pam told them they would have to
have a pregnancy test done but could do this one in the office as it was
very unlikely she was pregnant. They did the test and it was good so Pam
inserted the IUD. Susan felt some pain and cramps which was normal. she was
given some pills for the pain and some for the cramps. When she was feeling
a little better they left. Thanking the doctor as they left.

	On the way home they talked about what they were doing and how
important that her parents not ever find out. Susan said she would not tell
anyone and would do the best she could at keeping the pain and cramps
hidden from her mother. They got home an hour or so before her mother
picked her up.

	"Susan are you ok? You look like something is wrong." Susan's
mother asked.

	"Yea, I am just tired I guess." Susan said.

	Sandy had a bad feeling about this but wanted to protect Susan so
her and Ricky would be happy. They left and went home. Sandy and Laura
neither one slept well that night worrying about Susan and if things would
work out. Friday morning came and Susan came bouncing in just like normal
followed by Ricky. Susan gave Sandy a big kiss on the lips and told her how
much she appreciated what she had done for her and Ricky. She then kissed
Laura and told her the same thing. Ricky also kissed Sandy and gave her a
big hug.

	"I guess you feel better today." Sandy asked.

	"Yes, I feel great! I am not sure it is I am use to it already or
these pain pills but I feel good and I am so happy." Susan explained.

	"Remember, no sex for a week." Sandy reminded them.

	"Not a problem. I have to work all weekend and every day next week
so I will be too busy and too tired. Thanks again." He said as they all
left for school.

	The next several weeks went as normal. Lots of work for Ricky,
school work for the kids, and a busy time for Sandy and Eric.
