Dear friends of "Michael",

It has been a trying year for me and I appreciate all the friendly e-mails
and gentle prods to get this story finished.  I actually had a chapter
completed but lost it when my zip disk decided to malfunction.

I will work on this story to finish it.  I'm once again feeling my muse and
hoping that I can get it completed as soon as time allows.
