The Mennonite-A New Start 12

   Clay and Micah arrived at the warehouse and it was locked, Clay tried
his key but the safety lock was engaged from the inside. Anne opened the
door and said; I locked the place down after I found Peter, I carried him
to Doc. Ivan's then came back to secure the crime scene. I wasn't here for
15 minutes and this happened, it's my entire fault that Peter was hurt.

  Clay said; you were doing your job meeting a vendor, Lock the door behind
us and come to my office. As we arrived Clay sat behind his desk and opened
the surveillance program and asked Anne when she walked out of the
building, she responded at 11:15 and returned at approx. 11:30-11:35. Clay
started the monitoring at 11:10 and the video at 11:15 showed Anne walking
out with a vendor and at 11:17 in walked a huge man dressed in traditional
Mennonite clothes he was 6'9" according to the tape on the wall as a guide
for identification in case of a robbery he was about 325-330lbs. Clay said;
that's what hurt my baby, I'll kill him if I catch him. Clay hit a couple
of keys on the keyboard and the system tracked the man as he made his way
through the warehouse and to the stockroom by the furniture design shop he
walked up behind a distracted Peter and grabbed him, he never had a chance
to defend his self. The man carried Peter into the stockroom and locked the
door behind them; he let Peter go as he cleared a place for the assault to
take place. He reached out for Peter but he met resistance as Peter
attempted to fight the big man off, he hit Peter in his side and Peter
fell, he got up and tried to fight the man, he was hit in the jaw and was
knocked out. The man ripped the boy's clothes from his body, and threw him
on top of the boxes like a sack of feed he walked up behind Peter and
dropped his pants and started to rape the boy like a wild beast, he pulled
free of Peter and turned the unconscious boy on his back grabbed his legs
placed them on his shoulders and started to rape him again, he slapped
Peter's face to wake him, when he awoke, Peter began to hit the man as hard
as he could as he was brutally raped. The man slammed into Peter holding
himself against the boy as he achieved completion of his sex act; Peter
went wild hitting the man trying to get the man off of him as the monster
released his seed into Peter. The man jerked himself out of Peter causing
the boy great pain, as the man pulled up his pants Peter scrambled to get
away from him. The man grabbed Peter and threw him face first into the
wall; there was blood on the wall as he slid down it. He bent the boy's arm
so far we saw it break; he spit on Peter, kicked him in the side then
stomped on his hand and left, according to the time stamp 4 minutes had
went by when Anne entered the room. The man left the building after Anne
had arrived; Clay switched to the outside cameras and followed the man to a
horse drawn cart and he got onto it and waited for another man to arrive
from the mill and then they left, by this time Anne had drove right by the
attacker as she rushed Peter to the clinic.

  Anne said; it's too bad we can't see the bastards face to identify him;
Clay responded; we can and hit a few buttons and zoomed in of the man the
enhanced the photo of the man. There was a perfectly clear photo of the
monster with the added words CHILD MOLESTER on it and Clay pushed a few
buttons and the printer started to print out 500 copies of him.

  Micah said; Anne, have these carried to every Elder and every Mennonite
owned business and tell them to post these where people can see them. If
they won't, tell them we are closed as of today and I mean every
department, mill, and shipping and warehouse until this monster is
found. Tell them that my grandson's attacker will be found and brought to
justice period.

 Anne enlisted a group of ladies and sent them out with Elder Micah's
instructions. She stopped at one of the largest hardware stores in the area
and handed the manager the flyer and he put under the counter and started
to wait on a customer. Anne hit the roof; she slammed another flyer on the
counter and hollered at the man, this monster put Elder Gunderson's
grandson in the hospital after he attacked him and you won't post his photo
in your store, Gunderson and Gunderson Inc. is closed until he is found per
Elder Micah's orders. Either post this photo or I will tell everyone that
you protect Child Molesters and not to trade here anymore. The man hollered
at Anne to know your place woman, suddenly he was jerked backwards by the
owner and told to leave and never return. The owner apologized and asked
for extras to hand out and make copies so his business could hand them to
every customer. The owner asked if the boy would be okay. Anne responded
that the broken bones would heal in time but the mental scars the young man
now carries will follow him for the rest of his life. The monster is 6'9"
and 325lbs. he attacked him then had his way with a 17 year old boy who is
5'4" and 115lbs. he didn't stand a chance against his but he still fought
his attacker.

 The Owner said; his family would offer prayers for the young man. Might I
enquire which child it was because my children go to the school with them
and can prepare them for the news? Anne responded it was young Peter whom
was attacked by the monster sir. The owner turned white in the face, that's
Clay and Anders oldest, he is my sons best friend; first the young man lost
his parents and lived in that home for a year until he and his brothers
were rescued and given a second chance at life just to have some monster to
do this to him.

  The Store Owner Walt Lawson turned on the P.A. system and told everyone
there was a monster among the us in the Mennonite community and he must be
stopped at all cost before another of our children is hurt or even killed
by him; there are photos available at the counter to help bring this
monster to justice, all are urged to take a photo to help identify him. If
you know who he is contact Elder Gunderson so his Grandson's attacker can
be brought to justice. Our prayers go out to this young man and his family
in their time of need. The counter was swamped and the monster's photo went
like wildfire.

   2 days later Clay and Anders brought Peter home from the hospital, he
was reliving the rape every time he closed his eyes through nightmares. He
was given a prescription to help him rest but the poor boy still woke up
screaming in terror; Anders never left his son's side as did Clay; He was
there every night sitting by his bed with a club as if he was waiting for
the monster to come back and hurt his son again.

   6 days had passed and the Police had found nothing, the monster was
hiding from all, a massive meeting was planned to be held at the parking
lot of the warehouse so it could hold everyone. As the meeting a yell went
out the have him; and they are bringing him in. Clay leapt form the stage
and began to fight his way through the crowd; Micah hollered at his
brothers to restrain him and let the monster face the victim's father in
front of everyone.

An older man pulled a buggy into the crowd and being led behind it was the
monster clad only in tattered pants; he had been beaten by his sect members
and stripped of their colors of clothing. The older man the sect Elder
stepped from the buggy and walked to Micah and Clay and said; we are truly
sorry for the pain this monster that was hiding among us has caused you and
your family member he is yours to do with what you want but rest assure he
will never know anyone else again and handed Clay a clear bag containing
the man's testicles, his sect had castrated him as their punishment for the
shame of what he done and brought to their sect. The Elder said; if the
young man needs anything, contact us and we will make it so. Micah asked
the Elder if the children in his sect were all safe, the Elder looked at
Micah with a single tear that ran down his cheek and it told Micah all he
needed to know, He spoke to the Elder and said; if any child needed help
dealing with their pain the Giving Community was there to help them in
their time of need.  The man was pushed to his knees and the buggy pulled
off.

   Clay walked up to the man holding his balls in the bag and said; these
are mine now, you will never be allowed to soil another child and steal
their innocence away as you did with my son. I hope they kill you in prison
or use you as you have used others. He spat on the man as did others in the
crowd, the police threw the man into the back of the truck and drove
off. Micah thanked the people for all of their help and urged them to go to
this monsters trial to show the justice system that they will never forget
what this monster did to Peter Andrews Gunderson and possibly others.

   The trial was a very fast one, the sooner they justice put this behind
them the better. He was sentenced to spend the rest of his life behind
bars, never to enjoy freedom.

  Eve had an old colleague form her internship days that was coming to help
Ivan out at the clinic, while she waited for the babies to arrive; he was
on a sabbatical from an international health program he volunteered with.

  Micah walked into the hardware store in town, the owner Walt asked how
Peter was doing, was he getting better after everything he had been
through. Micah responded that it was taking time but Peter thought of
himself as damaged goods now not worthy of another's love or touch.

  Walt asked Micah if he could step into his office he wanted to talk to
him about something he was going through. Micah sat down and asked; Walt
what was the problem? My middle son Danny has come to me and admitted that
he has feelings towards Peter. He said; he never acting on what his body
wanted because even though he's 18 and Peter is his best friend; he felt
that he couldn't handle him in that way because of his size. Micah; he's
6'6" and 275lbs. and all man where it matters and Peter was so tiny next to
him, he didn't want to ruin his friendship in case Peter didn't feel the
same way, but he feels now like after the monster marked Peter as his with
his seed, he has lost his only chance at true happiness in life with his
soulmate. Micah; I never knew this about my own son that lives in my
house. What can I do as a father to help with my son's pain?

   Walt is Danny here today at the store. He is in the back I've been
putting him there because he's hurting and it affects the way he interacts
with the customers. Walt; call him here to the office so we three can meet
and discuss his feelings towards my Grandson. Walt called for Danny to
report to the office; Danny walked into the office and said; what's up dad
and saw when Micah sitting in the chair, he responded oh crap and looked
down. Close the door young man and have a seat young man we need to talk
responded; Walt.

  Micah; asked Danny I hear that you have feelings towards my Grandson
Peter.

  Danny; I'm sorry Elder Micah for having impure thoughts towards Peter,
he's my only friend.

 Micah; sorry, your sorry for falling in love with a fine young man like
Pete; everyone should so lucky, so what are you going to do about it young
man?

  Danny; Elder Micah I tried to deny my feeling towards him but every time
he came close his smell of fresh jasmine drove my loins wild with desire I
just wanted to take him into my arms and hold him tight and keep him safe
but that monster hurt him bad, marked him with his seed as his, now he will
never love anyone for the rest of his life. I miss him so much it hurts and
I want to show him that I love him no matter what, but he won't return my
phone calls.

 Bullshit responded Micah; Danny if he means that much to you I will carry
you to be by his side and you can tell Peter how you feel for him yourself.

  Danny said; you would do that for us, allow me to tell him how I feel
about him.

  Danny; all you have to do is get your big ass in my truck and I will
drive you to him right now young man.

  Dad; may I go be with the one that I love and let him know how I feel
about him?

  Walt stepped up to his son and hugged him and said; yes son go be with
the one that you were born to be with, but if you ever break his heart best
you don't show your face to me again. Walt shook Micah's hand and said;
take care of these two they are very special indeed to one another.

  Micah and Danny arrived at Clay and Anders home, Danny was so nervous he
was a little green around the edges.

 Micah said; take deep breaths Danny and it will get better; it's not every
day a young man tells his intended that he loves him and wants to spend the
rest of his life with him.

 Micah walk to the door and knocked as he entered it and said; can Grandpa
come see his Grandson today.

 Anders and I were sitting in the dining room while Peter sat on the sofa
resting; Micah asked; Peter if he felt like a visit from a friend that
wanted to see him real bad.

 Peter asked; who was it that wanted to see him so bad?

 Does that matter or will you keep a nice young man waiting outside like a
rude person, Peter sat up and said; please let him in Grandpa. When Micah
opened the door there stood Danny, Peter started to cry and asked Danny to
come inside.

 Danny sat on Peters left hand side because of his cast, Danny told Peter
that he was sorry that he wasn't there to protect him from the man; he felt
that he had let him down could he ever forgive him for not being there.

 Peter said; Danny it's not your fault what happened to me we were both at
our jobs when this happened to me.

  Danny took Peter's hand in his and said; I have to tell something and
don't interrupt me until I'm finished and I hope you feel the same
way. Peter Andrews Gunderson; I Love You and I have always loved you since
the first time we met, I've wanted to kiss you for as long as I can
remember but if you didn't feel the same way I couldn't chance losing our
friendship because it would kill me inside if I couldn't see you and smell
your fresh scent of jasmine.

  Peter stuttered and said; you what Danny?

 I said; I Love You and want to hold you and be your only and you be mine
until we draw our last breath of air on this earth.

  Danny; I've been soiled and he left his self in side of me are you sure
that you want damaged goods to lie next to you in a carnal way.

 Peter; I've never been with anyone and you have never given yourself
freely to anyone so in my books we are both still virgins to me. When you
get well and you decide it's time for us, I will make love to you in our
bed for the very first time and will each other's first and only partner
for life.

  Danny surprised Peter when he leaned over and kissed Peter with all of
the passion that only one's true love can. Danny stopped and said; I'm
sorry I couldn't help myself I had to kiss you if only just this once.

  Peter responded that if he ever stopped kissing him he would die a happy
but heartbroken man. Danny eased he arm around Peter and held him close and
snuggled with him on the couch.

  Anders said; I guess someone will need a place of their own, as soon as
somebody asks Clay for his permission to take his son as his mate.

  Danny turned bright red at Anders statement and said; I forgot about your
dad, he will skin me alive if the catches me with you without his
permission Peter. Clay had walked in the backdoor and said; I heard the
entire conversation from the Kitchen doorway, he walked into the room and
said; no young man after what I heard you confess to my son you have my
permission to become his life mate.

  Danny surprised everyone when he took to one knee and reached into his
pocket and removed a well worm box and opened it, the box contained a pair
diamond encrusted bands and said; Peter Andrews Gunderson will you do me
the honor in becoming my life mate and I yours, allow me to share the joys
and sorrows that life may bring to us for the rest of our lives. Then he
placed the ring upon Peter's finger.

  Peter removed the other ring from the box and placed it on Danny's finger
and said; Danny Wilson Lawson there is no greater honor than calling you my
husband and lying next to you as my mate for the rest of our lives.

  Paul said; hot damned he finally grew a set and asked him, it's about
time everyone at school knew the way he felt about Peter. He drooled every
time he got near or even downwind of him. Too bad it took so long.

  Micah said; it took the way it was meant to be to work the way it should
happen Paul.

  Joey; popped off going to be need that bed soon, they will be knocking
boots before you know it, better make sure it has a very strong frame for
his big ass, Peter you might want to ride him first few times because from
what I can tell he packing a whopper downstairs.

 Clay popped his 13 year old upside of his head due to his big ass smart
mouth and said; watch it boy.

  Danny said; I would never do anything to hurt Peter, I love him too much
to do that and kissed him in front of everyone. Peter said; we need to tell
your folks soon Danny.

  Dad knows that we are meeting, but nothing about the rings. So I guess we
need to tell then soon as you feel like traveling to see them.

  Peter surprised everyone when he said; we will do it tonight. He hadn't
left the house since leaving the hospital today was a first. He was going
to be okay after all, it only took true love to conquer fear.
