THE STORY SO FAR-

16 Year old John Walker inherited full ownership of Beachside Hotel on his
birthday from a Grandfather he had hardly ever met. Three months after
gaining ownership, he has garnered the respect of the majority of the
employees, but generally keeps the fact that he is the owner a secret, to
guests. John is bi-sexual and while he has a girlfriend, he enjoys having
sex with boys. Especially young boys around the age of puberty. John is
having a sexual relationship with a 12 year old boy named Josh who is at
the hotel with his family for two weeks. John feels something for Josh but
knows that theyre fun can not last. After Josh and John share a fiery
encounter in his hotel room, John's girlfriend arrives and Josh barely
escapes without them being caught. But after Kim leaves John discovers that
one of his employees, a nineteen year old named Jackson, has discvered
their relationship. And when the boys discuss it, John discovers that
Jackson is intrested. They start to make out when John's phone goes off
with a message saying their is a situation going on in the lobby.

BEACHSIDE HOTEL
CHAPTER THREE

When an employee says that there is a 'Situation' at the Beachside Hotel,
it can realistically mean any one of about a hundred things. It can be
anything from a customer complaint, to a fight. Although a fight involving
a weapon is not called a situation it is called 'E' for emergency. But a
situation can be a small fight or an argument between guests, between
guests and staff. It can be a guest asking to speak to the person in
charge, it can be a lot of things. Most of the time it is simply a guest
complaint, or query. Nothing really to worry about but something John
Walker knew he had to always deal with.

When the elevator doors opened and John looked into the lobby of the hotel
he really had no idea what to expect nor did he hear any overly raised
voices. As he stepped out of the elevator he looked around and saw there
were about half a dozen people standing around the room. None seemed too
bothered by anything. John turned towards the reception desk and saw two
gentlemen. One was tall, dark skinned and had very short hair. He looked
to be in his late twenties. The other was a slim shorter man. He had wavy
black hair and wore glasses. This second man seemed to be in his early
forties. In between the two men was a boy who looked...

"John!"

Knocked from his observations, he heard a loud pitched boy's voice and then
suddenly saw a flash of a small body running towards him. John instantly
recognised the voice and knelt down and scooped the small boy up into his
arms and held the slightly out of breath boy in his arms.

"Hey Casper what's going on."

The eight year old boy looked up at John and got a sad look on his face as
he looked down at his shoes. John thought this very strange. He looked
back up from the boy to the men in the lobby and realised that the boy he
had seen between the two men had in fact been Casper's twelve year old
brother Max. Max was currently trying to look anywhere but at John. John
instantly perceived that something was wrong.

John was about to put Casper back down on the ground when one of the men
turned to him and declaritively said. "Put my son down this instant." He
started to move towards John. John's head snapped up when he heard this.
He looked at the guy suspiciously. It was the older of the two.

John leaned in close to Casper's ear and whispered, "Buddy its okay you're
not in trouble. What's going on?"

John had a pretty strong suspicion from his previous encounter with the two
boys what was going on. But he needed to hear it from one of them. The
man was now standing in front of John and Casper as he was glaring daggers
at the older boy.

Casper looked up at John's face with soft sad eyes. He looked like he was
close to tears. He leaned up close to John's ear and said in a whispered
voice, ""They want to play with us."

John wasnt suprised at this, but it did make him angry. He planted a soft
kiss on Casper's forehead then placed him gently on the ground. He stole a
look towards Max and saw that the boy was blushing but was at least looking
at him now.

John decided against confronting the men immediately and instead walked
over to the reception desk. As he approached it the older guy had grabbed
Casper by the arm and dragged him to stand next to his brother. John had
to fight the urge to punch the guy. Instead he walked around behind the
desk.

When the two men saw this they were outraged. The younger one stepped
forward to speak this time. "Excuse me but do you work here? You hugged my
nephew. How dare you. I should call the police on you."

John had to stop himself from laughing at the hypocrisy of the situation.

John tried to ignpre the two men as he turned to Lee, who was working
behind the reception desk with another guy named Ashley. Lee had been the
one who had sent the message to John's phone. Lee was standing looking
none too happy at the two men who were causing the disturbance.

Lee Kornes had been working at the Beachsode Hotel for nearly a year and a
half. He was twenty three and was studying law at University. He was
working at the hotel, like Jackson, to help support him through uni. But
unlike Jackson, John knew beyond all doubt which way Lee swung. Less then
a week after John had moved into the hotel he had Lee up in his room and it
wasn't for a performance review; although the performance was certainly
above par. And there had been several encores. Luckily this hadn't
affected their owner-employee relationship.

"Hey Lee. Hows it going?" While John was speaking he was keeping a
cautious eye on the group just a couple of meters away from him. He knew
that if they suspected that John was going to call the police they would
probably run. If that was the case he had to make sure that they didn't
take the boys with them.

Lee looked at John with a worried look on his face as he responded in a
voice barely above a whisper. "John, there is something not right here.
These two men came in with the boys saying they are the older man's sons.
They tried to check in without a reservation."

As Lee was speaking John was staring at the four in front of him. John
turned to the young clerk with a peculiar look on his face. Lee saw this
and continued before John could ask a question. "I informed the gentlemen
that they would need to pay by credit card as they didn't have a
reservation."

John nodded as this was usual hotel policy. Rooms could be booked by cash
but there was a necessary deposit if such was the case. John was still
glaring at the men, who seemed to be trying to hear what it was exactly the
two were saying.

Lee continued, "They said it wasn't a problem and they gave me their credit
card."

The older man seemed to hear what Lee had said and looked as though he was
about to say something, but John gave him a death glare. The man was
anything but pleased, but remained silent.

John took a look at Max and Casper and saw them looking worriedly at him.
He turned back to Lee and said. "The credit card didnt work did it?"

Lee shook his head, "No it came through as lost or stolen. I tried it a
second time but got the same result. Then I told the gentlemen and asked if
they had made a mistake and if they had another card. They told me they
didn't and that there must be something wrong with the machine. He then
offered to pay in cash. But, well, thats when things started going really
wrong."

John had stopped listening because things started to add up in his head.
Now he knew what the problem had been and why Casper had been so upset.
John felt a flash of rage rip through his body as he stood up and prepared
to have a go at the men. "Thanks Lee."

The young clerk looked astonished at John. "But I havent told you what
happend after that."

John was already starting to walk to the end of the reception desk. He was
glaring daggers at the two gentlemen in front of him. Luckily there were
only a couple of other guests in the lobby at that moment.

Once he was in front of the desk and in front of the group he tried to
speak calmly but authoratively as he possibly could and said. "Gentlemen
leave the hotel premises immediately and dont ever come back otherwise I
will be forced to call the police."

The men were flabbergasted, not to mention outraged.

It was the older man who stepped forward and when he did he tried to stand
over John. But the teenager straightened himself and the older man found
himself outsized. "Now listen here, I don't know who you think you are but
you have no right to ask us to leave. We are paying customers. Your hotel
came highly recommended by good friends of ours. I'm starting to wonder
why."

John knew this man was trying to get an advantage over him in front of
other guests as he had, in part, succeeded as John noticed that they now
had a few onlookers. J ohn took a step closer so that he didn't have to
speak so loudly and said. "Sir you tried to check into the hotel with a
stolen credit card, that is why I was called. Now that, as I'm sure you
know, is a criminal offense. Not to mention other facts."

John was willing to leave it at that if the men had have left. But the man
persisted. "There was a mistake, the card isnt stolen, but we were willing
to pay in cash, but now I think you can shove youre hotel up your arse.
We're leaving."

John looked over his shoulder and noticed that Lee was on the phone. He
assumed he was calling security because he wouldnt call the police without
John's word. John turned back to them men and saw the man turning to
leave. Then when John saw the younger man grab Casper by the shoulder and
begin to turn him towards the door, John bellowed. "Unhand those boys."
He took several steps towards the pair.

The young man looked momentarily startled and then turned on John. "Who the
hell do you think you are telling me what I can and can't do with my
nephew."

John saw that Casper was looking up at him pleadingly. John knew that he
couldnt lose control. Out of the corner of his eye he saw security step
out of the elevator. They hung back to see what would happen. John took a
deep breath and then went in for the kill. "Gentlemen, I know these boys
personally and I know for all certainty that they are not any relation to
you. The hiring of child prostitutes is Illegal and will not be allowed at
MY hotel. So either leave now or the authorities will be informed."

The room was shocked into silence. The guests who had witnessed the
exchange looked on in silent awe of what they had found out. The two men,
stared at him as though they had been shot but they didnt speak.

John was more interested in Max and Casper's reaction. When he had met
them he had mentioned that he worked at the hotel, but hadn't told him he
owned it.

Casper was looking confused but Max understood and he looked at him with a
slightly hurt look on his face. John wasn't sure he entirely understood
it, but he had an idea. John was brought back to the men when the older
one spoke in almost a defeated tone. "You havent heard the last of us."

And then he turned to his companion and the pair walked out of the hotel
slowly. Max and Casper were still staring at him, almost as though he had
two heads. John sighed deeply with relief, as he watched the doors close
behind the men.

Then the most unexpected thing happened, The guests in the room and some of
the staff started clapping. John didn't know what to say or do. He
blushed a deep red as one of the guests walked up to him and shook his hand
telling him he did a great job.

The man, in his early thirties, said. "My name is Kevin Mathew. I'm a
lawyer and I just want to say that if they give you any hassles whatsoever,
I'll do the case for free. That was incredible what you just did."

John blushed again and thanked Kevin and accepted his business card. A few
other people shook John's hand but all he really wanted to do was talk to
the boys. After the men had left, Max nodded to his brother and they had
turned to leave, but John had asked them to stay for a while so they could
talk. Max had been more then slightly reluctant but had agreed in the end.

After the lobby had quietened down and returned to normal, John turned to
the two youngsters inquiring, "Okay I think we should talk. Do you guys
want something to eat?"

John knew it was a stupid question but he knew he had to ask. Casper
replied without a hesitation. "John Im starving what can we eat?" The way
he asked made John smile as it was so innocent despite everything the boys
had been through.

Max immediately smacked his borther across the back of his head and turned
to John. He looked at him with an accusing stare, "So this is what it was
all about, you helped us a bit and got something in return the other day.
Now you save us from those guys so that you're owed something in return
again."

The something that Max was referring was two days ago when John had tried
to give the boys some money on the street. Max had told him they wouldn't
accept the money unless it was earned. Try as he might to get them to just
take the mone Max wouldnt budge. So in the end John had given the twelve
year old a head job. And Max had been satisfied and taken the money. While
John had certainly enjoyed it, it certainly hadn't been his aim. He had
just been trying to do a good thing.

John looked at the twelve year old he didnt look good. When he had last
seen the boys they had been dirty and in desperate need of feeding. But
now Max not only looked dirty, he had several bruises on his face and arms.
John again felt anger rising inside of him. "Max, that's not what this is
about. If you want to leave you can leave. But I want you both to take a
shower and have something to eat before you leave, if you'll allow me."

Casper was looking up at his older brother pleadingly, silently begging him
to just do it. Max was looking at John skeptically. Then John saw Max'
heart melt towards his younger brother. He looked John straight in the eye.
"You try any funny business and we walk out the door."

John had to smile at the young boy, he nodded and Casper let out a slight
yelp of joy.

The trio turned and started towards the elevators. As he did, John looked
over at the reception desk and saw Lee looking back at him curiously. He
figured he might have to do some explaining later. For now he placed an
arm gently around both boys shoulders as they waited for the lift to
arrive. Max looked at him suspiciously at first, then he gave a slight
smile and let the arm stay there.

The trio stepped into the elevator and John swiped the card, when he did he
heard Casper gasp in fascination. John typed his code and pressed the
penthouse level. He returned the key to his pocket and turned back to face
the boys as the elevator started to ascend.

Max didn't waste a second before saying in an astonished tone, "So it's
true, you really are in charge of the hotel?"

It didnt take long for John to realize what was going on in the youngster's
mind. John merely nodded and decided to e wait until they were in his room
before he explained.

Max looked as though he wanted to ask questions but the elevator pinged and
they stepped out of the elevator. Max and Casper were both speechless as
they looked at the plush surroundings of the floor. John smiled to himself
as he stepped up to his door and put the card in,. The door unlocked and he
smiled at the boys. "Come on you ain't seen nothing yet." And with that he
leaned in turned on the light and waited for the boys to step into the
room.

Max and Casper couldn't contain their excitement as they saw the room.
They spent several moments looking at everything that it had. John in the
meantime used the toilet and then when he came back out he saw Casper and
Max sitting on one of the beds watching him. Casper was looking at him
longingly, while Max was still looking at him suspiciously.

There was a lengthy silence before finally Casper asked. "John can we
please have something to eat?"

Max glared at his younger brother and seemed as though he was going to
smack the back of his head again when John fixed him with a glare that told
him not to do it without repercussions.

John smiled at them both and said. "Of course that's what I said. Here's a
menu boys. Choose whatever you want." John grabbed the room service menus
off the table and handed them to the boys.

Casper eagerly grabbed it. Max was restrained as he took the menu and
started to scan the food selections.

After a few minutes of quiet pondering Max said he wanted the Hamburger and
fries, while Casper said he wanted spaghetti and mince.

John smiled and called the kitchen and placed the boys orders, as well as
ordering a hamburger for himself and cokes for all of them.

Once the orders were placed he hung up and said to the boys. "While we are
waiting for the food, how about you guys have a shower?" John was expecting
some sort of reaction from Max and was suprised when there was none. There
wasn't really a reaction out of either of them.

Slowly Casper got up and stretched. He looked so cute at only eight. John
had to honestly fight an erection. Any hope of that happening disapeared
when the boy said. "Okay." Then dropped his shorts to the floor right in
front of a startled John. Casper wasn't wearing underwear. John got a
look at his small two-inch cut boner. It was only a fleeting look, because
Casper quickly took off his shirt threw it to the floor as well, raced into
the bathroom. John looked at Max as they heard Casper turn on the bath
water. John had been execting the boys to have a shower, not a bath, but he
didnt say anything. He just looked at Max.

The older boy stared at him and John knew he had noticed the bulge grow in
John's pants when his younger brother had stripped. They stared at each
other in silence for several long moments, before Casper called out. "Max
you coming in?" The water had stopped running and John assumed that the
youngster was in the bath. Max looked at John and seemed to want to ask
something but he wasnt sure he could.

In the end John said. "Go and have a bath with your brother. You can even
lock the door if you're that worried about me." It came out a little
harsher then John had expected but he was starting to lose his patience
with the boy. He felt he was trying to help them both while Max was
treating him like dirt.

Neither of them said anything but just glared at each other for a few
moments. Then Max did the most unexpected thing. He walked over and
quickly kissed John on the cheek and said. "Thanks" Then he headed to the
bathroom where they could hear Casper playing. When he closed the door
John noticed that Max didnt lock it. For now, John had other things to
worry about,

He sat down on the bed and tried to decide what he was going to do with the
boys. He couldn't send them back out onto the street after lunch. Max
didn't trust him enough to let him do anything to help them. John couldnt
figure out what to do. As he laid on the bed, in his mind he decided what
he had to do. He was certain it was going to cause problems, especially
with Max.

After a few more minutes as he listened to the two brothers playing in the
bath in the other room. John finally made up his mind to act and deal with
any probems later. He picked up the phone, dialed Front Desk.

After a few rings Lee answered, "Reception. This is Lee."

John quickly glanced at the bathroom door before he spoke into the phone.
"Lee can you check whether penthouse three is available at the moment." He
spoke quickly and quietly. He didnt want the boys to hear what was going
on. John heard the clicking of keys on te computer.

Lee said. "Yes, the suite is available for the next six days. Do you want
to book it for someone tonight?" Lee sounded as though he knew what was
going on but didn't want to say anything.

John again glanced at the door before he said. "I want to have it booked
for the next six nights. Until someone has it reserved. I need someone to
bring up the key to the room in half an hour or so is that okay."

Lee said it was fine and John hung up the phone just as a very naked and a
very wet Casper emerged from the bathroom with a towel drying himself.

John was more then slightly shocked at the openess of the boy. Despite
everything they had been through, Casper stood in the middle of the room.
John couldn't help but watch. So busy watching he he didnt see Max emerge
from the bathroom clothed and watch him watching his brother,

When John realised he was standing there he blushed and was about to say
something when there was a knock at the door. Casper was about to run to
answer it when luckily for John, Max grabbed his brother pulling him into
the bathroom. John got up off the bed and allowed the catering cart in.

A couple of minutes later after the food had been set out Max and a still
naked but dry Casper reemerged into the room and sat down with John to eat.
During the meal John tried to find out more about the pair. He only knew a
limited amount what he had been told when he had met them on the street.
He didnt succeed. Casper didn't know much of what he wanted to know and Max
wasn't willing to share the information.

John manged to get Casper to put his shorts back on by the time there came
anohter knock at the door. J ohn knew who it was this time and went and
answered it. One of the bellboys was standing there and he said. "Mr
Walker here is the key that you requested."

John thanked him and then he closed the door.

John was thankful that it seemed as though the boys hadn't heard the
converstaion as he still wasn't sure how he was going to explain it to
them. But when he turned around he saw Max whisper something to his
brother and the younger boy was visibly upset and he shook his head.

As John walked back over to the two he heard Max say. "Come on Cas weve got
to." But the boy again just shook his head.

John decided to intervene. "Whats going on Max? What have you got to do?"

The older boy looked as though he had been caught with his hand in the
cookie jar as he blushed and looked down at the floor.

He was silent for a few moments not looking John in the eye, "Well you gave
us lunch and a bath and like.. wel...l we really appreciate that, but
well..."

John furrowed his eyes, as he thought that Max still thought he wanted
something in return.

But when John went to say something Casper spoke over the top of him. "No
Max, John isn't like that. He doesnt want to hurt us. Do you?" He looked
at John with the sweetest look John had ever encountered.

John knew from that moment that he would do anything for these boys.

Max didn't say anything and looked up at John. John could see tears
building in his eyes. He decided it was time to reveal his plan. He took
the room key out of his pocket and put it down on the table between the
two.

Casper was eager to find out what it was amd Max stared curiously out of
the corner of his eye without trying to show that he was the slightest bit
curious about what it was. Casper couldn't hold his curiosity any longer
as he looked at John and asked. "What's that?"

John smiled at the eight year old and explained. "That Casper is the key to
the next room. It has been booked for the next six days for you two." He
paused and when there was no immediate reaction. He finished with a
cautious. "If you want it."

John watched the emotions run over both of their faces as they thought
about what he was saying. Casper looked at his older brother as if waiting
for him to tell him if it was for real or not. Max just stood there sat
there staring at John as though he had grown two heads. Then he closed his
eyes and tilted his head back almost as if he was praying.

Max spoke in a gentle but frim tone as he said, "Casper go into the other
room for a few minutes, I need to talk to John."

Casper looked astonished and was about to complain, but Max gave him a look
that made him stop. Then whilst pouting Casper walked into the bathroom.

Once the door had closed Max stood up and looked at John. The glare he
gave him could have killed. "Stop playing these games you arsehole. We
dont deserve it okay? Now I'm going to get Casper and were going to
leave." Max started to walk towards the bathroom.
John grabbed a hold of his arm not roughly but firm enough to stop the
boy.

"Max! What's it going to take for you to trust me. I haven't tried to
hurt you or your brother and I dont intend to. If you want to leave that's
your choice. I can't hold you here. But know..."

John was cut off by a pair of lips on his. John was so startled that he
couldn't react for several long moments. Then he slowly started to kiss the
boy back. John's mind was telling him he knew what he was doing was wrong,
but he felt his cock telling him it didn't matter.

John felt Max's hands at the belt of his pants and ratioal thought finally
entered his mind. As he broke away from the kiss. Max looked dissapointed
and then worried. John asked him in a quiet voice. "Tell me you want this
and it will happen."

Max looked as though he was going to reply straight away but John placed a
finger on the boy's lips. "You don't have to, no matter what you
think. Tell me you want to."

Max held his stare for several moments, but then couldn't do it and turned
away.

John sighed as he felt his erection return to normal. Max was near tears as
he said. "Why can't you just let me do things my way? That way I feel like
I earned it for us. Why do you always have to screw things up?"

John wasnt sure how he was supposed to react to that. He thought he knew
what the boy was referring but then again he wouldn,t have been suprised if
he was wrong. Finally he wrapped the boy in a hug. Max was again
reluctant at first but then he melted into the embrace.

"Cause I care Max. This isn't about sex. I don't want to do anything with
you that you don't want to do. Or Casper for that matter."

At the mention of his brother's name Max tensed up again. "Just so you
know. If you ever want payment you come to me. You don't touch Casper
otherwise I'll kill you."

And John could see plain as day that the boy meant it. "You don't have to
worry about that. Now do you want to take this room? Or should I call Lee
and tell him to give it to someone else?"

Max only had to think about it for a few seconds, before he gave a small
smile and said. "If it's anything like this one, I think were going to love
it."

John couldn't help but smile at that as he realised that Max must have,
finally, decided he was trustworthy. He patted the boy on the back and
told him to go and get his brother and he would show them.

Just before he opened the bathroom door, Max turned back and faced
him. "Thanks."

John just nodded.

Once Max had retrieved Casper, John grabbed the key for the next room and
the trio headed into penthouse suite number three. It was basically
identical as John's but it didnt stop the boys going through everything
again.

Casper in a pure state of disbelief that they were going to be living there
for the next week. Max couldnt help but be impressed.

Once the boys had calmed down a bit John said, "I'm going back to my room
to rest for a while. You guys amuse yourselves. If you need anything just
knock. If you leave your room please let me know so I don't worry".

The boys promised that they would. John turned to go when he heard small
feet run up behind him and felt a small pair of arms wrap around his waist.

Casper was practically crying as he said. "Thank you so much John. I love
you."

John was slightly taken aback by the words but he just hugged Casper close
to him. Then when Casper let go, Max hugged him as well.

This came as more then a slight suprise to John as Max thanked him
again. Then he whispered so that Casper couldnt hear, "I don't know how,
but somehow I'll repay you." John wanted to argue but the boy just smiled
and kissed his cheek and John decided not to bother this time,

John went back to his room, laid on his bed. He couldn't believe all that
had happend that day. And it was only just after 4 in the afternoon.

After he had been lying there for about half an hour watching the
television there came a knock at his bedroom door. John got up slowly and
walked, he expected it to be the boys wanting to see more of the hotel. He
had been waiting for this. But when he opened the door he couldnt believe
what he saw.

Casper was standing at the door wearing nothing but a hotel towl, which
left nothing to the imagination. "Max said I should come over here and
thank you properly."

John closed his eyes and sighed as he let the boy into the room and then
closed the door.
