"What do you mean?"
"Let's go outside," Jeff said. We walked into the front
yard.
"I saw Ed showing you his dick behind your house. I
could tell you liked it."
I thought fast. "Ed was giving me the birds and the bees
story. My ma told him that my real dad had never explained
things to me. She asked him to talk to me. Of course I
already knew, but I let on that I didn't."
"Is that all it was?"
"Yes. Then he brought me here to show me a dirty movie,
a guy fucking a girl. Please don't tell Ma, Jeff! If she
finds out Ed has pornography, she would freak out
completely, maybe divorce him."
"Of course I won't."
"When you saw me, he had probably just asked me if I
wanted to see a dick in action, you know, in a dirty movie.
I really did, Jeff. I never saw one before. A dirty movie,
not a dick."
My heart was pounding so hard, I was afraid it would
give me away.
"And that was why you were grinning so much when you got
in his truck," Jeff said.
"Yeah. But you can't tell a soul! I am finally going to
have a decent dad. Please don't ruin it, Jeff. Have you been
spreading rumors?"
"No. I haven't told anyone anything."
"So you thought I wanted Ed's dick? Oh, god! Does
everyone think I'm queer?" I thought for a moment. "Does
everyone know my real dad raped me?" Sorry, Larry, I said to
myself. He never actually did that, but I thought it would
help.
Jeff looked stricken. Then he started crying. "Oh, Tom!
I had no idea!"
"No one knows about it?"
"No, not that I know of, anyway."
"Does everyone think I'm queer?"
"No, I guess no one does." I was very relieved. "Look,
Tom. No one knows any of this and I don't ever want to even
think about what you told me. I am afraid I would keep
busting into tears. You deserve better, and I am happy for
you. I.I am sorry I jumped to conclusions and opened old
wounds. I got to go." Jeff looked like he was going to hug
me, but then changed his mind. He turned around and walked
away.
I walked back in the house. Ed looked at me and took me
to our bedroom.
"What happened? You look terrible. Did Jeff hurt you?"
I sat on the bed. I wondered what I should say. Maybe it
was better that Ed didn't know. I thought about it and
decided it was. He would be upset for weeks, and what was
worse, he might do something about it. And that would not
end well.
"Jeff asked me if I liked dicks."
"What?"
"I told him Pa raped me and I hated dicks. I even hated
my own dick. I told him they brought nothing but pain." I
looked at Ed and he was grinning and shaking his head. "He
never did that, Ed. My pa. It was a terrible lie. You aren't
supposed to speak ill of the dead."
"Anyone who speaks of Larry at all, is speaking ill of
him. There's nothing good to say. That is just the kind of
rotten person he was."
"But accusing someone of rape!"
Ed sat next to me and put his arm around me. I leaned on
him.
"Don't worry about it. Larry owes you a hell of a lot of
favors. You just let him pay you back for one of them. You
did good, Tom. I am proud of you." Ed bent down and kissed
me. I sucked on his tongue and began to relax. Well,
everything but my dick. It woke up. I sighed. I really did
not want to end up a compulsive liar. I had just told
whoppers to Jeff and Ed. Lying to Ed was much worse.
"I love you, boy."
"I love you, Daddy."
"You want more cream after dinner?"
I grinned and said, "I always want more. Always! If you
can't give me more, I may just have to eat your ass until
you can."
"I like that plan!" Ed said. I laughed and Ed hugged me.
"Let's get ready for dinner."
While I was changing clothes, I noticed there were mini-
blinds on Ed's window.
"Ed, can anyone see anything through those blinds at
night when the light is on?"
"Oh, lord! You are right. They might be able to see our
shadows hugging even if they couldn't see anything else."
"Yes." And knowing Jeff was watching us in the woods
made me worry. But I couldn't say that. I sighed. Maybe I
should have told Ed the truth.
"I'll take care of it."
We left and Mom drove. I sat in the back seat and
worried if anyone else would find out about us.
We arrived at the restaurant, and as usual, all eyes
were on us. I decided not to worry. Ed and I were together
now, and as long as we only had sex in the house, I figured
we would be safe.
Mom and I both had lobster. I didn't want to pick mine
out. I asked Ed to do it. He grinned at me. I was getting
used to not cringing at the prices on the menu. I was still
poor at heart, and in fact, for real. I realized I owned
exactly ninety-seven cents. I laughed when I wondered
whether Ed would give me three cents to make it an even
dollar.
"What are you laughing at?" he asked.
"I just realized that I can't afford to buy a soft drink
in here. I have less than a dollar."
"With you?"
"To my name."
Ed looked stunned.
"If you give me three cents, I'll have a dollar." I
laughed and then Ma and Ed joined in.
"I have more than twice as much money as Tom," Ma said.
I laughed.
"Oh, my lord! I never even thought of that!" Ed said.
"We'll go to the bank tomorrow."
"Thank you, Ed," Ma said. Ed looked at me and shook his
head.
We both liked the lobster, but it was more work than
shrimp and I like shrimp just as much. Ed kissed Mom twice
in the restaurant, which I thought was overdoing it, but
then I remembered they were newlyweds. It was expected. I
was very glad Jeff was not there with his parents. I hoped I
never saw him again, even though I knew that was unlikely.
The manager came by to say hello. I could see Ma was
nervous. I figured she was worried they would kick us out.
Our credit wasn't exactly great before Ed.
When we got home, Ed gave Ma fifty dollars. She went to
her room and Ed and I went to his.
He pulled me into his arms. "I can't believe the most
important person in my life is flat broke."
"It's OK, Ed. When school starts, you will need to give
me milk money, though." Ed laughed.
"I'll save up. Get undressed." I did and so did he. We
got into bed and he kissed me.
"What do you want more than anything else, Tom?"
"Oh, you know the answer to that." Ed grinned.
"Besides me, baby."
"A bicycle. I have always wanted one." I watched Ed's
eyes tear up.
"I never realized how bad you had it. It hurts to think
about it." I watched tears drip down his face. I wiped them
off.
"We found each other. That makes up for everything. I
bet a lot of people go their whole life with someone they
love a tenth as much as I love you." Ed kissed me. And then
he just started rambling in my ear telling me how wonderful
I was and how lucky he was and how he would always love me.
Then I cried.
"Is there anything you want besides the bicycle, Tom?"
"Some of my daddy's cream." Ed grinned.
"Oh, you like that stuff, do you?"
"I love it! My daddy makes it for me special." He
laughed.
He straddled me. I looked at that beautiful dick of his.
I pulled his foreskin back and saw it was dripping. I loved
it when it did that. I licked the head for a while and Ed
sighed.
"Lick that lollipop, boy!"
"It's mighty tasty!"
"Please your daddy, son."
I slid down under him and took his balls in my mouth. I
sucked on them while my man moaned. After a few minutes, Ed
pulled off me. He stroked his cock and then pushed it into
my mouth as he came. His warm juice squirted into my mouth,
and I was one happy boy!
We were laying there and I started to feel guilty again
about lying to Ed about Jeff. I decided to tell him the
truth.
"Ed, I lied when I told you about Jeff."
"What?"
"I was afraid you would worry too much if I told you the
truth. I feel terrible about lying to you, though."
"What did happen?"
"He said he saw us in the woods behind our old house."
"Oh, fuck! What else did he say?"
"He said he could tell I wanted your cock. He told me
you are too old for me." Ed laughed.
"Well, just about everyone would agree with him, except
you and me."
"Anyway, I told him Ma asked you to give me a lecture
about the birds and the bees. I said the reason I was
grinning at your cock and when we got in your truck was
because you promised to show me a dick in action in a porno
film at your house."
"How on Earth do you think up these things?"
"I got a lot of practice from living with my real pa. I
was always making excuses for why I was limping or had
bruises."
"God, almighty! If that man wasn't dead, I would kill
him with my bare hands!"
"I told Jeff he couldn't tell a soul, because Ma would
divorce you if she found out you had pornography and I
finally had a good father and I wanted to keep him."
Ed shook his head, but he didn't look mad.
"I asked him if he had told everyone I was gay, just
because I saw your dick. Then I asked if everyone thought I
was gay. He said, `I guess nobody thinks you're gay'. Then
he apologized for jumping to conclusions."
"You did good, but why did you think you couldn't tell
me the truth?"
"Because you had just called Jeff your enemy right
before I found out he had spied on us. I was afraid you
might do something drastic. Like kill him with your bare
hands." Ed sighed.
"Well, I'm not mad at you, so don't worry. You did what
you thought was best for both of us. Is that why you asked
about the mini-blinds?"
"Yes."
"I'm glad you told me the truth. I see we need to be
even more careful. Because I am never, ever losing you,
Tom." I smiled at him.
"What do you want to do tomorrow, Tom?"
"You know what I want to do tomorrow," I said, grinning.
Ed laughed.
"Besides being fed by Daddy and fucked by Daddy."
"Can we do it again?" Ed laughed.
"You have a wonderfully one-track mind. Let me put it
this way. What would you like to do while we are waiting for
my nuts to make your next meal?"
"Oh, then!" We both laughed.
"You will probably think this is stupid or worse, but I
would like to see how Jack Robinson looks at me. It isn't
that I don't believe you, it's more.like a four headed dog,"
Ed laughed. "It's so unlikely that I have trouble imagining
it." Ed laughed for a while.
"That is because you don't see yourself as you are. You
see yourself as your worthless dad saw you."
I shrugged. "Maybe. I just have trouble imagining what
he would want."
"He wants to bury his bone in your bottom."
"I didn't even realize he had a bone." Ed laughed.
"He's a butcher!" I laughed.
"Oh, yeah."
"We can stop by the market. I think it might be good for
your self-esteem to realize I am not the only person who
doesn't think you are a piece of shit."
"I'm not that bad."
"Almost."
We kissed and caressed each other for almost an hour.
Then everything went terribly wrong. Ha ha! I got you again!
We fell asleep and I dreamt of Ed.
The next morning we got up and went to the diner in town
for breakfast. We sat and the diner, which was usually a
noisy place, was quiet. And it was almost full. We had been
there a few minutes when I looked out the window and saw
Doris Pringle staring at us from outside.
"Ed, that fine, fine woman Doris Pringle is staring at
you again." Someone at the next table laughed. I guessed
they heard me. "I think she wants you for breakfast." A
bunch of people in the diner laughed including Ed and Ma. Ma
tried for a while not to laugh and then gave up. I smiled,
but it was really weird to know everyone was listening to
us. Listening to me. I was used to being completely ignored,
and you know what? I missed it. I didn't want to worry about
every word I spoke being spread around town. I could ruin
three people's lives without even trying.
After we finished eating, we walked around for a few
minutes, waiting for the bank to open. We walked in front of
the toy store. There was a bicycle in the window. Ed stopped
next to me.
"You will be able to buy that, Tom."
I wondered what that meant. I was really hoping he would
buy it for me. I guessed he meant I would get paid when I
went to work for his dealership and could afford it, then.
We kept walking and by the time we got there, the bank
was open.
The manager, Mr. Twilley walked up with a big smile.
"Ed! It is so good to see you!"
"You, too, Bob. We have some business needing done."
"Of course. Come to my office."
We walked in there and sat down. Mr. Twilley closed the
door.
"I want Edith and Tom to each have a credit card in
their name, billed to me. I want to set up savings and
checking accounts for both of them in their names. I want to
transfer seventy-five thousand dollars from my account into
Edith's." Ma gasped and I stared. "And I want to transfer
fifty thousand dollars into Tom's account."
Ma and I weren't the only shocked people in that office.
Mr. Twilley seemed surprised, too.
He smiled, though. "No problem at all."
Mr. Twilley left his office and Ma said, "Ed, you do not
need to do this!"
"I want to do it, Edith. You are a wonderful woman and
you deserve it. I know it seems like a lot of money to you,
but it really isn't."
"Tom, you can buy that bicycle with the credit card. You
don't need to use your own money." I stared at him. He
laughed.
"Close your mouth, Tom."
"This money is yours to do with as you like. Edith, I
don't expect you to use your money at all on stuff for you
or the house. Anything you buy, that I can think of, anyway,
should go on the charge card. Clothes, appliances, food,
stuff like that should all be charged. If you want to buy
Tom, or another relative a gift, you can use your money, if
you want." Ma nodded.
"I hope you two realize how much you mean to me."
"I'm starting to, Ed," Ma said.
We were at the bank almost two hours. I got a checkbook
and learned how to write a check.
"Uh, Ed. What exactly is a check and why would I write
one?"
Ed stared at me.
"You use it instead of money, Tom." I frowned.
"Why wouldn't I just use money?"
Ed grinned. "Because you might want to buy something
that costs three thousand dollars and it isn't safe to carry
three thousand dollars in your pocket. The amount of the
check is taken from your checking account when the check is
cashed. You write a check to a store, then the store sends
the check to the bank and gets cash."
"Wow!" I thought that was a great idea! Ed and Ma
laughed.
"Ed, this is all new to Tom and me."
"I know. You two have made me a happy man. I want to
make you just as happy. This is just a start."
Ed gave Ma five hundred dollars in cash. She stared at
the bills for a while. Then he gave me three hundred dollars
in cash. I looked at it and then at him. He was grinning. I
looked at it again and then at him. He laughed that time. We
left the bank.
"We will come back later in my truck to get the bicycle.
We don't want to scratch your ma's Cadillac putting the bike
in it."
As if by magic, we walked up to Ma's Cadillac and saw a
long scratch running down the side. Ma burst into tears.
Ed hugged her. We stood out there a few minutes looking
at it.
"How could a car make a scratch in another car that long
without denting it?" I asked.
"Someone keyed it," Ed said.
"What does that mean?"
"Someone took a key and deliberately scratched the car,"
Ed told me.
A man I didn't recognize came out of the market across
the street.
"Hello, Howard," Ed said to him.
"I saw it happen, Ed. Doris Pringle did it. She looked
around to make sure no one was looking and scratched the
car."
Ed looked like he was about to explode. He got on his
cellphone and called the police. They were about a hundred
yards away, so it really didn't take them that long to get
there!
Ed showed Officer Dan Dean the damage. Dan Dean's middle
name is Donald, so he goes by Dan D. Or Dandy Dean, as most
people call him. I never have understood why a man like him
was unmarried when men who were ugly were not. Dandy was
very handsome and his bulge was-interesting. While I was
looking at it, it got even more interesting. I wondered if
he was gay, but I knew he dated a woman in another town.
Anyway, Ma once told me that smart women married for better
reasons than looks.
People started coming out of the market to see what was
going on.
Howard told Dandy what he saw.
"How much do you estimate it will cost to repair, Ed?"
Dan asked.
"A couple of grand."
"So it's a felony." That didn't mean anything to me, but
Ed smiled and I heard gasps from some of the other folks.
Ed took Ma in his arms and kissed her. We had an
audience, so I guess he figured he had to perform.
"How are you doing, Tom?" Officer Dan asked me.
"I'm fine, sir." Officer Dan smiled at me.
"There she is," I called out. She was looking at us from
around the corner.
Dan walked towards her. She took off. Dan yelled, "You
are under arrest, Doris Pringle. If you keep running, you
are evading arrest which is a separate crime, and punishable
by time in prison."
Doris stopped and stared with her mouth open.
Ma and Ed both looked happy as clams, so I guessed
everything was fine.
"Do you need anything in the market, Edith, as long as
we are here?"
Ed turned to me and smiled. Ah, Jack Robinson!
"I don't need anything, I need everything!" Ma said. We
all laughed.
"Don't you worry a bit about the car, Edith. I will take
care of it."
Ma shook her head but she was smiling. "I know you will
and I love you for it." Ed kissed her and even I smiled.
"What's a felony?" I asked.
"Don't you watch TV?" Ed asked me.
I looked down.
"Our TV broke about ten years ago, Ed." Ma said.
Ed shook his head. "Tom, it is a serious crime. She will
probably go to prison for it. Plus, she will have to pay for
it to be fixed."
I watched Officer Dan put handcuffs on her. She was in
shock. Dan led her to the police station.
We walked into the market. Ma got a cart. Ed grinned at
me.
"Let's go check out the meat," he said.
We walked back to the meat department. Jack was working.
I looked at the steaks.
"Can I help you? Oh, Tom. How are you?" Jack asked,
grinning.
"I am fine, Mr. Robinson. How are you doing?"
"I'm fine, but you can call me Jack." I smiled. He
looked friendly, but not lustful or even unusually friendly.
I figured Ed imagined the whole thing. Jealousy did things
like that, at least in novels.
"Do you need meat? I have a fine piece, Tom." I stared
at him. It sounded like Ed was right. I heard someone cough
and I figured it was Ed. I want you to know, that if Officer
Dan had said that to me, I would have been flattered. Maybe
excited. Jack? Not so much. He was average looking at best.
No matter how fine his piece was, I had no desire to ever
see it.
"No, Ma is shopping. She asked me to check out your
meat." I heard another cough. "I'll go tell her." I turned
around.
"But you haven't seen it!" Jack said.
I walked away and Ed caught up with me. "Was I right, or
was I right?"
"He just thinks highly of his steak," I said, laughing.
"Way too highly!"
We got to Ma.
"We are going to need about six more carts. That's three
carts for each of you," she said. I groaned and Ed laughed.
"I am sorry, Edith, but I have a busy day ahead of me,"
Ed said. "Besides we are eating out. I thought you were
going to get new appliances."
"I thought I could make do."
"You don't have to make do. If the appliances we already
have are exactly what you want, then fine. Otherwise, you
need to go shopping for them before you buy food."
Ma looked at him for a moment and then nodded.
"I will just buy snacks for now."
"That sounds like a good plan," Ed said.
"Can we get dry-roasted peanuts?" I asked.
Ed looked at me.
"Let me guess. You have never eaten peanuts." I laughed.
"Of course I've eaten peanuts. I just have never eaten
dry-roasted peanuts. I always wondered what they taste like.
You know, how different they are." Ed closed his eyes and
shook his head.
"Ma, will you get microwave popcorn if we have a
microwave?"
"Yes, Tom."
"Edith, we are going to go wait in the car," Ed said.
"All right."
We went outside and got in the car. Ed sat in the front
and I saw him rub his face with his hands. I wasn't sure
why. He didn't say anything and I started to worry.
"Are you mad at me?"
"What? Of course not!"
"Oh."
"I just can't understand how we lived a mile away from
each other but lived in completely different worlds. I feel
guilty for not helping before we became lovers. You were a
neighbor in need, dire need, and I never even noticed." I
didn't know what to say. We certainly never expected him to
help us. Ma would probably have been very uncomfortable if
he had.
"Ed, if it makes any difference, we were poor, but I
wasn't unhappy. At least not after Pa left."
"Thank you, Tom. That does make me feel better. It also
reminds me that money can't compare with love. I had money,
but now I have love and I would give all my money away to
keep your love. Of course, I wouldn't be able to buy you dry-
roasted peanuts if I did."
"Better keep the money. I may like them." We laughed.
"I wish you were back here with me. I really want to
kiss you."
"I know, baby. You want to go home now, or wait for
Edith?"
"I hope she won't be too long. I need you."
"I need you. My dick is weeping like a widow." I
laughed.
"My poor baby is crying out of his one good eye?" We
both laughed.
"He is. He misses you something fierce."
"I love him, Ed. I really do! I love him so much!"
"That is disturbing!" Ed said.
"What is?"
"I am jealous of my own cock." We both laughed.
"Don't be. I love you both equally, although he usually
shows me a better time." Ed laughed. "He and I never just
sit in Ma's car."
"I AM jealous!" We both laughed.
"I just realized that I didn't suck your nuts yet,
today."
"Just don't dry-roast them."
We were both still laughing when Ma put three bags in
the back seat with me.
"It just occurred to me. Do you think we need to worry
about anyone else trying to get revenge like Doris, like the
other loves you jilted for Ma?" Ma laughed. "Like Bertha?"
"No. Howard went back to the market and told his wife.
The whole town will know Doris is in jail in about five
minutes." Ma chuckled.
"Are you very upset about the car, Ma?"
"I was at first, but I know Ed will fix it, so no, I'm
not."
We drove home and Ed and I went straight to his bedroom.
I got undressed in a hurry while Ed grinned at me.
"Eager, boy?"
"Yes, Daddy. I need dick."
"Daddy's got what you need."
I got in bed and stroked myself as Ed slowly undressed.
I moaned when he took his shirt off. He kept grinning and
shook his head. I stopped stroking myself because I was
close to coming.
"Play with yourself. I want to watch."
"I almost came from watching you."
"All you can see is my chest!"
"I know." Ed shook his head again.
"How I managed to pick you I will never know."
"I know, Ed."
"What?"
"I was lucky."
"Were you? Are you sure, because I feel damn lucky?"
"Ed, why didn't you ever find anyone? You could have
moved somewhere and no one there would care."
"I don't want to live a gay lifestyle. I am a homebody
and I love this town."
"I think it's a shame that someone as handsome and nice
as you hasn't had a lover."
"Baby, boy. You were worth waiting for. I mean that. By
our third date, I realized you are my soul-mate. I am so
happy I was the one to get you."
When Ed said things like that, I didn't know how to
respond. I was no great shakes. But I thought he was
incredibly wonderful and he thought the same of me. The fact
is, we were both lucky.
Ed was undressed and got into bed.
"What first, boy?"
"I want to suck your balls."
I lay on my back and Ed straddled me. He lowered his
nuts to my mouth.
"Oh, yes, sweet thing. That is so nice. Daddy's nuts are
full. Daddy's going to feed his boy and then he is going to
fuck him. I moaned around his nuts. I felt Ed's hand on my
dick and he began stroking me. I let his balls out of my
mouth and backed up a little. I pulled his furry cheeks
apart and licked his hole for a while.
"Damn, if that isn't the finest feeling. Tom, boy, you
make me so fucking happy!"
"I want to please my daddy."
"You do. Everything about you, everything you do pleases
your daddy."
I slid back under him and sucked his nuts again. I
alternated between his ass and his balls. Finally Ed spun
around and got his cock into my mouth just as he fired his
pistol. I swallowed a large load of daddy cream. I loved it.
I really did.
Ed softened a little, but I sucked until he was fully
erect.
He pushed my legs up and started eating me. He was
right! His mouth on my hole felt fabulous!
He greased up his cock and placed it at my hole. He
pushed slowly.
"Does that hurt?"
"If I say yes, will you stop?"
"Yes."
"Then no, it doesn't." Ed grinned and shook his head.
"You sure love your daddy's prick."
"I do. I love it so much, sometimes I wish I could carry
it around with me."
"What about the rest of me."
"I couldn't carry you around with me!" We laughed and
then I sighed as he began fucking me. He leaned down and
kissed me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and sucked on
his tongue as he slowly moved inside me. It was absolutely
perfect. How was I to know that our love would end a moment
later? If you fell for that again, you are much too gullible
for your own good.
