Dontay saw Crystal walking up.

Derrek put his arm around Crystal and said, "Hey baby. Missed you." They

Dontay said, "How you doing, Crystal?"

She said, "I'm fine."

Dontay said, "That's good." Dontay gave Derrek a dirty look and Derrek just
shrugs his shoulders, not knowing that Sean was there.

Ryane then yells from behind Dontay, "Hey Crystal! I didn't know you were
coming girl."

Crystal then walks towards Ryane, "I didn't know I was coming either."

Chris said, "I'm going to get something to drink."

Derrek notices that Dontay has a serious look on his face and says, "What's
wrong `Tay?"

Dontay said, "Look I have no problem with you being with Crystal. Hell man,
I congratulate you. She fine ass hell bro. But Sean is here."

Derrek says, "So?"

Dontay responds shocked at what Derrek said, "What the fuck you mean `so'?

Derrek disregards what Dontay said and says, "Look `Tay, I'm not going to

Dontay said as Derrek walks away, "I'm serious cuz."

As the cookout continues on with a couple of minor family fights and

members. Though he didn't formally introduce him as his boyfriend because

Dontay then gets around to introducing Chris to Michael.

Chris walks to his car and Michael follows him.

Dontay walks back out to the barbeque and waves by to his uncle and aunt
who were leaving. He puts the two big buckets of ice on the table and walks
over to his friend Todd who was sitting on one of the lawn couches.

Chris was on his cell phone trying to reach Nino but each of the four calls

Chris says, "Yeah just some family stuff.

The walk towards the front of the house and see Michael coming towards
them, thumbing through his phone.

Dontay says, "Oh Michael. I didn't know you were still here?"

He says, "Yeah, I'm just about to leave. Just wanted to let Tami know. UhÉ
Nice to meet you Chris."

Chris stood there shocked. Dontay said, "Come on let's talk."

Chris said once they sat on the porch, "What up, `Tay?"

Dontay says, "Ok you know the cousin I introduced you to from Chicago?"

Chris nodded. Dontay continued, "Well, she's getting married
Wednesday. It's just small banquet hall wedding and I'm not going, but
everybody else is going. So I was wondering if you'll like to come here and
spend the day and night with me?"

Chris said, "More than anything."

Dontay said, "Well, everybody is leaving Tuesday night at around nine and
will be back Thursday morning. You can come over at about 10 how does that
sound?"

Chris said, "Like fire baby."

Chris says, "Alright baby. I see that the barbeque is damn near dead. I'm
sorry I didn't get the chance to spend the whole day with you but that will
surely be made up next week."

Dontay said, "Definitely."

Chris said, "Bye, `Tay"

Chris gets in his SUV and speeds down the street. Dontay then looks over to
his right and sees Rodney peeking through. With him leaning on the porch
rail, he says, "So what did he say?"

Dontay said after taking a deep breath, "He said `yeah'. Which I knew he
would."

Rodney said after walking over to sit next to Dontay on the porch, "Do you
think planning a day and two night of sex and spending time together will
take your mind off of Robert."

Dontay said, "I hope so. I mean, Chris says he was dealing with some family
issues near the end of the barbeque, and he was sorry we weren't spending a
lot of time together. And you know what I didn't even really notice much. I
had Robert mostly on my mind."

Rodney said, "Look, like I said. You are young. Enjoy life, but be
careful."

Rodney gets up and leaves and goes back into the backyard. Dontay's friend
Todd walks up, greets Rodney and sits next to Dontay on the porch.

Dontay said, "He just left."

Todd said, "You know something Dontay this was my first time really getting

Todd said, "Well, look I have this friend who used to live in my apartment
complex. I still keep in contact with her sometimes and she told me about
this guy who got her cousin in Compton turned onto drugs. She said it was
like a drug, sex scandal thing in L.A. I heard it was on television for a
few months but no minors names were revealed but that who was doing the

and `Tay, I may not remember every detail but he fits the description."
