I am home again:

	I was about to call Det. Dave when he pulled up behind Juan and his
boys as Juan was going home with the boys and Grand ma-ma. Dave and Juan
walked to the door and his boys and Grand ma-ma walked to Juan's house, as
Dave and Juan came to the door I opened it and they came in Det. Dave
wrapped his arms around me and said "I am putting you and Bobby under house
arrest and informing the DA that the Largo P D would be responsible for
delivering the both of you to his office at 10 am tomorrow and that you are
being held at a safe house that the P D owned and that a complaint would be
served on the DA and his sister-in-law at 9 am tomorrow at his office and
the chief would be there to assist with the service of the complaint, and
the complaint would be worded by the Judge and when it comes to a hard nose
old bastard the Judge was a numbed one SOB"I laughed and said "and the shit
will fly but you aren't letting me into his office when you serve him", he
smiled and said "in truth you will be privy to the entire thing as I have
had his office wired for video and sound from Bill death to date".

	I looked at Bobby and said "do you want to have guests over to play
with so you wont be bored, like maybe Togo and his brother so you can watch
TV and eat good food that I will cook, and maybe Juan will come over too"
Bobby was smiling and said "could Det. Dave and his son come over too" I
could not answer but I said "that would be up to Dave and his son"

	Dave looked at me and said "I will ask him and add that everyone
will be Gay and he can let his inhibitions down and be comfortable with who
and what he is, plus there will be no pressure to do anything with anyone,
and I will be here with him to enforce that and to protect every one," I
smiled and said "with Bobby, Juan, Togo and Oscar his brother plus your son
and I think the Judges ward, I think you are right tonight is looking like
fun" at that I walked into Mike's old bedroom and everything was unchanged
except that there was no clothing in the dressers or chests and the same in
my bedroom, but I noticed that the beds were made with new sheets blankets
and pillows plus as I looked around I spotted 3 cameras properly hidden but
seeing that I had worked with Lou on other setups it was not hard to see
them.

	As I returned to the livingroom I caught Dave eye and we walked out
to the covered deck behind the back porch and I said "Dave this house is
wired for sound and video" his eyes got huge and he said "I don't know
anything about it" as I looked around I noticed a South Florida Power and
Light van on the side street and as I lifted a glass of Cabernet red I
could see the laser beam from the side of the house and I said "Dave go
around the block and as you come up behind the truck and be prepared to
blow out both rear tires and at the same time I should have the chief on
the phone and if he can send two police cars here I will send you a flash
to you from the back porch and that is your signal to move in this is about
to blow up and I think that the DA is up to his black ass cheeks in do-do
but I will fight back big time, this time" I walked back into the house and
whispered to the Judge loan me your cell phone and I returned to the deck
with the Judge on my tail as we stood there I filled the Judge in on the BS
in progress he said unless the bastard went before a federal Judge to get a
tap approval his ass is up to it in do-do as we watched the truck started
up and Dave stepped out and shot both rear tires out and as he did 4 men
spilled out of the truck and Dave fired once into the turf and yelled "on
the ground on your faces" that was enough and they did that the two police
cars arrested them and took them away.

	When the black and whites took them away I came to Det. Dave and we
looked inside the van and that was when we went into shock the interior was
a 1st class surveillance vehicle nothing that I had ever seen and I felt
that it was time to call Lou I used Dave's cell phone and when I was in
contact with Lou he said he could be here in 20 minutes so we waited and
kept every one away from the van, when Lou arrived he had his son with him
and I sent him to the house and told him to tell Juan to fix you something
to eat he giggled and ran to the house Lou, Dave and I looked inside the
van and Lou was fascinated with the setup then he said that it was as good
as any thing he has ever worked with and most of what was in the van was
classified and not available to the general public so if we take it no one
can complain and if they want complain who do they complain to.

	We drove the van after we replaced the tires back to the hotel and
put it in the secure storage locker that no one could enter with out the
electronic code and as I parked it Lou changed the code to a new 8 digit
numerical code I could remember and the permutations with 8 numbers is 10
million and it would take some time to work out so it was safe.

	As we drove back to the house Dave said "we have a tail and I know
who it is" Dave took a few turns and the tail stayed with us so Dave called
in to HQ and in a few minutes our tail was wearing a tail two marked police
cars as we took to the highway and cranked it up to 90mph the tail
attempted to keep pace except that the two marked cars hit them with the
blue lights and pulled them over as they slowed down we pulled away and
they were stuck so we went back to the house and put Dave's car into the
garage and closed the door so it couldn't be seen from the street, as we
rejoined the party the Judge informed me that the car that was following
you was the DA's car and he is hot under the collar plus he claims that we
stole his expensive surveillance car, in the mean time I verified that the
surveillance van does not show up on any records i.e. DMV, District
attorney or police records and the plates are forged, Det. Dave said "let
me handle this considering that he is digging his grave I will give him a
new shovel, Judge were was he when he called in his complaint", the judge
looked up and said "he is at his office" Dave called his office and told
the Detective Sargent on the desk "send two detectives to the DA's office
with two tape recorders one in sight to take his statement and a second one
out of sight running and be willing to take a written statement by turning
the one visible recorder off" as he finished his conversation he was almost
on the floor laughing, and when he caught his breath he said "that the
Detective Sargent on the desk asked if MJ was back in charge as what I said
is your take no prisoners type of remark that he would expect from you".

	I smiled and said "I have to change my type of attitude as it is
influencing the people around me" Bobby, Togo and Oscar were missing but
with a quick check I found them in my old bedroom butt naked and asleep in
each others arms, and they looked like three little angles I covered them
and went back into the livingroom as I walked in I said "Dave what type of
recorders do the detectives carry" he smiled "per your suggestion have the
Motorola M-2 combo recorders" I asked "what is there range" he thought and
said "about 100 yards" "Det. Dave can you talk to your boys without the DA
knowing" "we are using the new Bluetooth hands free phone connectors" I
thought about the interview and said "I want to hear what the DA's saying
and ask a few questions of my own".

	Dave called the lead detective on his cell phone and said "Otto put
your cell phone to your blue tooth connection and just before you walk in
call my phone and if we need to we can ask a few questions" all Otto said
is "hi MJ I can feel your fingers in this pie, but I love it" I smiled and
said "Go Otto" as we listened I could hear both the DA and Otto going thru
the normal banter when Otto told the DA that I was in a safe house and
under house arrest he went ballistic and I said "Otto tap the side of the
blue tooth if you have a bug with you" a click came thru I said "with out
making it obvious put one in his office and we will listen in as we come
within 100 yards of his office, but don't get caught, and see me when you
get out of his office" I looked at Dave and said "will you drive me to the
area of the DA's office so we can listen to what goes on after Otto heads
out, I assume that you have a radio that is on the same frequency as the
standard BUG" Dave shook his head and said "you are asking me to break the
law, and Otto too" smiled and said "some times you must `set a thief to
catch a thief' or so I have been told, plus anything that is overheard will
not be admissible in court but it will give us a guide as to were the DA is
about to break the law and from what I remember `fore warned is still fore
armed' plus I think I can thwart him in such a way that will make his
actions illegal and in fact I want him to be so far out on a limb that when
the limb is sawed off his actions will be considered criminal".

	Dave said "no prisoners" and the judge and I laughed, at that
moment the three boys came to the porch wearing there underwear only and I
asked "are you boys hungry and they all smiled and said "Pizza sounds good
to us" I said "there is a Pizza Hut next to the Publix Market call and see
if they deliver and order 2 Deluxe XL pizzas with every thing on them
except the little fishes and ask how much, my treat" they screamed and ran
for the phone and in ten minutes they came in and said "the full pizza cost
is $24.00 and they will be here in 15 minutes" I handed them $30.00 and
said tell the driver that he should keep the change as they don't pay the
drivers worth a shit" as we waited I said "Lou you answer the door and the
boys will be out here but the remaining adults should be in the livingroom
otherwise it will look suspicious" he took the money and we waited, after
the pizza was delivered I found a large pack of paper plates and served out
some pizza and Juan served up Pepsi® and the boys and every one pigged out
and after I had 1 slice I told Det. Dave time is getting away lets get down
town, as we pulled in to the underground Parking lot I could hear the DA on
Dave's radio and as we sat there he was about to finish his conversation
with Otto and the voices were a little muffled so as we sat there I waited
and the voice cleared and I could hear the DA saying "now we need to know
where they are holding that SOB so we can kill him and most of the people
that are with him that way he killed everyone and he was unstable and we
can ask for a retrial for both my Dad and my Brother, that way we can clean
up two problems at the same time, Robert where do think he is" Robert
answered "he may be at his old house across the street from where I killed
Bill and set fire to the house using Acetone and made it look like Bill was
running a Meth lab" as he said that I looked at Dave and said "I need
Kevlar® and my old 9mm, plus the bullets that were dug out of Bill were 22
cal. the caliber of choice for a pro so the vest will easily stop them and
then I will cap him with my 9mm or yours but we need an army to cut off the
others, and as a FYI I will not kill him but I will cripple him only and
the type of pain I will inflict will fix him for life and that is for sure
he will never walk again" I was very upset and I was figuring what I would
do next but I wanted the kids out of there and to safety.
