			    Chris In The Middle

Chapter 4


It has been two weeks since I got beat up by Chris's father.  The police
were in my hospital room two days after I woke up.  They asked me some
questions about me and Chris and I was honest with them.  They talked to
Chris and his mother but no charges were filed against me.  It seems that
Chris's father was a more mince to society then me.  Chris mom told the cops
that she wasn't going to press any charges against me but she was against
her soon to be EX husband.  Apparently the DA felt the same way.

Me my mom and dad all talked about Chris and what I felt for him.  They said
that they wouldn't stop us from being together.  They already knew I was gay
but until the accident didn't know about Chris as my boyfriend.  I know they
wished he was older but they understand how we don't control our hearts our
hearts control us.  Me and Chris's mom talked a long time about Chris and
how we felt for each other.  Like my parents she isn't all that happy about
the age range but she knows I won't hurt Chris, and she knows how much in
love we are.  I think that us deciding to wait on sex impressed her.

As we were talking Chris came in, but he wasn't happy it was as if he had
been crying.  He didn't look up at first but when he did, me and his mom
noticed the black eye Mrs. Davis went over to him.

"Honey what in the HELL happened?" she asked him.  He just looked at her
then me and started crying.  He came over to me and hugged me crying on my
shoulder.

"Baby what happened?  Please tell us" I begged having tears in my eyes for
him being hurt.  He just looked at me and nodded.

"Brian has went around school telling everyone I am gay, and that
we..are..." he just started sobbing.  I knew what he was going to say and so
did his mom.  I scooted over and Chris got in the bed with me.  I wrapped my
arms around him and held him.   A few minutes later he stopped crying.
Turns out he was asleep.  He turned over in my arms and put his head on my
chest.

"I was afraid that that boy was going to do something." Mrs. Davis said
obviously pissed off.

"So what are we going to do about it?" I asked as I stroked my lovers back.
She looked at me like I was crazy.

"WE are not doing anything.  YOU are going to rest and love my son and help
take care of him I am going to go to the school in the morning and have a
talk with the principle.  If he doesn't do anything to help he can talk to
my lawyer." she said.  About that time my parents came in the room.  They
saw Mrs. David pissed and Chris with a black eye.

"Oh my God what happened?" asked my mom.  Mrs. Davis told them what
happened.  Since my mom worked for an attorney she said what Mrs. Davis was
doing was right, but she should talk to her attorney first to see what he
says.  Mrs. Davis agreed and went over to the phone in my room and called
her lawyer.

As she was hanging up Chris woke up.  I think he forgot where he was.

"Hey sorry I feel asleep." he said smiling at me.

"That's ok baby you needed to rest.  How is the eye?" I asked looking at
him.  He just nodded his head then leaned up and kissed me.  OMG my parents
and his mom was there, I couldn't believe it, but hey mine as well enjoy it
and that is what I did till a throat cleared it self.

"Ggggg if you two don't mind." said my mom.  Chris looked at me blushed and
hid his head.  I chuckled as did the adults.  As Chris was laying there the
doctor came in.  He gave us a curious look then smiled.

"Well since you seem to be fine enough to have that young gentlemen in your
arms then you are well enough to leave." he said smiling at me.  I just
nodded and so did Chris giving me a BIG hug.
After being released we all headed over to my house.  Me with my parents and
Chris with his mom.  After we got there I went into the family room and laid
on the couch even though I was out of the hospital I was still sore.  Chris
came in and I turned on to my side and let him lay down with me.  I wrapped
my arm around him, as I slowly drifted to sleep.

The next thing I know my dad is shacking me and telling me to go to bed. I
look down and Chris is still in my arms.  Dad says that Chris's mom is
letting him stay out of school because of what happened and he could stay
over here tonight.  I smiled said ok and my dad left.  I gently shook Chris
and he stirred.

"What?" he asked.  He slowly opened his eyes and noticed that it was dark.
"Oh no my mom will be upset that I am here and not at home." he said
shacking.  I wrapped my arms around him.

"Babe your mom is not letting you go to school tomorrow because of what
happened.  You are staying here tonight.  Come on lets go to my room and go
to sleep." I said giving him a loving smile.  He nodded and helped me off
the couch and we went to my room.  He stopped to use the bathroom first,
after he finished I went in and I used it.

We went to my room and stripped down to our briefs, at the time we were both
so tired we didn't even notice how we were climbing into bed.  I laid down
and Chris laid next to me.  He put his head on my chest and his left arm
over my stomach.  I had my left arm under his head and my right arm was over
his left.  We feel asleep in each others arm after we told each other that
we loved the other.

I don't know what time it was at first but the first thing I did realize was
that I was in my bed alone.  Was it a dream or was what happened with
Chris's Dad real.  I got my answer shortly after that thought.  Chris walks
in my room freshly showered and carrying a tray of food.  He saw me looking
at him and gave me a shy smile with his head down.  I feel in love with him
all over again.

"Hey baby you finally got up I see." he said as he sat the tray on my lap.
I just nodded and reached up and brought his head down to mine.  I gave him
a gentle kiss.  When I released him I saw him blush for just an instant.
Then he leaned down and kissed me back.  I ate my lunch and took my
medicine.  Chris helped me up and I gathered some cloths and went to take a
shower.  I didn't even jack off.  I love Chris so much but even though we
both knew we wanted sex at that moment in that time we just loved being
around each other.  SO hey I didn't need to jack off, well not yet hehe.

After my shower I got dressed, brushed my teeth and headed to the family
room.  I saw Chris sitting on the couch watching TV.  I slipped in behind
him and wrapped my arms around him as he laid back gently against my chest.
I held him as we watched TV, waiting till either my parents or his mom got
here.
