Chapter 3

And the train continues onto Chicago:

	I stood and looked at David and said "will you be joining me
tonight or will you be spending the night with your brother and sister" he
looked at Margot and she said "its up to you" he smiled and said "I will be
coming here after dinner" at that Margot chuckled, and I said "if you
people give me some time to finish my lesson plan I will eat dinner with
you" David said "YES" I smiled and Margot said "at the 1st sitting that way
the littlest ones will not fall asleep".

	I smiled and said "that sound good to me" I returned to my lesson
plan and Margot went out but David remained behind he came to my side and
watched me setting up my lesson plan he was painfully close but for a
change kept his mouth shut. So I worked after a half hour I looked at him
and he had most of his clothing off and was wrapped in the bed blanket
asleep I smiled and in an other 45 minutes I was finished.

	I contacted the office and when Gloria my secretary answered I said
"set up for a data transfer" she said "30 seconds boss" I set it up and in
30 seconds I started to transmit my lesson plan it took about 3 minutes and
it was gone, I sat and as I did Gloria called and said "Hi boss and to let
you know you are still a slob, and I will have this thing totally cleaned
up and back to you in the Morning, at the hotel, Good night Boss".

	At that moment I felt very fatigued I looked at David and he looked
so peaceful so I lowered the upper bunk and as gently as I could I lifted
him into it and as I did I totally relaxed in my bed and I felt like I had
just closed my eyes and there was a soft knock on the door.

	I walked to the door to find Margot and she looked a little upset
she said to me "Mr. McMaster I cant find David" I put my finger to my lips
and lead her to my bed and as I reached it she stood on my small table and
she never said a word until we reached the door and she said "he really
loves you".

	I looked shocked and said "No it is not love yet, now it is trust"
"and he knows that I will never hurt him either by accident or on purpose"I
smiled and said "give us 15 minutes and we will meet you in the dining car
so if you get a table for 5 we can all eat together" she smiled and said
"he really does love you" I shook my head and said "he is too young to know
what love is".

	"He may be too young to know love but you aren't" I was blushing
and I knew I was because my face felt like a 2nd degree sun burn, I looked
at her and said "he is easy to love and he's a good boy and I miss my own
sons" I smiled and woke him and said "dinner".

	Margot walked out, and as I helped him down, I was fondling him, as
I deep kissed him and he was stone hard and he wanted more, but I said "we
have to get dressed and Margot will be waiting in the dining car" he smiled
again gave me a quick kiss and with my help he and I were dressed in 15
minutes.

	As we entered the dining car Margot waved and David waved and he
and I walked to the table I leaned down and soft pecked Mary's cheek and I
gently rubbed Squirts head he pushed back against my hand so I kissed him
on his forehead he reached up and I tickled his belly that was exposed, he
wanted more but it was dinner time Margot looked at me and said "they all
love you".

	I smiled at her and said "that is not love it is a child's lack of
fear of someone they trust, and it is a trust that is with out bounds"
Margot looked at me and said "I have never had that amount trust in me" I
smiled and answered "your there mother and you have to discipline them and
they love you but I am an outsider not some one that will blister there
butts if they get out of line" she shook her head as she understood me.

	I looked at David and said "but I would blister your butt if you
got out of hand" he turned a color red that almost look painful we ordered
dinner and I was helping Margot feed the Squirt and he was having a ball as
I was feeding him chicken and Margot was feeding him vegetables and he ate
both with equal gusto, this boy was going to be a healthy and a big boy.

	The almost silent click-click of the train wheels as it raced down
the track was like a sleeping pill and the longer that I spent on the train
the more comfortable I became not that I wasn't vigilant but at the same
time I was very relaxed and as we finished dinner I said to Margot "will
someone be meeting you in Chicago" she shook her head and said "no but a
taxi will get me anywhere we need to go" I smiled and said "maybe not I
have a Lincoln Navigator meeting me at the train station, with a chauffeur
that knows the city better than both of us put together, and he is paid for
by the company, so we load every one up and he will take you to your
destination before he takes me to my hotel".

	She smiled and said "I don't want to inconvenience you but I do
thank you for the offer" I was a little upset and I said "it was not an
offer it is the plan and the best way that every one gets safely to their
final destination" Margot looked at me and said "do you have enough time
before you need to be in with your clients" I smiled and said "More than
enough, and as a side light, David is not the man you will be seeing in
Chicago's son, and you need to be comfortable with him maybe David might
want to come with me and it will free you up to be in a better bargaining
position with him, unfortunately I know what a good bargaining position is
worth" she looked at David and said "it will be an inconvenience as you are
on business and it might be a bit boring for him" I softly chuckled and
said "the students that I will be talking to have more in common with David
than I have, so he may be able to tell me if I am on or off the spot I
should be at".


	She looked at David and said "this trip was my idea and you wanted
to stay home so the offer that Mr. McMaster's has made would be up to you
and I really don't know" David looked at me and said "would I be staying
with you 24-7 or what, and would you be busy 8 to 10 hours a day".

	I looked at him and than at Margot and I said "to start with I
don't think I will be busy more than 6 hours a day and you will be working
with me as a paid observer and on a daily basis can tell me if I was
getting through to the students, considering that you and most of them are
around your age" he looked at his mom and he was trying to think of what to
say finally he said "I have nothing in common with Norman and I would be
bored to death if I ended up sitting in the outer office with Mary and
Squirt all the time, plus if I remember Norman as I do he is a workaholic
at the exchange".

	I said "well than its settled you have my sat, cell and hotel phone
numbers, plus we can meet for dinner with you, `Norman' and David.  And I
will be happy to host the dinner at my hotel considering that it is a 5
star facility".

	Margot smiled and said "I am glad that you have a the ability to
plan out a trip and make the small adjustments that make the dam thing
work, as I cant and I always end up having to make constant adjustments to
fix little errors that I didn't prepare for".

	I looked at her and said "it has taken me many years of traveling
around both the USA as well as the world on company business, to refine a
strategy and as a plus I have the best personal secretary on the planet and
if you live in Los Angeles area we will see each other again and then you
will meet her.

	We finished dinner and the little ones were getting a little fussy,
as it was dark out and long past there bed time, Margot was happy that
David and I were a good match and I had a feeling that she understood what
our real relationship was, and that seriously scared the shit out of me.
But if she did this could be the beginning of a long and fruitful
relationship as in fact I was falling in love with the boy and I felt that
he really needed me.

	As David and I walked back to my stateroom I looked at him seeing
that I had my arm around his shoulder and I said "has your mother asked
about how much you and I have done in my stateroom" he blushed and he said
"can we talk about this when we are in your room" I softly squeezed him and
said "my house my rules if you lie to me you will be sleeping with squirt
and Mary" he blushed to a point that I think he was in serious pain and he
said "she made a statement that she was happy that I have found a Man that
I could love and feel safe to be with, and I said I do love him" as he said
that I gently swatted his butt and kissed his forehead, after he finished I
said "Its nice that I have fallen in love with a boy that tells the truth"
he looked at me and there was tears in his eyes and he was smiling.

	That evening we did very little and it was not anyone's fault we
were just too comfortable with what we were doing (or not doing) that sex
was not something that mattered, I held him in my arms and he had on his
tighty whites and he fell into a deep and almost dreamless sleep and
sometime during the night he went from being on the outside of the bed to
the inside and as the train was working its self into the fringes of
Chicago's suburbs David kissed me and said "hey Old man I think we should
start to get dressed" I grabbed him and as he was fighting to get away from
me I was tickling him to a point that if I continued he would have wet
himself, so I let him go and he ran to the bathroom and he drained the main
vein and as he did I stepped up and did the same thing he smiled and said
"my dad and I use to do this on weekend mornings, it's nice that you do the
same."

	I gently swatted his butt and said "if you don't move that cute
butt of yours we will be late" he blushed nose to toes and said "is it
really cute" I gently lifted him into my arms and I softly kissed him and I
said "does that answer your question" he sat and pulled on his sox and
pants I handed him his T-shirt and outer short sleeve dress shirt and as he
dropped his pants and tucked his shirt in than re-buttoned his pants he was
almost ready at the same time I was almost fully dressed.

	I pulled down the upper bunk and messed up the sheets and blanket
we were ready not a minute too soon there was a knock on the door and David
unlocked it and squirt ran in and I grabbed him and swung him so high that
his sandals hit the ceiling and Margot said "you just made his day" I
tucked him in one arm and as I did the porter came in and I pointed to all
bags and said "please get them to a red cap on the platform" as he
collected the bags I stuffed a 10 spot into his jacket pocket and he
thanked me and as we pulled into the station he passed off the bags and the
whole troop headed for the central terminal.

	As we walked I had my arm around David's shoulder and I had squirt
in my other arm like that's the way it should be, Margot was carrying
little Mary as she was not fully awake when we came out into the main
concourse a young man was holding up a sign that said M. J. McMasters I
gave him the high sign and he asked "all of this is yours" I smiled and
said "No we will take Margot to her appointment and then you will take me
and David to the hotel".
