Ch: 10  Getting A Grip


John had begun a new model series that featured both males and females in
natural and even industrial settings.  He had done this type of thing
before.  This new series took some of the old themes and recast them in a
more sensuous and explicit light.  Since Cory was in school he could only
see the work as it was being processed and made ready for publication.
Taking advantage of the lingering fall weather, John shot twenty sets in
just two weeks.  John also knew that the late fall and early winter would
be very busy, as the advertisers got ready for the big shopping season.
Most of the advertising is shot about six months before but not all and
always last minute stuff is needed.

John worked with Leah to form the core of an independent porn video studio.
This work had been on going all summer and was beginning to come together.
These were all young and most new to the profession.  Not all these models
were interested in acting but those that were and met John's standards
would comprise a formidable stable.  Leah would also bring a few
established and well thought of actors into it.

John and Kevin worked with Myron to form a marketing and production
company.  JTP would be contracted to do some or most of the still
photography.  It is important to keep arms length and to find others who

it all.  The new company will be a privet corporation.  They are seeking

It was John senior that recognized difficulties for Cory, even before John

It was senior that contacted Brenda to discuss Cory's social and
educational needs.  John had been educating Cory, to the best of his

Cory would soon have some of that experience with his new cousin Edward and

He could participate in some of those classes, part of the time, using
technology like Skype.  John junior would need to see Cory had access to
tutors.

This is not unlike child actors who attend classes with a tutor, while at
the studio or on location.  Unlike them, Cory would spend some real time in
the school, gaining that social interaction, which is so important.

At first Brenda was not supportive.  It was William that convinced her this
was a rational solution.  He had been home schooled through all of primary
and most of his secondary education.  He found it very hard to adjust in
grades 11 and 12, when he reentered the "real world".  His opinion of John
senior's ideas were highly supportive.

The Junior high principal was more willing to consider the proposal, seeing
who it was being made by.  Cory was not sure.  He wanted to be with John
and anything that allowed it, would be to his liking.  He was unsure how
the other kids would react to this new situation.  His friends would be
supportive.  It was the others he was not sure about.  He would give it a
try, as long as Brenda was in agreement.

Cory and John would leave in early November for a southern hemisphere tour.
That was still some time in the future.

Jonathan came home to find one of the most interesting scenes he had ever
seen.  The music was playing loud, no one heard him enter. The door to
Cory's room was open, he looked in.  On the bed were Cory and Edward.  The

display, sitting next to Cory's Power Book Pro.  On the Power Book's screen

Cory's group of friends began to consolidate around him.  They were face
booking, texting and twittering when he was not attending classes.  John

first.  After a while he found the attention and company of the young

Edward is a class behind Cory and he missed his presence in school most of
all.  John had Ed enrolled in the dojo, swimming, gymnastics and often

Until they leave for the winter trip, Cory would spend three nights at
John's and four at home.  He would attend classes three or four days a week
depending on the work load at Cory's Friends.

parties from each others business interests, except for portraits.  John

Cory found he had to spend most of Friday keeping up with the email from
his model friends and fan communications.  John was now seeking Cory's
input on photo selection and he had lots of work with the ghost writers.
In no time at all Cory's Friends had tripled its subscriptions and they
just kept on growing.  The fans kept asking for more of him but Cory and
John insisted on keeping to the original business plan and schedule.

Speaking of business plans.  The consultant paid a visit, he brought his
younger brothers and their friend with him.  Cory took that week off
classes but both he and his now new friends, had school work to occupy some
of their time.

The consultant's name is Mattias Maki.  He comes from a small town in
northeastern Wisconsin. Mat is a part time masters student and full time
business man.  He is a specialist in business plans and start ups.  He had
been thinking about the porn film studio thing.  He did not say where he
gained his knowledge or experience, in relation to such a venture or with
the internet part of the marketing and promotion plan.  It was clear to

Mat's brother Andy is two years older then Cory.  His foster brother Eric
is just about Cory's age, their friend Dennis is Andy's age.  Cory was set
to showing them around the studio and the town, while the older boys talked
business.  Since Cory does not drive, John had him hire a taxi for the day.
Andy, Eric Dennis and Cory wound up at John's apartment and in his bed by
the time John, Kevin and Mat arrived.

The four boys quickly ascertained they were all loved by men and all free

from his existing model base and Leah could find most of the remainder .

Kevin, a size queen under most conditions, thought they should recite a

offered as part of the other divisions, something that would surely set
their site apart from the others.  He offered to work up a sub-business
plan for that section.  He would call it the Audacious Club.  Given, as an
adjunct to the other divisions, they would only need to feature one new
model a month.  Some of the models would come from the other three
divisions and some not.

He was thinking of defining the minimum Audacious size as length greater
then 8" and girth greater then 6".  He thought each model shoot would

money.  Recent graduates are also willing to help.  These are some great

series calling it, "School Boys."

"That is a good idea but will that be enough money to keep the school
open," Myron asked?

"Yes as long as the series is expansive enough.  Lets say 6 movies and 12
to 14 still sequences, plus the location fees, should see them through this
year.  The tuition already paid is enough to cover operating.  To rebuild
the endowment, I though they could charge a fee, a very hefty fee, for men,
mostly alumni, to come and watch the filming and enjoy the company of the
under aged boys," Mat explained.

"Like I said, Call Boys," Andy said again.

"What kind of fees are you talking about," Kevin asked?

"For the actors, models and location the going industry rates.  The school
will provide all the props, make up artists, costumes and so on.  They will
assist with all the usual paperwork and write the scripts or
scenarios. Their communications classes will help with the editing and so
on.  Most of the volunteers work in the entertainment and modeling
industries in one way or another.

For the privilege of watching the filming, food and accommodation, I was
thinking a thousand per weekend.  For the company of a boy or boys, I was
planning an auction process, with a minimum bid of $300/day/boy," Mat
said. "The younger they are the higher the floor price.  I saw some 12 and
13 year olds that should bring 1200 or more."

"Are all the boys willing to do that," Cory asked?

"Sure they are.  They love their school and they just love sex.  These kids

as I was when you visit the place," Andy explained.

revenue would come from the internet.  Again the technical crew and server
farm could be common.  A common studio location and offices would also help
keep costs down.  With five divisions instead of three, the overhead for

fed and a goodly adverting budget was needed at the launch.  He figured it
would take six months to get organized and another six to have enough
quality product ready.

"I think at least three months supply of weekly updates for each division
will be needed, in addition another three months supply ready for editing.
If we keep shooting a good six months in advance that should be plenty of
time for the unforeseen," Mat explained.

Kevin and John thought their present internet crew could be expanded to
handle that part.  He would need to hire more production people.  Some of
the actors and models had also expressed a willingness to start working on
that side of the business.  They could be quickly trained.

Mat emphasized starting out with mostly very young and new people.  He
thought they should try and keep turnover down to 10% for the first two
years and let it rise to 25% after that.  Depending on the growth they
could expand the number of new entries if needed and always add seasoned
personnel.

The key here was finding new talent and bringing them quickly along.  Build
a stable that is more then meat but a family.  In this business no actor
need work with, read that have sex with, another he or she did not like.
That just won't work.  It would be best to build a group that respected, if
not liked, each other.  Mat advised the personnel director be a
psychologist by training.  An older man or woman that had some industry
experience perhaps.

"You mean we need our own Dr. Phil," Cory said.

"Yes you need that and you need one medical doctor, accountant and a lawyer
as well.  You will need some fairly strict rules in your contract about
drugs and substance abuse, maintaining physical fitness and so on.  You
just can't have any of them contracting AIDS or getting into trouble with
the law, or raising to much interest in the stupid fan press," Mat advised.

"How do you keep a lid on the under aged activities at this boarding
school," Myron asked?

"That's the easy part.  The boys know they must keep things quiet or loose
the whole set up.  The men know jail is the result of foolishness.  The
school admin has no real choice but to keep things silent or they too go to
jail.  A good number of the male parents are alumni.  All I talked to are
willing to go along."  Mat explained.

Andy added, "the young boys are all paired with older boys for the first
couple of years.  I think, they use hypnosis as the primary tool, one of
both suggestion and control for the young ones.  By the time they are older
they know the score and just seem to know what to do."

"It will take a large amount of up front capital to get this thing on the
road.  I am thinking we can lease and rent almost everything needed.  The
key people should be experienced and probably former performers or
technicians.  I would think we can operate the web sites with a staff of
about 30, plus a few contractors.  I am looking for gross revenue of ± 4.5
million/year for the gay and hetro division and 1.5 million/year from the
bi section.  This should generate an internal rate or return of 25% on an
capital investment of 1.2 million.

For the studios, I see about 1.5 million in fixed assets and 2 million in
up front cost, i.e. production, distribution and advertising.  The IRR
should be about 15%.  If we can produce enough quality product from the
five divisions we should see about 2.5 million per year gross or better,"
Mat explained.

The discussion went on for some time.  Myron became more talkative and the
only person to say almost nothing was Eric.  Cory and Andy made a few
suggestion, mostly from the potential subscriber's point of view.

This meeting ended with everyone going to their respective dwellings.  The
true sexual adventures began the following day.

card too.

Edward and Cory were planning on sharing Cory's room.  That is what they
told Will.  Cory stopped and left a note for Branda, saying to everyone,
"When she goes out with her women friends she is always quite late."  John
offered Will a brandy.  While the men talked in the living room, the boys
settled into Cory's room to play computer games.

John pored a large one for Will.  "Not having to drive is a big advantage,"
William thought.

Branda's and his life.  John assured him, Cory had only said positive
things and that he was happy for his mother and for himself.

"You seem to have a special relationship with the boy John," Will observed,
in a tone of voice more question than statement.

"Yes, Cory and I have developed a strong friendship.  I never realized how
lonely I had become until he started working for me.  Every boy needs a
mentor or mentors.  Cory will benefit from your guidance and friendship, he
will benefit from mine, his coaches and instructors."

"Is Cory gay," William asked?

John filled William's brandy snifter again and they continued their
conversation..... "I would like to spend a lot more time with Edward, if
you have no objection, John."

"I think that would be good for Edward and probably for you too.  Edward
will be trying to find himself sexually, if that hasn't started already."
Just then the rhythmic sounds of fucking were clearly coming from Cory's
room. "I guess it has already started.  He could use a solid mentor and I'm
afraid I will be spread a bit too thin."

"Are you sue you want me to take that role?"

"If you want it and only if you want it.  Edward needs a friend, if that
friend feels comfortable as a sexual mentor good, if not, good too."

"You mean if he and I..."

"Yes, if he comes on to you and you accept.  If it goes that far, the boy
controls the sex.  It is the only way to balance the power differential.
If you want him as a lover you should court him, just like you courted
Brenda.  If not, no problem.  Just be careful with the gifts and public
displays of affection.  Gifts, except for small trinkets, should be kept
here.  Just like now, if the boys are getting it on, you must keep out,
unless invited."

John filled his brandy again.  William was getting very drunk.  Fortunately
he was a talkative and happy drunk.  John has no time for abusive or
difficult people, drunks especially.

Will wanted to ask John if he and Cory were lovers but even as drunk as he
was, he didn't.  He wasn't completely sure he wanted sex with Edward,
although the boy was very attractive.  Brenda was good in bed and good in
almost all other respects too.  He wasn't sure he wanted to risk that.  He
wasn't sure it was fair to her or fair to his soon to be step son.  As they
talked on Will realized that his friendship with Edward, no matter what
form, would not diminish the friendship between the boys or between Edward
and his uncle.

"I think Edward was coming on to me this evening, John.  I'm honestly
scared by it."

"I think you should be honored, not scared.  Nor am I sure he was, "coming
on to you", as much as just trying to make a friend.  Your a kind and
gentle man and I know Cory gave you a good recommendation, so did I."

William gulped the remainder of his brandy and placed his hand over the
snifter, when John want to refill it.

"Edward was flirting with me, like lots of women and a few men have in the
past.  I am not sure he realized it but that is what it was.  When he
looked at me with those wide hazel eyes I felt it in my crotch, John.  I
guess I'm not accustomed to lusting after a 13 year old.  After hearing the
action in the next room I damn sure he is not as innocent as I thought."

"Well, you are the adult here, Will.  He can not seduce you, unless you
want to be seduced.  Lots of the models I photograph set my motor running.
A good number would be willing bed partners.  I try and keep it
professional.  I can't say I have never gotten my rocks off with any of
them.  I have and will in the future.  I'm just very selective.  Cory can
tell you, I am friends with many of them.  We enjoy each others company but

In what seemed like a flash Will was asleep on the sofa.  John covered him
with a light blanket and wrote a note for Brenda.  "Dear Brenda: William
has had a little to much brandy and is asleep on my sofa, Cory and Ed are
camped in my guest room.  John".  He went down and slipped it under the
door.

In the morning the boys were up first.  On seeing Will asleep on the sofa
they quickly retreated to their room and dressed.  If you are normally
naked and you put on the briefest briefs you can find, that's dressed isn't
it?

Cory made the coffee while Ed snuggled with John in a half hatred attempt
to wake him up.  Edward had seen his dad hung over, so he knew what to
expect when William woke up.  John showed him where the ASA were kept and
Ed did the rest.  As soon as William stured, Ed was at his side, dressed
only in those briefs, with a large glass of water, 3 ASA tablets and a
steaming cup of coffee.

Ed was sympathetic but not overly.  He showed real interest in Will and his
plight, self inflicted as it may be.  Ed gently ran the back of his hand
over Will's cheek, "I wish I could do something to ease your, um
... discomfort," he said in a soft concerned tone of voice.  The tingling
was real and felt by both man and boy.  Had anyone been looking they would
have noticed the general effect Ed, in his near nakedness, was having on
Will.  Will recognized it and was just a little embraced and much more
greatly confused.

"Thanks Ed, one would think I would know better then to over indulge, I
usually do.  I'm not sure why I lost control," The look on Ed's face shook
Will just a bit. "It is nothing you had any hand in, don't look like that.
I did it to myself.  John pored but I was not forced to drink.  Are you
sure you want a friend that looses control so easily?"

"Yes I'm sure I want you as a friend and friends stand by each other.  Cory
thinks I should model," Ed said, "twirling slowly around to show off all
his assets, nice package, stimulated by the man's touch on his leg, flat
tummy and just right, small round, highly positioned, butt.  All clearly
outlined by the baby blue, skin tight briefs.  "My dad said, I needed to

Will replied, rubbing his hands over his forehead, "that seems like a
reasonable request."  Ed just nodded in agreement.  Will started to rise
and Ed provided his hand in support.  Not letting go, Ed tugged slightly,
William followed to the toilet.  Ed handed him a new tooth brush and backed
out.

"The kid's hand is as soft as Brenda's, all be it slightly smaller," Will
thought, "I never dreamed I would be given an erection just by taking his
hand.  Well, I never dreamed a 13 year old boy was be coming on to me
either or that I am pleased and flattered he is," Will thought.

Cory left with William.  He told Ed to phone him in about an hour, to go
swimming.  William took Ed's hand and thanked him for his kindness, rubbing
his forehead with it. Cory thought, "if you think his hand is magic on your
head wait until he gets a hold on your balls with it."

"Did I do good uncle John?"

"Yes Ed, you did very good.  I would just take it slow and easy.  Let what
ever is to develop do so in its own time," John said, slipping his arm
around Ed's shoulders,pulling the boy to his chest, and bending slightly to
kiss him.  "You can have him in your bed if you want him."

"How do you know, did he say something?"

"The look on his face when we heard you and Cory fucking last night."  Ed
giggled and motioned with is right hand to indicate John continue. "It was
surprise, a sardonic smile and a knowing look.  You are getting to him on a
number of levels, as I said, just let it develop."
