"I guess you're not going to fuck me, huh Tony?"

"Sorry `bout that," Tony replied, a little relieved they didn't get to that
stage on account of the moist fluid clinging to both of their pubes.

As they stood, Denis says with worry, "Oh shit! I hope it's going to come
off. I mean... like I don't want it showing on my shorts when I head back
to my cabin."

Tony blurts out, "Tissues," grabbing a wad from the box on the desk.

Denis wasn't half as embarrassed as Tony, when a knock came at the door,
Ron opening it. "Oh sorry." Then as if he really meant it, "You should have
locked the door. I mean.... um you guys.." A silent pause followed, as Ron
eyed up the gummy deposit. "I guess you two are winding down your visit,
huh?"

"Ron, you think you can leave us to our privacy?" Tony asked, annoyance in
his vocal inflection.

"Oh sure. I just wanted to let you know I'll be locking up soon
and.... never mind... take your time Tony. Oh! And you too, Denis."
Leaving, he stuck his head in one last time to say, "Oh and Denis, dinner
will be served soon. Sorry guys," he uttered one last time, lingering
enough as his whole purpose was to view Tony's bare bod as long as
possible. He probably shouldn't have, but made comment, "Nice," before
closing the door behind him.

"What's wrong with me?" Denis asked.

"What do you mean `what's wrong with you'?"

"The whole time Ron was here he was checking you out. He only looked at me
when he first came in and then dwelt on your... you know."

With his pants on, but still the flaps open, Tony held the top rim as he
walked over to Denis, his hand extended as he said, "Com-mere. This is what
you've got that he ain't got!" He planted his lips on Denis'.

As they reassembled their wardrobes about their bods, Denis asks, "Tony
does this mean we're sort of more than friends?"

Tying up his sneaker, Tony quick-thinks it then says, "Hey, any guy who can
make me cum without stroking me off.. well it's gotta be more than `just'
friends!"

It satisfied Denis' question in his mind. It also lifted his spirits so
much he was set on not coming down from heaven anytime soon.

After fully dressed Tony, putting the finishing touches on Denis,
straightened out his tee shirt snug to his shoulders. They embraced for a
farewell kiss and hug.

"I feel so good with your arms around me Tony."

"Same here," Tony replied. "I gotta get going babe. We don't want Ron to
lock us both in here all alone now, do we?"

"I wouldn't mind!" Denis replied, the widest smile adorning his
almost-white complexion.

"I got things to do though." Straying from the subject of their
togetherness, Tony elaborated on Nelson Corrado's hairbrain scheme of all
the guys getting on bikes. "Only problem is some of the guys can't afford
to buy a `good' bike. We talked. Nobody wants one those cheap dime-store
bikes you know?"

In Denis' mind he didn't want to be left out, saying, "Can you like get me
one and I'll pay you back sometime?"

Tony wasn't any bonafide shrink but in his own mind he was declaring Denis
fit to roam the outskirts of the Pacific Northwest facility. "What color?"

"Any," Denis replied. Changing his mind, he instantly spat out, "same as
you?"

It was a cute attempt at getting back into the melancholy mood. Unable to
drive himself away from the subject, Tony said, "Com-mere," the two
embracing.

On his way out, Ron says, "Tony, Dr. Singh wanted to see you before you
left."

Tony replied as he watched Ron escort Denis out the door, "Okay. Ron?"

"Yeah?"

"Fix your hair!"

The young guy hastily patted down his mane, asking Denis, "Am I alright?"

Tony giggled, watching the two leave, Denis taking the effort to pet Ron's
head. Using Ron's technique, Tony knocked and entered the same time. Making
the connection he uttered, "What's up Dinesh?" One difference he
immediately noticed between then and now, Dr. Singh's tie was missing, his
white dress shirt parted at the collar, dark hairy chest exposed. "You and
Ron have a good time?"

Singh said nothing other then, `ahem'.

"From his composure, it looks like `he' did." Sitting down, casually
placing the heel of his right foot up on the corner of the desk, his other
sneaker over the ankle of his other foot, Tony relaxed, both hands falling
to his crotch as if to send a signal.

"Look. What I do in my office is my business," Dinesh informed him. From
lukewarm to calm, he asked Tony, "Now how did your visit go with Denis?"
His casual attempt was forced.

Bluntly Tony put it, "What I do in Patel's office is my own business."

"I see," the doctor said. "So I guess we've got a stalemate here."

Tony sat back, throwing his hands out to the side and shrugging his
shoulders as he said, "You've got your private business with Ron and I've
got mine with Denis. So?"

Figuring what went on with him and Ron was synonymous with Tony and Denis,
Dinesh didn't probe for more than, "All I'm concerned about is you leading
Denis in a direction where he gets his hopes up and then everything
changes."

"It's not gonna happen," Tony replied. "I mean... well let's put it in
tech-terms? Denis is not going to do suicide again, okay?"

"Well let me leave you with food for thought. If Denis does decide to do
something rash it will affect you as well, Tony."

That evening as Tony drove back to the dorm it ran though his mind the
honest truth spelled out by Denis' shrink. He really had to rethink things
as they progressed from the chair to the sofa, then the two's reclining
position. Entering the shared dorm room, he dropped his keys on the dresser
and fell back into his bed. He stuffed his hands between head and
pillow. Thoughts drumming through his head as he tried to relax.

"What's up bro?"

"Nothing," Tony solemnly produced, still searching the ceiling for answers.

Dive bombing it Matt jumped over Tony, landing with a force enough to shake
southern California. "Whatcha thinking about?"

"I think I'm in love," Tony replied, still in thought.

"Who's the lucky guy?" Matt asked, his finger pinpointing Tony's perky nip
poking to a peak on his tee shirt, running his finger around it.

"Will you quit it?" He said, annoyed, brushing Matt's finger off his pec.

"Sorrr-reeeee!" He replied, getting up.

"No. I mean. Don't go. I gotta have somebody to talk this out with."

Smiling, Matt asked, "Can I play with your pec?"

"Will you get serious for once Matthew?"

"Oh, so it's one of `these' kinds of talk huh?" Matt said, turning over and
dropping his shoulders into the bed. "Ready." Like Tony, his palms cradled
his head.

He didn't unfold every little detail but did include the wooden chair,
sitting there and being drawn to the sofa, the advances he made towards
Denis, the tee shirt stripping, Denis going for his zipper....

"When are you going to learn to wear briefs Tony?"

"I dunno. Habit from wearing a speedo I guess."

"Well when some guy gets your cock caught in it you'll wise up!"

It immediately came to Tony, "But there isn't going to be any other
guy.... other than Denis and he... he was so..." Tony poured out his
emotions, explaining, "so gentle the way he put his hand on the inside
first to shield my meat from getting anywhere near my zipper. And when he
made love to my chest and stomach... oh it felt so awesome when he went to
work on my balls... what a sweet, sweet workout his tongue gave me."

When there was a pause, Matt remarks, "Too bad you didn't get to take his
cherry."

Like the answer to the question, Tony blurts out, "That's it!"

"What's it?"

"He made me cum. I didn't have to.... oh yeah."

"Tony, you're not making any sense," Matt accused.

"Maybe not to you, but it's all coming together for me. Yeah," Tony
replied, seeing it all for the first time, his original theory of true love
striking on spur of the moment.

"So, you want to hear about me and Thomas?"

"Who?" Tony replied, his head rolling to the side to face Matt. His mind
was hazily affixed on his discovery.

"Tell you some other time."

It did occur to Tony wondering, when Matt scooted over him, his cock was as
hard as a rock.

He didn't question as Matt rambled on about meeting this guy at a party, a
thirty-seven year old fireman and how they were supposed to be enjoying a
kinky time at a party, only things progressed to where they went to his
place.

Still a buzz on about Denis, all Tony could do is take in the visual,
watching Matt strip off his tee shirt, kick off his sneakers, drop his
jeans and peel the briefs from his ass. He found himself staring, as did
Matt.

"You checking out my cock?"

"Um, no," he was quick on the draw, "uh just noticing how fast your
treasure trail is filling in. That's all."

Matt didn't believe him, saying, "Yeah right," He pulled down his stretched
up tee shirt, "just like when we both moved in here. Don't you think for
one moment I didn't know you were checking me out."

"Oh really?" Tony asked as he got up from the bed. "And like `you' weren't
checking `me' out?"

Smiling, Matt replies, "Yeah okay. I thought you were the hottest looking
hunk on campus. And frankly, I had hopes of maybe snatching you up for
myself."

They were inches apart. Tony wanted to take his roommate in his arms and
make love to the lithe swimmers bod wrapped up in a tee shirt, but
hesitated.

"But all that's changed now, huh? I mean with you and Denis. Hey, maybe
Thomas and me will someday be able to have a double ceremony with you
guys!"

Upon hearing the words from Matt's mouth, talk of marriage, it made Tony
think again, but this time there was not a doubt in his mind as to with
whom his future lay. "Could be," he replied.

"Cool!" Matt shot out with, excitement along with not being able to contain
his motions. He hugged Tony tightly, bod-to-bod!

"You look pooped. Fix you a drink?"

"I could sure use something," Barry said as he plopped his torso into his
favorite easy chair.

By the time Max returned with the cosmopolitan, Barry was snoring. "Poor
baby," Max said of his condition. Slugging the inverted cone-shaped glass
back, down his gullet, making the beverage disappear.

"Max we need more chips!" Aidan came rushing in, barefeet and doused with
water.

"Anything else?"

"Yeah," Aidan adds to the list, "Jose and Mark want to know if you have any
beer?"

"You tell them," he bends over a little to speak directly the barechested
thirteen year old, "Max says no liquor while on duty!"

"Okay," Aidan replied as he beat it out the back door. "I'll tell'em but
they're not gonna like it!"

"Tough noogies," Max said more or less to himself. So he thought.

"Tough what was that, Max?"

"Oh hi Matty. What brings you calling?" Max asked, spotting the
tinfoil-covered pan.

"I was over visiting my mom and she gave me the chore of delivering a fresh
pan of Zebra cake. She knew it was the last day of school and..."

"And there's no keeping secrets from your mom!" Max said, taking the cold
pan from Matty and stuffing it in the freezer.

"What's with him?" Matt comments on Barry snoozing through their
conversation.

"He's been playing the role of single dad around here, juggling hospital
visits with end of year business at the high school. I don't know how he
manages to keep things in perspective."

As they walked to the kitchen, the back door slammed.

"Betcha that's Mark!" Max said.

But instead it was Seth. "Hi Matty. Wanna come swim with us?" It was a
quick invite, Seth tearing his attention away to Max, saying, "The guys
want to know when we're having the hamburgers and hot dogs?"

Max looks at Matty, then thinks.

"We're getting awfully hungry out there," Seth goes on, rubbing his belly.

"Tell them to give me a minute okay?"

"Okay," Seth says, running out the back door.

"I thought somebody was going to fix that door," Matty says.

"We've got bigger troubles."

"Oh?" Matty questions Max, whom he's never known to be nervous.

"I planned on light chips and soda, but not dinner for the kids."

"Uh- - -oh!"

"Yeah right. What should I do?"

"By the way, weren't you supposed to come up with a name for...."

"I don't have time for that shit!" Max showed signs of panic, but really
was cool in his thinking. Taking packages of hamburgers and hotdogs out of
the freezer, he tossed one, then two packages of dogs to Matty. "Here, make
yourself useful."

"Yes, sir!" Matty said, his arms loaded with packs of food, unable to
salute.

Putting the microwave to work he systematically nuked the frozen burgers,
arranging them on a plate. Thinking out loud, he hung over Matty's
shoulder, saying, "Good. The grill will do the rest of the thawing. And oh,
sorry about cutting you short."

Turning his head quick, Matty gives Max a pec on the cheek. "You're
forgiven!"

"It's not that I haven't been looking for a cook for you. It's that I
haven't found the right one."

"Hi dad!"

"Having fun, son?" Matty asks Jeremy, tearing out from under Max's arm and
getting a wet hug from his son.

"Come swimming with us?" And as Philip does, hands together like praying,
pleading so the other person doesn't have it in him to refuse,
"Pleeeeeease?"

"Can you handle this?" He directs to Max.

"No problem. And oh, the extra suits are in the cabana."

As instructed, Matty looked in every drawer of the place where his and
Chad's spare swimsuits were kept, coming up with nothing. "Now what do I
do?" he asks himself, now that he's stripped down to bare nothingness.

"Hi, um.. Matty." Jose gulped after a fast-scan of Matty's anatomy. "Mark
said there would be an extra... towel in here?"

Placing a hand on his hip, Matty exclaims, "What'samatter, Jose? You act
like you've never seen another naked man before!"

Blushing, Jose replies, "Nah. I saw coach once without any clothes
on. You're like the second adult I've seen."

"Here's your towel," Matty says, tossing it, it landing almost over Jose's
head.

He started to leave, then turned to crack, "By the way Matty, you're `hot'
looking!"

"Get outta here you pervert!" Matty yelled at him. Taking up a towel he
wrapped it around his waist.

Huddled near the pool edge, Aidan, Philip, Diego, Seth, Jeremy, Caleb and
Bobby sat. "I got an idea," Aidan said in a mischevious manner. They all
watched as Aidan neared Matty, asking, "Aren't you coming swimming, Matty?"

"I've got to find a suit first."

Finding out the information he was seeking, he reached up and tugged at the
towel around Matty's waist. All the boys, thinking like they were in on it
laughed their asses off as they jumped into the pool with Aidan. Being it
didn't matter now, Matty dove in after them. It became a free-for-all, the
squirts against Matty. That is til Jose and Mark got in on the action.

"Oh shit!" Mark shouted out when one of the kids accidentally grabbed his
balls!

Suddenly the noise level dropped down, at the hearing of the curse. Not
that the boys hadn't heard it before but being within family boundaries,
they knew they weren't supposed to use it.

"What?" Mark asked, straightening out his swimsuit underwater as they stare
at him.

"You said a curse," Diego told him.

"Jeremy, he grabbed my balls!" Mark accused.

Looking sad, the ten year old's eyebrows frowned, his whole face changing
in an instant, his tears mixing with the chlorinated water. "I didn't mean
to. It was an accident!"

Swimming across the pool Matty went to the emotional rescue. While hugging
his son, Matty said to Mark, "I'm sure he didn't mean to. We were all
fooling around, splashing and all. Any one of us could have... you
know. Besides Mark, he's only a kid."

Shamed enough, Mark replied, "Yeah. I guess so."

The kids didn't see it, but under the water Jose gave Mark a little pinch,
then nodded his head. Smirking, Mark dove under the water, expertly
propelling himself across the pool, zeroing in on Jeremy.

"Sorry buddy. You forgive me?"

Starting up the hullabaloo, Aidan who stood nearly next to Jeremy asks,
"Hey Mark, can I touch your balls?"

The laughing, splashing and daring remarks flooded the pool-barn.

"Where you going dad?" Jeremy asked Matty as he launched himself out of the
pool, stealing a Spiderman towel to wrap around his torso.

"I think I better hunt down Max to find myself a swimsuit." Seeing Jeremy
wasn't engaged in playing with the others, he added, "Wanna come?"

"Okay."

With one hand in Jeremy's, Matty wasn't taking any chances this time, his
other hand securing the towel to his torso just under his navel.

"Van just pulled in the drive," Juan alerted Riley.

Getting up from the kitchen table where they had been drawing up some
plans, the two reported to the front door.

The electric window rolling down, Riley asks, "I thought you weren't going
to have the deeds drawn up til later this week, Eric?"

"I'm not here about deeds."

"It's okay. You can speak freely of it," Riley said, knowing his lawyer
kept their business silent because of Juan standing there.

"Well, the reason I'm here is.... C'mon, give me a hand will you?"

Going around to the other side of the van, a commercial look to it, Eric
opened the side door.

"What's this?" Riley asked, scratching his head.

"It's a kid. What do you think, doofus?" Juan replied. Right away the
nineteen year old put his foot up on the van floor and began talking with
Davide.

"He wasn't supposed to come here for three weeks," Riley said to Eric.

"Things change. There was a snag and somehow the judge rescinded the order
on allowing him to live on campus. Something with the college not having
the proper insurance to cover Davide living there."

"You could have called, Eric," Riley said, not being able to tear his
attention away from watching Juan hit it off with the ten year old.

"I know, but this only happened like a half hour ago. I had to drop
everything and run over to the college."

"Barberio's Landscaping?" Riley read off of the side of the van.

Relieved, Eric replied, "Yes. Fortunately they haven't started up the
business so it was available." Then he lay the news on Riley, "Oh by the
way. You need to get a handicapped equipped van."

"And how much is `that' going to cost me?"

"I don't know," Eric replied. Smiling at Riley's reaction he states, "You
can probably pick one up second hand for twenty grand or so."

"You say that like money grows on trees and all I have to do is run out
back and pick it!"

Interrupting, Juan clears his throat and shouts, "Somebody want to lend a
hand to get Davide out of here?"

Both Riley and Eric rushed over, so Juan stepped out of the way, lending
his talents to being foreman of the detailed project of rolling, lifting
and settling down.

"Aren't you going to say `welcome' or something?" Juan scolded Riley who
stood there, staring down at Davide.

"Welcome," Riley said.

"Shake hands?" Davide says, holding up his.

"Sure."

His bright disposition made Riley feel at ease.

"Juan says I can see the horses. Can I see?"

Instead Juan has a better idea. "We `were' invited to a barbecue?"

Thinking it might be a good way for Riley to get accustomed to Davide he
asks Eric, "Alright if I borrow the van?"

"Sal doesn't need it back til tomorrow anyway," was Eric's answer. "You can
drop me off in town."

On the way, Riley told him they would drop Davide and Juan off first and
then he would take Eric to his office.

Well! When Davide was transported into the pool-barn, more havoc than
Aidan's goofy question put to Mark drove them insanely wild. It was
Philip's announcement, "Look! It's Davide!" which started the olympian swim
to the pool's edge.

"We didn't know you were coming!" Charged up, Bobby Hijazi asks.

"I didn't know either!" Davide replied.

Coming out of the cabana, it was Eric who first spotted Matty in his
speedo. "Wow!" he said unintentionally.

"Careful," Riley set him straight. "Matty Bridges is a married man you
know?"

"To the manager of Barrs & Bridges, right?"

"Chad Clark." Riley and Eric chat it up. "His little brother is one of
these kids. The blonde over there," he nods towards Philip.

Eric summises, "Nice looking kid. Would like to see what he amounts to in
ten years!"

"Well if he looks anything like Chad, he's going to be fighting off the
men!"

"Careful Riley. Chad's a married man!"

"Yeah," is all Riley said. Refocusing his attention he again keyed in on
Juan.

Showing no shame, Juan stripped off his shirt, then kicked off his sneakers
as he lowered his pants. Matty watched the kids talk amongst themselves,
giggling, a result of seeing the skimpy briefs around Juan's waist.

Juan's face reflected a gleaming smile. "What's the matter with you amigos?
You act like you never saw a guy in briefs before!" He didn't stick around
rather, taking the dive to cover his 2xist `sling-shot' briefs. He led the
entourage of kids who deep-sixed themselves as well.

Jeremy, exiting right after, walked over to Davide. "Can he come in too,
dad?" he looked up at his dad.

"I dunno," Matty replied asking Eric and Riley, "can he?"

To their amazement, right behind Jeremy stood Juan, dripping off, the pouch
between his legs almost transparent.

Eric joked to Riley so only he could hear, "I gotta get me one of those!"

"Really? Got anything worth seeing Eric?"

But their joking passed as they watched Juan talking with Davide, now
enshrouded by a semi-circle of kids. On his knees in front of the handicap
chair, Juan asked, "You trust me don't you Davide?"

It was almost as if waiting for the stock exchange to startup, silence
prevailing, waiting on Davide's reponse. "I guess," he replied.

"Have you ever swimmed before?" Seth asked.

"Nope. Only swimming I did was in a bath tub. When I was at the dorm some
guys would take me into the shower and my brother would help me get clean."

Helping Davide out of the chair, Matty notices, "Looks like it's not made
for a wet environment. See the rust here?" he pointed out to Juan.

"No problem," Juan says. "We'll file it under home repair."

Eric mentions to Riley, "I hear those chair cost thousands of dollars." He
waited for Riley's reaction.

Normally cool, calm and collective, Riley lost it all, astounded by the
amount.

Saved from seeing dollar signs in front of his eyes, Max appeared with a
tray of `adult' beverages.

"Thanks. I needed that," Riley replied as he chugged down a glass of ice
tea.

"Staying for dinner?" Max asked anyone who had showed up unannounced.

"I've got to be going back to my office," Eric tried talking his way out.

"He's staying," Riley replied. "C'mon," he said to Eric, leading him over
to where Juan's clothes lay askew on a lounge chair. "I need to cool off."

Watching Riley strip down, Eric thought of cooling down in a different
manner!

"Don't let go of me," Davide said, suddenly clinging to Juan's shoulder.

"I won't. Trust me."

"We trust you," Seth added a vote of confidence, which in turn made Davide
feel more subdued.

Barry pretty much slept through the whole pool party.

Riley and Eric helped Max bring stuff back from the pool area. They
noticed Barry in his easy chair, still asleep.

Standing there in front of him, Eric says, "Steve sure is a lucky man."

"I didn't know you were into bears, Eric," Riley questions him.

"I'm not picky. Someday Mr. Right will show up, I'm sure. Smooth or
hairy. Well, I'm more into the heart than the... oh you know what I mean!"

When the phone rang, it stirred Barry out of his sleep. "What tha?"

"Hi," Eric said.

Riley passed on the checking out of `the bear' to, "Nice way you decorated
this room."

"It's been like this for two years, Riley," Barry replied.

"Oh. Well it must be the light. Different than when it's in the daytime."

Coming in the room, Max held the phone to his chest, saying, "It's
Dr. Stahl from the hospital. Sounds urgent."

Barry didn't wait for the reclining chair to fully upright itself, jumping
to his feet.

Riley and Eric followed Barry out to the kitchen in case it was about
Steve's condition. They looked like ghosts when Barry talked about
condolences. After he hung up, he informed them, "Dr. Stahl's partner was
enroute from Italy. His plane crashed. As far as he knows there are no
survivors. He's bringing Griffin over here. Max?"

"Yes?"

It was against his better judgement, but for whatever struck him now he
found trust in saying, "Mark and Jose are on the sofa tonight?"

"I'll change the sheets and make it up."

"So what's Richard's plan of action?" Eric asked.

"He's flying to Atlanta. The plane went down over the ocean."

"Maybe somebody should go with him," Riley looked back and forth to Barry
and Eric.

"I wish I could gentlemen, but right now I've got a full plate," Barry
opted out.

"You go Eric," Riley appointed him. "You owe me."

"I owe you? Since when?" Eric protested.

It was too good a cliffhanger not to hear it, so Barry stuck around.

"Tenth grade, the boys room? Remember them ready to piss on you?"

"What a nightmare!" Eric did recall.

"It happened in `your' school," Riley drew Barry into the fray. "Four
against one, I hardly thought it fair."

"Good thing the jon was on the ground floor," Eric told. "Riley threw one
of them right out the window."

"And the other three?"

Eric looked to Riley who sported a smile. He told, "Riley almost drowned
one of them with his head in the toliet. The other two were lucky to get
away."

"And for what reason were these four picking on you?" Barry inquired.

Riley stated, "It was before being gay was popular around campus."

Eric even admitted, "I was one of those `fairy' kids."

"Oh really?" Barry asks. "'Could've fooled me, Eric. You seem
so... masculine?"

"Outgrew it I suppose."

It was comical when Riley put on an act, the limp wrists included. It was a
mockery of titanic proportions, seeing this totally masculine cop strutting
about like a diva. "Call him Miss Sanchez," Eric joked.

When the doorbell rang, Barry clamored for the front of the house, leaving
them with the decision, "So you're going Eric, right?"

"He's new to town," Eric said to Riley. "I don't think he knows many folks
yet."

"Plus," Riley put it on the table, "if his partner has perished in a crash,
this frees him up for....."

"Cruel, Riley. How can you think of a thing as such?" Eric scolds him.

He didn't apologize but kept an open mind on the prospects.
