Pensacola - Chapter 5
---------------------------------

Josh decided to sleep-in Sunday morning. Brandon was going to be spending the
day with his mother anyway, so Josh didn't feel obligated to jump right out of bed.
When Josh did get up he was a little sore from all of the running, jumping, and
falling in the surf the day before. He got a bowl of cereal and plopped down on
his sofa to watch some sports.

It was a beautiful morning and he opened the sliding glass door onto his patio.
Joe Williams, his Navy neighbor, was coming back from the market, heard Josh's
TV and peeked around the stucco corner of the patio into Josh's living room.
"Hey Josh!" "Hey Joe" Josh replied. "Are you back in the cockpit tomorrow?" Joe
asked. "Ya I am, and I'm lookin forward to it. I hate being cooped up in the
simulator. How bout you?" Josh replied.

"Na, I'm still a couple events behind cuz of that Cold I had a couple of weeks
ago" Joe explained "I should be back on the flight line on Wednesday or
Thursday if all goes well" Joe continued. "Shit, I need ya back up with me so I
have someone to study with!" said Josh. "Sorry dude" Joe apologized "I'd study
ahead with ya, but I feel so behind the power curve right now it's all I can do to
just stay on top of my next flight." Josh knew how he felt. He had a big flight
tomorrow and hadn't spent much time yet preparing for it. He knew that is what
he should spend the majority of his day working on.

                          ===============

Brandon woke still intertwined with Steve. He felt a little guilty that he had a
boyfriend that he loved so much and here he was sleeping naked with his best
friend. "Aw, it's just Steve" he reasoned. "Honey!" he heard his mom call
"breakfast will be ready in about 20 minutes." "Ok mom!" Brandon replied quickly
to try to keep his mother from coming into the room and seeing him and Steve
lying there naked.

Brandon and Steve groggily climbed from the mattress, threw on their shorts and
went out to the sofa where they once again collapsed. Brandon's mom brought
them out some orange juice. "So how was your trip to the beach?" she asked.
"Great" replied Brandon "We had tons of fun, but I got stung by a jelly fish." "Oh
really honey?" Jane replied concerned "let me see."

Brandon rolled over and exposed the red marks of his sting to her. "You can see
the tentacles here and here" Brandon showed her. "Ooh! That's horrible honey,
and it looks painful" she replied. "It was really bad, but it feels fine now" replied
Brandon. "You know" Jane chuckled a bit, "what you boys could have done about
this was urinate on it." Steve started cracking up. "No, seriously!" she said "It
would have helped alleviate some of your pain." Even Brandon had to laugh.
Jane just thought the boys were acting silly. "Well let me get you some antibiotic
cream to stick on it now honey." Jane concluded.

As they sat at the breakfast table eating eggs and bacon, Brandon said to his
mom "you know, I had a really good time yesterday. I think I might join that Big
Brothers program and get me someone to hang out with too." "What does that
cost?" Jane asked Steve. "It don't cost me nothin" said Steve "a matter of fact
they spend money on you!" he added.

"Well that might just be perfect for you Brandon" Jane announced "you could use
a male role model in your life right now." "Ya, mom I think I would really like it"
said Brandon. "So how do you sign up for that?" she asked. Steve stepped in
being the expert on the subject "it's real easy, you just fill out a form and sign it.
Then they assign you someone to hang out with."

"I suppose I could go down there before work tomorrow and fill out the
paperwork" said Jane. "Don't worry bout it mom. Steve says he's got an extra
form, you can fill it out here tomorrow night and I'll bring it in" Brandon answered
quickly. It would be horrible if she signed him up personally and the center
assigned him to some asshole who would occupy time that Brandon wanted to
spend with Josh. No – the purpose of this whole scheme was to be able to spend
more time with Josh, not less.

"Ok, Brandon, I'll let you handle it. Just bring me the form to sign" Jane replied
happy she wasn't adding one more errand to her hectic schedule. And that plan
was a done deal! Tomorrow, Brandon would scrounge up the form, she could
sign it tomorrow night and by Tuesday Josh would semi-officially be his Big
Brother!

                           ===============

Josh hit the books hard that afternoon. He had his T-34C Natops flight manual
out as well as his procedures training manual when there was a knock at the
door. It was Pete, one of his buddies from flight school. "I see you're in here
chasing you're `Wings of Gold'" Pete observed referring to the gold Navy wings
that they would each be awarded upon graduation from flight school. "Ya, I'm
back in the cockpit tomorrow, so I'm studying hard cuz I wanna make sure I don't
screw the pooch!" Josh replied. "I know the feeling" agreed Pete "I've got my
Solo flight on Wednesday." Josh wondered how Pete got a couple of days ahead
of him as Josh wouldn't Solo until Friday.

"Say Josh," Pete began "the reason I'm stoppin by is that I'm celebrating my Solo
by taking Ashley to New Orleans next weekend and I was wondering if you would
care to stay at my place while I'm gone." Pete lived in a beautiful beach house
right on the ocean in Navarre Beach, about 15 miles east of Pensacola Beach
down Santa Rosa Island. "Sure!" replied Josh. "I really don't want to just leave
the place empty for the weekend cuz there have been so many break-ins in my
area" explained Pete.

"How come ur not askin Brad?" Josh asked knowing that Pete and Brad were
almost inseparable best friends. "The whole point of having someone stay there
is to keep the place safe!" laughed Pete "Could you see Brad in my place for a
whole weekend without any parental supervision?" "I see your point" Josh
laughed in agreement.

"Here's a key. I'll throw the sheets in the washer when I leave and you can just
dry em and put em back on." Pete instructed. "And if you do get locked out or
lose the key or somethin, you can call Brad, he has a spare. Just don't call him
unless you need him or you might not get rid of him." They both laughed. Pete
continued "Ur my responsible friend so I know the place is cool with you. Brad
knows I'll be out of town, so he won't bother you."

After Pete left, Josh thought to himself "Cool! Now to make that even more
perfect I gotta figure out how to be able to bring my boyfriend out there." Josh
wondered if Brandon remembered to talked to his mom about the Big Brother
program, so Josh text Brandon about it and Brandon replied right back: "its all set
she signs the paper tomorrow and we r big brothers on tues!" Josh smiled... he
liked it when people followed through and plans came together like that.

"So I gotta get over there and meet Brandon's mom quickly so she'll trust me
enough to take him to the beach overnight by next weekend" thought Josh. He
figured that discussing it could wait til tomorrow since they wouldn't be `brothers'
until Tuesday anyway.

Josh went down to the large gym at NAS Pensacola that evening for a good
workout, ate a healthy dinner, and then crawled into bed early to make sure he
was physically, mentally, and intellectually prepared for his Monday morning
flight.

"I wish Brandon were here" thought Josh as he pushed his right hand under the
waistband of his boxers. "I'd sure like to talk to him." Josh grabbed his phone off
the night stand and text Brandon: "hey-if u can, give me a call when u go to bed."
A few minutes later Josh's phone rang, he looked – it was Brandon.

"Hey buddy," Josh answered. "Hey Josh" Brandon replied. "What'd you do today
sweetie?" asked Josh. "Aw, mom made me clean my room, then I watched some
tv, and then Steve came over and we played video games for a couple hours.
How bout u?" Brandon inquired. "Aw, I studied most of the day, an I went to the
gym. But hey, guess what?" said Josh. "Waz that?" Brandon replied. "My friend is
giving me his beach house next weekend! We can at least spend the day there
together, but I really think it would be cool if you could spend the night!"

"That would be the bomb!" replied Brandon. "My mom might go for that, after she
meets ya" he continued. "You know what I'm gonna do to you out there don't
ya?" Josh asked seductively. "Waz that?" Brandon played dumb.

"I'm going to lick ur belly button and then slide down a little and undo ur pants
with my teeth" Josh began. "Ya!?" Brandon replied excitedly. "Ya, and then I'm
gonna bite each pant leg and tear them off with my mouth!... Then I'm gonna lick
my way back up ur legs and bury my head between ur legs and ur balls!" "Ur
making me Hard!" laughed Brandon. "Good," replied Josh "slide ur hand into ur
boxers and stroke it as I continue." "k!" Brandon whimpered softly.

"Now I'm gonna run my tongue along ur leg til I reach the leg of ur boxers, then
I'm going to lift it up and press my face forward until me tongue reaches the side
of ur balls." "Cool" panted Brandon as he masturbated. "Then the boxers will just
have to come off cuz I'm gonna lift up ur balls and lick that spot between ur balls
and ur asshole." Josh paused for effect. "Ya?!" Brandon wanted more!

"Brandon, put the middle finger of your right hand in ur mouth and get it really
covered with spit." Josh instructed. "Ok" Brandon said as he did as Josh had
said. "Now," said Josh "lift ur balls with ur left hand and slide ur right hand down
below ur balls to ur ass." Josh paused again waiting for Brandon to comply.
Brandon had to trap the phone between his head and his pillow. "Now, play with
ur asshole with that lubed finger, let the saliva work its way into ur ass." "Ooh!"
Brandon squealed excitedly as he experienced this new sensation. "Now,"
continued Josh, "press on that finger a little til it actually goes into your asshole
just a bit."

Josh then continued his sexual narration... "now I'm licking down from ur balls
towards ur asshole." Brandon continued to massage with his finger, inserted it a
little and began to lightly fuck himself with it. "I'm licking all around ur brown
puckered little hole," Josh began panting now too as he continued his descriptive
tale "I'm poking my tongue in and out of ur asshole."

Brandon was immersed in Josh's words as he was stimulated by the actions of
his own hand. The vision of his legs up around Josh's beautiful head as Josh
performed this most personal sexual pleasure upon him was more that he could
handle. "Fuck," whispered Brandon as he began ejaculating onto his belly "Ugh!
Ugh!, Ugh!" Brandon continued. "You shootin buddy?" Josh asked. "Ya, that was
too hot!" Brandon replied, out of breath. "I'm close too!" Josh said just before he
too began to pump thick white cream out onto his tanned taught stomach and
chest.

"That was hot!" said Brandon as he giggled a little. "Ya, lil buddy, that was hot,
but not as hot as it's gonna be in person!" Josh taunted. "I can't wait!" replied
Brandon.

                            ===============

Monday morning was warm and humid again, but today the sky was filled with
puffy cumulous clouds. "Darn," thought Josh. The clouds would make everything
more difficult for flying because his visibility would be restricted. It would be more
difficult to determine exactly where he was and he would have to adjust certain
flight maneuvers to remain clear of the clouds.

He climbed into the Beamer and hopped onto highway 90 for his drive out to
Whiting Field. He arrived almost an hour before his scheduled 9:00am flight brief
as he wanted to go over his procedures one last time.

A few minutes before 9:00, his `On-Wing' flight instructor Lieutenant Robert Pride
walked into the Training Squadron Six ready room. "Good morning Ensign" Lt
Pride addressed Josh by his Navy rank. "Good morning sir!" Josh replied.
Honestly, Josh was intimidated by the man, but he knew he was lucky to have
been assigned to him. Lt Pride was about 28 to 30 years old, stood about 6'-1"
and weighed about 180 lbs. Josh could see through his green Navy flight suit that
the lieutenant was well built.

Lt Pride was the perfect image of the hard charging Navy fighter pilot with his
chiseled good looks and his confident, even arrogant, disposition. Most of the
flight instructors in this squadron were fleet helicopter, cargo or even propeller
patrol pilots. Lt Pride, on the other hand, was an F-14 fighter pilot, one of the few
carrier jet pilots assigned to teach students in the primary phase of flight training.

He was known as one of the most difficult instructors in the squadron because he
demanded perfection both in procedure and execution of each maneuver.
"Fighter Jets are not very forgiving," Lt Pride would say "you only get one chance
to get it right!" Since the lieutenant was used to flying afterburning aircraft with
enormous thrust at supersonic speeds, he often referred to the T-34 as a `pig',
though most non-military pilots would have thought the T-34 was a very high
performance aircraft as it was capable of flying at over 300 miles per hour.

Indeed, Lt Pride had the knowledge that Josh wanted and so Josh hung on his
every word. Josh knew that if he could impress Lt Pride, he would certainly earn
his Wings of Gold.

After thoroughly briefing each part of the flight they were about to launch, they
went to the Flight Duty Officer and were assigned an aircraft. Today they would
be flying #305 and it was parked on the Charlie row of the flight line.

They thoroughly inspected the aircraft before climbing into the cockpit and
strapping into their parachutes which were attached to the cockpit seats. Josh
swung his microphone boom down in front of his mouth and clicked the Inter-
cockpit Communication System (ICS) on and said "ICS check." "Loud and Clear"
replied Lt Pride. "Got you the same sir" Josh came back. They both slide their
canopies forward and locked them closed.

Josh went through his procedures to fire up the gas turbine engine. As the
engine began to spin, Josh enjoyed how it sounded just like a jet, before the
propeller began to chop the air and covered the sound of the turbine. After Josh
completed his pre-flight checklist, he pressed his radio transmit button: "Whiting
ground, Navy Six Echo Three Zero Five taxi with delta, Saufley departure."
"Three Zero Five, ground, taxi to runway three two via bravo, Saufley departure
approved" the ground controller replied.

Josh released the brakes and pressed forward on the throttle. The propeller
hummed and the aircraft lurched forward. After taxiing and gaining takeoff
clearance, Josh sat on the centerline of the runway as he jammed the aircraft's
throttle all the way to the stop. After a moment for the turbine to wind up, the
propeller roared and the aircraft accelerated quickly. At rotation speed Josh
pulled back on the stick, raised the nose, and the aircraft climbed into the air.

Once established in the operating area, Lt Pride led Josh through a series of
maneuvers: level speed changes, dives and climbs, emergency extension of the
landing gear using a hand crank, and then into a stall series. In the stall series,
Josh learned what the aircraft felt like when the wings stopped producing the lift
required to keep it flying. The aircraft shuddered and bucked before the right
wing dropped off. Josh had no authority with the stick to re-level the wing.

"Simulated Engine Fire Light!" yelled Lt Pride over the ICS. Josh immediately
switched his frame of mind to the appropriate Emergency Procedure. He
promptly ceased his current stall series by pushing the nose down slightly and
gaining airspeed. He would have liked to add power as well but he didn't want to
pour more fuel on the potential fire.

"Checking for secondaries! Resetting the Master Caution" replied Josh as he
scanned his instrument gauges looking for anything else unusual that would
confirm that the fire was real and not just an instrumentation problem. Resetting
the Master Caution light would ensure that he would be alerted if any additional
malfunctions occurred. "Simulated Smoke in the Cockpit!" yelled Lt Pride. This
confirmed the fire and Josh knew the next steps in the procedure were to cut the
fuel off to the engine to keep from feeding the fire further and then shutting the
engine down.

"Simulating fuel cut-off! Simulating engine shut-down!" yelled Josh as the
lieutenant pulled the throttle to idle. "Simulating feathering the prop!" continued
Josh. Josh knew that feathering the propeller would allow the aircraft to glide
further by turning the propeller blades straight into the wind and reducing the
drag.

"Where the hell do you have this aircraft pointed?" Lt Pride screamed. "Every
second we keep plowing along straight ahead is a second of time in the air
wasted. This pig is going down, where are you gonna put it?!" Josh's stress level
was rising by the minute. "3100 feet, 140 knots" he said to himself, he knew his
time was running out! He saw a freshly plowed farmer's field at 2:00, about 2
miles. He banked the aircraft to the right.

He was pleased with this decision because it would allow him to make a circling
approach in which it was easier to determine distance. In a power-off landing it
was important to make sure that the aircraft could stay airborne until it actually
reached the intended landing zone.

"Now what the hell was wrong with Barin Field back there at 8:00?!" Lt Pride
questioned sternly. "Beautiful airfield just waiting to be landed on and we're
headed towards a farmer's field, great" the lieutenant continued sarcastically.
Josh looked deep over his left shoulder. There, through the clouds, he could see
the edge of Naval Auxiliary Airfield Barin, Alabama now almost behind him at
6:30. He reversed his turn towards the left.

"Not now!" screamed Lt Pride as he grabbed the stick and jammed it back
towards the right, "You're committed now! You made the wrong decision but now
you gotta live with it – we could never make Barin from here with no engine."
"You have control!" "I have control" answered Josh in the required positive
change of aircraft control procedures. Aircraft had plowed into the ground during
times like this with each pilot thinking the other one was actually flying the
airplane so the aviators were very precise in announcing who actually had control
of the stick.

Josh quickly reminded himself that he had to brush-off his prior mistakes and do
the best he could from this point forward. Too many times, Student Naval
Aviators had failed flights or even crashed during actual emergencies because
they were too concerned about what they had already screwed up to continue
flying the aircraft well.

"Aviate, Navigate, Communicate!" instructed Lt Pride. He was reminding Josh of
the three priorities of aviation: first you keep the aircraft flying, next you worry
about where you're going, and finally you need to talk to air traffic control and tell
them what's going on. On the ICS Josh made a simulated radio call: "Pensacola
Approach, Navy six echo three zero five declaring an emergency, we're going
down on the 245 radial off the Saufley VOR, 13 miles, 2 souls on board" as he
read their present location off his gauges.

Lt Pride played the part of the air traffic controller replying to Josh over the ICS:
"Navy three zero five, Pensacola Approach, can you state the nature of your
emergency." "Shit!" thought Josh, "I fucked up! I didn't tell them what my problem
was". Josh clicked the ICS button again making his mic hot: "Approach, Navy
three zero five, we have an engine fire, confirmed with secondaries, the engine is
shut down and we're making a crash landing into a farmer's field southeast of
Barin." "Roger three zero five" Lt Pride replied "we're notifying Navy Rescue at
NAS Pensacola and the crash team at NAF Barin, good luck."

"Gear up for landing on an unprepared surface" Josh quoted his next emergency
landing procedure. "That's right Ensign Scott! Lt Pride scoffed, "We are going to
destroy this aircraft and we'll be lucky to get away with our lives 5 miles from one
of biggest airfields in the operating area." Josh felt like a piece of shit. "You're
high!" Lt Pride prompted describing their altitude. Josh checked his position over
the ground and realized that he should be 400 feet lower in altitude at this point
to fly to correct emergency landing profile.

He started to drop the nose of the aircraft. "You can't just dump the nose to lose
this altitude Ensign!" Lt Pride screamed "You'll gain airspeed and then you'll have
a hell of a time bleeding that airspeed off before we touch down!" Lt Pride then
gave Josh a few moments to figure it out. "How bout some flaps, Sir?"
questioned Josh. "Now you're talking! Increase drag and lift, decrease our stall
speed, we want to touch down in this field as slow as this pig will fly without
falling out of the sky" Lt Pride coached. Josh reached down and set half flaps.
He could immediately feel the pitch of the aircraft changing and the additional
drag slowed the airplane. Now as he lowered the nose to maintain the airspeed,
he lost that additional altitude.

"Now once you're sure you have the field made" Lt Pride instructed "feed in the
rest of that flap and slow the aircraft to the landing speed." Josh did as he was
told. The aircraft passed over the final row of trees and now a half mile of freshly
plowed soft dirt lay in front of them. He was on-speed and ready to touch down.
"Terminate the exercise" announced Lt Pride "Nice approach Josh, now let's get
some power on this pig and get out of this hole."

Josh smiled and threw the throttle all the way forward to max thrust and began
raising the nose of the aircraft above the horizon. The turbine wound up, the
propeller roared with its new found torque and the aircraft accelerated. "Lt Pride
is always doin that shit to me" Josh thought "tearin me down to where I feel about
an inch high, and then complimenting me afterwards." Josh knew Lt Pride was a
good flight instructor, he learned a lot when he was in the air with him, but he
hated every minute of it because he felt like he was going to burst under the
pressure the lieutenant put him under. "Well, I'm not training to be a truck driver"
Josh reasoned "I'm training to be a combat pilot so I guess I need to learn what
stress and pressure are all about."

After the flight during the debriefing, Lt Pride explained to Josh "you're not always
going to make good decisions in the cockpit, but you have to continue to work the
problem even after a poor decision. Good decision making will come with
experience, in the meantime, I want to teach you good basic skills so you can
deal with anything." Josh felt like he was beginning to understand the lieutenant's
style of instruction and he appreciated him for it.

                            ===============

Josh heard Lorna's blinds hit the window frame as he unlocked the door to his
apartment. "Fuck!" thought Josh "Well, my problem with Lorna and Brandon is
gonna come to an end tomorrow at least." He ran the Big Brother plan through
his mind again and realized that Lorna might fit nicely into it. He wanted to get
the word out that he had this new `Little Brother' so people wouldn't question who
Brandon was when they saw him and what better way than to tell Lorna about it
and let her spread the word through her gossip. "I've always heard there's three
forms of communication" he laughed to himself "tele-graph, tele-phone, and tele-
woman."

"Why Josh! how are you sweetie" Lorna gushed in her southern drawl. "Hey
Lorna! How was that crayfish thing the other night?" Josh replied. "You know, I
just had the best time! Those were the best darn crawfish and then we danced
the night away!" she said dreamily. "So what did you do with your weekend?" she
questioned.

"I went out one night to Seville," Josh began, Seville was actually Thursday night,
not the weekend, but he wanted to throw that in, "and I went to the beach with
some Navy buddies" he lied. "Did you meet any girls at Seville?" Lorna probed.
"Ya, I met one, but I don't know..." Josh trailed off. "I sure wish you would let me
introduce you to some nice girls" Lorna suggested. "You know, I just don't think I
need that distraction right now, with flight school and all" Josh replied. "Ya, that
makes sense" Lorna agreed disappointedly.

"Something I have decided to do though is join a Big Brother program and spend
some time with a boy that needs a friend" Josh said. "Really, well that's sweet!"
Lorna replied "I think I've heard of that, how does it work?" "Well they'll assign me
a boy that has no father, or has no real male role model and we'll hang out" Josh
explained. "Well that just sounds fantastic!" she exclaimed "When do you find out
who your boy is and get to meet him?" She asked. "Supposed to be tomorrow, if
so I'll make sure and bring him by to meet you" Josh replied. "You just do that!"
said Lorna.

Josh returned to his apartment. He felt a bit strange. This Big Brother thing with
Brandon was turning into the second biggest lie of his life, right behind hiding his
homosexuality from the world. "Could this backfire?" he questioned himself. It just
seemed to be too perfect, too easy, and that's what scared him about it.

                             ===============

"I went by Jim's and had his brother buy me some beer" Steve announced as he
arrived at Brandon's trailer. "Cool" said Brandon "An how bout that form, did you
bring the Big Brother form?" "Fuck!" said Steve, "It's lying right on my dresser.
Let's get this beer in the fridge and then I'll run home and get it."

Josh pulled into the driveway about an hour later. Brandon was out of the trailer
and at his door before he could turn the engine off. "Hey Josh!" "Hey cutie!" They
didn't dare kiss on Brandon's driveway in the middle of the day. Josh noted Steve
hangin up on the deck. "Hey Steve!" "Hey Josh." They all went inside.

Steve went to the kitchen to get them all beers. Josh pulled Brandon aside and
said "I was kinda hoping we could be alone this evening." "Oh, don't worry bout
Steve" said Brandon "He doesn't care." "What do mean he doesn't care!!" yelled
Josh. "You told him?!!" Josh demanded. "Well, he sorta figured it out" replied
Brandon. "Figured what out?" said Steve as he reentered the room "that you two
are big fags?" "Steve!" Brandon scolded. "Fuck you Steve!" yelled Josh.

"I didn't work hard my whole life just to lose it all because the Navy finds out I'm
gay!" Josh screamed "I'll pound the shit out of both you little fuckers if a word of
this ever gets out!" he ranted. "Whoa," thought Steve, "this dude's serious."
Brandon was devastated. His boyfriend, his protector, had threatened to
physically hurt him! The emotion quickly bubbled to the surface. As he faced
Josh with teary eyes, he couldn't look at him. He ran to his room and slammed
the door. Steve was still standing there staring at Josh wondering what would
happen next.

Josh thought "Fuck! This isn't fair. Whenever I get mad – and justifiably mad in
this case!, Brandon cries and then I have to back down to go console him." He
stood and pondered for a moment. "Fuck that! I'm gonna let him think about it for
a little while."

"Um, here's ur beer" said Steve. "Thanks" said Josh. They stood there for a few
more uncomfortable moments. "Hey dude," Steve began, "I'm really sorry. The
whole thing really doesn't bother me an I can keep ur secret... really, I will" Steve
concluded. "Ya, I suppose it really isn't your fault," said Josh. "We really weren't
hiding it I guess." Josh thought again about the consequences of his exposure.
"But really Steve, this is like the most important thing in my life! We can't fuck
around with this." "Ok Josh" Steve replied.

Brandon lay on his mattress pondering the events of the last few minutes. "Was
this a turning point in their relationship? Could he no longer count on Josh to be
on his team, no matter what the consequences?" Brandon felt like shit and really
wished he could be in Josh's arms to make him feel better – but fuck! Josh was
the one that was making him feel this way; he didn't want to be consoled by that
fucker!

Brandon considered how Josh went from his loveable boyfriend to an asshole so
fast! "Deep down, my Josh is not an asshole" he reasoned, but he sure was an
asshole here. "Why?" Brandon considered this question for a while. Brandon
began to realize that Josh wasn't just obligated to be on his side, but he needed
to be on Josh's side as well. This was obviously an issue that Josh felt very
strongly about and Brandon had brushed it off like it was unimportant.

But Josh was such a jerk! "How can I apologize without forgiving him for how he
treated me?" Brandon considered. "If I go out there, will he be loving and allow us
both to apologize or will he just be an asshole and accept no blame himself?"
This would be the true test of their relationship.

Just then there was a knock on his door. It opened slightly and Josh poked his
head in "Can I come in Brandon?" "Sure Josh" replied Brandon. "I'm sorry
Brandon" Josh said as he looked at the floor. "I just wanna tell you that I wouldn't
hurt you if my life depended on it." Brandon started crying as he jumped up to
hug Josh "I'm so sorry Josh! I know our secret is so important to you! I'll never
tell anyone again!" They hugged tightly and Josh swayed Brandon gently back
and forth as Brandon continued to sob.

Once Brandon composed himself a little, they returned to the living room. "You
guys kiss and make up?" asked Steve. "You really have no tact, do you?" Josh
questioned Steve. Steve shrugged his shoulders. Steve was certainly a fun guy
to hang with, Josh thought, he never gets down about anything, he's always wise
crackin. But Josh felt that his happy-go-lucky attitude demonstrated just how
shallow Steve actually was.

They all sat down and started some small talk. The heavy mood that had been
set earlier was beginning to alleviate. Josh's phone rang. He pulled it from his
pocket and checked the caller. "Shit!" he laughed "this is that chick I met at the
night club the other night." "Answer it!" yelled Brandon "tell the skanky ho you're
already taken!" he laughed. "Fuck no" said Josh "maybe she'll just get the hint
and go away." A moment after it stopped ringing, the phone beeped indicating
that the caller left a voice message.

"Shit, she left a message" said Josh. "I wanna hear!" screamed Brandon. "I
wanna hear what a skanky ho sounds like!" "Brandon!" Josh scolded "she was
actually very nice, she just wasn't my type." "I'll say she wasn't!" cracked Steve.
Steve could always be counted on for an inappropriate comment. They all
laughed. Josh played back the message. Brandon and Josh both held their ears
close to the phone as it played.

"Hey Josh, this is Debbie, just wanted to say hi and see how you were doing, talk
to ya soon!" "HO!" yelled Brandon. "Be nice!" scolded Josh. "Don't wait by the
phone bitch!" yelled Steve. They all cracked up again.

"So if Steve is cool with our secret, then he shouldn't mind us goin in the
bathroom for a while!" Josh suggested seductively. "The bathroom?" Brandon
scrunched up his nose. "The bathroom" Josh confirmed. "I don't care where you
fags go!" announced Steve "I'm not a fag!" reminded Brandon. Josh just yanked
Brandon into the bathroom and started lifting his shirt off.

Once Josh got Brandon naked, he reached into the shower and threw on the
water. "We're goin in there?" Brandon giggled. Josh pulled his own clothes off as
Brandon watched him intently. Josh led Brandon into the stall; they warmed their
bodies under the hot spray.

Josh grabbed the soap and started lathering Brandon's body. The task of
covering Brandon's entire body with soap gave Josh the opportunity to rub every
part leaving nothing untouched. Brandon giggled every time Josh paid special
attention to the more sensitive parts of his body.

Josh positioned Brandon with his hands on the shower stall wall, leaning him
forward, legs spread, similar to if he was going to be frisked by the police. Josh
built soap lather up in is his hands and then ran them down Brandon's back to his
ass being sure to get the lather deep into his crack. Josh stepped forward placing
his arms around Brandon's chest and bent his knees enough that his cock rested
in the cleavage of Brandon's butt cheeks.

Josh began to rock his hips moving his penis up and down his crack in the soap
lather that coated Brandon's ass. Brandon said "aaah! That feels gooood!" Josh's
hands slid down to Brandon's slim waist and then he grabbed his hips tightly. He
pulled Brandon's hips toward him in rhythm with his ass crack pumping. Josh
began to scream "oh Fuck Brandon, ur so hot!" as he added his spunk to the
lubricating foam between them. Josh collapsed onto Brandon's back as he
reached around and began stroking Brandon's cock. Brandon began to get weak
kneed himself.

"Here Brandon" Josh instructed "start jacking yourself." Brandon's hand replaced
Josh's and began stroking. Josh adjusted the shower head to rinse the soap and
sperm off down off Brandon's back. Then Josh got down to his knees with his
hands on Brandon's ass cheeks. Brandon stroked furiously wondering what his
boyfriend was up to back there. Suddenly Josh peeled Brandon's cheeks apart
and dove in with his tongue, furiously licking at Brandon's virgin rose bud. "Ah!
Fuck! That feels good!" screamed Brandon. Brandon's pace on his own dick
became more rapid as Josh flicked his tongue across his asshole. Occasionally,
Josh would press his tongue in until it slightly spread Brandon's sphincter.

Within a minute, Brandon was howling and spraying his load all over the shower
wall. Josh didn't stop until Brandon's hand came off his dick and he dropped to
his knees in complete exhaustion. Josh leaned into a hug as he licked and kissed
Brandon's ear. The hot shower water poured over their heads making it a little
difficult to breathe.

"It's good we don't have any close neighbors!" Steve announced as Brandon and
Josh emerged from their aquatic love nest. "What were you doin to that poor boy
in there? Beatin him?" Steve laughed as he interrogated Josh. Josh chuckled
and replied "In a way." Brandon was too tired to talk; he just plopped on the sofa
with a big smile on his face. Steve looked at Brandon's expression and thought to
himself "I wish I could get some of that shit!"

"Is this that the form from Big Brother?" Josh asked as he glanced at a release
form laying on the kitchen table. "Ya, Steve brought that over" said Brandon.
Across the top of the form in big bold letters it read "MENTORS USA." "I thought
the place was called Big Brother?" asked Josh. "Big Brother & Little Brother are
the nicknames we use for the adult dudes and the kids" said Steve "but the name
of the place is something else." Josh pondered this for a moment. The
organization had the same name as his aircraft, the T-34 Mentor. "Just as my
aircraft is introducing me to the world of Naval Aviation," Josh thought to himself
"as Brandon's mentor, I will be introducing him to the world of growing into a
man."

After a bit of television, Josh asked Brandon if he would help him study for his
flight the next morning. "Sure!" said Brandon, "What do I have to do?" "Just read
the maneuver at the top of the flash card and then check that I repeat the
procedures back to ya just the way they're listed on the back of the card. An, tell me if I
screw up, K?" "Ok" said Brandon, he thought it was fun to help Josh with his
flying stuff.

"Level speed change" said Brandon. "Acceleration, Power up, trim down and
right; Deceleration, Power back, trim up and left." Josh recited the procedure
from memory. "Correct!" announced Brandon. "What does that mean, trim down
and right?" he asked. "It's when I reset the neutral point of the control stick" Josh
explained eagerly. Josh liked it when someone who didn't know about flying took
interest in it and he got to explain how it worked.

"It's kinda like the alignment on a car where you want the car to drive straight
when you let go of the wheel. In this case I want the plane to fly straight and level
if I let go of the stick so that I'm not always fighting it, and I have to `trim' out
those forces every I change anything such as speed, power, or configuration."
Brandon smiled and nodded his head, not really understanding much of what
Josh had said, but he enjoyed Josh explaining things to him.

"Ok," said Brandon, "Landing Checklist." Josh recited the procedure "Three
down and locked, Flaps full, fuel on the fullest tank, harness locked, on-speed 13
and a half units angle of attack. "You forgot `Propeller Full'" said Brandon. "Fuck!"
replied Josh. "I can't forget that shit tomorrow or I'll fail! I gotta be ready to fly
Solo on Friday!"

"What does that mean – `Propeller Full'" asked Brandon again. "My aircraft has a
variable pitch constant speed propeller" Josh paused for a moment thinking of an
easy way to explain it. "I guess it's kinda hard to explain, but what I'm doing here
is moving a lever forward that makes the propeller take the biggest bite out of the
air that it can by turning the blades to full pitch. "Oh," said Brandon, once again
not fully understanding, but glad Josh took the time to try to teach him.

"One more time then," said Brandon imitating what teachers had always done to
him. "Landing checklist?" Josh repeated the procedure flawlessly this time. Josh
appreciated Brandon's persistence for his accuracy.

"Thanks Buddy! I think I'm ready for tomorrow" said Josh. "No prob Josh,
anytime. Say, do you know anything bout geometry? Tomorrow night, I could
really use some help studying for a quiz on Wednesday." "Ya, I do know some
geometry," replied Josh. "We'll get you up to speed tomorrow so you can ace that
shit, deal?" "Deal!" said Brandon as they `high five' slapped each others hands.

Josh announced his departure at about 10:00pm, Steve agreed that it was a
school night and he probably should get home too. Brandon cleaned up the beer
cans and straightened the living room up in anticipation of his mom coming home
from work.

Brandon came out of his room a few minutes after his mom came into the trailer.
"Hey sweetie!" said Jane. "Hey mom" replied Brandon. "That form from Big
Brothers is lyin on the kitchen table." "Great honey, let me get a couple things
done and then I'll come and sit down with you and we can look at it" she replied.

"What's this `Mentors USA'?" Jane inquired. "I guess that's the name of the
place, but everybody calls it Big Brothers" Brandon replied. "Ok," she said, "it
says here that you can expect to spend one afternoon a week with your mentor."
"Ya, but I heard you can spend a lot more time with em too if you want" added
Brandon.

"Well, let's take this one step at a time, sweetie" Jane reasoned "some man may
not have more than one afternoon a week that he could devote to you." "Ya,"
Brandon agreed, "I guess we'll see what happens." Jane proceeded to fill in the
emergency contact information and signed the release.

Brandon went to sleep that night with the form in his hand. He was so happy that
he was now really going to be Josh's friend without all the sneaking around. He
smiled as he wondered where that might lead.
