15 bank-raids he was indeed very well off. So he decided to contact Doctor
Hammond!
Doctor Alex Hammond, meanwhile cursed his colleagues. These ignorant fools!
"New Frankenstein" they called him! What he found out, was the fountain of
youth! His test-animals got younger, in no time at all! Now he just wanted
to try human tests and these bastards threw him out! Now he had to do it all
on his own! This was the time he got this call! A guy named Keller told him,
that he wanted to be his test-subject. He also told him that he would give
him money to continue his work. Doctor Hammond didn't have much time to look
tv, but he had heard of this guy! He was wanted by the police! Keller asked
him about the procedure and it seemed, that he didn't know about the exact
effect of the treatment. He asked him if the appearance will be fully
altered. This guy was interested in a complete change. Hammond knew this was
his chance to continue his work. He told Keller that he would meet him a few
days later.
Hammond prepared his house for the new 'guest' and a week later Keller
arrived. The guy was really handsome, Hammond thought. Hammond explained the
treatment to him, after they settled down in the lounge. "Now, Mister
Keller! What exactly do you know of my work?" he asked. "You can call me
Jason! Eeehm, I don't know much, I have to say! One of my friends, told me
that you could change the appearance of a whole body!" Keller replied.
"That's true! But why do you want this?" Hammond now asked. "Let's say, that
I need a second start. A possibility to live a totally new live! Come on! I
heard of your problems! They threw you out of your lab and cut your funds.
If you want to continue, you are in bad need of money and a willing
test-subject." Doctor Hammond didn't like the guy before him, but in one way
he approved with him: He needed the money badly! And he had the slight
feeling, this man was just the right subject for his experiments. "Ok,
Jason! But I have to say, that you will be the first human, getting the
treatment. There's some risk in it, although the last test-animals are
healthy. I don't know how a human will react to it." Dr Hammond said. Keller
thought about it! He didn't have a chance to leave the country, because
everyone knew how he looked. This here was his best chance. "I take the risk
Doc!"
A few days later, Dr Hammond had bought all the necessary equipment. He had
given Jason Keller a complete physical and was very satisfied with the
results. Keller couldn't wait for the treatment to begin.
Doctor Hammond showed him his room for the next few days. It lay in the
basement of the house and was outfitted rather scarcely. Just a bed and a
small bedstand, along with the usual machines, to check Keller's life-signs.
Jason undressed down to his briefs and laid down. Then Dr Hammond laid the
infusion and strapped him to the bed. He explained to Keller that he had to
