Speedo Boys
Chapter 30 -- The End of the Beginning
Robbie nervously sat in the conference room at the jail waiting. He had
been told by his lawyer that he was asked to meet with his victim and their
attorney. He was not given any indication as to why they wanted to meet.
His attorney was simply asked to set the meeting up.
After about 20 minutes, the door opened and he saw the man he'd beaten
enter with someone he assumed was the man's attorney. Robbie's attorney
then entered along with another man.
Robbie looked at the man he'd attacked and a lump grew in his throat.
After everyone was seated, Robbie spoke up; "Before you tell me why you
wanted to meet, I want to say something. Before this happened, I was being
taught by a fundamentalist church that my parents went to. They taught us
that anything homosexual was a sin before God and to be honest, I'm ashamed
now that I bought into it. The day this happened I had a confrontation
with two of my best friends. They had come out and I was bugged by it. I
was on that sea wall thinking when you happened by and made the comment you
did. I know it wasn't really much of a comment, and under other
circumstances I might even have taken it as a compliment. But, since I've
been here, I have had time to think and I wanted you to know, for whatever
good it does, that I am truly sorry. I have come to the understanding that
what that church was teaching was nothing more than hatred and not what the
religion that I thought was part of taught. You have no reason to accept
my apology, and I would understand if you don't. But, please know, in my
heart, I'm very very sorry."
Robbie then looked down at the floor. The man was listening though. He
turned to his attorney who argued with him briefly. The man then turned to
Robbie and said, "Young man. I came here today to meet you mostly because
I had difficultly believing that you would have done what you did. I hear
what you just said. When I came out, I was about the same age you are now.
My parents were part of a church much like yours and they sent me to a camp
where they were supposed to try to 'cure' me of my homosexuality. As you
can tell, it didn't work." He chuckled along with everyone except Robbie,
he then continued, "I have met the two friends that you referred to, if
you're talking about Devon and Cole. They talked to me at length and got
me to agree to meet with you. I am glad I did. If you are willing to
change your plea, my attorney will work a deal with your attorney and the
prosecutor to reduce your charges to Misdemeanor Mischief. We will get the
prosecution to recommend probation for your indiscretion. But I want you
to agree to work as a peer counselor for other young men who have problems
with their friends being gay. I understand that a new foundation was
started by another of your friends and I want you to volunteer to work with
them."
Robbie looked at the man with his eyes wide. "I so much want to hug you,
thank you, I will not let you down!"
The man stood, nodded to the guard who smiled, then he approached Robbie
and gave him a chaste hug. He said, "I know you will do your best. Your
friends told me how good a person you are at heart. You know, they're
really special guys, not to mention almost as cute as you!"
Everyone, including Robbie, laughed.

Trevor arrived at the courthouse. There he met with Travis, Matt's
attorney. They entered into Family court and took a seat. Moments later,
Billy entered with a young woman Trevor knew was his mother. He'd seen her
around from time to time; when she was at home. Billy looked at Trevor,
smiled, and waved. Moments later the Bailiff announced, "Here Ye, Here Ye,
the Family Court is now in session, The Honorable Michelle Feiner
presiding."
Michelle entered and told everyone to have a seat. "Bailiff, please call
the first case."
"Trevor Fitzpatrick versus Angela Fisk, mother of the minor child William
Fisk, Case Number 1038187-FC, A petition to declare an unfit parent, Your
Honor."
Michelle looked down from her dias. She then asked the various parties to
introduce themselves. "Travis Welch, representing the Plaintiff, Trevor
Fitzpatrick, Your Honor."
The Defense attorney then stood and said, "Latesha Jones from County Legal
Aid, representing the defendants Angela and William Fisk, Your Honor."
Michelle was clearly annoyed. "Ms. Jones. In the future never refer to the
child in this case as a defendant. He is the subject of the hearing, but
not in any way the defendant. Now, Mr. Welch, why are we here?"
Travis stood, "Thank you, Your Honor. My client is the next door neighbor
to Ms. Fisk and her son. He noticed on many occasions that the boy seemed
to be left unattended and unsupervised in his mother's home. He
subsequently befriended the boy and has been offering a place for the boy
to await his mother's return. The concept of him being left alone for days
on end was more than my client could take. You might ask why he didn't just
call CPS and report this. My client has had his own experiences with CPS
as a child and the concept was repugnant to him. He feels, and we can
provide proof of the fact that the boy's mother is a habitual drug user,
has been incarcerated on minor drug offenses within the last 90
days. During those incarcerations, she stated that she had no offspring."
This last comment caused Michelle to glare at Angela, however, she asked
Travis to continue, which he did. "In the conversations he's had with the
boy, the boy has told him that his mother 'didn't care' about him because
he was gay. He even said, even though we have no proof that the
allegations are true, that his mother had at times brought men home with
her. Those men had sexually assaulted the boy. When Billy, excuse me,
William, the child, confronted his mother about it, he said her reply was,
'Just take it like a good queer boy, he's paying our rent this month."
Travis paused, then continued. "Several weeks ago, my client's nephew was
arrested on charges of prostitution. My client asked his nephew to meet
with the boy and they have become very close friends. I would almost go so
far as to say they're now boyfriends. My client has applied for, and
approved for, a foster care license. His request is that the court grant
him a temporary placement of the boy until such time as a formal
investigation can be performed and a permanent decision by this court.
Thank you, Your Honor." Travis then sat.
Michelle turned to the defense. "I assume you have a rebuttal?"
Latesha stood and said, "I do, Yer Honor. My client works hard to support
her son. On the income she gets, she don't have enough to be able to hire a
full-time sitter. The boy is nearly 13 and is capable of caring for
himself. My client says that she loves her son. The statements that she
brought men home to have sex with her son are total lies, Your Honor. The
defendant requests that the motion be denied."
Michelle looked at her and asked, "Is that ALL you have, Counselor?
Nothing more substantive?"
"That's what I have, Yer Honor. I was only given this case yesterday
afternoon."
Michelle then turned to Angela, "Do you have anything to say in this
matter, Ms. Fisk?"
Angela looked at the judge and said, "Please don't take my kid away. I
love him."
Michelle then shook her head thinking, 'obviously not the sharpest tack in
the drawer.' She then turned to Billy. "Young man, what do YOU want me to
do?"
Billy was flabbergasted. "You want to know what I want? Really?"
"I asked you, so, yes, I do." Michelle said kindly.
"Um, I get scared staying at home alone all the time. There's never any
food and I have to wonder if she's coming home or not. Every time I hear a
noise I hide in the closet so nobody will get me. I like staying at
Trevor's house and he's good to me and I feel safe there. I guess, I want
to go there to live."
Michelle smiled at him, "Thanks Billy. You were brave to say that." She
then turned to the court. "I am ordering a full background check on Angela
Fisk, and a home study of the Fisk home as well as that of Mr. Fitzpatrick.
By order of this court, the minor child, William Fisk, is hereby placed in
temporary foster care, that care is to be provided by Mr. Trevor
Fitzpatrick. We will reconvene in 60 days."
-*-
Donna and Matt were sitting on the deck. Donna had been asked to meet
Devon and Cole at Matt's so they could talk. Matt and Donna had no idea
what the boys wanted to talk about. They were trying to think between them
what this was all about when the boys arrived, accompanied by Michael,
James, and Tom.
It was agreed that Devon would be their spokesman. "We wanted to talk to
you guys for several reasons. First off, we wanted you to know that Tom
and James have committed to each other and we've been asked to attend the
ceremony they will have once their emancipation is complete."
Donna was about to speak when Devon said, "Mom, please, let me finish
before you say what I think you're going to say. Cole and I do not want to
file for emancipation. The reason that James and Tom did so wasn't just so
they could get Domestic Partnership. Both now have very large amounts of
money that they need to manage and it's unfortunate, but a kid is not
legally able to enter into those kinds of contracts. So, by being
emancipated, they can take care of their own business affairs, with
advisers, of course. The fact that they can become more officially a
couple is a great side benefit."
"The reason we wanted you to get together with us is that I spend most of
my time here. Mom, our house isn't what we need. Cole, Michael, and I have
talked about it, and we'd like you to consider all of us living
here. There's plenty of room, and that way we can all be together in one
place. It just makes sense."
About that time, John walked up the stairs from the beach. He saw everyone
standing there and was about to excuse himself when Matt asked him to sit.
"The boys have asked us to consider if Devon and Donna should move in here.
Since I have no objections, and if Donna agrees, I'd like to invite them to
do so. But, there's one more person who needs to have an input."
John looked puzzled. Matt continued. "Over the past couple weeks, things
between us, John, have been getting better and better. I just heard that
Tom and James are going to file for Domestic Partnership and have committed
their lives to one another." Matt then stood in front of John, took a knee
and asked, "John, I love you. I've always loved you. Will you accept me
as your partner, till death do we part?"
There was silence. It seemed that even the waves on the beach, the gulls,
and the throng of people on the boardwalk had fallen into complete and
total silence. The time seemed to stretch into an eternity before John
wiped the tears that were being shed and said, "Matt, it would be my
pleasure and honor to be your mate. Yes, yes, a thousand times, YES!"
The two kissed; there was a whooping cheer from the boys. Donna was wiping
the tears from her eyes when she said, "I hope I can survive in a house
with all this rampant testosterone! If everyone else is in agreement,
Devon and I will start making arrangements to move our belongings here. We
will donate the use of our furnished house as a temporary shelter for
homeless families being helped by the foundation."
So, the family would now be living together. There was an air of
celebration that evening when they all went out for dinner.
-*-
Trevor and Billy were in the house; for the first time, the house they both
lived in together. Trevor was kind of hoping that Billy would want some
extracurricular activities that evening, but that was not to be. Billy
seemed pensive.
Trevor looked at Billy and asked, "Is there something on your mind?"
Billy looked back at the man who was now his foster dad and said, "Um,
yeah. Can I invite Michael over to spend the night? I kind of like him.
You know... Like, like, him."
Trevor smiled. His Billy had a crush on his nephew. He told Billy to call
Michael and ask if he'd like to join them for dinner the following day then
spend the night.
Billy jumped into Trevor's arms and gave him a huge hug and a kiss on the
cheek. "Thanks Trev!" He then ran to the phone, picked it up, and dialed
Michael.
"Hey, Michael!" Billy said excitedly.
"Hey, lil bro. How's it hangin?"
"Well, at the moment, it's not hanging, it's pointing straight up. HA HA!
Hey, you wanna come over tomorrow for dinner and spend the night with me?"
"Sure, but let me ask Dad first." Michael said, for the first time truly
happy to call Matt 'dad'. A few moments later he picked up the phone and
said, "Sure, he'll drop me off about 4pm tomorrow. Maybe I can help you
get rid of that 'problem' you got."
"Kewl! I can't wait. See ya!" Billy said as he hung up the phone.
-*-
Robbie was sitting in his cell when Jake came in with a surprised look on
his face. "I'm being released. Something about my charges being dropped.
The guard who came to tell me told me to get you. He says he needs to take
you to the courthouse right away."
Robbie hugged Jake and made him promise to keep in touch. Jake gave Robbie
the phone number and told him that he better call regularly or Jake would
kick his ass.
Robbie went to see the guard who put handcuffs and shackles on him and led
him to the tunnel to the courthouse. They walked directly into the
courtroom instead of to a holding cell as they usually did.
Robbie entered and saw Devon, Cole, Michael, James, Tom, Trevor, Billy,
John, Arthur, and Matt sitting there. His lawyer wasn't there, but Travis
Welch was. The prosecutor was there. The only ones absent were Robbie's
parents. In their place was the pastor of the church they belonged to. A
few minutes later the bailiff announced, "All Rise, Family court for this
county is now in session. The Honorable Michelle Feiner presiding."
"Please be seated. Bailiff, call the case for this special session,
please."
The bailiff stood and called out, "Your Honor, Case number 10-332118, The
State vs Robert Anderson, the defendant is in custody."
Michelle turned to Travis and said "Mr. Welch, can you kindly inform the
court why you requested this special unscheduled hearing?"
Travis stood and said, "Thank you, Your Honor. Through discussions with
the victim, his attorneys, and the state's attorney, a plea agreement has
been reached in this case. The matter was not scheduled to be back in
court for nearly 60 days and none of us, including the state, desired to
have this young man in jail that long when an agreement had been reached.
I will defer to the State's Attorney to continue."
The Prosecutor stood and said, "Your Honor. Based on the desires of the
victim to drop charges in this matter, and in the interest of seeing
justice served, a plea agreement has been entered into where the Defendant
will plead 'Guilty' not 'Nolo-Contendre' to the charge of Misdemeanor
Mischief. All other charges will be, upon his plea of 'Guilty', dropped.
It is the recommendation of the prosecution in this case that an
appropriate sentence in this matter would be 3 years unsupervised probation
with a proviso that the Defendant perform at least 1000 hours of community
service for an organization which deals with gay youth."
Michelle then turned to Travis. "Is your client prepared to enter his plea
at this time, Counselor?"
"He is, Your Honor."
"Robert Anderson. You stand accused of the crime of Misdemeanor Mischief.
Maximum penalty for this is 6 months in the county juvenile facility,
however, your plea agreement would modify that to 3 years of summary, or
unsupervised probation. You would be released into the custody of your
parents or their legally appointed representative." She then turned to the
court. "Are the boy's parents present?"
At that point, the Pastor of Robbie's church stood and said, "Your Honor, I
am the Pastor of the God's Goodwill Church. Robert's parents have
designated me their representative in order to take custody of the boy."
Hearing this, Robbie stood and yelled, "I WON'T GO! IF I HAVE TO GO TO THAT
CHURCH OR THEIR CAMP I'D RATHER STAY IN JAIL!"
Travis to the court, "Your Honor, I'd like to apologize to the court for my
client's outburst. I'd like a minute to confer with him, if I may."
"Please do, Counselor, you have 2 minutes." Michelle replied.
Travis began speaking to Robbie in a whisper "What was that all about?"
Robbie was visibly upset, "If he takes me to that camp they're gonna do
stuff to me. I know others who have gone because they questioned the
church on their treatment of gays. They came back with stories I couldn't
believe, but, I'm not going to take the chance that they're right. If I
have to go with him, or my parents, because they'll just send me to the
camp after I'm home, I want to change my plea to 'Guilty' to the original
charges and go to juvy. At least there I won't have to go to that camp."
"What kind of things did your friends tell you they did?"
"They told me that they showed them what it felt like. You know. Being
gay and getting fucked up the butt. They said that the pastor did it to
each of them in front of all the others. They did this twice a day, every
day, for 2 weeks!"
"That man. The one in the courtroom?" Travis asked. Robbie wiped the
tears from his eyes and nodded.
"Your Honor. I would like you to have the Pastor approach the bench and
I'd like to have a sidebar at that time."
Michelle then said, "Pastor, please approach the bench, state your full
name for the record, then if both lawyers will join me for the sidebar."
The Pastor approached and stated, "My name is Pastor Moses Jacobs." The
two attorneys joined them at the Judge's desk.
As Travis was approaching, he motioned to the Bailiff to stand behind them
and then he said, "Your Honor, my client has just made some rather serious
allegations as to activities which transpired at the church's camp.
Pending an investigation into these allegations, I am requesting that you
take the Pastor into custody."
The Pastor was visibly shocked, "What kind of lies did that heathen faggot
lover tell you?"
Michelle had heard enough. "Exactly what are these allegations,
Mr. Welch?"
Travis looked at the pastor as he said, "Your Honor, my client has told me
he has been told by victims of the pastor here that the pastor has on
numerous occasions engaged in sodomy with underage boys at that camp. My
client is willing and able to provide names and dates of these activities.
I am certain we can corroborate his allegations, but in the interest of
public safety, this man needs to be taken into custody."
"Bailiff, please take Mr. Moses Jacobs, if that is his true name, into
custody. Mr. Welch, is there anything else?"
"I'm afraid there is, your honor. My client feels fearful of being
released to his parents. He is afraid that they would find some other
place like that camp to send him to since his views on homosexuality have
recently changed from their own.
I have explained to him that his only other option, other than being
returned to his parents, is placement into the foster care system. He
wishes to be placed into foster care. I do know of two licensed foster
parents who would be happy to take mr. Anderson into their home, if that is
the court's decision.
Michelle sighed, exasperated, and said, "Very well, Mr. Welch. We're here.
Can you contact either or both of these prospective foster parents and have
them appear?"
"I can, your honor. I am certain that one or both can be present
within..." Travis turned around and noticed that both Matt and Trevor were
actually in attendance so he continued, "Actually, purely by happenstance
Your Honor, both are present now in the courtroom."
Michelle laughed, "It funny seeing an attorney such as yourself get
surprised, Mr. Welch. Let's get this over with then."
The attorneys returned to their respective tables and Michelle said,
"Robert, you have been advised of the charges against you. You witnessed
the fact that we took your former pastor into custody, I expect you to
fully cooperate with the police in providing them information with which to
prove your allegations. If they prove to be untrue, I promise you, we'll
see you back in this courtroom. On the current charges, how do you plead?"
Robbie stood, "Ma'am, I promise you that what I said is true. I plead
'Guilty', Ma'am."
"Robert Anderson, you have entered a plea of 'Guilty' to the crime of
Misdemeanor Mischief. You have previously been told of the maximum
penalty. I hereby sentence you to 6 months in the county juvenile
facility, however, I am suspending that sentence should you successfully
complete the following: You will report within 24 hours to the probation
department, Juvenile division,. There you will complete the requirements
for placement into unsupervised probation; Said probation to run for 3
years. In addition, you will perform 2000 hours of community service with
an organization which assists gay youth. In the matter of whose custody
you will be released into, your attorney has told me about your not wanting
to go to your parents, and I can understand that. There are two
individuals who I know have valid foster care licenses in the courtroom.
Assuming that one of them will accept the placement, I will place you into
foster care pending an investigation into any possible activities your
parents may be involved in." Michelle then turned to the court,
"Mr. Jefferson, Mr. Fitzpatrick, would either of you be willing to take
Robert into your custody on a temporary basis?"
Simultaneously, Matt and Travis said "Yes."
Michelle said, "Mr. Fitzpatrick, you currently have one child in your home.
Mr. Johnson, you have two. I hereby release Robert Anderson into Foster
care. That care to be provided by Mr. Travis Fitzpatrick. If there is
nothing else..." Michelle turned and looked at both attorneys who indicated
nothing more said "This case is adjourned." She banged her gavel, got up
and left the courtroom.
-*-
Billy was excited. Michael was coming for dinner. He spent half the day
getting his room looking perfect. That afternoon Trevor came home with
another boy. Billy had never met Robbie, he wasn't sure how he felt about
having another boy in the house, but that wasn't important to him at that
point. He had Michael on his mind.
Trevor asked Robbie to help him in the kitchen and the two of them went to
prepare dinner. Billy went back to fussing over the house and his room,
trying to make it perfect for Michael. Seeing this, Trevor chuckled and
thought 'Boy, he's got it bad!' Billy almost knocked everyone over when
the doorbell rang. He opened the door to see Matt and Michael, Cole and
Devon standing there. (Matt had not told them about Robbie yet.)
Billy, uncharacteristically was wearing a pair of Docker's with a polo
shirt. He hadn't gotten around to shoes and socks so he padded around in
the house barefoot. He invited them into the living room and as they were
walking he shouted out, "Trevor, they're here!"
Trevor had told Robbie he wanted to surprise everyone so he asked that
Robbie stay in the kitchen as he went out. He wanted him to listen and
when Trevor said he'd go get the drinks Robbie was to bring out a tray with
a pitcher lemonade from the refrigerator along with 7 glasses.
Trevor went into the living room wearing an apron that said, "Kiss the
Cook" and greeted everyone. They sat and Trevor asked if they'd all like
some lemonade. He had to tell Billy to sit back down when he jumped up to
get the drinks. He simply said loudly, "I'll get the drinks."
Hearing this, Robbie grabbed the tray he'd prepared as the others were
greeting each other in the living room and walked out of the kitchen. The
look on Devon, Cole, and Michael's face was a definite Kodak moment. They
nearly knocked the tray out of his hands as they rushed up to him. Matt
and Trevor calmed them down, got everyone seated and then the questions
started flying.
Devon was excited when he said, "Robbie! You're out! You gotta tell us
what happened!"
Robbie laughed and explained all about the time since he'd been arrested.
The others were amazed when he'd told them he'd met Jake in jail and even
let Jake give him a blow job. The mood was festive in the house for
everyone except Billy. At some level he felt that Robbie was stealing his
time from Michael. He was pretty obvious showing that he was feeling put
out.
Trevor finally pulled him aside and had a talk. He explained who Robbie
was, and their relationship to Devon, Cole, Michael, and James. He told
him about how Robbie was upset that all of his friends turned out to be gay
and had gotten into trouble because of it. Trevor promised that once
dinner was over and the others left, he'd keep Robbie out of the way so
Billy and Michael could spend some time together alone. This seemed to
pacify Billy and the rest of the evening and dinner went smoothly. The
conversation centered around Robbie and the church his parents had belonged
to. Matt told everyone that he'd have John do a full investigation
separate from the one the Police were doing. This seemed to satisfy
everyone.
As it does, time passed, they'd finished dinner and it was time for the
others to leave. Cole pulled Michael aside and said "It looks like Billy
really has the hots for you! Have fun! I know you will!" He winked and
left with the others.
Trevor invited Robbie to go out and swim with him so Billy and Michael
could be alone. Robbie, knowingly agreed. Once they were alone, Billy
approached Michael and hugged him amorously. He kissed Michael and said,
"As you can tell, I still got that problem!"
Michael laughed and said, "Funny, I don't see it as a problem! Besides, if
it is, I got one too!" This comment was met with a smile and another hug
from Billy. Billy then led Michael into his bedroom where he closed and
locked the door. He led Michael to the bed and the two sat. Billy wasn't
shy in any sense. He immediately pushed Michael onto his back, climbed on
top and they began making out.
After a few minutes of this, Billy sat up and pulled Michael's shirt over
his head. Once Michael was bare chested, Billy leaned down and started
kissing the bigger boy's chest. He took one of Michael's nipples into his
mouth and suckled on it as if nursing on it. Michael was heating up and
pulled Billy's polo shirt up and off interrupting Billy's oral assault on
his chest.
Once Michael had Billy's shirt off, Billy rolled off Michael and reached to
remove Michael's pants. Eventually, Billy had Michael lying on his bed
fully naked. He stared at Michael's fully erect tool and his mouth began
watering. It was smaller than Trevor's, but Billy thought it was simply
beautiful. He was moving to take it into his mouth when Michael whispered,
"Wait. First, I want you naked!"
Billy didn't hesitate. He stood on his knees and dropped his shorts and
underwear to the bed, rolled onto his butt and kicked the clothing half way
across the room. Michael saw Billy's four and a half hard inches with a
small tuft of hair at its base and went on the attack. He used all of the
experience he'd gained and immediately went down on Billy.
Billy had received many blow jobs over the past year or two but none
compared to that which he was receiving from Michael. They were nearly the
same height, so he said to Michael, "Move so I can suck on you at the same
time." Michael brought one leg over Billy's head and onto the bed next to
him and lowered his midsection slightly. Billy reached up with his head and
licked the head of Michael's dick. He placed both hands on the small of
Michael's back and forced him lower so he could get all of Michael's cock
into his mouth. They sucked on each other and, amazingly, they were so in
sync that they joined each other in a mind shattering orgasm
simultaneously.
Finished, they cleaned each other with their tongues and maneuvered onto
the pillows to chat. Michael said, "You know, there's only one thing I
wonder. Every time I've seen you before, you were just wearing undies, and
you always seem to be pulling the back away from your butt. Why do you do
that?"
Billy laughed. "I like getting fucked. Every time I wear undies, they
press against my butt and it makes me tickle and I can't get my mind off
how much I wanna get fucked again. I guess I pull them away to get rid of
that feeling, just for a few seconds. Honestly, I didn't even realize I
was doing it until you mentioned it. But, I'm not wearing anything now,
but I still have that tickle. Um, Michael, will you fuck me? PLEASE!"
Michael's reply came in the manner of reaching over to the nightstand to
grab the tube of lube that Billy had left there. Matter of fact, Billy had
a tube on each side of the bed, and had even put one under each pillow.
Michael took a large amount and began preparing Billy's backside. He
pushed a finger in which met with little resistance. He added a second,
then a third. Billy was fully erect again. When Michael found Billy's
prostate and pushed on it, Billy shot a single squirt of pre-cum so
forcefully Michael had thought that Billy had ejaculated again. It was
obvious to Michael that Billy was ready. He took another large amount of
the lube and spread it on his cock.
Billy had pulled his legs up to his chest as Michael positioned himself.
He took Billy's legs and lowered them onto his shoulders. Lovingly,
gently, but with firmness, he pushed his cock into Billy's waiting hole.
He began a slow, sensual, and tender long-dick fucking of the boy. Billy
was truly enjoying this.
Michael's vision began to cloud as the feelings in his loins began to
increase. He maintained his slow fucking of the boy on the bed as he
started seeing stars passing by him at light speed. He arrived at his
destination. A realm only attained through absolute perfection and
harmony. As he shot his seed into Billy, he knew he'd attained 'Nirvana'.
In his vision he turned his head and saw Billy there next to him. It was
obvious in his mind that Billy had enjoyed himself! As his vision cleared,
and the two had returned from that mystical place, Michael looked down and
saw the streaks of cum on Billy's belly, chest, and face that he had shot
onto himself.
Still fully impaling Billy's nether region, and his dick not showing the
slightest softening, Michael, starting at that point lowest on Billy that
he could bend to reach, licked up the trails of cum. He licked Billy's
face clean and locked his lips against Billy's. They kissed, their tongues
battling for dominance and Michael again began his undulations into Billy's
ass.
He kept fucking and they kept kissing. Even though he'd cum twice in the
previous half hour or so, it took almost no time before he had another cum
deep into Billy. Exhausted, he broke the kiss and collapsed onto Billy.
Michael's penis softened and plopped out as Billy hugged the boy who'd
truly taken him on what felt like an out of this world voyage of sex. He
thought about going to the bathroom to purge what seemed like a gallon of
Michael's cum out of him, knowing it was probably not more than a couple
teaspoons in total, but decided he'd just wash the sheets in the morning.
Entangled in each others' arms, they fell asleep. Trevor checked the door,
finding it locked winked at Robbie. He showed Robbie to the other bedroom
leaving him there and after making sure the house was locked up, went to
his own bedroom.
The next morning, Billy woke to find Michael staring into his eyes. "How
long have you been up?" He asked.
"About half an hour. You are so angelic when you sleep. I could get used
to this!" Michael stated in a husky voice.
"So could I. I love you so much Michael."
Michael promised that he'd get permission to spend every weekend at
Trevor's house so they could be together.

A week after appearing in court about their emancipation, James and Tom
received the documents from the court granting their request. Legally,
both were now adults. They had already downloaded, filled out, and had
notarized the Domestic Partnership forms, so, with those and their
emancipation documents in hand, they called a limo and went to the
courthouse to file the papers.
Upon their return, they called Matt. They said that they would like to
have a ceremony and asked if Matt knew anyone who would officiate, albeit
unofficially. Matt had just the person in mind. He promised to call them
back shortly.
After looking at his watch and seeing it was lunchtime, Matt hung up the
phone and immediately picked it back up and dialed a very familiar
number. Arthur answered, "Hi Matthew. I hope there's not yet another
problem to deal with."
"Exactly the opposite." Matt started. "How would you like to officiate at
a commitment ceremony?"
"For you and John? I'd be honored!" Arthur replied.
"Well, I wasn't talking about John and I, but that might be a good idea.
How about we make it a double commitment ceremony. John and I along with
James and Tom?"
Arthur happily agreed. The following day was Saturday so they agreed to
have the ceremony at Matt's house, on the deck overlooking the beach. Matt
called James back and gave him the news. He would talk to John that
evening, but anticipated no arguments. James asked that only their close
friends be in attendance.
Matt thought this was a good idea and they agreed that they would invite
Devon and Cole, Tom's parents, Donna (Devon's mother), Travis Welch, and
Trevor, Robbie, and Billy. Matt agreed to contact everyone except Tom's
parents. That invitation needed to come from Tom himself.
They ended the call and Tom called his dad. "Hi Dad."
"Hi Son, how are things in marital bliss?" Dad joked.
"Couldn't be better. You know how you and Mom were upset that, because I
was gay, you'd never be able to go to my wedding?"
"Yeah, it's the only disappointment we have, to be honest." His dad said
truthfully.
"Well, it's not exactly a wedding, but, would you and Mom please come to
Matt's tomorrow at 1:00? We're having a formal commitment ceremony."
"Wow! You bet we'll be there! I love you son, and James as well. We'll
see you tomorrow."
"I love you too, Dad. Please give Mom a hug and kiss for me. See you
tomorrow."

Devon and Cole were up early that Saturday morning. They'd spent the
previous day shopping for the food they'd serve at the ceremony. Devon had
insisted that he and Cole do all the cooking. They started preparing the
food at 5:00am, preparing it so all they needed to do was either to pop
what needed to be heated up into the oven for a few minutes or serve the
dishes cold. At 12:00, Donna returned home. She was followed in by Tom's
parents. James and Tom had arrived earlier and were alone in the spare
bedroom. A few minutes later, Trevor, Billy, and Robbie arrived. At that
point everyone was there except Arthur. Devon explained to his mother what
she would need to do to heat up the hors d'oeuvres and went to get dressed.
When they returned to the group, they saw that Arthur had arrived. He was
wearing his Judicial robes.
The afternoon before, Trevor, Robbie, and Billy came by and set up the
deck. As 1:00 approached, everyone made their way to the seats that had
been set up on the deck. John was the typical nervous Bride, but he and
Matt, James and Tom, looked fantastic in their matching pale blue tuxedos
that Matt had hastily arranged for.
Arthur took his place and was followed by the two couples. He looked out
at the gathered friends and said "It's an uncommon pleasure when I am asked
to officiate at a wedding. This isn't your typical wedding. In my heart,
I know that the love and devotion these two couples share is no less than
that recognized by our society."
He turned to Matt and John. "John, let me tell you a few things about your
new husband. I met Matthew when he was about 13 years of age. He was one
of the kindest young men I'd ever met. He was having some difficulty in
accepting who and what he was and as typical..." He looked at Cole in the
audience as he said, "He misjudged what I was looking for and I had to turn
down some advances by him."
He turned back to Matt. "What Matthew has become makes me one of the
proudest people on this planet. I believe you both have something to say
to each other. Matthew, you first, please."
Matt turned and faced John. He took both of John's hands into his own and,
looking deeply into his eyes said "John. Before I met you, my life had a
void in it. Something tangible was missing. Then you came into my life and
that void seemed filled. One morning, I awoke to find you gone and it was
as if my life left with you. I poured my efforts into myself. Then an
amazing thing happened. I met some young people who brought meaning back
into my life, but the most important gift that those youngsters gave me was
a way to get you back into my life."
Matt choked back the lump in his throat and continued, "John, to me, a
commitment like the one we're giving each other is the single most
important promise we make in life. From this day forward, I promise to
share my life with you. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Having you back
has filled my life with joy. From this day forward we are as one. I love
you with all my heart and soul."
Without being prompted, John started. "Matt. My sweet Matt. When we met
and tried a relationship before, I was so scared. Until then I'd never had
the kinds of feelings I was having for you. I'm sorry, but I got scared.
After I left, I came to realize that the reason I was so happy during that
time was because of you. My promise to you is that if there is a next time
when I get scared, I will come to you. I will get my strength each and
every day from you. I will give to you all the love and devotion I can to
show you the depth of my love for you. From this day forward we are as on.
I love you with all my heart and soul."
Arthur wiped a tear from his eye and turned to James and Tom. "Thomas,
James, I have not had the privilege of knowing you for that long a time,
but from the time I have had I can see that you two were meant by whatever
power you believe in to be together. You have shown maturity well beyond
your years. If other couples in the world today saw the devotion you have
for one another there is no doubt in my mind that they would sanction this
union as we are all doing here today. I believe you two have some things
to say to one another. James, you first, please."
James looked at Tom and through his tears he said, "Tom. Before I met you
I was confused. I was scared. But worst of all, I was alone. I was going
through something that many guys like us go through. I was coming to
realize that I was different than other boys around me. It hurt. When
that day, I'll thank Devon and Cole for the rest of my life and they
introduced us came, all of my fears, loneliness, and confusion evaporated
like a puddle of water on a hot day. The devotion you have shown me after
my accident proved to me how much you love me. From this day forward, I
promise to show you the same or more devotion than you have shown me. We
have already gone through what, I hope, were our bad times, and I look
forward to sharing many good times in the future with you. If more bad
times do come, we'll get through it. Together. From this day forward, we
are as one. I love you with all my heart and soul."
Arthur smiled, turned to Tom, and nodded. Tom looked deeply into James'
eyes and said, "James. I know the confusion you felt. I felt it as well.
On the day that I met our angels, I was miserable. I knew I was gay, but
had absolutely no idea what that really meant. Those two showed me what a
loving couple could be like and to be honest I was really jealous. When
they introduced us, I was hopeful that I could have what they had. I had
no idea how fantastic a person they were introducing me to. You have shown
me what it feels like to truly be in love. More than that, you have shown
me what it truly feels like to be loved. My parents raised me to be honest
and caring. The fact that they are blessing our joining proves to me that
what we're doing is right. From this day forward, we are as one. I love
you with all my heart and soul."
Arthur, turning to those assembled said, "You have heard the words spoken
by each of these fine young men to one another. If there is anyone here
who can show reason why these couples should not join, speak now."
There was silence from those assembled. A few moments later, Arthur said
"By the power vested in me by those assembled and the love shown by each of
the members of these couples for each other, I hereby pronounce them
Partners for Life."
There was applause from the assembled family and friends as the couples
kissed. Devon's mother went into the kitchen as the others were chatting on
the deck and got the hors d'oeuvres cooking. The group moved back into the
living room and sat.
After Donna returned with the appetizers, James asked for everyone's
attention. "On behalf of Tom, John, Matt, and myself, I want to thank each
and every one of you for being here to share this day with us. This is not
your traditional wedding so I decided to break one other tradition. We
asked each of you to not give us gifts, instead I wanted to give everyone
here a gift to show the appreciation I have for each and every one of you.
As soon as it can be arranged, I want to take everyone here on a honeymoon,
of sorts. I have looked into it and I would like all of us to continue to
celebrate on the island of Maui in Hawaii. Please accept this token of how
Tom and I, along with John and Matt, feel about all of you here."
Travis spoke. "James, I will have to decline. You are my client, and my
friend, but I don't see where it would be appropriate for me to go. The
others should go with you and have a blast."
James turned to Travis and said, "Travis. Without you none of this would
have been possible. Besides, I think there might be some business we can
do on Maui that I will need your professional services for. Sorry, this
won't be as much a vacation for you, but I intend on paying for your time.
So, no questions asked, you'll be there."
The celebration lasted all night. Various couples retired to various rooms
in the house. Those that hadn't partnered did what they did. Billy was
excited to spend the night in Michael's bed. Cole took Devon to their
room, John and Matt went to their room to consummate their joining. James
and Tom went to the guest master bedroom to do the same.
-*-
Tuesday afternoon following the ceremony, the group was assembled at the
general aviation terminal where the airplane that James had chartered was
waiting. Once on board, James announced that he'd gotten suites for
everyone. He'd gotten a two bedroom suite for Donna (Devon's Mother) and
Tom's parents to share. They'd hit it off so well in their travels it made
perfect sense. They agreed. He'd gotten suites for Devon and Cole, Billy
and Michael, and separate suites for Travis, Trevor, and Robbie, just in
case they got 'lucky' in Maui.
The trip was underway, nobody really knew what kind of adventure they were
embarking on. Not only on this trip, but in their lives to come.
The End
Author's Note:
This story has become a part of me over the last few months that I have
been working on it. The characters have slowly evolved and come to life in
my own mind. When I embarked on this project, my desire was that someone
would read it and it would help them get through a tough time. I received
an email from such a young person while I was writing this chapter. To
you, "N", I would like to say, keep at it. Don't try to rush things. When
the time is right you will meet the person you were destined to meet. You
have your entire life ahead of you, look at it and find the positives life
puts before you; they will help you deal with the negatives.
To the rest of you, this story isn't quite over. I've been working with
another writer recently and the actual trip to Maui will be told to each of
you in his story. For those of you who have not yet been reading "The
Light" I sincerely hope you will start and catch up to where the Speedo
Boys will make their appearance briefly into his story. You can read it
here: http://kcjoewriter.wordpress.com/
I want to thank all of those who have emailed with comments, criticism, and
suggestions for this story. Do look to my own wordpress site for more
stories as I come out with them. At some point in the future, I'll be
revisiting Speedo Boys, but that is for the future.
To borrow a line from a movie I once saw... "This is not the end. This is
not the beginning. This, is the end of the beginning."
