     The ship was buzzing with activity, as married sailors and officers
said there last goodbyes, to there familys and loved ones, i was anxious
and nervous about this, being one of my first westpacs.
       We were to stop in the philippines. The other sailors talked a lot
to me about the philipines, and how scince this was my first time, i was
