Chapter #4

After double-checking the cottage and being sure it was securely locked up,
Ian and I loaded the few things we had under what would normally be
considered a hood but not on an older VW.

The sun was lower in the West and probably would be set by the time we
reached Dover but at the speed Ian drove I wondered a couple of times if we
would make it at all and his shaky VW didn't help.

"Damn, Ian. How long have you had this antique?"

"I bought it from a dealership up by Smyrna last year. The price was what I
could afford and I didn't plan on long distance trips. I just wish I could
afford an apartment by myself, that's what I need the most."

"Have you asked Phil about a place? He is in the business."

"Naw, I wouldn't want to do that. I like him and I wouldn't want him
thinking I was trying to take advantage of him, you know what I mean?"

"Maybe I could drop a hint and sort of let him know, how about that? What
range would you be able to handle?"

"Would you do that? I sure would appreciate it. If he had something in maybe
the $400 or so range it would be great. It doesn't have to be big or fancy.
I figure that would be about my limit considering what I make at the
restaurant. I do pretty well but sometimes it gets a little slow. Right now
we are going into the tourist season and since they opened the slot machines
at Dover Downs we stay pretty busy."

"What about furnishings Ian?"

"I already have a hide-a-bed sofa and a couple of tables so wouldn't need
very much. My bedroom now is the living room and it can get a little hairy
sometimes when one of the other guys comes in drunk and falls across my
bed."

"That's one of the problems of sharing a place with other guys. I did it in
college myself. I'll see what I can get out of Phil for you."

"I'd sure appreciate it Taylor, living with someone else can be a drag
sometimes. What are you doing tomorrow? My day is free since I didn't stay
in Rehoboth."

"I'm not sure Ian other then I'll be driving back to Philly early in the
afternoon. Phil and I have some business matters that we need to discuss
before I leave though. He might have something planned but I am not sure.
What about you?"

"I'll call the restaurant and see if they need me. I can always use the
extra money. When do you think you will be back down here?"

"Probably not for a couple of weeks, it will take the carpenters, tile men
and all that long before they will be finished. Phil will be handling that
for me at this end. I hope they will be finished by the weekend after next."

"I'm sure they will have it all done Taylor."

Ian fell silent as we covered the last few miles and pulled up in front of
Phil's house. The sun was setting and twilight was settling over the
neighborhood. Lights were on in Phil's house and his truck was parked behind
my car as we pulled up. Switching off the motor, Ian twisted sideways in the
seat pulling his leg up between us.

"Will I see you again Taylor?"

"I don't see why not Ian, some reason I shouldn't?"

"Not that I know of, I have no attachments. If you don't mind me asking, is
there anything going on between you and Phil?"

"Beyond being good friends, no, there is nothing going on. We have been
intimate if that is what you are asking but that is the extent of anything
going on. Would it bother you that we have been in bed together Ian?"

"Would surprise the hell out of me if you hadn't Taylor. I wanted you from
the first time I saw you and since you are staying with Phil and I have been
to bed with him.........well you know what I mean. You both are hunky as
hell and only a damned fool would not want to be in bed with either one of
you. Hell, I'd like to see you again before you leave but guess that is not
in the cards right now unless you and Phil would like a threesome?"

"Sorry Ian, that is not my thing. I'm a little selfish and don't like
sharing with someone else. Some guys go for that but not me. I'm not sure if
Phil would and I wouldn't ask him. If he were to bring it up, I would
decline."

"It was just a thought Taylor, hope I didn't anger you. I don't know if I
could ever really handle it myself, never done it. Could I see you in
Philadelphia before you come down again? I'll be going home the week after
next and the bus goes through there. Maybe I could fix it so we could see
each other and then I could come on down with you."

"What about school Ian?"

"I'm between semesters and my Mom asked me if I could come home for a few
days. The restaurant manager was not happy at first but I promised I'd make
it up when we got busy. That's one reason I'm going to see if they might
need me tomorrow. If it's okay, I could stop off in Philly on the way back.
I'd sure like too Taylor."

Taking my wallet from my pocket, I extracted a business card and handed it
to Ian. "Give me a call either at home or at work and let me know what your
plans will be and when you will be in Philly. Do you have a number here
where you can be reached?"

"Only the one where I live. Those guys aren't very good about taking
messages if I'm not home and there aren't many people that call me from
around here anyway."

"I was just wondering in case I should want to call you if there are any
changes in my work schedule. I can call Phil if there are and he would get a
message to you. Right now I better get inside."

Strange how at sometimes it is difficult leaving someone while at other
times you can't get away fast enough. Ian slid over to me running his arms
around my neck and pulled me to him his mouth covering mine in a long
passionate kiss. "Thanks for the day Taylor, I really enjoyed being with
you." He said as he broke the kiss.

Opening the door I stepped out of the car with a rock hard throbbing cock.
"It was a great picnic Ian, see you in Philly?"

				* * * * * * * * * * *

I stood for a moment watching as Ian's taillights faded in the darkness. We
had spent a very enjoyable afternoon together and I liked being with him.
The one thing that bothered me was that maybe he was moving a little fast
but then I thought, most 21 yr olds do move fast. A shiver went through me
before I realized that it was cool out and I didn't have a jacket on as I
stood there watching him drive away. Turning I walked up the walkway to
Phil's house and just as I reached the porch the door opened.

"Hi guy, sorry I had to leave you and Ian earlier but that was a pretty big
deal we were working on in Lewes. How about a drink?"

"Easy bourbon and water over ice Phil. Did you close the deal?"

"Wrote a contract with a substantial down payment that locks it in place.
I'll see about the financing on Monday but it shouldn't be a problem with
almost 30% in cash down. I went right by the bank and made a night deposit
with that much cash. When we get the new international division of the
company set up I hope we can do a lot of the financing ourselves. That is
why I want someone with a strong banking background. Here's your drink."

"Thanks Phil."

"Taylor, I know you would be right for the job and if we can get Lee
Michaels interested, we would be a hell of a team. Couhigg Realty is a long
established firm in Delaware with excellent relations with other firms on
the East Coast."

"When do you expect you will hear from Lee?"

"That is what I don't know and why I need to get in touch with him. The two
branches I already have opened are doing pretty good but they are not
equipped to handle the recreational property that is coming on the market. I
want that business broken off into its own division as part of Couhigg
Realty. How's the drink?"

"Good, thanks. What about dinner tonight? I'm a little hungry."

"I thought we might go to the Iron Gate Inn if you like seafood. Steak last
night but we can go back to Burroughs if you want."

"Seafood sounds good to me Phil."

The Iron Gate Inn was really pretty good and I enjoyed the evening. Phil, it
seemed, knew quite a few of the people in the restaurant as he had in
Burroughs Steak House. We discussed the plans he had formulated and the
capital that was going to be needed in order for the new division to operate
on an international scale. It was becoming more and more obvious, at least
to me, that Lee Michaels was the lynch pin that would make this plan work. I
had a pretty good idea of his financial background and assets but that was
confidential information I was glad Phil did not ask me about it. I needed
to find out more about the background of Phil's company before making any
type of commitment.

I guess I had been doing more thinking then I realized when Phil spoke as we
were driving back to his place from the Iron Gate Inn.

"Taylor, you didn't say much during dinner."

"Sorry Phil, you've given me a lot to think about. I've been with my bank
for over 5 years, pretty solid in my position and you're asking me to uproot
and move here in a totally new environment. That's a lot to digest and think
about."

"How much different will it be? You already have a real estate financing
background. Your experience in estate handling will be a plus along with
your general knowledge of banking operations." Phil said as we pulled into
his driveway.

I had to admit that much of what he said was exciting and he excited me. Ian
had been great earlier but Phil had something that I subconsciously wanted,
stability. He had made a few suggestive remarks but nothing that would
indicate he wanted any type of long-term relationship and that was on my
mind as we walked into the house.

"How about some coffee and then we can relax in the Jacuzzi?"

"Sounds good, I need to use the head first."

"Use the head? I haven't heard anyone use that term for the bathroom
lately. I don't wear a suit in the Jacuzzi Taylor if you want to go ahead
and get in, I'll be out in a minute."

"Gotcha, I didn't think you would."

Taking a leak, I stripped down and grabbed a towel from the many on the bar
in the bathroom. There were no lights on outside the house but an underwater
light lighted the tub. Phil had had the tub built into the deck in its own
covered deck with sliding glass doors and two large sun roof windows that
could be opened in the summer and closed in the winter. Leaning over I
checked the temperature of the water before stepping down into it. The warm
water felt wonderful as it slowly covered me. My cock sort of looked like it
was floating as I sat on one of the seats.

Leaning back on the padded lip of the tub I closed my eyes and let the
swirling water soothe and relax me. I didn't see Phil come out of the house
but I heard him splashing the water just as he was stepping down into the
tub. Opening my eyes he stood on the step in front of me, the light shining
from the pool highlighted the beauty of his hard muscled sculpted body. His
flaccid cock hung down over full balls from his thick golden patch of blond
pubic hair, his bright blue eyes gleaming. There was a magnetic feeling of
desire flowing between he and I that was overwhelming and I could feel a
pressure inside my chest as breathing became a little more difficult.

I stood in the center of the Jacuzzi as Phil stepped down with me and we
slipped our arms around each other our lips pressed tightly tongues
twisting, passions rising, our hard cocks crushed between hot bodies.

It felt like every muscle in my body was weakening as Phil held me and there
was a deep empty feeling within me. Leaning back in his arms and looking
deep in his eyes I whispered softly, "take me Phil, please take me. Make
love to me, fill me."

Kissing me softly he returned my gaze and whispered, "I was hoping you would
ask."

Moving into the bedroom from the Jacuzzi without drying we fell on the bed
and I felt like my entire body had dissolved as Phil slid deep within me,
filling me. It was like a dream as we both reached volcanic heated heights
and exploded sending streams of our life's force over and into each other. A
total euphoric fog surrounded us as we collapsed holding each other tight as
we drifted into the depths of an exhausting satisfied sleep.

I don't know how long we slept when I felt Phil slip off of me and a light
blanket being thrown over us. He pulled me close, my head resting on his
bicep and I drifted back into a secure contented world of dreams.

Soft nibbling lips on mine awakened me and I looked into deep blue eyes
gazing into mine.

"Do you think you might like too take a shower before breakfast or are you
going to sleep the morning away?"

"What time is it Phil, damn how long have I slept?"

"Don't panic, it's only a little after 9. Get your shower, I've already take
mine, I'll have breakfast ready when you are finished. Use one of the robes
hanging behind the door."

"You should have woke me when you got up Phil."

"Maybe but I enjoyed watching you sleeping. Must have been a pretty good
dream the way you were smiling."

"Wanna take a shower with me and I'll show you what I was dreaming?"

"Don't tempt me if your dream was anything like last night. You do get
passionate don't you?"

"Last night Phil, I wanted you like I have not wanted anyone before. When
you exploded inside of me it was like fireworks and shooting stars combined,
I felt filled complete. My entire body vibrated from the passion and need I
felt and I knew you wanted it as much as me, I could feel it with each
thrust of your cock filling me."

Phil's eyes shown with excitement as I talked and I could see the intensity
of his breathing increasing as he listened. Bending down he kissed me softly
on the lips, "You did something to me last night that no one else has. Take
your shower while I fix breakfast Taylor, I want to talk with you."

Showering quickly, the odor of ham and coffee drifted into the bathroom as I
dried off and put the robe on that Phil had indicated. I could hear him
rattling around in the kitchen.

"Anything I can do Phil?"

"No thanks pour yourself some coffee. How do you like your eggs, I like mine
scrambled?"
"Scrambled is fine with me. You're sure I can't help some way?"

"I'm sure, sit down."

I sat pouring myself coffee and watched marveling at the efficiency of Phil
as he prepared breakfast for the both of us. I could cook to certain degree
but it was obvious he was much more skilled then I at cooking.

The place settings were already on the table and he quickly placed platters
of ham, eggs and potatoes on the table with toast and V8 juice.

Sitting down he looked at me, "dig in Taylor. You won't get any better
breakfast anywhere in Dover or the state of Delaware."

"I can see that, where did you learn how to cook?"

"From my mother and sister. They both were good cooks especially my mother."

Phil and I ate in silence for a few minutes and I could see he was
struggling in his mind with something.

"Phil, you said something about wanting to talk with me. What about?"

"About you and me Taylor but I'm not sure how I should say it."

"Nothing like straight out Phil. I always found that pretty much the best
way." I said taking a sip of my coffee, my fork playing with the eggs on my
plate.

"Straight out, that's easy for some people if they are fairly sure of what
the answer might be. I'm not that sure, never have been. The hardest part
Taylor is that I have never talked with a man about how I feel for a good
reason, I've never felt like this before. Taylor, I'm in love with you and
not just because of this weekend. I fell for you when we were stationed
together."

"You didn't say anything then Phil. . . . why not?"

"Why not? Hell's bell's Taylor, I didn't know how you felt. You would avoid
me and hide when we were together in the showers. We worked in different
parts of the ship and when you were transferred you disappeared until I
learned you were in Philadelphia."

"And that was probably about the same time I learned where you were. I was
in Scranton and after I was transferred into the Philadelphia office a
couple of your loan files came across my desk."

"Yeah, I know. The approvals came back with your signature and I checked
just to be sure Taylor. You don't know how excited I got but didn't do
anything about it. Just like in the Navy, we didn't do anything about what
we wanted and were feeling. At least what I was feeling."

"I'll be honest Phil, I don't know exactly how I feel. We wasted a lot of
time and you have hit me pretty hard with this. I feel something inside of
last night and me was like a dream that had finally come true but it's a
little confusing right now. I've lived pretty closeted and I'd like to get
away from that if I can. I hope you realize I can't just jump up and leave a
pretty secure lifestyle. Yesterday afternoon with Ian was exciting and
different from what I have been used to in Philly and Scranton. Loving
someone out and in the open is a dream of mine and I hope it will be with
you if that is what you want. Can we take it easy for now and see what
happens Phil?"

"I guess that is what we will have to do Taylor. I can only tell you how I
feel right now. I knew last night after we made love that I really, really
loved you and need you in my life. I think we are right for each other but
you will have to decide that. Ian is cute and he is great sex but I want
more and offer more then just sex. It's asking a lot, I know, for you to
give up your job and move down with me but again Taylor, I hope you will and
see what we can do together for the future of both of us."

"I'll be back down in two weeks Phil. Lets see how we feel then okay?"

"It's a deal Taylor but I can tell you how I feel right now."

"I can tell that without being told. Would you help me pack?"

				* * * * * * * * * *
Phil moved his truck and I pulled my MG out so he could park where he
normally would. My packing didn't take that long but it sort of seemed like
it was dragging. I kind of felt I loved Phil but right then I was just a
little afraid to make the commitment he was asking for. I didn't doubt that
he loved me; his eyes said it every time he looked at me. It was a big leap
and he had made the right point, it would be easier for me then him if I
decided the way he wanted, he hoped I would. Part of me said grab him and
tell him yes, you love him but another part said wait and be sure.

We discussed the cottage and the finishing work that Daniel had to do. Phil
would call me if any changes were needed other then what we had discussed
and Daniel had written into the contract. I didn't tell Phil that Ian was
going to spend a few days with me and maybe I should have but I didn't feel
I really needed too right then. I told him I would email Lee Michaels phone
number as soon as I got in my apartment so he could contact him. As I was
ready to leave, he held me tight, tears welling up in his eyes.

"I'm going to miss you Taylor."

"Me to Phil, me too."

The drive back to Philadelphia gave me time for thinking and Phil was on my
mind the entire time.
