Subject: The Winter Beach

            The Winter Beach, by justjames17.

Winter in Victoria has been for many years due to the drought mild with
incredibly fine sunny weather. This year it has been very cool with almost
daily rain, not the weather conducive to strolling on the shore. Today I
awoke and saw sunshine beaming through my window; it was frosty cold and
crisp but promised to be a beautiful day before a new front barrelled in
from the West. I arose from the snugly warmth of my lonely bed and turned
on the central heating then had breakfast allowing the heating to warm the
house, after eating it was warmed enough so I had a shower and feeling
horny my cock was soon stiff as a poker.

As I washed my soapy hand grasped my hard on and it was on, a great morning
wank soon had my full nuts spewing cum all over the tiles in the shower.
The creamy thick globules sperm slid slowly down the tiles till the spray
hit it washing it away down the drain; my knees trembled causing me to lean
back against the tiled wall while I came down from my climactic high. My
fantasy of being with a cute bloke still fresh in my mind I finished
bathing and dried off before donning a track suit and sneakers ready to
venture out for a long stroll along the deserted beach below my house on
stilts perched on the top of the sand dunes. The surf was gentle after the
heavy weather of the last week, the small regular waves hissing gently
across the wet hard packed sand, along the shore long brown rubbery strands
of giant kelp waved and rolled in the gentle surge uprooted during the
heavy seas earlier in the week.

My name is James, James Hartnet, I'm 25 years old and I'm a published
author, I make a great living from book royalties and articles I write for
various men's' magazines. I am gay but unattached unfortunately; I've had a
couple of unpleasant relationships with guys and have lived alone here on
the surf coast for 2 years. The solitude is conducive to writing but I
would love a lover to share my life with. I wandered slowly along watching
the seagulls hovering and calling, their rowdy squawks jarring my hearing
as they hovered and swooped above me. In the distance was the jumble of
rocks tumbled from the high sandstone cliff and I reached them climbing up
and over the slabs and boulders to descend the other side onto another long
stretch of sand which was isolated by the high cliffs without any access
from above. This was a haven to me as seldom did I meet up with anybody
except during the summer when the odd adventurous youngsters climbed the
blockage to explore the deep caves in the base of the cliff.

I stepped out along the undisturbed sand and noticed something strange in
the distance, was it a new rock fall or had something washed up during the
storm? I increased my pace as curiosity urged me on, soon I could see it
was man made not natural it was a vessel, looked like a trawler or
something similar. I suddenly remembered that a fishing vessel with her
crew were missing during the gale but due to the severity of the weather no
rescue or search craft had been able to search. Was this the missing boat I
wondered as I began to run towards the boat, she was lying on her beam ends
her port side buried in the sand, nets and a jumble of tangled gear trailed
away into the surf from her hull.

I reached her shattered hull, wondering what I'd find on board, were her
crew still aboard the wrecked hulk or had they been swept away after she
was hit by the storm? I stood beside her looking at the shattered wheel
house, its cabin roof gone and windows shattered sea weed and dross covered
the dash board and controls, strands of kelp hung from her wooden wheel
like scarves gently moving in the light breeze. The stench of diesel fuel
attacked my nostrils as I climbed aboard, my feet scraping on the piled
sand mounded up on her wooden deck. I saw the hatch into the accommodation
area was intact but blocked by a build up of sand so I began scooping it
away using the lid of a fish box I pulled from under the tangled nets.

Slowly I cleared the hatch and I opened it tugging hard to pull it open as
the distorted superstructure warped it, it finally opened and I peered into
the dim interior. I saw what looked like a jumble of clothing and bedding
lying on the slanted wall of the cabin and I climbed inside dropping to the
wall beside the shapeless mass. I touched it with my toe gently poking, it
was not loose clothing and bedding it was solid, I knelt down and began
shifting the wet blankets and tossing them aside until I uncovered a supine
human form face down and still. Crikey had I found a dead body? My heart
was pounding with fear as I grasped the shoulders and gently eased the body
over onto its back. I saw it was a guy, not old but about 17, his head
wearing a beanie, which was covered in congealed blood. I felt his throat
checking for a pulse and breathed a sigh as I felt he was cool but not cold
and stiff as a dead body would be and a steady beat registered his heart
was pumping away.

Obviously he had received a nasty hit to his head when the boat had been
hit and rolled or whatever had occurred I searched about the wrecked cabin
looking for a first aide kit and a torch so I could see what damage he had
received. I discovered the kit in a cabinet under the steps leading up to
the wheelhouse, I then discovered a heavy lamp like those divers use hidden
in the topsy turvy jumble of stuff piled up on the cabin wall, I switched
it on lighting the area and taking a quick look for any other bodies. He
was alone; his crewmates were missing most probably sleeping with the
fishes out at sea. I checked his bloody beanie gently moistening it with
salt water and easing it from his damaged head, I discovered his blond hair
was matted and a huge lump that was split open and still oozing blood. This
poor lad was probably suffering a skull fracture if not worse, I daren't
move him in his condition so I decided I'd put a call through to the rescue
squad at Sorrento who had a helicopter and was the nearest to the area. I
rang them and told them where we were and they said the chopper was out at
sea searching for the boat and would soon be with us.

I thanked the Lord for their efficiency and made him as comfortable as I
could then climbed out to look for the chopper, it soon appeared swooping
in from offshore its engine racketing and driving the gulls away I panic as
it landed close by on the sand. The crew were out before the blades stopped
swinging and they climbed into the shattered hull carrying a body board,
they gently eased the unconscious lad onto the board and one guy climbed
out as they began sliding board and lad up out of the hatchway. I helped
lift him out and carry him to the beach where they checked him out
thoroughly, I watched their expertise and also studied the lad finding him
extremely attractive, slim but strongly built with a handsome boy next door
face even masked by his blood. His damp jeans clung to his legs and crotch
and I could see he was nicely endowed and wondered how large he was when
erect. I felt guilty perving on the unconscious lad but couldn't help it I
was feeling lonely but also responsible for this poor lad.

The chopper crew took my name and address and telephone number and told me
that they would make sure the patient knew I had been responsible for his
rescue. I blushed and thanked them as they loaded him into the helicopter
and soon were roaring away into the air heading for the nearest hospital. I
looked about the cabin some more and found the crew's wallets in a drawer
and tucked them in my jacket and climbed out onto the beach heading for
home. I reached my house and opened the wallets to find what the lad's name
was, two were men with driving licences so I knew they were not the lad
from the ages and pictures he had no licence in his but I discovered a
video shop card and a library card in his name, Joshua Hartnet and he was
nearly 17 his birthday was in six weeks. I rang the local police and told
them of the wreck and what had occurred also letting them know I had the
guys' wallets with me and they asked me to drop them into the police
station as they wanted a statement from me.

I dropped in the next day and handed over the wallets, the duty sergeant
filled out a report of my finding the boat and all that transpired after,
they had the report from the rescue squad already so my details just
finished it all off. The search was still going on for the two missing men
one was Joshua's dad the other was his older brother, the lad's mother had
died some years ago so the lad was now parentless and alone to all intents
and purposes. I wondered what he would do once he was fit and well again
and discharged from the hospital, would he contact me? I doubted it would
happen he would be pretty shattered at losing his family like that.

Days passed into weeks then one day I was pottering about the garden when I
heard the front gate swing open I looked up to see a handsome blond curly
headed youth walk in, he looked at me and smiled tentatively, then cleared
his throat nervously and asked, "Are you Mr. James Hartnet?"

I looked at him and suddenly the penny dropped it was my young fisherman
from the wreck, I climbed to my feet and wiped my grubby hands on my even
grubbier daks then extended it to him saying, "Yes I am, you must be Joshua
Rogerson."

He shook my hand with a strong grip and nodded saying, "Oh you know my
name, yes I am and you saved my life I believe."

I blushed and said, "Oh Joshua I'm sure you would have been discovered by
the air or shore search, I just happened on you by chance."

He suddenly hugged me burying his face in my chest and began shaking and
sobbing heavily, I hugged him rubbing my hands up and down his very
muscular young back, his beautiful curls rubbing on my chin as I
whispering, "There, there Joshua, everything is ok mate."

He shook his head and sobbed, "No it isn't, I'm all alone now, my whole
family is gone and I feel so totally lost."

I held him giving him support until he calmed then I led him inside and sat
him down, he looked at me with red eyes as he rubbed his nose on the back
of his hand, I could see the pain and loneliness in his eyes and his
slumped shoulders. I put on the kettle and asked, "Tea or coffee Joshua?"

He looked up at me and said, "Tea please mister Hartnet."

I smiled at him and gently ruffled his thick blond hair saying, "James or
Jamie Joshua, please we are mates aren't we?"

He smiled tentatively and said, "You want to be my mate mister, I mean
James?"

I nodded and said, "Too right I do Joshua, I hope we can be really good
mates and I'm here for you whenever you need me to be."

Joshua nodded and replied, "Please call me Josh, I much prefer my friends
call me that and thanks for saying you'll be there for me it helps so
much."

We sat together on my leather lounge as we drank tea and got to know one
another, Josh was a very mature lad and had his head screwed on the right
way. He now owned his family home in Queenscliff and the insurance company
was paying out on the boat and his dad and brother's life policies. He was
sitting at one end of the couch but as we chatted he gradually moved close
beside me until I could feel his warm body radiating on my own. I felt a
melding between us I can't explain it but it was something deep within me,
suddenly he looked deep into my eyes and whispered so very softly I hardly
heard him, "Do you really like me Jamie?"

I was taken aback momentarily then I nodded and put my arm about his broad
shoulders hugging him, "I do Josh I really do and I hope you like me as
much."

He rested his tousled head on my shoulder and again softly asked, "Do you
like me completely even in a sexual way?"

I nodded again as a huge lump blocked my throat, he turned his face to mine
and craned up kissing my cheek so sweetly I almost burst into tears there
and then. I turned to him he dropped his chin staring at his lap I lifted
his chin up with my finger and kissed his sweet pink lips, I felt him
quiver and he sighed melting against me as he whispered, "Oh Jamie that is
so special and I love you so much I want to share my life with you for
ever."

I felt a tear run down my cheek as my vision blurred, I sobbed deep in my
chest and Josh looked up wiping my tears away with a gentle finger, "Don't
cry Jamie we must be happy we have found each other and can be together."

I nodded unable to speak and he pulled me down on the couch on top of him
as he pressed his groin up onto my own, I felt his cock growing and
stiffening and I thought oh my I wondered how big he was now I'm
experiencing it in the flesh. He nuzzled my ear whispering, "I hope you
want to go to bed with me Jamie, because I want to learn all about sex with
you, I never have had sex except for a few wanking sessions with a mate at
school last year."

I climbed to my feet extending both hands to this wonderful lad who reached
up to grasp my hands, I saw the well-mounded bulge of his teen tool in his
soft well worn denims as I pulled him up onto his feet and we walked hand
in hand to the bedroom an arm about each other's waists.
