Chapter 6

Home and work:

      We went to the office and I introduced Peter to Marty my boss and the
owner of the company, and Peter was given a full tour of the plant as Marty
and I went to a meeting and in that meeting I found that Marty made me an
official partner by giving me a document that made me a " partner and he
said "I wanted to do that for over 3 years and now it was official" plus he
handed me a check for $100,000.00 and said "the partnership was long
overdue and you should take some time to get things settled with the
adoption of your new son" I smiled and said "I don"t know what to say so I
will except this money and the partnership in the spirit it is given and I
will still be the service man but a lot closer to home seeing that I have a
new son to care for".

      Everyone cheered and about that time Peter and a young man, I guessed
about 19 came back to the room that we were holding the meeting and Marty
stood up and said "Mike and Peter I would like to introduce both of you my
son Richard and at this time I am the happiest man on this planet" the
meeting slowly broke up and Peter pulled me aside and said "Richard is
surely the handsomest young man in this company and as a FYI he really gay"
now I had my question answered Marty was Gay.

      As we drove home I asked Peter "why do you say that", and Peter said
"he groped me during the tour and said if I had some free time he lives in
a separate house on his Dad"s property and he would like to get me into his
bed" I smiled and said "now you are getting a bird"s-eye view of the West
Hollywood gays, a thing that I hope you never turn into" he smiled and said
"I will never turn into that kind gay as long as I have you to ground me in
the real world" when we got home I asked him "Peter are you going to invite
Dave for a sleep over" he looked at me and said "I guess unless you think
that he may try to have sex with me" I looked at him and said "unless Dave
is dead from the neck up he will try to get you to have sex with him, the

that is why we had the cameras put in, if he threatens you or tries to

to your bed it will alert me and I will be in your room in a flash" so
Peter went next door and in a few minutes he returned and said "he will be
over after dinner around 7:00 and he wants to play the X-Box and he will
bring his game over and we will be ready after dinner" I smiled and said
"well you may have to beat him on his own game" he laughed and said "I
learned to play an X-Box on that game and I am good at it" I smiled and
asked "what do you want for dinner" he smiled and says "how are you at a
grilled cheese sandwich" I said "I will make a grilled cheese sandwich to
die for" he laughed and I started to pull food out of the refrigerator and
in a few minutes I was heating the sandwich in my Panini maker and he was
setting the table with small plates for some of the antipasto and I put the
sandwiches on a larger luncheon plate and I added some potato chips then I
poured glasses of ice sweet tea and Peter sat and he took a bite out of the
sandwich and said "thin sliced ham in between the cheese, now that is
different and scrumptious" I smiled and said "you need some fortification
so you can beat Dave when you play X-Box" he smiled and continued to inhale
the food, as he did I was shocked as to how fast he finished the sandwich I
asked him "if I make another one would you split it with me" he looked like
he was thinking about it and finally said "I don"t think I could eat
another " but if you are still hungry I share it with you" I was a little
shocked and said "no we don"t need to make another one" he tried to bluff
me but I was much better than most at that game.

      What Peter didn"t know was when Lou install the video equipment he
install a magnetic switch in his door so if it stayed open the switch was
off but if the door was closed it activated the video recording machine and
turned a small motor under my bed on and the motor vibrated just enough to
wake me and at the same time turned on my TV giving me a view of Peter"s
room, so as the living room TV stopped being interesting I started to my
bedroom as I passed Peter"s room both of the boys were dressed in sleep
shorts and T-shirts, going at it hot and heavy and the X-Box was in full
tilt I stepped in and Peter pushed the pause button and I said "one hour
then to sleep it is almost midnight and the door is to stay open at all
times" Peter said "Yes Dad" and Dave said "yes sir" I looked at them and
said "I am exhausted so no loud shouting and get some sleep the X-Box will
be there tomorrow" I went into my bedroom and stripped and put on my sleep
shorts and a T-shirt and in 5 minutes I was in my bed I must have fallen
asleep and the next thing I felt was the bed shaking so I deactivated the
alarm and I watched the TV and seeing that it was 2:30 I was watching the
action in Peter"s bedroom and Dave was moving around the bed and as he
moved he stripped all of his clothing off and he slipped in to bed behind
Peter, I could see movement of the blanket and I could hear Peter say
"please Dave I don"t want to".

      I watched and in less than minutes Dave had thrown the covers on the
floor and was fighting with Peter to get him naked he was bigger and
stronger than Peter but as I watched he finally forced Peter to be naked,
then Peter said "please Dave I don"t want do this and if you do it, it's
called RAPE" Dave responded "I don"t care you are mine tonight and I going
to fuck you until you walk funny" Peter answered "if you do this to me I
will tell my Dad and then the shit will hit the fan" Dave said "if you do I
will catch you and beat you to death I"m not a whus like you I know that my
dad will protect me" at that moment I got up and I walked to Peter"s room
and I tried the door and it was locked so I took the emergency release
inserted it into the lock and the door was open and the lights were on and
what I saw was Dave with peters legs on his shoulders and he was trying to
enter Peter"s ass, I stepped up to Peter"s bed and hit Dave on the side of
his head hard enough to knock him out and he ended up on the floor, I
pulled Peter into my arms and he was shaking and crying so I held him and
as I did Dave came to and said "Peter begged me to fuck him and he said for
me to close and lock the door" Peter said "no I didn"t" as we were arguing
Dave was dressed and before I could stop him was out the door down the
stairs and running home.


      I looked at Peter and said "Peter get dressed we are about to have
company" what happened next was not what I was prepared for but when my
next door neighbor knocked on my front door it almost sounded like he was
using a hammer so I opened the door and hit the panic alarm switch on my
ADT security system all of the lights on the outside came on and standing
in my doorway was Dave"s Dad and he was packing a Desert Eagle and it
looked to be 50 caliber so I said "I think I would put that away seeing the
cops will be here in a minute, plus I have all or this on video and you
don"t look good" he put the gun in a soft case "AKA a Rug) and dropped it
into the bushes at that moment the cops and the ADT armed response team
arrived and I said "it was a mistake and I would pay for the response
charges" and Dave"s Dad pulled a Detective shield out of his pocket and
said "we have it well in hand" as the officers departed I asked Tom and
Dave to come in and sent Peter for the DVD disc I looked at Tom and said
"as you know Peter is like Dave an adopted son but what you may not know is
that both of the boys are gay, and there are as many levels of gay as there
are shades of gray Peter is usually a submissive and warm loving person but
he has had some severe physical abuse" as I said that Peter came back and
handed me the disc, so I pulled him into my arms and raised his T-shirt,
Tom gasped and Dave looked at the floor "on this disc is exactly what
happened tonight" and I turned the TV on and plugged the disc in and it
started, in the next 20 minutes the screen unfolded showing the attempt of
Dave to RAPE Peter and my subsequent stopping of it from happening, Dave
sat with his mouth hanging open and Tom was very angry, and Tom said "Dave
you are forbidden from ever going anywhere near Peter and you will be kept
on a short leash, and if anything happens to Peter that I can trace back to
you or one of your friends I will kill you" Dave was softly crying and he
said "I can never apologize for what I did and I want to make it up to
Peter but with the restrictions that my Dad has placed on me all I can say
I am truly sorry and it was all truly all my fault".

      That night Peter came into my bed and without sex we slept in each
other's arms and in the morning Peter said "did we have a situation last
night or was it all one bad dream" I hugged him and said "that is yet to be
seen".

      When we ate breakfast I looked at Peter and said "do you understand
what happened last night, you are still a wonderful open minded clean
person but Dave came in from the street and he is a me, my and mine person
unlike you he will destroy any one that he can and he does it because he
can and he does it for fun but he needs the tables to be turned on him, and
I know a person that is just his type but is worst than he think that he
can be".
