Chapter 27

Too much on my mind, I was wide awake at two AM. I carefully slipped out of
bed and put on a robe and went down to my office. I'd no sooner sat down
when Chen looked in.

"Coffee Commander?"

"What the fuck are you doing up."

"Packing Sir. I'm coming along this time. Someone needs to look out for
your meals. Your looking a little gaunt."

"Fine Chen. Coffee would be nice, thank you."

I started to go over my outline plan to take out all the slave labor camps.
Sitting back thinking I turned on World Wide News net.

"This John Breckenridge reporting."

"Early indications show ships of the NorAm Navy quietly putting to sea. All
along the east coast blacked out ships have been seen slowly moving into
the Atlantic. From Norfolk Virginia to Savannah Georgia. There has been a
total news blackout. Even from embedded reporters aboard the flagships."

"If this is an exercise, it is on a scale far beyond any in the near past.
Reports indicate that there are no less than 6 Nuclear Attack Carriers now
at sea with over 150 support ships. Two SEE BEE Battalions are also at sea.
One moment".........

"A new report says that the 2nd Pacific Fleet based in Yokohama Japan has
also put to sea and the 1st Pacific Fleet from Pearl Harbour."

"Why the silence from the White House."

I turned it off.

"Why indeed. The President was as good as his word. Not that I ever doubted
him."

What the hell have I got myself into? Well I guess I knew. Benji.

I looked at the clock. Jesus almost four. Been sitting here for two hours
and accomplished nothing. Time to get my love up. Long day today. Got up
and headed for my bedroom. Benji was already up and in the shower. I
dropped my robe and joined him.

"Where have you been Brin?"

"Thinking love, just thinking."

I soaped his hair and then helped wash his body. He had a hard on even
before I started on his body. I worked my way down and then slipped his
cock into my mouth. It was barely in when he blew his load. Even after a
couple of hours the night before. He still blew a great load.

"Oh Brin! I needed that."

"I did to love. You always taste Soooooo Good."

Benji just turned and bent over. I slipped my hard cock into him and drove
it deep.

"Oh Yes! Oh yes Brin. Fuck me. Fuck me hard please."

I held his hips as I drove in and out of him.

"Harder, please Brin harder." He kept saying.

I started to drive into him and pull back on his hips driving my cock as
far as it would go. Too soon I felt my ball churning. When I started to
come I drove in as hard as I could and just held it as I unloaded. Benji
shot his second load as I came in him.

"Wow Brin. That was the best ever."

Benji turned and planted a kiss on my mouth. I just held him as we kissed.
We got out dried off and dressed. Chen came in and dropped the morning
papers and breakfast.

"Good morning Chen."

"Good morning young Benji."

We ate quietly, although Benji kept looking at me.

"What's the problem Benji?"

"I just think sometimes I'm going to wake up and find this all a dream."

"This is no dream love. Well maybe a little bit. But its my dream come
true. I have the only person in the whole world I could ever love or will
ever love. You are my dream come true."

Dale knocked and looked in.

"Good morning Commanders. Helicopter will be on the pad in ten minutes. And
this came by courier last night."

He handed me a package.

"This is not for me."

I handed the package to Benji.

"This is for me?" Benji asked.

"Its addressed to you, so I presume its for you."

"What is it?"

"Why don't you open it and find out. I didn't send it."

Benji tore open the package. Inside was a leather case. Inside the case was
a lap top computer, with a note attached.

"Thought you might need this Commander. It has been loaded with all
information on the Company and also several programs to help you with your
schooling."

Irene.

He handed me the message.

"Well now you can start doing some of the work. Bout time too." I laughed.

Our bags had never even being unpacked. Dale and another security guard
grabbed them and headed down stairs. Benji and I finished dressing and then
went down to leave. Chen was already onboard and shortly after we entered
the helicopter we were airborne and headed to the airport.

Less than ten minutes later we landed along side the gleaming white
Challenger. Five minutes later we were inside and buckling up. John came
out of the cockpit.

"We will be stopping in Montreal to change planes Commander. Bombardier
wants to run a systems check on this aircraft. They said they would have
another waiting for us."

"Okay John, no problem."

Take off was real quick and we flew into the rising sun. We landed at
Mirabel Airport 45 minutes later and taxied to the Bombardier Hangers. I
looked out and could see at least seven Icarius aircraft sitting on the
ramp. There was also numerous Challenger 3's and 4's. Bombardier after many
years of near bankrupsy was now a thriving Corporation with over ten
thousand employees in NorAm and almost as many overseas. Maybe now I would
finally start receiving some dividends from my investments in the Company.
We were met by the CEO Jacques Moutain.

"Welcome Commander." he said as he stepped forward and took my hand warmly.

"Hello Jack. Good to see you. Looks like business is good."

"Very good. We have sold 19 Icarius, thanks in part to you. Come along your
replacement aircraft is still in the hanger."

We walked into the hanger. Sitting dead center was the gleaming white
Icarius. But it was painted in ISC colors. Complete with the NorAm colors
on the high tail and global insignia of INTERSEC on the nose.

"A small gift from the company Commander. This is the latest version of the
Icarius. The Icarius II. It's a bit bigger than the One, but also has a
longer range and higher speed."

"Jack even I can't afford to buy one of these."

"I think you miss understood me Commander. This is a gift, no charge from
the Company for your many years of support and your faith in the company.
Without your support it might have been a different story. We have sold 19
Icarius 1's, and have order for 6 Icarius 2's. Our break even point was 15.
And I have another surprise for you if you have time."

I just looked at him.

John and John had already gone aboard the new aircraft and my security was
loading our baggage.

"Okay. I'll bite."

Jacques motioned me toward an electric golf cart.

"Jack. I don't think you have met Deputy. Jacques this Benji. He is also my
life partner and my love."

"Bonjour Commander."

"Bonjour Jacques."

And then Benji started to talk to Jack in French. I never even knew that he
could speak it. The conversed for a couple of minutes.

"You are a very lucky man Commander to have such a wonderful young man."

The hanger doors had been opened while Benji and Jack had been talking. We
climbed into golf cart and Jack headed for one of the huge new hangers I
had seen when we landed. We stopped outside and walked to a man door in
side of the building. Armed Intersec security guards guarded the door but
snapped to attention as we approached. We entered and I was confronted by
the view of a huge aircraft. It looked exactly like an Icarius, but was at
least 200 ft long with a massive wing span.

"This is the Phoenix."

"God its huge. It looks like a very large Icarius."

"Well it is based on the design but, it is 225 ft long with a wing span of
165 ft. It has eight 20,000 lb thrust ram jet engines. It's speed on test
flights over the arctic is just over Mach 4, with a range of 10,000 miles.
It will seat 200 passengers."

"A passenger SST."

"Not just a passenger SST, but a new generation of Passenger SST's. It is
totally none polluting. Hydrogen fueled. New York to Paris in 45 minutes.
Or anywhere in the world in less than four hours."

"But the cost of the aircraft Jack must me huge?"

"Actually quite a bit less than you might think. All the systems are
basically the same as the Icarius, but somewhat larger. You could call it
the Icarius' giant brother. Our break even point would only be about 12-15
aircraft. It makes it's public debut at the Paris International Air Show in
July."

"Wow Brin it sure is a nice looking plane." Benji said.

"It sure is Benji, it sure is."

"We, as in I was hoping Commander that you and your staff might make up its
inaugural flight to Paris."

"I would be honored Jack, but I am so committed to other matters that I'm
not sure if I could make it."

"I understand Commander."

"Jack how many times have I asked you to call me Brin?"

"Many, many times. But you and your investments in the company and the
faith you have shown for this company have proved time and time again that
you really are to me and our company that you are our Commander. As such I
have told everyone that you are only to addressed as Commander. We are your
servant Sir."

"Fuck. Excuse my foul language Jack, but nobody is my servant."

Benji rattled off in French to Jacques.

"Agreed. Jack said.

Now what had they agreed too.

"I'll take you back to your aircraft now Brin."

"What did you say to him Benji?"

"Later love, later."

As we taxied out to take off, John came on the intercom.

"Where to Sir."

"Pretoria."

"Yes Sir.

I asked Dale to contact our office in South Africa and arrange
transportation and to inform the Prime Minister of South Africa that I
needed to see him today if it was at all possible.

A few minutes later I was informed that the Prime Minister was not in
Pretoria. He was on an inspection tour of the Military. Knowing Prime
Minister Mutamba was also the Minister of Defense, meant he could be
anywhere. Damn.

"Dale see if you can find out where he is and we'll go to him."

"Just under two hours to Pretoria." John notified me.

I looked over at Benji. He had the lap top open and was reading what was on
the screen. I got up and looked over his shoulder. He was going through the
table of organization of Intersec. Well that would keep him busy for a few
weeks I figured. Even I didn't know the whole table myself.

"Benji. Want to have a look in the cockpit?"

"Yes!"

We walked up and entered the cockpit. The co-pilot seemed to be dozing. The
pilot had his hand lightly on a pistol grip next to his chair.

"Hi John. Thought I'd show Benji the cockpit."

"Yes Sir. Not much to see. Were on autopilot. Speed is just under 2500
knots and were at an altitude of 45000 ft."

What's a knot." Benji asked.

"That's about 1 and 1/8th mile." John told him.

"You mean were going 2800 mph. Wow! That's fast."

"Yeah she really moves. We could go faster but this is best speed for fuel
consumption."

I was surprised he could calculate the speed so fast. After looking around
we went back and sat down. Benji opened his laptop and went back to
reading. I sat down and went back to thinking about my outline plan to
rescue the kids.

Dale came back and sat down.

"Sir the Prime Minister will be at Kinshasa Air Force Base at 1300.
Although the base is closed to civilian aircraft, we have been given
permission to land. We are to notify their air controllers when we are 300
miles out at 25,000 ft."

"Did you tell John?"

"Yes Sir."

"Good thanks Dale."

"Ask him what our ETA is please."

"About 1130 local Sir." he came back and told me.

I reset my watch to local time. Shit less than an hour. Both Benji and I
were dressed in standard combat dress. Both now black. As were my security
officers.

"Benji."

"Yes Brin."

"Switch to desert."

I was still astounded me when I touched the control on my wrist and the
uniform turned to desert tan instantly. I looked and all my security had
done the same thing.

I felt the aircraft begin to slow and descend. I looked out the window and
saw two aircraft off the left wing tip. Both had ANAF Insignia on their
wings.

"Looks like we have an escort." I said out loud.

Benji looked up and out his window.

"Wow! They sure seem close." he said.

The fasten seat belt sign lit up. I buckled my belt. Several minutes later
we heard the landing gear coming down and shortly after that we touched
down. I unbuckled and then sat and waited for the aircraft to stop. Looking
out I noticed we were being escorted right inside a hanger. The aircraft
stopped and shut down. When I looked out a second time I could see about 20
men standing with weapons pointed at the aircraft.

"Keep your weapons on safe and no quick moves. Leave your weapons Benji."

Dale hit the release for the cabin door and then the stairs. I got up and
with Benji just behind me exited the aircraft and walked down the stairs.
As I stopped at the bottom of the stairs a huge black man with a deep scowl
on his face walked toward us. He stopped about two feet away. The scowl on
his face turned to a grin and he grabbed me and lift me off my feet and
planted a kiss on both cheeks.

"Brin you white bastard, where have you been all these years?"

"Jesus Kimbo, let me down."

"Not until you tell me you still love me."

"Of course I still love you, you black SOB. Now let me down damn it."

He set me down, but still kept his arm around my shoulder. He was at least
6 inches taller than me. I looked at his face and saw a real smile, but
with a slight tear in his eyes.

I wrapped my arms around him.

"It is really good to see you my old friend. It has been far too long."

He released me and then turned and looked at Benji.

"And who is this young man?"

"Kimbo, this Benji. My deputy, lover, and life partner."

"So I have competition."

Then grabbed Benji and lifted him off his feet and kissed him on both
cheeks.

"Welcome to my country Benji."

He set him down and casually waved at the men surrounding the aircraft.
They dispersed, although I saw a few remain on alert.

"Come we will get out of this heat."

He walked toward a jeep, jumped in the drivers seat. I sat in front and
Benji jumped into the back. He then screamed out of the hanger going like a
bat out of hell. Both Benji and I hung on for dear life. He was laughing at
the top of his lungs. Lucky for us the trip was real short. We screeched to
halt by a low brick building and Kimbo jumped out. Before we were out
another jeep screeched to a halt behind us. Kimbo again just waved his hand
and men inside the jeep just sat still. We walked inside and the
temperature change was like a wall. It went from around 30C outside to 20C
inside. He walked down a hall and into an office. After we were both in he
closed the door and gestered to several comfortable chairs around a huge
desk. After we were seated he handed us each a cold bottle of beer. He then
sat down behind his desk.

"So just passing through, I don't think."

"No Kimbo, I need to speak to Prime Minister Mutamba."

"So important that you couldn't wait until he returns to Pretoria later
today?"

"Yes."

"You are being very tight lipped Brin. It is not like you."

"Kimbo, I would like to explain my reasons when he is here. So I don't have
to tell it twice. It is very important to me and to Benji."

He looked at his watch and then picked up a phone. Spoke a few words and
then hung up.

"The Prime Minister is going to be early. He'll be here in about 15
minutes. Gives you time to finish your beer. Do you want to meet him when
he lands or surprise him?"

"Well I'm not sure how he is going to react to my visit. What do you think
Kimbo?"

"Ha. Ha. Yes I think he will be surprised either way. He'll be landing on
the pad outside. So you might just as well wait here for him. He will want
to get into cooler air in here as quick as possible. He's become too used
to air conditioning since he has been in office."

Kimbo got up and looked out the window. He stood there until we could hear
the helicopter. Then strode outside to greet the Prime Minister.

I stood and watched as the helicopter landed. Jocko Mutamba, I saw had put
on a considerable amount of weight, not that he was a small man when I
first met him almost 15 years before. I watched as Kimbo saluted him and
then was embraced in hug by the Prime Minister. I saw them talking as he
was escorted to the building. I remained standing waiting.

They were both laughing as they walked in the office. When Jocko saw me he
stopped dead in his tracks and just stood there for about ten seconds.

Then almost in a flash he was across the office, grabbing me in a bear hug.

"BRIN! Brin. A very welcome surprise. Oh Brin it is so good to see you my
hero, my friend."

"How are you doing Jocko? It's been a very long time."

"Good, very good. And you."

"Okay I guess."

"I can tell from your voice that things are not as good as they should be.
And you being here is not just a coincident."

"No Jocko, things are not as I would like them to be and I need your help
very badly."

"Anything Brin. Anything at all. Both myself and my country are at your
service."

"You might not after I explain what I need."

"Oh is it that bad now. Tell me Brin how we can help."

"First I need you both to read something."

I opened my briefcase and handed both Jocko and Kimbo a copy of Benji's
story.

Both sat down and started reading. Neither said a word until they had
finished.

Jocko looked at Benji.

"This is the young man in the story?"

"Yes." I said.

He got up slowly and walked around the desk and then pulled Benji into his
massive arms. Benji was almost invisible in his embrace.

"You are a very lucky young man."

It was then that I noticed the tears on Jocko's face.

"So you rescued this young man and?" Kimbo asked.

"I also rescued about 3500 other boys and girls from slavery. And I know of
another 5 to 6 thousand more who are also in slavery. I'm going to rescue
them all."

"But how can you, just you accomplish this...? Ah! Now I think I am
beginning to see. Brin my Country and our Armed forces are at your
disposal. General Masubo place the SAAF on condition 2."

Kimbo stood up and picked up a phone. He barked several words into the
mouth piece and then a moment later rattled off several more. I couldn't
understand what he said but the reaction from outside was immediate. I
watched as several hundred men burst from barracks and ran to vehicles
lined up along their barracks. I heard the faint sound of a siren.

"Kimbo. The NorAm armed forces are dispatching several C-5's and C-17's
here carrying troops and heavy helicopters. But I need absolute secrecy. If
even a single word leaks out it could put all those young men and women in
real jeopardy."

"The base is sealed Brin. No one will be allowed out or in without my
permission."

"Anything else you need Brin?" Jocko asked.

"A secure place to make some calls. Possibly a secure IE hub."

"I think it is time to move to the Command Center." Jocko said.

We walked out of the office and down a short hall. Kimbo opened a door and
we entered what looked like a small closet. He opened a panel on the wall
and hit the lower of three buttons.

"This was an old diamond mine. The Command post is about 300 ft
underground. It was installed by the White Regime when they were still in
power. Now it is the Central Command Center for the South African Armed
Forces."

The elevator door opened on rough stone walls. We walked down the mine
shaft to another door. This one was solid steel. After punching in several
numbers on a keypad the door slowly opened on a vast cavern. In the center
I could see a huge oval table with several chairs around it. Spread around
the cavern were many stations with computer screens on the walls. The soft
hum of air conditioners could be heard. We walked to the central table and
Kimbo motioned us to be seated.

"The telephone is a secure line and you can connect to the internet." Jocko
said.

I plugged in my lap top and connected with the Intersec Web site. After
keying in my password I checked for any important messages. Finding nothing
I needed to answer right away, I disconnected. I picked up the phone,
dialed the South African office and had them connect me with Burundi.

"Command Center. Colonel White Sir."

"Colonel White, this is Commander Sadac. Bring me up to date."

I listened for several minutes. Most notable was the search of Burundi city
had turned up 3226 slaves, 2960 boys and 266 girls. 23 boys and 17 girls
had died from their injuries prior to being shipped to the Good Hope.
Twenty Six foreign nationals were under arrest. Sudan had been firing
Surface to Surface missiles into Burundi City and New Babylon. To safe
guard the Good Hope, Admiral Cunningham had ordered her to sea. She was now
running a figure eight course off the coast. The interim government of
Burundi and New Babylon were in negotiations for reunification.

"Thank you Colonel. Can you connect me with the Good Hope."

"Good Hope. Commander Silverman."

"Commander Sadac for the Captain."

"One moment Sir."

"Commander it is very good to hear from you. Your family is in good hands
here."

"To get right to the point Captain Fontaine, how are your relations with
the Swiss Hospital ship?"

"Very good Commander. The Saint Peter is currently at Mumbai in India. She
was there helping with a cholera outbreak. I think she is due to sail for
her home port of Genoa."

"If I said I needed her, would her Captain cooperate?"

"I think he would have to know what you need her for and I believe he would
need permission from the Swiss Government."

"This probably asking too much Captain Fontaine but, Could you talk to him
and have him fly here, I will supply transportation for him and you."

"And where is here Commander."

"South Africa."

"I can only ask Commander."

"Captain. We need that ship. I need that ship. Benji will be in Burundi to
pick you up in under two hours. My plane will then fly you to Mumbai and
you can pick the Captain of the Saint Peter and bring him here."

"Once he is here, I think he will agree to help after I explain to him what
I need from him and the Saint Peter."

"Commander he may still need permission from his owners."

"I don't have a problem with that as long as his government will hold its
purpose in total secrecy."

"No promises Commander. But I will try."

"Good that's all I can ask. Thank you."

I hung up.

"Kimbo. Can you arrange for my aircraft to be readied for immediate take
off?"

"Yes Brin."

"Benji, I want you to fly to Burundi and pick up Captain Fontaine, Geordie
and Tom and take them to Mumbai and pick up Captain Mateo of the Saint
Peter and bring them here."

"Yes Commander." Benji said. He then headed for the elevator.

"I'll go with him." Kimbo said.

They both left.

"Brin you need to explain exactly what you want. I said myself and my
country are at your service, but you need to tell me what you have in
 mind."

"Sorry Jocko. Can you bring up a map of East Africa and maybe one of South
East Asia, including the Philippines and Malaysia."

I was totally taken by surprise when a map of East Africa appeared on the
conference table. It showed everything from the border of Sudan to the tip
of Africa.

"Very nice Jocko. Can you show me where Tombasa, Himcosha, Mogadishu,
Jimwatu and Tamawatu are."

Jocko keyed in the names on his keyboard. The towns were now highlighted on
the map.

"Those five towns all have slave camps. The camps are using child slave
labor. I suspect they are processing plants for cocaine or heroine. Not
that I care. All I'm interested in is the kids that are being used. I plan
to destroy those camps and rescue all the boys and girls."

"And what do you need from me Brin."

"Your Special Forces. And this base as a staging point to make the
assaults."

With a straight face.

"Brin. South Africa does not have any Special Forces."

With an equally straight face I said.

"Bears don't shit in the woods either."

Jocko laughed out loud.

"So what do you want our fictious Special Forces to do?"

"I want them to give me all the information they can from each of the camps
in Ethiopia. Full reconnaissance."

"And when would you like this information?"

"Yesterday Jocko."

He was about to open his mouth when a phone next to him rang. He picked it
up and listened.

"Allow them to land. Place the First on alert. Order General Musubo to the
Command Center."

"Two C-5's are on final to land. Also an executive jet."

"The C-5's are bringing Super Stallions. I'm not sure who is on the
executive jet. But I think it could be officers from NorAm."

"Brin. I think you should relax for a while. I'll have one of my aides
escort you to quarters. I will let you know when I have information for
you."

"Escort the Commander to the VIP Quarters. Make sure he is comfortable."

I was ushered out of the Command Center and up to ground level and then to
a very well equipped suite. Now all I had to was wait. I hated just
waiting.
