Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen.

I will be reading from a prepared speech. There will be no question period
at the end of the Speech, however you will all be given the speech in its
entirety and a prepared addendum and several annexes to the speech.

First off I am going to clear the air of any speculation that has been
going on concerning several departments of the Government of NorAm, most
notably, Justice, Homeland Security and the NorAm Armed forces.

These three departments have been involved in a massive International
Investigation into Slavery, but more specifically Sex Slavery. Sex slavery
of Children. All three departments have been under a veil of secrecy
ordered by me.

Now. As all of you are aware, in late February a young boy, later
identified as Benjamin Watson, was found half frozen on the entrance road
to Brin Sadac's mountain retreat. Brin Sadac is as all of you know the CEO
and Commander of the International Security Command. Commander Sadac with
considerable help and the resources available to him was able to both save
and identify Benji. He was also able to obtain his name and circumstances
as to how he ended up on his property.

I will not release his story to you. If at a point in the future he wishes
it is released, then he will do it himself.

Suffice to say, he, when found had been beaten, raped and whipped, so badly
that it was only with the extreme and exacting care of Brin Sadac that he
survived. Almost immediately after Commander Sadac had found Benji he
notified the NPF. At no time did he try to conceal information from the
NPF.

Now I would be less than honest if I said that I liked Brin Sadac. Infact I
do not like him because as you probably all know He is Gay. I have
professed time and time again my dislike of the gay life style and to be
honest gays themselves. However as President I will always adhere to the
laws laid down in NorAm. I would also be dishonest if I said the
Anti-discrimination laws were not working. They are working and I firmly
believe that the will of the People here is been strictly adhered to,
almost 85% of the People voted for the amendment to the Constitution.

Again through the resources available to INTERSEC, after Benji had related
his story to Commander Sadac, INTERSEC was able to trace Benjis' journey
from an orphanage in Ontario to Saskatchewan and then to Burundi. With the
considerable help from Israel and his own forces Commander Sadac attacked
and occupied Burundi, arresting the Sultan and several foreign nationals in
the country. My Attorney General Mohamed Azeri was invited to Burundi to
see exactly why INTERSEC had attacked a sovereign nation. After observing
what had been found and knowing the International implications, Brin loaned
him his personal aircraft to fly him back to NorAm. After talking to him
and realizing all the varied implications, I ordered a complete blackout to
the News Services. I also ordered the Good Hope 2, along with its support
units to Burundi. Brin Sadac's primary reason was to find and kill the man
who had bought and abused Benji. But after finding so many more boys and
girls in Burundi in Sex Slavery, he vowed then to stop at nothing until all
those young men and women were free of Slavery. I can tell you now that
over 3200 boys and girls were found in various positions of sex slavery in
Burundi. Also I will tell you that almost 95% of those kids are from NorAm.

Burundi and the adjoining City State of New Babylon are both awash in oil
reserves. Some where close to 3 million barrels a day. At the present price
of oil, near the 125 dollar mark per barrel made both Burundi and New
Babylon very rich countries. Knowing that neither Burundi or New Babylon
had an armed forces to speak of, Sudan decide to annex both. The only thing
that stood in their way was the 3rd International Security Command Brigade
also known as The Benji Brigade. Commander Sadac was about to defend
Burundi and New Babylon with less than 3,000 men and women. Using my
Command Authority under the Congressional ninety day rule, I ordered Major
General, now Lt. General Blake and one of his Heavy Marine Assault Brigades
to Burundi to assist in anyway needed in repelling the pending attack by
Sudan.

As the Good Hope was nearing Burundi, it and the Support group was attacked
by high level bombers from Sudan. During the ensuing battle the Destroyer
Benton was sunk killing almost 500 men and injuring 136 others. The cruiser
San Francisco was also damaged. At That point in Time I asked Congress to
Declare unrestricted War on Sudan. Both Houses concurred with no
abstentions.

I also Contracted with the International Security Command to prosecute the
war against Sudan.

That war still continues.

It has been reported almost continuously that NorAm is trying to exploit
the resources of Africa. This is total nonsense. NorAm is almost completely
self sufficient in all areas with the exception of some strategic metals.
Those are mostly imported from the South African Free Republic.

This Great Country of ours will never be neutral in the affairs of the
world. We will never accept attack against this country without a response.
And that response will be with the full power and might this country
commands.

Two weeks ago Commander Sadac came to me with a request for assistance in
ending the trade in child slavery. As a God fearing man I could not refuse
his request. Under interrogation, as laid out under the World Court in the
Hague, INTERSEC had found seven other places where child slavery was being
used. He asked for help in destroying these, these very dens of the most
horrendous crime imaginable. The use of children for labor or sex under
pain of punishment. I cried long and hard at the thought of such
depravities. I committed all our armed forces as would be needed to end
once and for all this crime.

Last night, with the cooperation of Great Britain, South Africa, the Armed
might of NorAm, Israel and the forces of the International Security Command
notably the Loyal Edmonton Regiment, the seven camps were attacked and
liberated. Just before this News release I was informed that almost 7000
more boys and girls were rescued. SEVEN THOUSAND ladies and Gentlemen. An
entire Generation of our sons and daughters. How could we let this happen.

During the interrogations and with information found in Burundi over 3500
men world wide are now under indictment. Over twelve hundred of those are
here in NorAm. Beginning at 18:00 this evening the combined units of the
military and NPF have been making arrests. The arrests are being made under
the provisions of the Homeland Security Act. Non will let out on bail. Non
will be released until they are proven innocent. If guilty they will be
sentenced under the provisions of the Capital Crimes provision of the
Criminal Justice System.

This may seem harsh to you ladies and gentlemen, but considering what they
are accused off I think they will get off too easy.

At the same time as arrested are being made here they are also being made
in all the other countries around the globe. All those will be prosecuted
in their own country. Under their own laws. The foreign nationals
identified and arrested in Burundi will be returned to their respective
countries for prosecution. However the Sultan of Burundi is under the
arrest of the International Security Command. Commander Sadac's intention
is to send him to Saudi Arabia for prosecution under Islamic Law. Nine boys
found in a mass grave outside Burundi City have been Identified as Saudi
boys. All these young men, some as young as twelve, had been executed by
gun, or strangulation or beheading.

You see ladies and gentlemen, any boy that didn't measure up to the Sultans
requirements were just got rid of. To kill for any reason is a crime, but
to kill a young boy because he couldn't measure up to ones particular
sexual fetish is beyond even my imagination. But to kill so many makes him
a monster worse than Hitler. So far almost 365 boys and girls have been
identified in the mass grave. There are still over a thousand waiting.

At the same time as the other camps identified were being liberated, units
of the NorAm Armed Forces began landing in Bor-Dango. This Island City
State is the source of almost 90% of all illegal drugs entering this
country. It is also a state that uses child labor, child slavery. At
present I have no real information on how that operation is going except to
say that the man in charge down there, Count Erich Von Garston has been
detained. I hope and I pray that none of the boys and girls there have been
hurt or killed.

This is all I have to say at this point. The speech and annexes will be
given to you on your way out.

Annex 1 lists all those boys and girls identified to date and their country
of origin.

Annex 2 list all those under indictment world wide.

Annex 3 lists the names of all boys and girls who have been Identified in
the mass grave site in Burundi.

Publish them ladies and gentlemen. Let everyone know of this horrendous
crime. Please.
