Subject: Christian's Workout II

Todd's call on Saturday morning caught me completely by surprise.  He wanted
to know if I had enjoyed my day with Christian as much as Christian had.  I
never thought Christian would say he enjoyed the workout I gave him, but,
yes, I had enjoyed it very much.  Todd said Christian was excited with my
more physical style and had asked if we could do it again.  Todd was
willing, but he wanted to watch and maybe participate.  We agreed to meet on
Wednesday of the following week.

Christian was just returning from a run up the mountain when I pulled into
Todd's driveway.  He was wearing leg weights and a new weight vest.  He
excitedly told me it was the heaviest one in town.  Since it was only 45
pounds, he had also put on a 10-pound diver's weight belt.  We went inside
and out to the pool where Todd was finishing a cup of coffee.  We chatted a
few minutes while Christian swam.  When he got out of the water we started
talking about what to do that day.

Christian had mentioned bicycling last week, and Todd said they had two
mountain bikes in the garage.  I asked where they rode, and Todd said the
road turned to dirt just past his house and went several miles out into the
desert.  There were section roads every mile.  What about having Christian
run along as we go for a bike ride?  We can decide what else to do while we
ride.  We took a lot of water and tied a rope around Christian's neck and to
the seat post of my bike.  We'd do four miles, taking a right turn at each
section road ending back at Todd's place.  Christian asked if he should wear
the leg weights.  Sure.  I also had him put a pair of leg weights on his
wrists.  After a mile, we turned to see a series of hills and dips.  Todd
leaned over and said he thought we could push Christian harder.  We stepped
up the pace and tried to sprint up each of the hills.  Christian never broke
stride, never lost his magnificent rhythm or that smile on his face. Todd
and I increased our speed every time we turned right so that we were going
about as fast as we could for the last mile.  When we got back to Todd's
house, Christian was hot, red, and covered with sweat that fell from his
body like rain.

By the time we got out to the pool, Christian was breathing normally again.
Todd told him to get out of his wet running shorts, and he just dropped them
by the pool.  I asked Todd if there was any part of Christian's body he
wanted to work on.  He suggested the arms, chest, and shoulders for the
morning, then the legs and abs for the afternoon.  I had Christian get some
of the equipment from the gym that we had used the week before.  I took him
to the back wall and placed the 6-inch blocks about shoulder-width apart, 2
feet from the base of the wall.  Christian asked if this was for vertical
pushups.  I told him to go for it in sets of 50.  Facing the wall, he bent
down to put his hands on the blocks, then jumped up in a handstand, letting
his feet touch the wall for stability.  He cranked out 3 sets as Todd shook
his head in amazement.  "I knew he had a fabulous body and was in great
shape, but I had no idea."  I told him this kind of thing went on all day
last Wednesday.  As Christian started his fourth set, I decided he would do
pullups next.  When Christian finished his vertical pushups and got
something to drink, I told him what I wanted, alternating sets of 25
close-grip, underhanded pullups and 25 wide-grip overhanded pullups.  He
went to the pullup bar and started the first set.  I thought about having
him put on the weight vest, but decided against it in favor of more sets.
By the end of his fifth set, he had a very noticeable pump in both his
biceps and his cock.  Todd was getting excited himself, as was I.  I asked
Todd if he had a favorite pushing exercise, and he said he liked incline
dumbbell presses.  Christian brought the proper bench and a pair of 50-pound

stopped him.  It was time to cool off, so we had him do 20 laps of the pool

hard run to the mountain and back for time.  Todd liked my ideas, and after
Christian's swim, we gave him a few minutes to rest.

Time for ab work.  I had Christian sit on the edge of the pool as we had
done last week. He had to lay back into the pool and cover his face with
water, then situp and touch his elbow to my opposite shoulder while I held
his ankles.  I told him to do 250.  His form was flawless for the first 200,
but he struggled during the last 50.  As he stood up, I poked him in the gut
to see how tight he was.  It was like poking a brick wall.  For lower abs,
his weak point, we would do reverse crunches with leg weights, and hanging
leglifts on the pullup bar.  He did 200 reverse crunches, better than last
week, and then did 40 hanging leglifts.  I had him put on leg weights and
lie down on his back with both feet straight up in the air and his arms
extended to his sides. He had to lower his legs as close to his left hand,
then as close to his right hand as he could without touching the ground.  I
wanted him to do 100 of these.  He did all 100, but was groaning and
breathing heavily for the last 20.  After another set of 100 reverse
crunches, we'd start on his legs.

Todd took over for Christian's leg work, and he started with 50 squats with
a moderate weight.  Then Todd had Christian bend over a bench so Todd could
get on his back.  Christian did donkey calf raises for what seemed like all
afternoon, before Todd had him do another set of 50 squats.  Then Todd had
Christian jump back and forth over the weight bench.  This went on for
several minutes, before Todd told Christian to put on the weight vest.  This
continued for another 10 minutes or so.  They did another set of donkey calf
raises, probably 200 or more.  It seemed his calf muscles would pop out of
his skin at any moment.

After the leg work, we had Christian put on his shorts and shoes and get
some water.  Out front, we tied the stem of Todd's bike to the stem of mine
with about 20 feet of loose rope between them.  We had Christian wrap the
rope twice around his midsection.  Christian would have to tow Todd and me
around the 4-mile loop we had done in the morning.  He had to keep going
fast enough so that Todd and I could maintain balance without pedaling.  The
load on the rope would work Christian's stomach and not let him fully expand
on each breath.  Todd smiled as he contemplated my design for Christian's
discomfort.  At the end of the 4 miles, Christian was noticeably fatigued,
but he had one last task before the gut punching.  With leg weights, the
weight vest, and the diver's belt, he had to run up to the summit of the
nearby mountain and return within the 13 minutes limit established by his
first run a week ago.  He'd get a punch for every second over 13 minutes.
Off he went, but at a noticeably slower pace than I had ever seen him run
before.  It was 19+ minutes before he reappeared at the pool, breathing
heavily, sweating profusely, and bright red all over.

He took off everything and drank an entire bottle of water, before I grabbed
him and pinned his arms behind his back.  Todd began to punch Christian's
upper abs, but had little effect on the well-muscled belly.  As the minutes
ticked off, Todd increased the intensity of his punches, but Christian's
abdominal wall was undented.  I told Todd to start working below the navel,
and after almost 10 minutes, I could hear Christian grunt and feel him
flinch with each of Todd's punches.  All three of us were fully hard, and

effects of the day's activities, and had a slightly pained expression on his
face.  We then tied Christian to the pullup bar so his toes were barely

minutes, before my punches started getting through his abdominal wall.
Christian seemed to be meditating while I punched him; his eyes popped open
when I gave him a particularly hard shot just below the sternum.  He kept
his attention focused and his muscles flexed, but the armor plate was
beginning to soften.  Todd noticed this, and wanted to check it out for
himself.  He gave Christian his best shots for a couple of minutes, before
Christian shot his load all over Todd.  Seeing what had happened, Christian
asked to be untied to clean up Todd who was nearing his own ejaculation.  I
