For Rent

       I needed to find a roommate to share the rent in my apartment.
Things were getting tight and I figured what better way to save money than
to rent my extra bedroom out. I placed an ad ... Room for rent , looking
clean cut guy age 21 -- 28 years old.... Straight , gay or Bi sexually
orientation not important.  500.00 per month .... Call Josh ....
          I received a call the next day after placing the ad and the guy
left a message on my voice mail. Once I heard his voice I had to meet this
guy ... His message was Hey Josh this is Rico. Interested in the room for
rent... I'm straight, 24 yrs old and I don't care about your sexual
orientation either. Call me back asap I need to know now if the place is
still available ... It was more of a command than a request. It seemed
weird he was so aggressive on the phone but it also intrigued me... I
called him back right away... " hello Rico this is Josh calling back about
the room for rent" ...  "shit man I like that , you called back fast I hate
to wait, is the room still available" " Yes would you like to stop by and
see the place" Rico said he would be over in 1 hour and was sure he would
move right in...

                The bell rang about 2 hours later it was Rico. I buzzed him
in and waited for him to make the climb to the 3rd floor.... Once I got a
look at Rico I wanted him...as a roommate of course ... He was latin,
smooth face and arms and wore tight jeans ripped right below his well
rounded muscular bubble butt...  "Let me show you the room and the rest of
the place".  I said... I showed him the bedroom it was a good size he
seemed to like it. The Apt had a nice balcony and living room off the eat
kitchen ... " Nice place man I'll move in tonight ...."  I slowed him down
alittle and told him he needed to fill out a back ground sheet and 1 month
rent and 1 months deposit ...  " shit you don't need any of that" Rico said

... I wanted him to rent the room , even though he said he was straight I
wouldn't mind having him to look at everyday.... " Sure Rico lets shake on
it and that's good enough for me".. I held out my hand and Rico grabbed it
and squeezed ... I noticed a weird almost evil glare in his eyes that
actually scared me..." I'll be back around 7pm" he said and with that he
turned and left...
                 I was really nervous about renting the room to Rico
.... At the same time I was deeply turned on by his hot good looks and that
evil stare he gave me ... I was glad 7pm was approaching quickly ... well
it was almost 8pm and no Rico I figured he changed his mind ... I was
getting ready to go out when the bell rang... It was Rico 9: 30 ... "He man
open the door " I buzzed him in and waited for Rico to climb the stairs
... He came I with a huge duffel bag tossed it on the floor...  ` theres 2
more in the car be a good boy and go and grab them I need to take a wicked
piss"... Again it was not a request he was telling me what to do... I
obediently went down to Ricos car grabbed the bags and dragged them
up... Once back in the apartment Rico was sitting on the couch with one of
my beers... " put the bags in my room you can help put my stuff away
later"... I stupidly dragged the bags to his room and put them next to his
bed..  I came back out Rico was now opening his 2nd beer..." glad you had
some cold beer I was fucking thirsty, next time pick up some Coronas and
limes I prefer those". He headed back to the couch flopped down and turned
on the TV... I was fucking pissed ..." listen Rico , I would appreciate you
asking before you help yourself to my beer , drinks and food are not
included in the rent... and you still need to give me your deposit and 1st
months rent ...Rico stood up and walked over to me... He had that cold evil
look again.... " I shook your hand and told you that was good enough...
you'll get your rent and dep[osit I 1st have to make sure you're the right
fit...Heres how it works.... You put my stuff away, you supply the food and
beer... You do the laundry clean my room and make sure I'm happy..If not I
kick the shit out of you and make you do it anyway" He grabbed me by the
shirt and twisted it until I started to cave in toward the floor..."that is
the lease you are going to draw up and we will both sign it,,," " the rent
includes Laundry, dinners, maid service 24/7 ... this is all included in my
rent .." " if you break the contract I'll sue you or better yet I'll beat
you until you fulfill the agreement ... I was now al;most on my knees
looking up at Rico and all I could do was knod my head yes...  I was now
really scared ...
                Rico pushed me back and went back over and sat on the
couch... I stayed on my knees for a moment until his loud voice screamed at
me... " get me a beer make something to eat and go put my clothes
away".... " I don't like to be kept waiting after all I'm paying for this
service in the lease your going to sign ... Maybe we should make it a 2
year lease " .. Rico laughed a sarcastic laugh as I got uo and brought him
over his beer ... "  Hey open it and give me a glass what kind of service
is this " ... I opened his beer and poured him a glass and handed it to
him... " now go and get my room ready... I like socks and underwear in the
same drawer, shirts pants even my jeann all hung up nicely in the
closet... Shoes , boots and sneakers all kept together by type... I'll
leave my laundry on the floor come in and pick it up twice a week...."  "oh
and make sure I have clean towels daily, I don't like using the same towel
twice so you my have to launder those more often "... I was about to
protest when Rico looked at me and I could tell that protesting was going
to get me a beating... I said ok Rico and turned and went to his room to
put away his things ....
     I finished putting Ricos things away and went into the kitchen to get
myself a beer... Rico got up and went to his room ... " hey josh get in my
room".. I walked over Rico was standing over by the bathroom door stripped
down to his briefs ...." Draw me a hot bath and find some soap and shampoo
what kind of hotel service is this" He laughed and walked into the bathroom
... I followed him in he was standing over the toilet taking a piss. I
started up the bath water and went and got some shampoo and body wash and
bought it back in Rico was now totally stripped and sitting on the toilet
with the lid down waiting for the tub to fill... I tested the water and
told him it was ready.. He got up and stepped into the tub... " I call you
when I'm ready to be dried".. I looked up at him and he just sank down into
the water..
           I left the bathroom wondering what the hell I had gotten myself
into... I also could not get my cock to go down ...
