game, it is always good to know your playmate's health
condition, limits and anything else that is pertinent that
could end up causing injury to either of you physically,
psychologically or in any other manner.  Good gamesmanship
requires good communication and good preparation.  Consider
every contingency before the game begins to enjoy maximum

well you think you know yourself and your ability to trust.
You set your own limits and your own tasks. I will never
exceed what you tell me you're ready for. In building trust,
you are giving yourself over to someone you have never met
and allowing him access to you wholly and totally. What is

THE GAME OF THE MONTH:  THE PUNCHING BAG

The tools needed for this game are:  swim goggles with the
eyes blacked out; hand cuffs; gravity boots and a chin-up
bar; or ankle suspension restraints and a suspension device;
a large keg tub or very large bucket; a water pitcher;
water.

This game is intended for use with very fit slaves who have
strict limits and an iron will that needs to be broken.  It
is a test of strength in terms of physicality, will and
resolve.

Suspend your slave upside down either from the chin-up bar
or your other suspension device.  Handcuff the slave's hands
behind its back. Place the blacked out swim goggles over
your slave's eyes.

Then place the large keg tub (works best) under its head.
The tub should be big enough so that if the slave does an
inverted crunch or swings from side to side its head does
not touch the sides of the tub.  The tub should also be deep
enough so that if filled with water, the slave's nose and
mouth will be under the water level.  Start with the water
level just below the slaves head.

The rules of the game are simple.  You set a predetermined
time limit for the slave.  If the slave can make it through
the agreed upon time, you give the slave a reward.  If the
slave asks to stop the game or is physically unable to
continue, then the game will end, but only after extracting
a concession from the slave.

The game starts when the timer begins.  You slowly fill the
tub with water.  I like using a pitcher because it gives
dramatic effect.  You can use ice cold water and pour it
down the slave's body.  Slowly, the water level in the tub
begins to rise.  The slave, if it is fit, will attempt to do
inverted crunches to stay above the water line.  You, as the
master who likes to have fun, will give the slave playful
jabs to its abs testing to see how fit it is.

Continue to fill the tub as you use your slave as a punching
bag.  The slave will begin to panic as it feels the water
touch its hair, forehead and ears.  Its heart rate will
increase, its breathing will become shorter and more
labored, and its perceived need to stay above the water line
will cause it to exert more energy than is really necessary.
But that's the reason it's a slave to begin with anyway,
right?  Because it's an idiot.

Continue to punch and it will weaken.  When its head gets
its first real dunk of water, it will begin to plead and ask
to stop the game.  But a deal is a deal.  What has the slave
got to offer?  Nothing, aside from the limits that you set
out before the session began.  So have fun with it.  Offer
to sell the slave a break (where you support him above the
water line) but for a price.  Small tasks.

In terms of breaks, as in the cum control game, I like
selling my slave breaks in blocks:  one block of breaks can
consist of the following:  one minute, 30 seconds, 15
seconds, 10 seconds and 5 seconds.  I also like counting
down break time.  But being off ever so slightly!  So if
it's a 30 second break, I'll count down, but will go more
slowly . so as I approach 10 . 9 . 8 . by the time I reach
8, the slave's break has elapsed.  Time to let go!  That
will unnerve the slave and every break it takes thereafter
can't be enjoyed since it doesn't know when it will truly
end.  It can't rest . it will always be on guard.  Poor
slave . so much stress!

The game ends when the slave has completed the time limit of
the game, in which case it will receive a reward.  Or, if
the slave is weak and can't keep its head above water, then
you'll extract a fun concession - no small task this time!
